下面来描述制造上文所述的有机发光二极管装置 10的方法。
提供柔性有机发光二极管基板 11。在基板 11的内表面 30上设置有有机发光 二极管 13, 如图 2所示。 提供封装基板 12, 其具有朝向有机发光二极管基板 11 的内表面 30的装配平面 31, 如图 3所示。 在基板 i l的内表面 30上还设置有保 护层 14, 在封装基板 12的装配平面 31上也设置有保护层 15。
接着, 在基板 11的保沪层 14上以距离基板 11的边缘特定距离, ^如 5mm 处设置一圈绝缘层条带 23 , 例如硅或二氧化硅层条带。 在封装基板 12的保护层 15上以对应于绝缘层条带 23的方式设置一圈金属焊料条带 24。 为了在焊接过程 中, 避免金属焊料侵入基板 1 1的未设置绝缘层条带 23的部分, 金属焊料条带 24 的宽度要小于绝缘层条带 23的宽度。 为了在保护层 15上设置金属焊料条带 24, 可将金属焊料粉体以粉末冶金的方式在保护层 15 上预形成金属焊料烧结物。 也 可以使用具有一定粘性的有机溶齐^ 例如醇类将金属焊料粉体调成膏状物, 然后 将膏状物涂覆在保护层 15」:, 待有机溶剂散去, 就会在保护层 15上形成金属焊 料条带。 还可以将金属焊料制成类似导电胶带样的条带状, 然后将其粘附在封装 基板 12的保护层 15上而形成金属焊料条带。
将封装基板 12的装配平面 31与有 发光二极管基板 11的内表面 30正对设 置, 并且使金属焊料条带 24与绝缘层条带 23贴合。 使用激光融化金属焊料, 待 熔化的金属悍料冷却后, 有机发光二极管基板 U就会与封装基板 12密封固定式 连接在一起, 也就密封式封装了有 发光二极管 13。
虽然, 在实施例中说明是在封装基板 〗2 上形成金属焊料条带, 但是可以理 解地是, 该金属焊料条带也可以形成在有机发光二极管基板 11 的绝缘层条带 23 上, 也可在封装基板 12和绝缘层条带 23两者上均形成金属焊料条带。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述, 但在不脱离本发明的范围的 情况下, 可以对其迸行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。 尤其是, 只 要不存在结构冲突, 各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起 来。 本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例, 而是包括落入权利要求的范围 Λ 的所有技术方案。

Claims

权利要求书
】. 一种有机发光二极管装置, 包括,
有机发光二极管基板, 在其内表面上设置有有机发光二极管,
封装基板, 其朝向所述有机发光二极管基板的内表面正对设置,
所述有机发光二极管基板和所述封装基板通过在两者之间的金属焊料焊接 而密封式连接在一起从而将所述有机发光二极管密封式封装在所述有机发光二 极管基板和所述封装基板之间。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的有机发光二极管装置, 其中, 所述金属焊料的熔 点低于所述有机发光二极管基板的熔点并且低于所述封装基板的熔点。
3 , 根据权利要求 2所述的有机发:光二极管装置, 其中, 所述金属焊料为锡、 锡铋合金和铅铋合金中的一种或多种。
4, 根据权利要求 2 所述的有机发:光二极管装置, 其中, 在所述有机发光二 极管基板和所述封装基板的朝向彼此的面上均设置有保护层, 所述金属焊料设置 在所述保护层上。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的有机发光二极管装置, 其中, 在所述有机发光二 极管基板的保护层和所述金属焊料之间设置有绝缘层。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的有机发光二极管装置, 其中, 所述绝缘层的材料 为硅或二氧化硅中的一种。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的有机发光二极管装置, 其中, 所述有机发光二极 管基板为柔性基板。
8 , 根据权利要求 7 所述的有机发光二极管装置, 其中, 所述有机发光二极 管基板为聚合物基板》
9, 一种制造根据权利要求 2 所述的有机发:光二极管装置的方法, 包括以下 提供有机发光二极管基板, 在其内表面上设置有有机发光二极管; 提供封装基板, 其具有朝向所述有机发光二极管基板的内表面的装配平面; 在所述有机发光二极管基板的内表面和所述封装基板的装配平面中一个或 两者上设置金属焊料;
将所述有机发光二极管基板和所述封装基板装配在一起, 并且使所述金属焊 料与所述有机发光二极管基板和所述封装基板相贴合;
将所述金属焊料熔化, 待所述熔化的金属焊料冷却后, 所述有机发光二极管 基板与所述封装基板密封固定式连接在一起。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 所述金属焊料为锡、 锡铋合金和铅 秘合金中的一种或多种。
11 . 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 在所述有机发光二极管基板和所述 封装基板的朝向彼此的面上均设置有保护层, 所述金属焊料设置在所述保护层
12. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 在所述有机发光二极管基板和所述 封装基板的朝向彼此的面上均设置有保沪层, 在所述有机发光二极管基板的保沪 层上设置绝缘层, 在所述封装基板的保护层上对应于所述绝缘层设置金属焊料。
13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的方法, 其中, 所述金属焊料形成的条带的宽度 小于所述绝缘层形成的条带的宽度。
】4. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 使用激光来熔化所述金属焊料。
