Abstract
特に電動ブレーキの作動音が目立ってくる低速時や停止時の作動音を抑えることができる車両用ブレーキ装置を提供する。この車両用ブレーキ装置は、液圧式ブレーキ装置と、電動式ブレーキ装置とを備え、電動式ブレーキ装置が、電動モータ(2)と、電動モータ(2)の出力に応じた値の制動力を車輪に対して負荷する制動力負荷機構と、電動モータ(2)を制御する制御装置(9)とを有する。ブレーキ操作の入力を検出するブレーキ操作入力検出手段(31a)を設け、制御装置(9)は、車速検出手段(44)で検出される車速が定められた車速以下であるか否かを判定する判定手段(41)と、判定手段(41)により定められた車速以下であると判定されたとき、ブレーキ操作入力検出手段(31a)でブレーキ操作入力の検出があっても電動モータ(2)の出力を抑制するかまたは停止する動作制限手段(49)とを有する。
