Definitions
- the invention relates to a household refrigerator with an interior for receiving food, which is limited by walls of an inner container. On opposite vertical side walls of the inner container receiving webs are formed, on which a plate-like compartment divider of the household refrigerator can be attached. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for assembling a compartment divider of a household refrigerating appliance.
- Such a configuration is known for example from EP 1 808 657 A1.
- the same is also known from WO 2007/1 15880 A2.
- US Pat. No. 4,191,434 discloses an embodiment in which a receiving web widens in a rear end viewed in the direction of the depth of the inner container and thus varies in width in the length configuration considered in the depth direction of the device.
- An inventive domestic refrigerator comprises an interior for receiving food, which is bounded by walls of an inner container. On opposite lateral vertical walls of the inner container receiving webs are formed, on which a plate-like compartment divider or shelf of the household refrigerator is attached.
- An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in that on at least one receiving web and / or on a rear wall of the Inner container, a first engagement element is formed. This at least one first engagement element is viewed along its longitudinal extent varies in width at least once. This means that this width changes at least once.
- the engagement element is arranged in the end position of the compartment divider in the inner container between a viewed in the vertical direction of the household refrigerator upper channel wall and a first lower channel wall engaging.
- the two channel walls are formed on an edge of the compartment divider and contribute to the design of a first, laterally open edge channel.
- the at least one first engagement element namely the broadening allows sections targeted mechanical coupling of the engagement member with the compartment divider.
- an upwardly and downwardly reliable boundary is formed by the channel walls, in which the engagement element engages and thus also here a corresponding holder is given. It is thus formed by the first laterally open edge channel a kind of rail or guide, which favors the above advantages accordingly.
- the compartment divider may be a partition plate for dividing the interior into different compartments, possibly with different temperature zones, and / or be a support plate for setting up stored goods. It is preferably provided that a first engagement element is formed in a rear half of the length, in particular in a rear longitudinal third, of the receiving web and widens the receiving web in the horizontal direction.
- a particularly emphasized positional fixation of the compartment divider is formed by such a configuration, especially in the rear area.
- a first engagement element is longer than the first lower channel wall.
- the first engagement element is formed integrally with the receiving web when it is formed thereon, or integrally on the rear wall when it is formed there.
- the receiving web is formed integrally with the vertical wall.
- the receiving web with its feed opening of the inner container facing the front end set back relative to a front edge of the vertical wall ends.
- This also makes both the removal and the insertion of the compartment divider easier and more user-friendly.
- it is also achieved by such a configuration that in a longitudinal section between the front end of the receiving web and the front edge of the vertical wall an optionally provided otherwise additional mechanical coupling device for coupling the compartment divider to the inner container may be formed.
- the position fixation of the compartment divider is favored again and generally still very compact and in terms of Coupling and decoupling highly functional, yet simple and user-friendly design allows.
- the front end of the receiving web opens into a recess in an inner side of the vertical wall.
- a hidden or sunk place for this front end is formed as it were, so that there are no undesirable Versp Rud Institute or jamming when moving the compartment divider during removal or insertion.
- a lateral vertical wall of the inner container viewed in the depth direction of the household refrigerating appliance in a front length half, in particular in a front length third has a recess on the inside. Considering this recess and thus producing a larger clear width in the width direction of the domestic refrigerator, it is possible for further mechanical coupling components to be mounted and fastened in this recess. In addition, by such, considered in the depth direction of the household refrigeration device stepped configuration of such a vertical wall, which is thus formed uneven, an improved anchoring and thus allows mechanical coupling of the compartment divider with the vertical wall.
- the top of the pedestal considered in the vertical direction of the household refrigeration device is lower than an upper side of the receiving web.
- the pedestal which extends in the width direction in the interior, is formed in the recess of the vertical wall, it can be formed as space-saving as possible and does not extend undesirably far into the interior. An undesirable reduction in space of the space and beyond an element on which the user himself or with objects could then encounter, is prevented. Last but not least, the pedestal can also be fastened and arranged in a highly stable mechanical manner in this recess, so that it can also absorb correspondingly higher load-bearing forces.
- the front end of the receiving web opens into an arcuate manner in the recess and the pedestal. This is also advantageous in order to prevent jamming or spreading of the compartment divider during its relative movement to the receiving web.
- the upper channel wall is formed on a front area doctorseitlich outwardly standing, as in a rear area.
