高速船用柴油机气缸盖 技术领域
本发明涉及发动机领域, 特别涉及一种高速船用柴油机气缸盖。 背景技术
众所周知, 柴油机的气缸盖是柴油机的重要组成部分, 气缸盖与气缸体 釆用螺栓装配后, 形成了活塞往复运动的密闭空间, 燃油在气缸内燃烧时产 生的压力通常较高, 需要气缸盖有足够的强度, 厚度越大的气缸盖其密封可 靠性越好, 通常气缸盖的厚度要求不低于柴油机的缸径尺寸。
目前, 国内柴油机釆用的气缸盖厚度尺寸与柴油机缸径尺寸比值通常为 1比 1 , 结构强度低, 无法承受较高的缸内爆压, 发动机的冷启动能力、 燃油 经济性以及动力输出受到限制。 发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中缺陷, 提供了一种结构简单合理, 厚 度尺寸与缸径尺寸比值较大, 结构强度高的高速船用柴油机气缸盖。
为达到上述目的, 根据本发明提供了一种高速船用柴油机气缸盖, 包括: 气缸盖本体, 其厚度尺寸与柴油机缸径尺寸比值为 1比 1 ;
气缸盖强度增强体, 布设在气缸盖本体顶部, 其厚度尺寸与柴油机缸径 比值介于 0.45-0.55之间, 气缸盖本体与气缸盖强度增强体为一体铸造成型结 构。
上述技术方案中, 气缸盖强度增强体的厚度尺寸与气缸盖总厚度尺寸的 比值介于 0.45-0.55之间。

本发明的高速船用柴油机气缸盖结构简单合理, 通过在气缸盖增设厚度 方向的增强结构, 并在该增强结构处集成摇臂轴支座, 一方面使得气缸盖总 体的厚度尺寸与缸径比值介于 1.55-1.75之间, 气缸盖总体厚度尺寸与缸径尺 寸比值较大, 确保气缸盖有足够的整体强度, 密封更加可靠, 能够适用于更 高的缸内爆压; 另一方面, 釆用摇臂轴安装孔与气缸盖集成的整体式结构设 计, 使得气缸盖结构简单紧凑、 定位精度高、 装拆方便、 结构紧凑、 便于维 护保养。
如图 1和图 2所示, 该高速船用柴油机气缸盖的具体结构包括: 气缸盖 本体 1和布设在气缸盖本体 1顶部的气缸盖强度增强体 2, 以及开设在该气 缸盖强度增强体 2上的摇臂轴安装孔 3。 其中, 气缸盖本体 1与气缸盖强度 增强体 2 为一体铸造成型结构, 使得气缸盖总体厚度尺寸与缸径比值介于 1.55-1.75之间, 确保气缸盖有足够的整体强度, 密封更加可靠。 摇臂轴安装 孔 3用于安装摇臂轴, 进气门摇臂和排气门摇臂安装在摇臂轴上, 确保摇臂 轴的安装便捷, 结构紧凑, 定位准确, 进气门摇臂组件及排气门摇臂组件的 工作更加可靠; 极大减少了相关辅助定位、 安装和密封的零部件, 从而降低 成本; 维护和保养的可接近性好, 易于装拆, 有利于推广应用。
气缸盖本体 1 (见图 1 中位于下方的点划线方框) 的厚度尺寸为 X, 其 与柴油机缸径尺寸比值为 1比 1 , 该高速船用柴油机气缸盖的总体厚度为 Y, 其与缸径比值介于 1.55-1.75之间, 以确保气缸盖有足够的整体强度, 密封更 加可靠, 可以适用于更高的缸内爆压。
气缸盖强度增强体 2(见图 1中位于上方的点划线方框)的厚度尺寸(Y-X ) 与气缸盖总厚度尺寸 Y的比值介于 0.45-0.55之间,气缸盖强度增强体 2的厚 度尺寸 (Y-X )与缸径比值介于 0.45-0.55之间, 确保了气缸盖总体厚度尺寸 即满足更高爆压的需求, 又使结构尺寸较小, 结构更加紧凑。
摇臂轴安装孔 3开设在气缸盖强度增强体 2上, 用于安装摇臂轴, 在摇 臂轴上还安装排气门摇臂和进气门摇臂。 安装时, 先将进气门摇臂轴承横向 装入进气门轴承孔内, 排气门摇臂轴承装入排气门轴承孔内, 这时在摇臂轴 的摇臂轴内端轴和摇臂轴外端轴的密封 槽内分别安装 0型密封圈, 将摇臂 轴内端轴穿进摇臂轴安装孔 3 , 再依次穿入垫圈、 进气门摇臂上的进气门摇 臂轴承、 垫圈、 排气门摇臂上的排气门摇臂轴承和垫圈, 最后将摇臂轴外端 轴穿进摇臂轴安装孔 3中; 位于摇臂轴内端轴以及摇臂轴外端轴上的 0型密 封圈起到密封作用; 垫圈能够防止接触面之间的磨损, 有效的保证装配的安 全性。
综上, 该高速船用柴油机气缸盖结构简单合理, 通过在气缸盖增设厚度 方向的增强结构, 并在该增强结构处集成摇臂轴支座, 一方面使得气缸盖总 体的厚度尺寸与缸径比值介于 1.55-1.75之间, 气缸盖总体厚度尺寸与缸径尺 寸比值较大, 确保气缸盖有足够的整体强度, 密封更加可靠, 能够适用于更 高的缸内爆压; 另一方面, 使得气缸盖结构简单紧凑、 定位精度高、 装拆方 便、 结构紧凑、 便于维护保养。
