Description

一种插头及印刷电路板组件 技术领域
本发明涉及车辆检测领域, 尤其涉及一种插头及印刷电路板组 件。 背景技术
第二代车载自动诊断系统 ( On-Board Diagnostics II , OBD II ) 插头是一种在汽车与车载自动诊断系统间专用数据线接口的连接 器, 是汽车行业的标准器件, 其在汽车检测行业应用非常广泛。 在 目前市场上提供一种 OBD II插头, 其中如图 1所示的为现有技术提 供的一种 OBD II插头的组成示意图, 如图 2所示的为现有技术提供 的 OBD II插头的主视图。 如图 2 所示其 16根公头针脚分为第一排 01和第二排 02 , 并按照如图 1和图 2所示的方式布局, 如图 1 所示 该 16根公头针脚中的每一根公头针脚的第一端 03 与插槽卡接, 第 二一端 04弯折, 并从图 1 可以看出处于第一排 01 的公头针脚由于 弯折浪费了 4艮多空间, 从而影响印刷电路板组件的整体尺寸。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种插头及印刷电路板组件, 缩小了印刷 电路板组件的体积。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例釆用如下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面, 提供一种插头, 包括插头本体, 所述插头 本体上设置有平行的第一排插槽和第二排插槽, 所述插头还包括, 与所述第一排插槽——对应的第一针脚, 以及与所述第二排插槽一 一对应的第二针脚;
其中, 所述第一针脚为 L型, 所述第一针脚的一端被嵌入与所 述第一排插槽中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与第一印刷电路板 PCB连接;
所述第二针脚为阶梯状, 所述第二针脚的一端被嵌入与所述第 二排插槽中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与所述第一 PCB连接, 且 与所述第一针脚的与所述第一 PCB连接的一端平行, 且位于所述第 一针脚的与所述第一 PCB连接的一端的外侧。
结合第一方面, 在一种可能的实现方式中,
所述插头本体上还设置有与所述第二排插槽——对应的卡槽, 所述卡槽用于修正所述第二针脚的位置偏差。
本发明的第二方面, 提供一种印刷电路板组件, 包括: 插头, 以及第一印刷电路板 PCB;
所述插头包括插头本体, 所述插头本体上设置有平行的第一排 插槽和第二排插槽, 所述插头还包括, 与所述第一排插槽——对应 的第一针脚, 以及与所述第二排插槽——对应的第二针脚;
其中, 所述第一针脚为 L型, 所述第一针脚的一端被嵌入与所 述第一排插槽中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与第一印刷电路板 PCB 连接; 所述第二针脚为阶梯状, 所述第二针脚的一端被嵌入与 所述第二排插槽中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与所述第一 PCB连 接, 且与所述第一针脚的与所述第一 PCB连接的一端平行, 且位于 所述第一针脚的与所述第一 PCB连接的一端的外侧。
所述第一 PCB用于与所述插头的第一针脚的一端连接, 并与所 述插头的第二针脚的一端连接。
结合第二方面, 在一种可能的实现方式中, 所述印刷电路板组 件还包括: 第二 PCB ;
所述第二 PCB 通过连接器与所述第一 PCB 连接, 且所述插头 的第二针脚位于所述第一 PCB与所述第二 PCB之间。
结合第二方面和上述可能的实现方式, 在另一种可能的实现方 式中, 所述第二 PCB的一端与所述插头的插头本体紧邻。
本发明实施例提供的插头及印刷电路板组件, 该插头包括插头 本体, 插头本体上设置有平行的第一排插槽和第二排插槽, 且该插 头还包括, 与第一排插槽——对应的第一针脚, 以及与第二排插槽
——对应的第二针脚, 第一针脚为 L型, 第二针脚为阶梯状, 通过 将第二针脚为阶梯状, 以便第二 PCB可以设置在第二针脚的上方, 使得第二 PCB可以最大限度的利用空间进行元器件的布局, 从而缩 小了印刷电路板组件的体积。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术 方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明 一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本 领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他 实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。 实施例 1
