Description

一种阻燃防火贴皮硅酸钙板的加工方法 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其是涉及一种阻燃防火贴皮硅酸钙板的加工方 法。
背景技术
硅酸钙板是采用硅质、钙质材料和纤维等有机、无机材料经过一系列生产工 艺成型、加压、高温、高压蒸养和特殊技术处理而成的, 使用寿命长, 安全环保, 被广泛应用于各类建筑物的内外墙体、 吊顶、 道路隔声(吸声)屏障、 工业用板 及顶棚、 浇筑墙、 复合墙板的面板、 外墙内外保温板、 无机预涂印装饰板、 工业 防火绝缘用板等, 是理想的低碳节能、 绿色环保材料。 且硅酸钙板具有优良的防 水防火和隔音性能。
但是传统的硅酸钙板由于其本身特性以及外观等方面原因往往仅限于应用 于以上吊顶、 隔墙等领域, 无法替代原有的密度板应用于家具、 地板、 橱柜等领 域, 现有的板材家具采用密度板等材料制成, 有经不起水泡、 易燃, 不易搬迁, 变形概率突出等缺点, 且对甲醛超标不易控制, 损害人身健康, 而实木家具一方 面价格贵, 另一方面大量消耗森林树木资源, 影响生态环境。
若能将硅酸钙板与木材进行贴合制作成具有美观和防火隔音功能一体的材 料, 应用到家具、 地板、 橱柜灯领域, 将是一种家具行业的升级换代, 但是由于 硅酸钙板和木材两种不同特性的物质,热胀冷缩差异很大,采用普通的方法很难 将其永久的无缝贴合在一起, 容易在受热情况下发生裂缝, 分离的情况。
因此, 需要一种新的技术解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的: 为解决现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的在于提供一种外观美观、 阻燃防火性能佳、防水性能好, 原料低价易得的阻燃防火贴皮硅酸钙板的加工方 法。
技术方案: 为达到上述目的, 本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的: 一种阻燃防火贴皮硅酸钙板的加工方法, 包括以下步骤:
( 1 ) 首先将硅酸钙板和木皮按照第一层和第三层材料为木皮, 第二层材料 为硅酸钙板的顺序排入热压机;
(2)配制粘合剂混合物, 将不饱和树脂和纤维素棉以 10:1-10:7的质量比进 行混合后注入恒温热压机中硅酸钙板和木皮的间隙, 进行固化处理 12-25min, 处理温度为 110-130°C、 压力为 8-13KPa, 达到硅酸钙板的冷热收缩幅度均衡; ( 3 ) 使用恒温热压机进行胶贴处理后, 按照 l-2°C/min 的速度进行降温至 55-65°C后出模得到毛坯板;
(4)采用轨道修边机对毛坯板进行修边处理, 切除多余的木皮, 打磨平整, 得到成品。
更为优选的, 所述木皮为砧木皮。
更为优选的, 所述硅酸钙板按照质量百分比包括如下组分: 30-60%的硅质 材料、 20-40%的钙质材料、 20-30%的增强纤维。
更为优选的, 所述硅质材料为质量比为 1: 1:2的石英粉、 粉煤灰已经普通硅 酸盐水泥的混合物。

实施例 1 :

( 1 ) 首先将硅酸钙板和木皮按照第一层和第三层材料为砧木皮, 第二层材 料为硅酸钙板的顺序排入热压机;
(2)配制粘合剂混合物, 将不饱和树脂和纤维素棉以 10: 1的质量比进行混 合后注入恒温热压机中硅酸钙板和木皮的间隙, 进行固化处理 12min, 处理温度 为 110°C、 压力为 8KPa, 达到硅酸钙板的冷热收缩幅度均衡;
( 3 ) 使用热压机进行胶贴处理后, 按照 rC/min的速度进行降温至 55°C后 出模得到毛坯板;

实施例 2:

( 1 ) 首先将硅酸钙板和木皮按照第一层和第三层材料为砧木皮, 第二层材 料为硅酸钙板的顺序排入热压机;
(2)配制粘合剂混合物, 将不饱和树脂和纤维素棉以 10:7的质量比进行混 合后注入恒温热压机中硅酸钙板和木皮的间隙, 进行固化处理 25min, 处理温度 为 130°C、 压力为 13KPa, 达到硅酸钙板的冷热收缩幅度均衡;
(3 )使用恒温热压机进行胶贴处理后,按照 2°C/min的速度进行降温至 65°C 后出模得到毛坯板;
(4) 采用轨道修边机对毛坯板进行修边处理, 切除多余的砧木皮, 打磨平 整, 得到成品。
其中, 所述硅酸钙板按照质量百分比包括如下组分: 60%的硅质材料、 20% 的钙质材料、 20%的增强纤维; 所述硅质材料为质量比为 1:1:2的石英粉、 粉煤 灰以及普通硅酸盐水泥的混合物, 所述钙质材料为质量比为 1:3的生石灰与煤炉 渣的混合物。
实施例 3:

(3 ) 使用恒温热压机进行胶贴处理后, 按照 1.5°C/min 的速度进行降温至 6CTC后出模得到毛坯板;
(4) 采用轨道修边机对毛坯板进行修边处理, 切除多余的砧木皮, 打磨平 整, 得到成品。
其中, 所述硅酸钙板按照质量百分比包括如下组分: 45%的硅质材料、 30% 的钙质材料、 25%的增强纤维; 所述硅质材料为质量比为 1:1:2的石英粉、 粉煤 灰以及普通硅酸盐水泥的混合物, 所述钙质材料为质量比为 1:3的生石灰与煤炉 渣的混合物。
采用本发明上述实施例 1-3的一种阻燃防火贴皮硅酸钙板的加工方法制成的 硅酸钙板制成办公桌家具送检苏州市产品质量监督检验所,依据 GB/T3324-2008 《木家具通用技术条件》 进行检测, 具体结果如下表所示:

从上表可以看出,本发明一种阻燃防火贴皮硅酸钙板的加工方法制成的硅酸 钙板制成的家具各项指标均符合国家标准,且一方面秉承了硅酸钙板阻燃防火节 能环保的优质性能, 另一方面木皮的表面材质增加了整个硅酸钙板的美观性, 易 造型, 可应用于家具、 地板、 橱柜等领域, 具有防水、 阻燃、 不易变形、 易搬迁 等多种功能, 且制作成本低廉, 有效预防传统家具的甲醛超标等缺陷。

( 1 ) 首先将硅酸钙板和木皮按照第一层和第三层材料为木皮, 第二层材料 为硅酸钙板的顺序排入热压机;
(2)配制粘合剂混合物, 将不饱和树脂和纤维素棉以 10:1-10:7的质量比进 行混合后注入恒温热压机中硅酸钙板和木皮的间隙, 进行固化处理 12-25min, 处理温度为 110-130°C、 压力为 8-13KPa, 达到硅酸钙板的冷热收缩幅度均衡;
(3 ) 使用恒温热压机进行胶贴处理后, 按照 l-2°C/min 的速度进行降温至 55-65°C后出模得到毛坯板;
(4)采用轨道修边机对毛坯板进行修边处理, 切除多余的木皮, 打磨平整, 得到成品。
