Description
本發明是一種電纜的定位元件,特別是一種適用於充電槍內部並且用來固定電纜的定位元件,能夠避免當充電槍移動時因位於充電槍外部電纜的扭曲與轉動所造成充電槍內部電纜的轉動,同時能提升電纜線的組裝效率。
電纜線用來傳輸電訊號,是許多機器的基本的元件並為大家所習知。然而為了傳輸訊號的穩定度,美國專利編號第4394531號揭露了一種防止傳輸線震動的保護裝置,此保護裝置具有一個管狀外殼,沿著外殼內周面設有複數個向內突出的結構,藉由此結構和傳輸線抵接的摩擦力來固定傳輸線,並減少傳輸線受到環境的振動的影響。此保護裝置雖然可以減少環境所造成的震動,但是其中的突出結構,僅是以摩擦力來固定傳輸線,並無法有效的避免傳輸線的轉動。
此外,隨著電動車技術的發展,伴隨而來的市場上對於充電槍的需求與日俱增。充電槍的插頭為了能夠承受使用者上萬次的插拔,因此在充電槍的結構設計上,各個零組件必須能承受一定程度的拉扯力量,使端子與電線的焊接處不會受到電纜拉扯的力量的脫落。此外,為了讓使用者的操作方便性,充電槍的槍體和握持部會製成一定角度的彎曲,因此
為了固定槍體與握持部內部的電線,組裝線的工人需使用一種具有彈性的塑膠,套設在電纜的外面並配合槍體與握持部彎曲的方向,將整條電纜以壓迫的方式塞進充電槍內,雖然能夠避免充電槍內部電纜的扭轉,但如此一來將嚴重影響組裝電纜的效率。
有鑑於此,本發明之主要目的在於提供一種電纜的定位元件,用來避免充電槍在使用者長期使用下因電纜的扭曲與轉動所造成端子與電纜焊接處的脫落。
本發明之次一目的在於提供一種電纜的定位元件,能夠提高電纜的組裝效率。
為達成前述目的,本發明提供一種電纜定位元件,特別是適用於在一安裝座內部安裝一電纜,此電纜定位元件包含一橫剖面為多角形的柱體並且內部設有中空通道,使電纜能穿設其中;同時,該柱體能夠受力產生非彈性形變以迫緊該電纜,且其至少一側面能夠抵接於該安裝座之一內壁面。
較佳的情況是,此電纜定位元件使用金屬製成,組裝線的工人可以使用器械讓此電纜定位元件產生非彈性形變,藉以迫緊電纜並達到固定電纜的效果。同時,充電槍槍體內部具有複數個向內突出的內壁面,前述內壁面能夠抵接此電纜定位元件的複數個側面。當使用者操作充電槍時,由於電纜定位元件已經迫緊電纜,並藉由其側面和內壁面抵接的固定力量,能夠達到防止電纜產生轉動的效果,進而避免端子與電線焊接處的脫落,增加充電槍的壽命。
此外,本發明較佳的情況是,電纜定位元件可以沿柱體的一端面向外延伸形成一個靠抵部,此靠抵部的截面積比柱體大,其作用在於讓靠抵部可以沿著電纜線的軸向與槍體的內壁面抵接,避免因為內部電線受到電纜重力影響而造成電線的軸向偏移。

為了能更瞭解本發明之特點所在,茲舉一較佳實施例並配合圖示說明如下,請參考第1至4圖。本發明之較佳實施例提供一種充電槍1,具有一槍體30、一握持部50設於槍體30,一安裝座60一體成型設於握持部50內部,一電纜20穿過握持部50,此外更設置有一電纜定位元件10在安裝座60內部來安裝定位電纜20,此電纜定位元件10包含有一個橫剖面為多角形的柱體12,並且內部設有一中空通道14以供電纜20穿設其中,柱體12能夠受力產生非彈性形變藉以迫緊電纜20,並且柱體12至少一側面能夠抵接於安裝座60的一內壁面。本實施例詳細的元件關係說明如下:本實施例中,充電槍1的槍體30為上殼體31與下殼體32對接組裝而成,上下殼體之間具有空間以及複數個內壁面藉以容納並固定充電槍1內部之各元件。槍體30的一端設置有插頭40而另一端則設置有握持部