本发明实施例 1提供一种插头 10 , 图 3为本发明实施例提供的 一种插头 10的组成示意图, 如图 3 所示的插头 10 可以包括: 插头 本体 1 1。 其中, 图 4为本发明实施例提供的一种插头本体 1 1 的主视 图, 如图 4所示的插头本体 1 1 上设置有平行的第一排插槽 12和第 二排插槽 13。 如图 3所示的插头 10还包括, 与第一排插槽 12—— 对应的第一针脚 14 , 以及与第二排插槽 13 对应的第二针脚 15。
其中, 第一针脚 14为 L型, 所述第一针脚 14的一端被嵌入与 第一排插槽 12 中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与第一印刷电路板 ( Printed circuit board , PCB ) 连接。
第二针脚 15为阶梯状, 第二针脚 15 的一端被嵌入与第二排插 槽 13 中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与第一 PCB 连接, 且与第一 针脚 14的与第一 PCB连接的一端平行, 且位于第一针脚 14的与第 ― PCB连接的一端的外侧。
其中,第二针脚 15的阶梯状可以是针脚经过两次或两次以上的 弯折得到的, 经过两次或两次以上的弯折后得到的第二针脚 15与现 有技术中的针脚相比, 可以节省出大量的空间, 这样便可以利用第 二针脚 15节省出的大量空间设置印刷电路板组件中的第二 PCB板, 以实现缩小了印刷电路板组件的体积。
示例性的, 在本发明实施例中, 根据 OBD II协议的规定并参见 图 5所示, 插头本体 1 1 的尺寸具体的可以是: 参见图 5(a)所示的插 头本体 1 1 的主视图可知插头本体 1 1 的长 a=41.34毫米,参见图 5(b) 所示的插头本体 1 1 的仰视图可知插头本体 1 1 的宽 b= 17.25 毫米。 参见图 5(a)所示的插头本体 1 1 的主视图可知插头本体 1 1 的高 hl = 17.90毫米, h2= 19.00毫米。
示例性的, 在本发明实施例中, 根据 OBD II协议的规定并参见 图 5所示, 参见图 5(a)所示的插头本体 11 的主视图可知第一排插槽 12与第二排插槽 13之间的距离为: m=8.60 毫米。 参见图 5(a)所示 的插头本体 1 1 的主视图可知第一排插槽 12 中的两两插槽之间的距 离与第二排插槽 13 中的两两插槽之间的距离均为: n=4.00毫米。
示例性的, 在本发明实施例中, 根据 OBD II协议的规定, 并参 见图 6(a)所示的第一针脚 14 的主视图和图 6(b)所示的第一针脚 14 的俯视图可知第一针脚 14 的尺寸可以是: x l = 14.35 毫米, x2=6.10 毫米, x3=0.80毫米, x4= 1.60毫米, x5 = 1.50毫米。
示例性的, 在本发明实施例中, 根据 OBD II协议的规定, 并参 见图 6(c)所示的第二针脚 15 的主视图和图 6(d)所示的第二针脚 15 的俯视图可知第二针脚 15 的尺寸可以是: yl = 10.10 毫米, y2=7.05 毫米, y3=6.80毫米, y4=7.90毫米, y5=0.80毫米, y6=1 .80毫米, y7= 1.50毫米。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中对所述的插头本体 1 1 的尺寸、 第一排插槽 12与第二排插槽 13之间的距离、 第一排插槽 12 中的两 两插槽之间的距离、 第二排插槽 13 中的两两插槽之间的距离、 第一 针脚 14 的尺寸以及第二针脚 15 的尺寸仅进行了举例说明, 本发明 实施例对插头本体 1 1 的尺寸、 第一排插槽 12与第二排插槽 13之间 的距离、 第一排插槽 12 中的两两插槽之间的距离、 第二排插槽 13 中的两两插槽之间的距离、 第一针脚 14 的尺寸以及第二针脚 15 的 尺寸并不做具体限制。
需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 第一排插槽 12的插槽个数 与第一针脚 14 的个数相同, 第二排插槽 13 的插槽个数与第二针脚 15 的个数相同, 本发明实施例在此对第一排插槽 12 的插槽个数与 第一针脚 14 的个数不做限制, 对第二排插槽 13 的插槽个数与第二 针脚 15的个数也不做限制。
