Description
一种软雾化器连接头固定结构及电子烟
本申请要求于 2013 年 12 月 9 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320804789.7、 发明名称为 "一种软雾化器连接头固定结构及电子烟" 的中 国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种软雾化器连接头固定结构及电 子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 其主要包括蓄油棉、 雾化装 置和电池组件。 电池组件为雾化装置提供电能, 使雾化装置发热, 进而将蓄油 棉中的油液汽化以散发油烟, 从而达到仿真香烟的效果。
其中雾化装置通过连接头与电池组件连接, 请参阅图 1 , 保护套与连接环 套在雾化套外表面上, 贴纸将保护套与连接环同时黏住成一体固定在雾化套 上, 然后将雾化套安装在连接头一端, 并将电池组件安装在连接头的另一端, 实现将雾化装置和电池组件的连接。
然而, 由于雾化套为软性材料制成, 而且其表面较为光滑, 当贴纸受到远 离电池组件方向的外力作用时, 电子烟很容易出现保护套、连接环及雾化套一 并从连接头处脱落的情况, 这会给用户带来不好的使用体验。
因此, 针对上述情况, 如何改进电子烟的结构, 使雾化装置与电池组件能 够牢固连接, 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种软雾化器连接头固定结构及电子烟,通过将连接 头与雾化套连接端设计成阶梯连接部,并通过连接环套接在雾化套和连接头上 的方式, 可以有效地将雾化套、 连接环及保护套在连接头处固定。
本发明实施例提供的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 包括连接头、 雾化套、 连 接环、 保护套和贴纸,

本发明的软雾化器连接头固定结构和电子烟,通过将连接头与雾化套连接 端设计成阶梯连接部, 并通过将雾化套套接在阶梯连接部低处部分, 然后将连 接环套接在雾化套及阶梯连接部高处部分上的方式, 可以有效地将雾化套、连 接环及保护套在连接头处固定,此外还可以通过在阶梯连接部高处部分上设置 防滑花纹的方式, 进一步加强连接环与连接头的摩擦力,从而可以提高用户的 使用体验。

本发明实施例公开了一种软雾化器连接头固定结构及电子烟,通过将连接 头与雾化套连接端设计成阶梯连接部,并通过连接环套接在雾化套和连接头上 的方式, 可以有效地将雾化套、 连接环及保护套在连接头处固定。

所述连接头 1包括与所述雾化套 2连接的连接前端,及与电池组件连接的 连接后端,所述连接前端包括由第一连接部 11和第二连接部 12组成的阶梯连 接部;
所述第二连接部 12在所述第一连接部 11及所述连接后端之间,所述第一 连接部 11的外径小于所述第二连接部 12的外径;
所述第一连接部 11在与所述第二连接部 12连接的一侧开设有限定槽 111 ; 所述雾化套 2套接在所述第一连接部 11上;
所述连接环 3套接在所述雾化套 2及所述第二连接部 12上;
所述保护套 4套接在所述雾化套 2上,所述雾化套 2的一端与所述连接环 3连接;
所述贴纸 5黏贴在所述保护套 4及所述连接环 3上。
可选的,
所述第一连接部 11与所述雾化套 2连接后的外径不小于所述连接环 3的 内径。

所述限定槽 111的截面为矩形或倒梯形。
本发明的软雾化器连接头固定结构包括连接头 1、 雾化套 2、 连接环 3、保护套 4 和贴纸 5 , 通过先将将雾化套 2套接在连接头 1第一连接部 11外表面, 然后将连 接环 3套接在雾化套 2及连接头 1第二连接部 12外表面的方式将雾化套 2固定在 连接头 1上。 由于连接头 1和连接环 3均为金属部件, 因而两者可以较为紧密地 固定。 请参阅图 3 , 贴纸 5包卷在所述保护套及所述连接环 3上, 当贴纸 5受到第 一连接部 11方向的外力拉扯时, 由于雾化套 2为软性材料制成, 贴纸 5内部的雾 化套 2受到挤压变形, 具体形变为: 雾化套 2被挤压的部位变小, 端部增大; 连 接头 1开设有限定槽 111 , 可容纳雾化套 2增大后的端部, 由于限定槽 111对雾化 套 2增大后的端部的限定作用, 使雾化套 2更加不易脱出。 可选的,
所述第二连接部 12外侧设置有防滑花纹 121。
可选的,
所述防滑花纹 121为均勾分布在所述第二连接部 12外侧的菱形凸纹。 请参阅图 4, 为本发明软雾化器连接头固定结构的第二实施例。 本实施例 与第一实施例的区别在于: 第二连接部 12外侧设置有防滑花纹 121 , 能够增
大连接环 3与连接头 1的摩擦力, 从而能够进一步固定连接环 3与连接头 1。 需要说明的是, 防滑花纹 121不限于上述说明的菱形凸纹, 具体的还可以是均 匀分布的半圓形凸点、 波浪凸纹或其他有特殊含义的图案凸纹,在此处不作限 定。

