进一步地,所述振膜还包括连接所述折环部内缘且具有开口的支撑部,所述振膜组件还包括球顶,所述球顶对应所述开口盖设于所述支撑部上。可以理解,通过所述支撑部使得所述振膜组件还可以进一步结合球顶,提升所述振膜组件的声学性能。
进一步地,所述振膜采用气爆、模压成型或注塑成型工艺与所述支撑环一体成型。可以理解,上述一体成型技术也较为成熟,使得所述振膜及所述支撑环一体成型品质可以得到保证。
进一步地,所述支撑环为钢环;所述振膜的材料包括硅胶、橡胶、聚醚醚酮、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的至少一种。可以理解,所述支撑环为钢环,不仅材料常见、方便使用,而且可以保证与所述振膜的结合强度及固定强度。所述振膜的材料包括硅胶、橡胶、聚醚醚酮、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的至少一种,与有利于成本的控制,并且上述材料也较为常见且具有较好的特性,有利于振膜的振动发声。
进一步地,所述振动系统还包括设置于所述支撑环远离振膜一侧的音圈、电连接件及另一振膜,所述电连接件连接于所述音圈,所述另一振膜位于所述电连接件远离所述振膜组件的一侧。可以理解,通过所述另一振膜可进一步提升所述扬声器的声学性能。
进一步地,通过所述第一柔性电路板与所述第二柔性电路板不仅可以起到较好的音圈电连接效果,所述第一柔性电路板、所述第二柔性电路板、所述第一下振膜及所述第二下振膜还可以较好的组配支撑所述音圈,进而保障所述扬声器的声学性能。
进一步地,可以理解,通过上述具有主磁体、极芯、第一边磁体、第二边磁体、夹板及磁轭的磁路系统,不仅可保证较好的固定强度,还可以配合所述振动系统达到较好的声学性能。

本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、内、外、顶部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上时,该元件可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
请参阅图1,图1是本申请一种实施例提供的扬声器100的立体分解示意图。所述扬声器100包括振动系统1及配合所述振动系统1发声的磁路系统2。所述磁路系统2可以位于所述振动系统1的一侧。
具体地,所述振动系统1可以包括振膜组件10,所述振膜组件10包括振膜11、与所述振膜11一体成型的支撑环12及球顶13。
请参阅图2及图3,图2是图1所示扬声器100的振膜组件10的支撑环12示意图,图3是图1所示扬声器100的振膜组件10的振膜11与支撑环12的剖面结构示意图。所述振膜11可以包括折环部111、连接所述折环部111外缘且与所述支撑环12成型于一体的连接部112及连接所述折环部111内缘且具有开口113a的支撑部113。所述球顶13对应所述开口113a盖设于所述支撑部113上。
所述支撑环12包括具有多个通孔121a的环形侧壁121,所述振膜11的所述连接部112包括与所述环形侧壁121结合的环形本体112a及连接所述环形本体112a且位于所述通孔121a中的凸起部112b。通过所述凸起部112b插入所述通孔121a可以将所述连接部112与所述环形侧壁121进行定位连接,从而将所述环形本体112a与所述环形侧壁121固定连接,进而使所述振膜11与所述支撑环12连接一体。
进一步地,所述支撑环12可以为钢环,且所述多个通孔121a的轴向与所述支撑环12的轴向垂直。所述多个通孔121a均匀分布于所述环形侧壁121上。
更进一步地,所述振膜11的材料可以包括硅胶、橡胶、聚醚醚酮PEEK、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶TPU及    其他高分子材料中的至少一种。所述振膜11可以采用气爆、模压成型或注塑成型工艺与所述支撑环12一体成型。具体地,所述振膜11的材料包括橡胶时,所述振膜11可以通过膜压工艺与所述支撑环12成型于一体,所述振膜11的材料包括硅胶时,所述振膜11可以通过注塑工艺与所述支撑环12成型于一体,所述振膜11的材料包括热塑性弹性体时,所述振膜11可以通过热压工艺与所述支撑环12成型于一体。