50,為了配合人體工學以及使用者的習慣,握持部50設計成從槍體30向下彎曲呈一定角度。
柱體12為空心六角柱體,由金屬材料製成,例如鋁,內部空心處的截面積略大於電纜20,使電纜20可以穿設柱體12,讓組裝線的工人可以使用器械在柱體12的至少任一面施力,使其向內產生非彈性形變進而形成一個凹部11,藉以迫緊電纜20。柱體12具有2個抵接面121分別與安裝座60內的第一內壁面321和第二內壁面322抵接,進而達到固定電纜定位元件10的效果,避免充電槍在使用者長期使用下,因為電纜20的扭曲與轉動,而導致電纜定位元件10及其內部的電纜20的轉動。當然,本發明並不限制抵接面的數目,可以只有一個抵接面能和內壁面相抵接,藉以達到固定電纜定位元件10的效果。此外,柱體12也可替換成四角柱體或其他等效的結構。
在本實施例中,電纜定位元件10的一端面更向外延伸形成一個靠抵部13以抵接於安裝座60,此靠抵部13邊緣所圍繞的面積大於該柱體橫剖面的截面積,因而能沿著電纜的軸向和第三內壁面323抵接,其功能在於避免因為內部電線21受到電纜20重力的影響,拉扯電線21而造成電線21的軸向的偏移,甚而造成端子與電線21焊接處的脫落。
值得說明的是,靠抵部13只是輔助功能而並非必要元件,單純靠柱體12的端面和第三內壁面323抵接亦可達成防止電纜移動的功效。
因此,藉由前述結構,安裝線的工人只要將電纜定位元件10於套設固定在電纜20的周面,即可將電纜20連同電纜定位元件10固定於安裝座60之內,能夠大幅提升組裝效率。
最後,必須再次說明的是,本發明於前述實施例中所揭露的構成元件僅為舉例說明,並非用來限制本案之範圍,舉凡其他易於思及的結構變化,或與其他等效元件的替代變化,亦應為本案之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (10)
- 一種電纜定位元件,適用於在一安裝座內部安裝一電纜,其特徵在於:該電纜定位元件包含有橫剖面為多角形的一柱體,其內部設有一中空通道以供該電纜穿設其中,該柱體能夠受力產生非彈性形變以迫緊該電纜,且其至少一側面能夠抵接於該安裝座之一內壁面。
- 如請求項第1項所述之電纜定位元件,其中該柱體為四角柱體。
- 如請求項第1項所述之電纜定位元件,其中該柱體為六角柱體。
- 如請求項第1、2或3項所述之電纜定位元件,其中該柱體的一端面向外延伸形成一靠抵部,該靠抵部邊緣所圍繞的面積大於該柱體橫剖面的截面積。
- 如請求項第4項所述之電纜定位元件,其中該柱體的材質為鋁。
- 一種充電槍,具有一槍體、一握持部連接於該槍體,一安裝座一體成型設於該握持部內部,一電纜穿過該握持部,其特徵在於:更具有如請求項第1項所述之電纜定位元件設置於該安裝座內以定位該電纜。
- 如請求項第6項所述之充電槍,其中該柱體為四角柱體。
- 如請求項第6項所述之充電槍,其中該柱體為六角柱體。
- 如請求項第6、7或8項所述之充電槍,其中該柱體的一端面向外延伸形成一靠抵部,該靠抵體邊緣所圍繞的截面積大於該柱體橫剖面的截面積。
- 如請求項第7或8項所述之充電槍,其中該電纜定位元件之柱體材質為鋁。
