Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种扬声器膜片和使用了该膜片的扬声器,膜片是由依次层叠的并复合成一个整体的第一聚酯膜片层、聚氨酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层构成。另一种技术方案是:一种扬声器膜片,膜片是由层叠的并通过粘接剂粘接的第一聚酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层构成。扬声器除了采用了前述扬声器膜片还包括依次组装的音圈、华司片、磁铁、U铁杯、支架、PCB板和调音纸。本实用新型中的扬声器膜片为复合材料,解决了传统扬声器膜片薄膜较软和现状单张聚酯薄膜材料阻尼小的缺陷。并在膜片表面增加加强筋,使膜片在安装后的振动更平衡,得到更宽频率响应、主观听音感觉更加细腻。

Description

一种扬声器膜片及装配有该膜片的扬声器
技术领域
   本实用新型涉及一种扬声器用的振动发声膜片和装配使用了该膜片的扬声器。
   背景技术
   现有的扬声器均是通过线圈在磁场的作用下推动膜片振动以带动空气振动来发声,在现有的扬声器结构中,带动音膜片振动的线圈均设置在膜片的球顶底面处,在实际使用中膜片经常会偏离轴线振动。
   而微型扬声器膜片设计主要采用聚酯薄膜材料,聚酯薄膜材料主要有PET、PEEK、PEN、PEI、PAR这几种。设计人员经常通过改变膜片的形状设计以得到更好的各项声学性能参数。具体如:频率响应、总谐波失真、F0、主观听音感受等等,膜片的形状设计主要有弧状或者几个弧状曲线结合等。但是因为聚酯薄膜材料很薄以及材料本身阻尼性欠佳的特性,现状微型扬声器膜片普遍存在容易变形和振动跑偏的问题。
   实用新型内容
   本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提出一种可解决膜片变形问题还能在应用后具有较好声学性能参数的扬声器膜片以及使用了这种膜片的扬声器。
   本实用新型为解决上述技术问题提出的一种技术方案是:一种扬声器膜片,包括中心球顶部和连接在所述中心球顶部底部边缘处的弯曲部,所述膜片是由依次层叠的并复合成一个整体的第一聚酯膜片层、聚氨酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层构成,所述第一聚酯膜片层、聚氨酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层这三者的形状、大小均相同。本实用新型为解决上述技术问题提出的另一种技术方案是:一种扬声器膜片,包括中心球顶部和连接在所述中心球顶部底部边缘处的弯曲部,所述膜片是由层叠的并通过粘接剂粘接的第一聚酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层构成,所述第一聚酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层这两者的形状、大小均相同。
   进一步的,所述弯曲部上设有多根加强筋,所述多根加强筋均以所述中心球顶部为中心紧密排列成旋转发散式的环形。
   进一步的,所述弯曲部由多段连续的弧形弯曲段构成。
   进一步的,所述第一、第二聚酯膜片层均是由PEEK复合膜材料制成。
   一种扬声器,采用了前述扬声器膜片,还包括依次组装的音圈、华司片、磁铁、U铁杯、支架、PCB板和调音纸。
   本实用新型的有益效果是:
   本实用新型中的扬声器膜片为聚酯薄膜+聚胺酯薄膜+聚酯薄膜复合材料或将双层聚酯薄膜通过胶水复合后形成的材料,解决了传统扬声器膜片薄膜较软和现状单张聚酯薄膜材料阻尼小的缺陷,在使用时不易变形和跑偏。
   并结合这种新扬声器膜片复合材料的特性,在膜片上增加了采用较多、较细的加强筋,使膜片在安装后的振动更平衡,得到更宽频率响应、主观听音感觉更加细腻。

   具体实施方式
   实施例一
   根据图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,本实施例中扬声器膜片1,包括中心球顶部1-1和连接在中心球顶部1-1底部边缘处的弯曲部1-2。
   扬声器膜片1是由依次层叠的并复合成一个整体的第一聚酯膜片层98、聚氨酯膜片层101和第二聚酯膜片层99构成,第一聚酯膜片层98、聚氨酯膜片层101和第二聚酯膜片层99这三者的形状、大小均相同。在复合时,可以通过传统的粘接工艺复合,也可以通过高温高压一次压合。
   弯曲部1-2上设有多根加强筋1-3,多根加强筋1-3均以中心球顶部1-1为中心紧密排列成旋转发散式的环形。
   在本实施例中弯曲部1-2仅为一段式弧形结构,容易得知弯曲部1-2也可以是由多段连续的弧形弯曲段构成的。
   前述第一聚酯膜片层98和第二聚酯膜片层99均是由PEEK(聚醚醚酮)复合膜材料制成。容易想到的是第一聚酯膜片层98和第二聚酯膜片层99也可以由其他聚酯类膜材料制成。
   实施例二
   本实施例是在实施例一基础上进行的一种替换,如图4所示,本实施例与实施例一中技术方案相比区别仅在于扬声器膜片1的结构不同:本实施例中扬声器膜片1是由层叠的并通过粘接剂102粘接的第一聚酯膜片层98和第二聚酯膜片层99构成,第一聚酯膜片层98和第二聚酯膜片层99这两者的形状、大小均相同。
   实施例三
   本实施例是对实施例一中扬声器膜片1进行的应用,本实施例中扬声器除了包括实施例一中扬声器膜片1,还包括依次组装的音圈2、华司片3、磁铁4、U铁杯5、支架6、PCB板7和调音纸8。
   音圈2连接在扬声器膜片1的底部;华司片3与磁铁4固定成一体后放置到U铁杯5中,并与U铁杯5的内侧壁之间形成磁缝隙;音圈2的下部伸入到前述磁缝隙中;U铁杯5与支架6相连,支架6的底部设置有分别用于控制和调节的电路和调音纸8,前述电路设置在PCB板7上。
   实施例四
   本实施例与实施例三的区别在于:实施例三中扬声器采用了实施例一中的扬声器膜片1,而在本实施例中扬声器采用实施例二中的扬声器膜片1。
   本实用新型的不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

      一种扬声器膜片,包括中心球顶部和连接在所述中心球顶部底部边缘处的弯曲部,其特征在于:所述膜片是由依次层叠的并复合成一个整体的第一聚酯膜片层、聚氨酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层构成,所述第一聚酯膜片层、聚氨酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层这三者的形状、大小均相同。
  2. [根据细则26改正17.02.2015] 
       一种扬声器膜片,包括中心球顶部和连接在所述中心球顶部底部边缘处的弯曲部,其特征在于:所述膜片是由层叠的并通过粘接剂粘接的第一聚酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层构成,所述第一聚酯膜片层和第二聚酯膜片层这两者的形状、大小均相同。

       根据权利要求1或2所述扬声器膜片,其特征在于:所述弯曲部上设有多根加强筋,所述多根加强筋均以所述中心球顶部为中心紧密排列成旋转发散式的环形。

       根据权利要求1或2所述扬声器膜片,其特征在于:所述弯曲部由多段连续的弧形弯曲段构成。
