Definitions
- the present invention relates to assembly furniture.
- Patent Document 1 As an assembly furniture formed by connecting wall-constituting members via a predetermined connector, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known.
- furniture is formed by connecting four panel boards (wall surface constituent members) using connecting parts made of synthetic resin.
- the connecting part has two wing pieces and is formed in an L-shaped cross section, and the connecting part is connected to the wall surface constituent member by inserting the wing piece into an engagement hole provided in the wall surface constituent member. Is called.
- the elastically deformable tongue-like portions formed on the wing pieces are elastically locked into the engaging recesses in the engaging holes, and the separation from the side surface components is restricted.
- the connection of each other that is, the assembly of the assembly furniture can be performed only by attaching the wing pieces of the connection parts to the wall surface constituting member.
- the opening operation of the engagement hole in the wall surface component member increases the number of manufacturing steps, and in particular, the formation of the engaging recess that is undercut with respect to the opening operation direction requires a large number of steps. There is also the problem of becoming higher.
- the present invention has been made to eliminate the above drawbacks, and an object thereof is to provide an assembly furniture that can be easily assembled by a user and can be manufactured at low cost.
- the object is It is an assembly furniture in which an appropriate number of wall surface constituent members 1 adjacent to each other at a predetermined angle are connected, The wall surface constituent members 1 are connected to each other by a connecting metal piece 2 having toughness, and one wall surface constituent member 1 is superposed on the other 1, or is caused by an assembling operation from a pre-assembly posture that occupies the deployed position.
- the connecting metal piece 2 is achieved by providing an assembly furniture that is plastically deformed by a bending stress generated in the connecting metal piece 2 in accordance with a raising operation and maintains a relative position between the wall surface constituent members 1 and 1.
- the assembly furniture connects a plurality of wall surface component members 1, 1,... At a predetermined angle to form an accommodation space therein.
- the whole or a part includes the connecting metal piece 2.
- the wall surface constituting member 1 may be panel-shaped or frame-shaped, and the assembly furniture may surround the accommodation space in a frame shape or surround the entire circumference of the accommodation space. It may be a thing. Furthermore, in addition to a general rectangular parallelepiped shape, various polygonal shapes can be adopted as the accommodation space.
- the metal piece connecting part 3 is formed by connecting both ends of the tough connecting metal piece 2 to the wall surface constituting members 1 and 1 by screws or the like, and the wall face constituting members 1 and 1 connected to each other by the metal piece connecting part 3.
- a deployment posture positioned on substantially the same plane, or a folding posture in which they overlap each other to form a superposed space can be saved during transportation or storage.
- the other wall surface forming member 1 by the connecting means other than the metal piece connecting portion 3 is used. When set, it is performed by connecting the other wall surface constituting member 1.
- produces in the metal piece 2 for a connection generate
- FIG. The wall surface constituting member 1 constituting the side plate, the top plate, the bottom plate, etc. of the assembled furniture has an appropriate size, and the arm length from the metal piece connecting portion 3 becomes a considerable length. A large bending moment is generated in the metal piece connecting portion 3 simply by adding a sufficient bending stress to the connecting metal piece 2.
- the connecting metal piece 2 is formed of a tough material that can be appropriately plastically deformed without breaking even after exceeding the elastic limit, the connecting metal piece 2 has a predetermined angle without breaking due to an applied moment. Bends.
- the metal piece connecting portion 3 can be formed by simply fixing the flat plate-like connecting metal piece 2 to the wall surface constituting member 1 with an appropriate fixing means such as a screw. It is possible to reduce the component cost by using the flat connecting metal piece 2 without using a hinge member such as a hinge. Since it is not necessary to perform special processing on the wall surface constituting member 1 for the formation, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
- the operation of moving the wall surface component 1 connected by the flat connecting metal piece 2 between the pre-assembly posture and the assembly completion posture is completed simply by moving the wall surface configuration member 1 in a predetermined direction. Workability is improved. In particular, the transition to the completed assembly state is completed only by moving the wall surface constituent member 1 to a predetermined position without requiring the fixing work of the connecting metal piece 2 to the wall surface constituent member 1. Even users who are not able to perform assembly work can easily perform the assembly work. Further, when a hinge or the like is used for the connecting portion, an operation for preventing the return to the initial position after moving the wall surface constituting member 1 to a predetermined position is required, but the connecting metal piece 2 is used. Then, since the connecting metal piece 2 is deformed to a predetermined angle only by moving the wall surface constituting member 1 to a predetermined position, no holding operation or the like at that position is required, so that assembly workability is dramatically improved. .
- the connecting metal piece 2 may be configured such that the plastic deformation line 4 of the connecting metal piece 2 is set by providing rigidity along a narrow region having both ends open at the center. it can.
- the narrow region becomes relatively less rigid than the other regions and becomes a plastic deformation line 4 that is easy to bend.
- the plastic deformation region By limiting the plastic deformation region to a narrow region, the curvature at the bent portion is reduced and the corner portion is better accommodated, and the refractive position between the wall surface constituting members 1 and 1 is limited. Since the position of the opposite end with respect to the refractive center of the wall surface component 1 is accurately determined, the shape after assembly is stable.
- the plastic deformation line 4 is The connecting portions 5 of the connecting metal pieces 2 to the wall surface constituting members 1 are arranged close to each other and formed by utilizing the rigidity improvement in the connecting portion 5. Or It is also possible to form the laminated superposed portion 6 with the opposite side edge folded back on the connecting metal piece 2 except the central portion, and the non-laminated superposed portion 7 to be the plastic deformation line 4. Further, The plastic deformation line 4 can also be formed by providing a bellows-like uneven strip 8 at the center of the connecting metal piece 2.