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,在本发明实施例中示例性的, 如图 4所示的插头本体 1 1上设置的第一排插槽 12包含有 8个插槽, 第二排插槽 13也包含有 8个插槽, 如图 3所示的插头 10 包括 8个 第一针脚 14和 8个第二针脚 15。
其中, 图 7为本发明实施例提供的一种第一针脚 14的示意图, 如图 7所示的第一针脚 14为 L型。 图 8为本发明实施例提供的一种 第二针脚 15 的示意图, 如图 8所示的第二针脚 15为经过两次弯折 得到的阶梯状的针脚。 其中, 图 9 为本发明实施例提供的一种插头 10 的剖面图, 如图 9 所示, 8 个第一针脚 14 中的每一个第一针脚 14 的一端被嵌入与第一排插槽 12 包含的 8 个对应位置的插槽, 另 一端用于与第一 PCB连接。 其中, 在一种可能的实现方式中, 第一 针脚 14的一端与第一 PCB可以焊接连接。 如图 9所示, 8个第二针 脚 1 5中的每一个第二针脚 15的一端被嵌入与第二排插槽 13包含的 8个对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与第一 PCB连接, 且与第一针脚 14的与第一 PCB连接的一端平行,且位于第一针脚 14的与第一 PCB 连接的一端的外侧。 其中, 在一种可能的实现方式中, 第二针脚 15 的一端可以与第一 PCB焊接连接。
本发明另一实施例中,图 10为本发明实施例提供的一种插头本 体 1 1 的组成示意图, 如图 10所示的插头本体 1 1上还设置有与第二 排插槽 13 ——对应的卡槽 17 , 卡槽 17用于修正第二针脚 15 的位 置偏差。
示例性的,卡槽 17与插头本体 1 1 的连接方式可以是固定连接, 例如, 卡槽 17与插头本体 1 1焊接连接, 卡槽 17也可以与插头本体 1 1一次成型, 本发明实施例在此对卡槽 17与插头本体 1 1 的连接方 式不做具体限制。 卡槽 17与第二针脚 1 5 的连接方式可以是卡接, 也可以是其他的连接方式, 本发明实施例在此对卡槽 17与第二针脚 15的连接方式也不做具体限制。
示例性的, 在本发明实施例中, 与第二排插槽 13——对应卡槽 17 中, 两两卡槽 17之间的距离可以为 4.00毫米。
示例性的, 如图 1 1 所示的包含第一针脚 14,、 第二针脚 15 , 以 及卡槽 17 的插头 10整体结构图, 该卡槽 17 可以修正第二针脚 15 的位置偏差, 使得所有的第二针脚 15的角度的保持一致, 从而使得 组装更加方便。
本发明实施例提供的插头, 该插头包括插头本体, 插头本体上 设置有平行的第一排插槽和第二排插槽, 且该插头还包括, 与第一 排插槽——对应的第一针脚, 以及与第二排插槽——对应的第二针 脚, 第一针脚为 L型, 第二针脚为阶梯状, 通过将第二针脚为阶梯 状, 以便第二 PCB可以设置在第二针脚的上方, 使得第二 PCB可以 最大限度的利用空间进行元器件的布局, 从而缩小了印刷电路板组 件的体积。
并且,插头的插头本体上设置有与第二排插槽——对应的卡槽, 使得由于第二针脚弯折后可能导致的位置偏差得到修正。 实施例 2
本发明实施例 2提供一种印刷电路板组件 20 , 如图 12所示, 该印刷电路板组件 20 可以包括: 如图 3 所示的插头 10 , 以及第一 PCB 16。
第一 PCB 16用于与插头 10的第一针脚 14的一端连接, 并与插 头 10 的第二针脚 15 的一端连接。 在一种可能的实现方式中, 第一 针脚 14的一端可以与第一 PCB 16焊接连接, 第二针脚 15的一端可 以与第一 PCB 16焊接连接。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所述的插头 10的具体描述可以 参考本发明实施例 1 中插头 10的具体描述, 本发明实施例在此不再 在本发明实施例中进一步可选的, 如图 12所示, 该印刷电路板 组件 20还可以包括: 第二 PCB 1 8。
该第二 PCB 18 通过连接器 19 与第一 PCB 16 连接, 且插头 10 的第二针脚 1 5位于第一 PCB 16与第二 PCB 18之间。
需要说明的是, 图 12 中所示的连接器 19仅为一种示意结构, 本发明实施例在此对连接器 19的具体构成不做限制。
在本发明实施例中进一步可选的, 如图 12 所示, 第二 PCB 18 的一端与插头 10的插头本体 1 1 紧邻。 由于第二针脚 1 5为阶梯状, 因此第二 PCB 18可以设置在如图 12所示的位置, 使得第二 PCB 1 8 可以最大限度的利用空间进行元器件的布局, 从而缩小了印刷电路 板组件 20的体积。