请参阅图4及图5,图4是图3所示扬声器100的立体组装示意图,图5是图4沿线V-V的剖视图。所述振动系统1还包括设置于所述支撑环12远离振膜11一侧的音圈14、电连接件16及另一振膜15。可以理解,所述振膜组件10中振膜11可以为上振膜,所述振膜11的折环部112可以朝向远离所述支撑环12的一侧凸起。所述振膜15可以为下振膜,所述振膜15的折环部可以朝向远离所述振膜11的一侧凸起。
具体地,所述音圈14可以设置于所述振膜组件10的下方且与所述振膜11或所述球顶13接触,所述音圈14远离所述振膜组件10的一端可以与所述电连接件16电连接。所述另一振膜15位于所述电连接件16远离所述振膜组件10的一侧,在一些实施例中,所述电连接件16可以为柔性电路板,所述电连接件16为相对设置的两个,所述另一振膜15为对应所述电连接件16相对设置的两个。所述电连接件16还可以通过导电引线连接外部电路,使得通过所述电连接件16可以对所述音圈14通电。
具体地,所述电连接件16包括相对设置的第一柔性电路板161及第二柔性电路板162,所述另一振膜15包括相对设置的第一下振膜151及第二下振膜152,所述第一柔性电路板161电连接所述音圈14的一端,且所述第一柔性电路板161与所述第一下振膜151组配支撑所述音圈14的一端,所述第二柔性电路板162电连接所述音圈14的另一端且与所述第二下振膜152组配支撑所述音圈14的另一端。
所述磁路系统2包括主磁体21、极芯22、第一边磁体23、第二边磁体24、夹板25及磁轭26,所述极芯22与所述主磁体21层叠设置于所述音圈14内,所述磁轭26设置于所述另一振膜15远离所述振膜11的一侧,所述夹板25固定于所述支撑环12与所述磁轭26之间,所述第一边磁体23设置于所述夹板25与所述磁轭26之间且位于所述音圈14外围,所述第二边磁体24设置于所述夹板25远离所述第一边磁体23的一侧且与所述第一边磁体23相对。在一些实施例中,所述第一边磁体23设有四个,围设于所述主磁体21四周,所述第二边磁体24为相对设置的两个,所述第二边磁体24对应相对设置的两个所述第一边磁体23。当所述电连接件16接通外部电路并使所述音圈14通电时,所述音圈14在所述磁路系统2的作用下带动所述夹板25振动,从而带动所述振膜组件10的所述振膜11及所述振动系统1的所述另一振膜15振动,从而发出声音。
本申请提供的一种振膜组件10及扬声器100,通过将振膜11与支撑环12一体成型的振膜组件10作为振动系统1的一侧振膜,提高了振膜11与支撑环12结合的同心度,进而提高了扬声器100的装配精度,提升扬声器100装配一致性及良率。
进一步地,振膜组件10的振膜11的连接部112与支撑环12一体成型,借助振膜11的连接部112与支撑环12一体成型而增加胶合强度,不影响所述折环部112的振动及所述振膜11的声学性能,也不需要增加底涂或胶水,生产过程减少污染,从而降低成本。
进一步地,通过位于所述通孔121a中的所述凸起部112b将所述连接部112与所述环形侧壁121结合,借助侧面结构增加结合强度,不需要增加底涂或胶水,生产过程减少污染,从而降低成本。
进一步地,通过所述多个通孔121a的轴向与所述支撑环12的轴向垂直;所述多个通孔121a均匀分布于所述侧壁121,不仅保证所述支撑环12及所述振膜11的结合强度,均匀分布的所述通孔121a还可以达到各位置结合强度均匀一致的效果。
进一步地,所述振膜11还包括连接所述折环部111内缘且具有开口113a的支撑部113,所述振膜组件10还包括球顶13,所述球顶13对应所述开口113a盖设于所述支撑部113上。可以理解,通过所述支撑部113使得所述振膜组件10还可以进一步结合球顶13,提升所述振膜组件10的声学性能。
进一步地,所述振膜11采用气爆、模压成型或注塑成型工艺与所述支撑环一体成型。可以理解,上述一体成型技术也较为成熟,使得所述振膜11及所述支撑环12一体成型品质可以得到保证。
进一步地,所述支撑环12为钢环;所述振膜11的材料包括硅胶、橡胶、聚醚醚酮、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的至少一种。可以理解,所述支撑环为钢环,不仅材料常见、方便使用,而且可以保证与所述振膜11的结合强度及固定强度。所述振膜11的材料包括硅胶、橡胶、聚醚醚酮、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的至少一种,与有利于成本的控制,并且上述材料也较为常见且具有较好的特性,有利于振膜的振动发声。