- the compartment divider is thus preferably formed at its opposite side edges so that the upper channel wall varies in width, in particular at least once discretely stepped. This also makes it possible to form targeted stops which, in interaction with corresponding counter-components, which are formed on the receiving web in particular, make further mechanical couplings for securing the position of the compartment divider.
- a stepped transition to the change in width between the front region and the rear region of the upper channel wall is formed in a longitudinal section of the compartment divider considered in the depth direction of the household refrigerating appliance, in which a second lower channel wall is also formed.
- the second lower channel wall forms with the upper channel wall a second, laterally open edge channel, in which engages a front portion of the receiving web in the end position of the compartment divider.
- this provides an embodiment in which, viewed in the end position of the compartment divider in the depth direction of the domestic refrigeration device on the one hand in a rear, on the other hand anchored and held in a further forward region of the compartment divider and thus each through the edge channel both from above and from below supported and encompassed.
- a fixing element is partially recessed in a receptacle which in the end position of the compartment divider in the interior into a notch engaging in an upper surface of a pedestal formed on a vertical wall.
- a second lower channel wall is formed, which is viewed spaced apart from the first lower channel wall in the longitudinal direction viewed in a front length half of the compartment divider in the depth direction of the domestic refrigeration appliance and considered the first lower channel wall in the width direction of the compartment divider is further inwardly displaced, as the second lower channel wall.
- a free outer edge of the first lower channel wall is formed maximally on a width position on which a subsequent to the free outer edge vertical guide wall of the compartment divider is arranged.
- This first lower channel wall is thus not undesirable laterally in the width direction, so that the insertion and withdrawal of the compartment divider on the mechanical coupling with the specific shaped configurations of the receiving web can be done easily and despite the complex geometries and shapes of the compartment divider sides and the receiving web and other sections the inner container, which then serve for mechanical coupling and position assurance, no unwanted splaying or jamming occurs when moving the compartment divider.
- a length of the first and, if present, of the second lower duct wall in the depth direction of the household refrigerating appliance is smaller than an air gap or a distance in the horizontal depth direction between a front edge of the compartment divider and a rear one Overhang of the door of the household refrigerator in the end position of the compartment divider in the interior and is at 90 ° open door. This means that at this specific opening angle of the door then this horizontal distance in the depth direction is dimensioned so that in this open door a horizontal extraction of the compartment divider and thus releasing the anchorage between the engagement elements and the edge channels is made possible.
- the lower channel walls are thus in this up to the supernatant at this opened by 90 ° open door state in the depth direction no longer overlapping with the engagement elements, so that the compartment divider then also about a horizontal axis, which measures, for example, in the depth direction, upwards can be folded and pivoted and thus a trouble-free removal of the compartment divider is achieved even with this specific opening position of the door with such a supernatant.
- This rearmost projection of the door is at this opening width of the door, as it was named at 90 °, arranged so that it overlaps in the width direction of the household refrigeration appliance considered with the compartment divider when it is in the final state in the interior or at most up to this Supernatant is pulled out.
- the invention relates to a method for mounting a compartment divider of a household refrigerating appliance in an interior of the household refrigerating appliance, which is designed to hold food.
- the interior is bounded by walls of an inner container, wherein on opposite lateral vertical walls of the inner container receiving webs are formed, on which the plate-like compartment divider is mounted.
- An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in that during insertion of the compartment divider an at least first engagement element on at least one receiving web and / or on a rear wall of the inner container between a viewed in the vertical direction of the household refrigerating appliance upper channel wall and a first lower channel wall which at a Edge of the compartment divider are formed and a first side form open edge channel is introduced. In the end position of the compartment divider then this engagement element is located between these first channel walls.
- the first engagement element varies at least once viewed in its width along its longitudinal extent.
- the one insertion level for the compartment divider forming receiving webs which are formed on opposite lateral vertical walls and thus formed at the same height, constructed analogously.
- the compartment divider is coupled mechanically correspondingly on both opposite sides.
- the receiving webs Due to the configuration of the receiving webs and standing in mechanical contact areas of the compartment divider and a gap-free mechanical coupling between said components is achieved.
- the receiving webs viewed in their longitudinal extent can be designed with the same width or without grading on the free edge pointing to the interior.
- these receiving webs may also be separate parts that can be attached to the vertical walls so as to be non-destructively detachable.
- the compartment divider may be integrally formed, but it may also be composed of at least two separate parts.
- the compartment divider is preferably made of plastic, but may also be formed of a different material, for example of sheet metal or of glass or of a combination of said possible materials.