本发明实施例提供的印刷电路板组件, 包括插头, 该插头包括 插头本体, 插头本体上设置有平行的第一排插槽和第二排插槽, 且 该插头还包括, 与第一排插槽——对应的第一针脚, 以及与第二排 插槽——对应的第二针脚, 第一针脚为 L型, 第二针脚为阶梯状, 通过将第二针脚为阶梯状, 以便第二 PCB可以设置在第二针脚的上 方, 使得第二 PCB可以最大限度的利用空间进行元器件的布局, 从 而缩小了印刷电路板组件的体积。
并且,插头的插头本体上设置有与第二排插槽——对应的卡槽, 使得由于第二针脚弯折后可能导致的位置偏差得到修正。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例 描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 或者计算机软 件和电子硬件的结合来实现。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来 执行, 取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员 可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能, 但是 这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销 售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样 的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部 分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算 机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计 算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本 发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。 而前述的存储介质包 括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 ROM、 RAM , 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储 程序代码的介质。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种插头, 包括插头本体, 所述插头本体上设置有平行的第 一排插槽和第二排插槽, 其特征在于, 所述插头还包括, 与所述第一 排插槽——对应的第一针脚, 以及与所述第二排插槽——对应的第二 针脚;
其中, 所述第一针脚为 L型, 所述第一针脚的一端被嵌入与所述 第一排插槽中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与第一印刷电路板 PCB 连接;
所述第二针脚为阶梯状,所述第二针脚的一端被嵌入与所述第二 排插槽中对应位置的插槽, 另一端用于与所述第一 PCB 连接, 且与 所述第一针脚的与所述第一 PCB 连接的一端平行, 且位于所述第一 针脚的与所述第一 PCB连接的一端的外侧。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的插头, 其特征在于,
所述插头本体上还设置有与所述第二排插槽——对应的卡槽,所 述卡槽用于修正所述第二针脚的位置偏差。
3、 一种印刷电路板组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
如权利要求 1或 2中任一项所述的插头;
以及第一印刷电路板 PCB ;
所述第一 PCB 用于与所述插头的第一针脚的一端连接, 并与所 述插头的第二针脚的一端连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的印刷电路板组件, 其特征在于, 还包 括: 第二 PCB ;
所述第二 PCB通过连接器与所述第一 PCB连接, 且所述插头的 第二针脚位于所述第 - PCB与所述第二 PCB之间。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的印刷电路板组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二 PCB的一端与所述插头的插头本体紧邻。
