Abstract

 摩擦撹拌接合方法において、鋼板として、成分組成が所定の範囲に調整されるとともに、次式(1)で計算されるPcm値が0.18≦Pcm≦0.30を満足し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる高強度溶接構造用鋼を用いるとともに、摩擦撹拌における接合条件が、ツール回転数:100~1000rpm、ツール回転トルク:50~500N・mおよび接合速度:10~1000mm/minの範囲で、しかも次式(2)で定義されるHIについて、1.5~20の範囲内で、かつPcmとの関係で次式(3)の範囲を満足させる。 Pcm(%)=C+Si/30+(Mn+Cr+Cu)/20+Ni/60+Mo/15+V/10+5B ・・・(1) HI(kJ/mm) =(6.28×RT×RS)/TS/1000 ・・・ (2) 1.5×109×(Pcm)13.8≦ HI ≦2.1×108×(Pcm)10.6 ・・・ (3)