进一步地,所述振动系统1还包括设置于所述支撑环12远离振膜一侧的音圈14、电连接件16及另一振膜15,所述电连接件16连接于所述音圈14,所述另一振膜15位于所述电连接件16远离所述振膜组件10的一侧。可以理解,通过所述另一振膜15可进一步提升所述扬声器10的声学性能。
进一步地,通过所述第一柔性电路板161与所述第二柔性电路板162不仅可以起到较好的音圈14电连接效果,所述第一柔性电路板161、所述第二柔性电路板162、所述第一下振膜151及所述第二下振膜152还可以较好的组配支撑所述音圈14,进而保障所述扬声器10的声学性能。
进一步地,可以理解,通过上述具有主磁体21、极芯22、第一边磁体23、第二边磁体24、夹板25及磁轭26的磁路系统2,不仅可保证较好的固定强度,还可以配合所述振动系统1达到较好的声学性能。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。 

Claims (10)

1、一种振膜组件,其特征在于,所述振膜组件包括振膜及与所述在振膜一体成型的支撑环,所述振膜包括折环部及连接所述折环部外缘且与所述支撑环成型于一体的连接部,所述支撑环包括具有多个通孔的环形侧壁,所述连接部包括与所述环形侧壁结合的环形本体及连接所述环形本体且位于所述通孔中的凸起部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于:所述多个通孔的轴向与所述支撑环的轴向垂直。
3、根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于:所述多个通孔均匀分布于所述侧壁。
4、根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于:所述振膜还包括连接所述折环部内缘且具有开口的支撑部,所述振膜组件还包括球顶,所述球顶对应所述开口盖设于所述支撑部上。
5、根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于:所述振膜采用气爆、模压成型或注塑成型工艺与所述支撑环一体成型。
6、根据权利要求1所述的振膜组件,其特征在于:所述支撑环为钢环;所述振膜的材料包括硅胶、橡胶、聚醚醚酮、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的至少一种。
7、一种扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器包括振动系统、配合所述振动系统发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括根据权利要求1-6项任意一项所述的振膜组件。
8、根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述振动系统还包括设置于所述支撑环远离振膜一侧的音圈、电连接件及另一振膜,所述电连接件连接于所述音圈,所述另一振膜位于所述电连接件远离所述振膜组件的一侧。
9、根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述电连接件包括相对设置的第一柔性电路板及第二柔性电路板,所述另一振膜包括相对设置的第一下振膜及第二下振膜,所述第一柔性电路板电连接所述音圈的一端,且所述第一柔性电路板与所述第一下振膜组配支撑所述音圈的一端,所述第二柔性电路板电连接所述音圈的另一端且与所述第二下振膜组配支撑所述音圈的另一端。
10、根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括主磁体、极芯、第一边磁体、第二边磁体、夹板及磁轭,所述极芯与所述主磁体层叠设置于所述音圈内,所述磁轭设置于所述另一振膜远离所述振膜的一侧,所述夹板固定于所述支撑环与所述磁轭之间,所述第一边磁体设置于所述夹板与所述磁轭之间且位于所述音圈外围,所述第二边磁体设置于所述夹板远离所述第一边磁体的一侧且与所述第一边磁体相对。