- the material end 9 of one wall surface constituting member 1 is abutted against the side wall 10 of the other wall surface constituting member 1 in the assembly completion posture so that the included angle between the wall surface constituting members 1, 1 is increased.
- the abutting portion functions as a positioning and also functions as a rigid joint described later, so that the included angle between the wall surface constituent members 1 and 1 is reliably determined and the strength Also gets higher.
- the assembled furniture can be performed by moving the wall surface component 1 connected by the metal piece connecting portion 3 from the pre-assembly posture in the folded state to the assembly completion posture.
- the wall surface constituent members 1 and 1 are directly connected to each other in a rigid connection state so that a stable structure can be obtained even when the metal piece connecting portion 3 is a pin connection, or a rigid connection state through other members. If it connects with, since the bending moment generation
- direct connection between the wall surface components 1 and 1 is performed after the four surfaces previously connected by the connecting metal pieces 2 are shifted to the assembly completion posture.
- This can be realized by connecting the adjacent wall surface constituent members 1 and 1 with an L-shaped connector having a rib or the like at the bent portion to increase the rigidity.
- the connecting operation using the L-shaped connecting tool is performed by fixing the connecting tool with a screw, or by fitting it to the wall-constituting member 1 or by fitting it to a fitting portion provided with an appropriate metal fitting. It is possible, and the connection location by the L-shaped connector becomes a rigid joint and can increase the overall strength.
- connection via other members can be performed by interposing an appropriate connecting dedicated member between the wall surface constituting members 1, but the wall surface constituting member 1 constituting the wall surface is used when the assembly is completed.
- the assembly furniture is A frame constituting part 11 connected by the metal piece connecting part 3 to constitute a part of the frame shape; It has a connecting wall surface constituting member 12 that completes the frame shape by connecting both free edge portions of the frame constituting portion 11.
- the assembled furniture first causes the wall surface component 1 to move the frame component 11 to the assembly completion posture, and then only connects the connection wall surface component 12 to the open end.
- the connecting wall surface constituting member 1 is appropriately connected to the frame constituting portion 11 that causes the connected wall constituting member 1 to be raised and maintained without being supported by the action of the connecting metal piece 2. Since it can be completed only by connecting, even a user unfamiliar with the assembly work can easily perform the assembly work.
- the connecting wall surface constituting member 12 and the free end edge portion of the frame constituting portion 11 are fitted with a fitting groove 14 formed on the other side of a slide connecting tool 13 having a cross-sectional shape fixed to one of them. Can be connected.
- the slide connector 13 is fitted to either one of the wall surface constituting member 1 and the connecting wall surface constituting member 12 using a screw or the like and a fitting groove 14 formed on the other. It has a piece and is formed in a cross-sectional shape.
- the assembly work is performed by causing the wall surface constituting member 1 to move to a predetermined position and deforming the frame constituting portion 11 into a predetermined shape, and then fitting the fitting piece of the slide connector 13 into the fitting groove 14. It can be completed simply by sliding the connecting wall surface constituting member 12. In the state in which the fitting piece is fitted in the fitting groove 14, the fitting piece extends obliquely in the thickness direction with respect to the connecting wall surface constituting member 12, and therefore, the width direction of the connecting wall surface constituting member 12.
- the both side edges of the frame are connected to the frame constituting part 11 via the slide connector 13, in addition to the movement to the front or back side, the movement in the width direction is also completely restricted. Withdrawal is completely prevented.
- the slide connector 13 is inclined from the end of the material abutted against the frame component 11 of the connecting wall surface component 12 from the inner wall 15 side of the connecting wall surface component 12 toward the outer wall 16 side.

- the slide connector 13 can improve the fitting workability by making the thickness of the fitting piece 17 slightly smaller than the width of the fitting groove 14, the fitting piece 17 and the fitting groove If there is a gap between the two, the rattling may occur and the fitting may be released when a force is applied in the direction of deforming the connecting metal piece 2 by mistake.
- a stopper 18 that restricts the movement of the connecting wall surface constituting member 12 toward the inner wall 15 is provided adjacent to the inner side of the fitting groove 14, and the inclined fitting piece 17 extends from the fitting groove 14.
- assembly furniture is A rectangle that is connected by the metal piece connecting portion 3 and that holds the assembly completion posture by abutting the material end 9 of the pair of wall surface constituting members 1 and 1 facing the end side wall 10 of the wall surface constituting member 1 adjacent thereto. It has a frame-shaped frame component 11, The connecting metal piece 2 is connected to the abutting side wall surface constituting member 1 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction, The frame constituting portion 11 can be configured to be able to change to the pre-assembly posture by crushing the rectangular frame shape after the abutting wall surface constituting member 1 is slid in the assembly completion posture to eliminate the push-up state.
- the frame constituting portion 11 is formed by connecting four wall surface constituting members 1 by the metal piece connecting portion 3, and the assembly is deformed into a rectangular frame shape by causing the wall face constituting member 1 from the pre-assembled posture. Then, the pair of wall surface constituent members 1, 1 facing each other are slid so that the end faces come into contact with the side wall 10 of the adjacent wall surface constituent member 1.
- the assembly work can be completed without performing a special connecting operation, the assembly workability can be further improved.

Abstract