所述第二连接部 12外侧设置有齿状螺纹 122。
请参阅图 5 , 为本发明软雾化器连接头固定结构的第三实施例。 本实施例 与第一实施例的区别在于: 第二连接部 12外侧设置有齿状螺纹 122能够增大 连接环 3与连接头 1的摩擦力, 从而能够进一步固定连接环 3与连接头 1。 需 要说明的是, 连接环 3上可以设置于上述齿状螺纹 122相配合的齿状纹路, 装 配时, 连接头 1通过旋合的方式与连接环 3连接, 这样可以更进一步增强连接 头 1与连接环 3 间的紧密度。

所述第二连接部 12在与所述第一连接部 11连接端开设有凹槽 123。

所述凹槽 123的截面弧边直角三角形。
请参阅图 6, 为本发明软雾化器连接头固定结构的第三实施例。 本实施例 与第一实施例的区别在于:第二连接部 12在与第一连接部 11连接端开设有凹槽 123。 请参阅图 7, 当贴纸 5受到第一连接部 11方向的外力拉扯时, 由于雾化套 2 为软性材料制成, 贴纸 5内部的雾化套 2受到挤压变形, 具体形变为: 雾化套 2 被挤压的部位变小, 端部增大并充满凹槽 123; 由于凹槽 123对雾化套 2增大后 的端部的限定作用, 使雾化套 2更加不易脱出。 需要进一步说明的是, 上述的凹槽 123可以在本发明软雾化器连接头固定 结构的第一实施例、第二实施例及第三实施例的基 上设置,在此处不作限定。 以上介绍了本发明的软雾化器连接头固定结构,通过将连接头 1与雾化套
2连接端设计成阶梯连接部, 并通过将雾化套 2套接在阶梯连接部低处部分,
然后将连接环套 2接在雾化套及阶梯连接部高处部分上的方式,本发明实施例 的软雾化器连接头固定结构可以有效地将雾化套 2、 连接环 3及保护套 4在连 接头 1处固定, 此外还可以通过在阶梯连接部高处部分上设置防滑花纹 121、 齿状螺纹 122及凹槽 123的方式,能够进一步加强连接环 3与连接头 1的摩擦 力, 从而可以提高用户的使用体验。
下面介绍本发明实施例的电子烟实施例, 请参阅图 8及图 9, 本发明的电 子烟包括雾化装置、连接部件和电池组件, 所述雾化装置通过所述连接部件与 所述电池组件连接;
所述连接部件为上述的软雾化器连接头固定结构。
本发明的电子烟,通过上述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 可以将雾化装置 和电池组件牢固连接。
请参阅图 8, 上述的电子烟具体可以包括: 吸嘴盖 6、 贴纸 5、 保护套 4、 雾化套 2、 支撑管 7、 无纺布 8、 棉 9、 电热丝铆接组件 10、 黄纳管 11、 雾化 座 12、 连接环 3、 连接头 1、 绝缘环 13、 上电极 14和电池组件 (未在图中示 出)。
本发明的电子烟, 通过将连接头 1与雾化套 2连接端设计成阶梯连接部, 并通过将雾化套 2套接在阶梯连接部低处部分,然后将连接环套 2接在雾化套 及阶梯连接部高处部分上的方式,本发明实施例的软雾化器连接头固定结构可 以有效地将将雾化装置和电池组件牢固连接。此外还可以通过在阶梯连接部高 处部分上设置防滑花纹 121、 齿状螺纹 122及凹槽 123的方式, 能够进一步加 强连接环 3与连接头 1的摩擦力, 从而可以提高用户的使用体验。
以上对本发明所提供的一种软雾化器连接头固定结构和电子烟进行了详 实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出, 对于 本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以对本 发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围 内。
Claims
1、 一种软雾化器连接头固定结构, 包括连接头 (1)、 雾化套(2)、 连接 环 (3)、 保护套(4)和贴纸 (5), 其特征在于,
所述连接头( 1 ) 包括与所述雾化套( 2 )连接的连接前端, 及与电池组件 连接的连接后端, 所述连接前端包括由第一连接部 (11 )和第二连接部 (12) 组成的阶梯连接部;
所述第二连接部 ( 12)在所述第一连接部 ( 11 )及所述连接后端之间, 所 述第一连接部 (11 ) 的外径小于所述第二连接部 (12) 的外径;
所述第一连接部 ( 11 )在与所述第二连接部 ( 12 )连接的一侧开设有限定 槽(111 );
所述雾化套(2)套接在所述第一连接部 ( 11 )上;
所述连接环(3)套接在所述雾化套(2)及所述第二连接部 (12)上; 所述保护套(4)套接在所述雾化套(2)上, 所述雾化套(2) 的一端与 所述连接环(3)连接;
所述贴纸(5)黏贴在所述保护套(4)及所述连接环 (3)上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 其特征在于, 所述 第一连接部( 11 )与所述雾化套(2)连接后的外径不小于所述连接环(3 )的 内径。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 其特征在于, 所述限定槽(111 ) 的截面为矩形或倒梯形。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接部 ( 12)外侧设置有防滑花纹 ( 121 )。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 其特征在于, 所述防滑花纹( 121 ) 为均勾分布在所述第二连接部 ( 12)外侧的菱形凸 纹。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接部 (12)外侧设置有齿状螺纹(122)。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 其特
征在于,
所述第二连接部( 12 )在与所述第一连接部( 11 )连接端开设有凹槽( 123 )。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的软雾化器连接头固定结构, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽(123 ) 的截面弧边直角三角形。
