Description
一种电子烟装置
本申请要求于 2013 年 8 月 15 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320499697.2、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟装置" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及仿真香烟器材技术领域, 特别涉及一种电子烟装置。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 而随着使用需求的不断提 高, 人们对电子烟装置的性能也提出了更高的要求。
目前现有的电子烟, 其通常包括雾化器和电池杆, 一般情况下, 其雾化器 与电池杆间是通过螺纹连接的方式实现装配固定的。 然而, 虽然该种装配结构 能够满足电子烟基本的使用需要,但由于其螺纹连接旋紧后的装配位置精确度 较差,使得位于雾化器装配端的通气孔与位于电池杆装配端的通气槽无法实现 稳定的准确对位, 导致装配完成后的电子烟使用过程中易产生噪音, 不仅影响 了用户体验, 也给电子烟的正常使用带来诸多不便。
因此,如何实现电子烟通气孔与通气槽间的稳定精确对位装配是本领域技 术人员目前需要解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电子烟装置,该电子烟装置的通气孔与通气槽间 的对位装配较为稳定精确。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种电子烟装置, 包括相互连接的雾化 器和电池杆, 所述雾化器的装配端设置有第一外电极, 所述第一外电极的后部 设置有至少一个通气孔, 所述电池杆的装配端设置有第二外电极, 所述第二外 电极上具有与所述第一外电极相适配的插口,所述第二外电极的内部设置有与 所述第一外电极可定轴旋转地同轴套装的电极固定座,所述电池杆的装配端的 外端面上具有至少一个通气槽,且各所述通气槽与各所述通气孔——对应并同 轴适配;
所述第一外电极的外周面上设置有至少一个沿所述雾化器的轴向延伸的 凸筋,所述电极固定座的内壁上具有沿所述电池杆的周向延伸并与所述凸筋一
一对应的定位槽, 所述凸筋可转动地与所述定位槽相卡接,且所述凸筋的转动 方向与所述电池^ ^干的周向相一致。
优选地, 所述第一外电极的横截面和所述插口的横截面均为椭圓形, 所述 凸筋和所述定位槽均为两个,且所述凸筋具体为所述第一外电极的横截面的长 轴端所在的凸缘部。
优选地, 所述通气孔的形状为圓形、 方形、 椭圓形、 三角形、 多边形中的 任意一种。
优选地, 所述通气孔的截面面积为 0.5平方毫米〜 4平方毫米。
优选地, 所述通气槽的截面面积为 0.5平方毫米〜 4平方毫米。

在本发明的另一优选方案中,所述第一外电极的横截面和所述插口的横截 面均为椭圓形, 所述凸筋和所述定位槽均为两个,且所述凸筋具体为所述第一 外电极的横截面的长轴端所在的凸缘部。该种横截面为椭圓形的第一外电极使 得其与凸筋间形成一体式结构, 从而进一步提高了所述第一外电极的结构强 度,并使得所述第一外电极与所述第二外电极以及所述电极固定座间的装配结
构更加稳定可靠 ,进而使得所述通气孔与所述通气槽间的对位装配稳定性及其 准确性得以进一步提高。

本发明的核心是提供一种电子烟装置,该电子烟装置的通气孔与通气槽间 的对位装配较为稳定精确。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实 施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。

在具体实施方式中, 本发明所提供的电子烟装置, 包括相互连接的雾化器 11和电池杆 12, 雾化器 11的装配端设置有第一外电极 111 , 第一外电极 111 的后部设置有至少一个通气孔 112,电池杆 12的装配端设置有第二外电极 121 , 第二外电极 121上具有与第一外电极 111相适配的插口 (图中未示出), 第二 外电极 121的内部设置有与第一外电极 111可定轴旋转地同轴套装的电极固定 座 122, 电池杆 12的装配端的外端面上具有至少一个通气槽 123 , 且各通气槽 123与各通气孔 112——对应并同轴适配; 第一外电极 111的外周面上设置有 至少一个沿雾化器 11 的轴向延伸的凸筋 113 , 电极固定座 122的内壁上具有 沿电池 4干 12的周向延伸并与凸筋 113——对应的定位槽 124, 凸筋 113可转 动地与定位槽 124相卡接,且凸筋 113的转动方向与电池杆 12的周向相一致。 工作过程中, 第一外电极 111插入所述插口并插装于电极固定座 122内, 同时
