図3の拠点配置見直し案算出処理330では、図15のフローに示すように、拠点配置の見直し案を生成し,生成した見直し案が見直し案表示条件を満たすか否かを判断する。拠点配置見直し案算出処理330は、図1の記憶部120のデータを利用して、拠点配置案算出部130で実行する。具体的には、図2のROM220に格納されているプログラムをCPU201がロードするとともに、補助記憶装置230のデータをRAM210に読み出し、処理を実行し、結果を補助記憶装置230に格納する。
図3の見直し案表示処理340では、図18および図19に示す結果表示画面を表示する。結果表示は、図1の表示部150に表示される。具体的には、図2のROM220に格納されているプログラムをCPU201がロードするとともに、補助記憶装置230のデータをRAM210に読み出し、表示装置240に出力する。なお、結果表示が終了すると、補助記憶装置230に格納されている情報は保存される。
上記実施例では、使用する倉庫を変更する拠点配置案は、示されていないが、倉庫を追加したり廃止したりするコストを考慮することで、使用する倉庫を変更する拠点配置案を算出することができる。例えば、新たに倉庫Cを追加する可能性がある場合、倉庫Cに関する入庫処理情報や輸送費情報等を情報を想定して入力しておくことで対応することができる。
なお、本発明は上記した実施例に限定されるものではなく、様々な変形例が含まれる。例えば、上記した実施例は本発明をわかりやすく説明するために詳細に説明したものであり、必ずしも説明した全ての構成を備えるものに限定されるものではない。また、ある実施例の構成の一部を他の実施例の構成に置き換えることが可能であり、また、ある実施例の構成に他の実施例の構成を加えることも可能である。また、各実施例の構成の一部について、他の構成の追加・削除・置換をすることが可能である。
Claims (14)
- 物流拠点の拠点配置案の見直しを行う物流拠点配置案算出装置であって,
各倉庫の処理能力を含む入庫処理能力情報と,各倉庫の入庫実績を含む入庫情報と,発送元から着荷先への輸送実績情報と,発送元から着荷先への輸送費情報と、現状の拠点配置の業務を変更する際に生じるコストを含む物流変更コスト情報と,拠点配置を見直す必要があるか否かを判定するために使用する項目を含む監視項目情報と,を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された前記入庫処理能力情報と、前記入庫情報と、前記実績情報と、に基づいて、定期的に前記監視項目情報の監視項目の変化を算出し,前記監視項目の変化の増加または減少傾向を検出した場合には監視項目に影響を与えるパラメータを変更し、前記輸送費情報と前記物流変更コスト情報に基づいた新たな拠点配置案を算出する拠点配置案算出部と,
を有することを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の物流拠点配置案算出装置であって、前記拠点配置案算出部は、監視項目の時系列的な変化を算出するか、または、前記監視項目の値と、当該監視項目の目標値との差を算出することで、前記監視項目情報の監視項目の変化を算出することを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出装置。
- 請求項1に記載の物流拠点配置案算出装置であって、前記監視項目の変化の増加または減少傾向は、所定の基準を上回る変化があった場合に、検出されることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出装置。
- 請求項1に記載の物流拠点配置案算出装置であって、前記拠点配置案算出部は、算出した新たな拠点配置案が、現状の拠点配置案と比較して、所定の基準を満たす場合は、ユーザへの提示が必要であると判断し、表示のための出力することを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出装置。
- 請求項4に記載の物流拠点配置案算出装置であって、前記所定の基準は、売上、コスト、または利益を含む財務指標の基準であることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出装置。
- 請求項4に記載の物流拠点配置案算出装置であって、前記拠点配置案算出部は、現状の拠点配置案と新たな拠点配置案の比較に加え,予め定義した目標値と新たな拠点配置案の予測値を比較することで,ユーザへの提示が必要か判断することを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出装置。
- 請求項1に記載の物流拠点配置案算出装置であって、前記監視項目に影響を与えるパラメータは、前記輸送費情報における発送元、輸送形態、または、前記入庫処理情報における処理能力であることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出装置。
- 物流拠点の拠点配置案の見直しを行う物流拠点配置案算出プログラムであって,
コンピュータに記憶された、各倉庫の処理能力を含む入庫処理能力情報と,各倉庫の入庫実績を含む入庫情報と,発送元から着荷先への輸送実績情報と,発送元から着荷先への輸送費情報と、現状の拠点配置の業務を変更する際に生じるコストを含む物流変更コスト情報と,拠点配置を見直す必要があるか否かを判定するために使用する項目を含む監視項目情報と,を用いて、
前記入庫処理能力情報と、前記入庫情報と、前記実績情報と、に基づいて、定期的に前記監視項目情報の監視項目の変化を算出する処理と,
前記監視項目の変化の増加または減少傾向を検出した場合には監視項目に影響を与えるパラメータを変更し、前記輸送費情報と前記物流変更コスト情報に基づいた新たな拠点配置案を算出する処理と,
をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出プログラム。 - 請求項8に記載の物流拠点配置案算出プログラムであって、
前記監視項目の時系列的な変化を算出するか、または、前記監視項目の値と、当該監視項目の目標値との差を算出することで、前記監視項目情報の監視項目の変化を算出する処理をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出プログラム。 - 請求項8に記載の物流拠点配置案算出プログラムであって、
前記監視項目の変化の増加または減少傾向は、所定の基準を上回る変化があった場合に、検出されることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出プログラム。 - 請求項8に記載の物流拠点配置案算出プログラムであって、
算出した新たな拠点配置案が、現状の拠点配置案と比較して、所定の基準を満たす場合は、ユーザへの提示が必要であると判断し、表示のための出力する処理をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出プログラム。 - 請求項11に記載の物流拠点配置案算出プログラムであって、
前記所定の基準は、売上、コスト、または利益を含む財務指標の基準であることを特徴とする物流拠点配置案算出プログラム。 - 請求項11に記載の物流拠点配置案算出プログラムであって、
