- the present invention relates to a rail vehicle equipped with a fire extinguishing equipment for injecting a fire extinguishing agent into a vehicle from a nozzle provided in each part of the piping while compressing the fire extinguishing agent through compressed air through a pipe laid in the vehicle in the event of a fire.
- the present invention relates to the configuration of piping for supplying a fire extinguishing agent into the vehicle.
- Measures to prevent fires in Japanese railway vehicles are based on the construction of vehicles with non-combustible (non-combustible) materials. According to the “Ministerial Ordinance for Establishing Technical Standards for Railways”, use electric wires for vehicles that can prevent the occurrence of fire due to heat generated by equipment, and equipment that may generate arcs or heat is appropriate. It clearly states that protective measures have been provided and that the passenger car body must be of a structure and material that can prevent the anticipated fire and fire spread.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a sprinkler system used for a railway vehicle. According to the Sprinkler system described in Patent Document 1, the function of the fire extinguishing equipment can be maintained by simple maintenance, and the tolerance of the system against passenger mischief can be increased.
- the fire extinguishing equipment described in Patent Document 1 includes a fire extinguishing agent tank, a high-pressure tank in which compressed air for pumping the extinguishing agent is accumulated, and a pipe that forms a flow path for spraying the extinguishing agent on each part of the inside of the railway vehicle. It consists of.
- a nozzle for injecting a fire extinguishing agent is provided at an arbitrary portion of the piping.
- the piping is usually laid on the inner side of the roof structure constituting the structure of the railway vehicle. And a ceiling panel is installed so that piping may be covered so that it may not touch a passenger's eyes.
- a ceiling panel is installed to cover the piping, at least the nozzle tip must be exposed inside the vehicle. This is because the fire extinguishing agent sprayed from the nozzle tip is appropriately dispersed in the vehicle. Therefore, when installing the ceiling panel, grasp the position of the nozzle tip and the position of the ceiling panel fixed to the roof structure and the upper end of the side structure, and provide an opening at a location corresponding to the position of the nozzle tip.
- a ceiling panel is installed by processing a ceiling panel and inserting a nozzle front-end
- the present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and proposes a rail vehicle to which a fire extinguishing equipment can be easily attached.
- the rail vehicle according to the present invention includes a fire extinguisher that pumps a fire extinguishing agent, and a flow that is connected to the fire extinguishing device and sprays the fire extinguishing agent pumped by the fire extinguishing device to each part of the rail vehicle.
- the rail vehicle has a plurality of ceiling panels installed in the roof structure, and the piping is fixed to each of the plurality of ceiling panels together with the ceiling panels. It is attached to a rail vehicle.
- fire extinguishing equipment can be easily attached.

- the fire extinguishing device 11 includes a fire extinguisher tank and a high pressure tank.
- a fire extinguisher tank is filled with a fire extinguisher for reducing the momentum of the flame or extinguishing the fire in the event of a fire.
- the high-pressure tank stores compressed air that serves as a power source for pumping out the extinguishing agent.
- FIG. 2 shows a configuration of the AA section of the monorail vehicle 1 in FIG.
- the monorail vehicle 1 includes a frame 21 that forms a floor, side structures 22 that are erected at both ends in the width direction X of the frame 21, and a roof structure 23 that is disposed at the upper end of the side structure 22. Composed.
- the monorail vehicle 1 includes a side ceiling panel 31, a central ceiling panel 32, and a seat 33 inside the vehicle, and is arranged between the side ceiling panel 31 and the central ceiling panel 32, the upper end portion of the side structure 22, and the roof structure 23.
- a connection pipe 41 and a pipe 42 are provided.
- the side ceiling panel 31 is installed on the ceiling at the end in the width direction X of the monorail vehicle 1.
- the central ceiling panel 32 is connected to the side ceiling panel 31 so as to cover the central portion of the ceiling.
- the connection pipe 41 is installed through the roof structure 12 and connects the fire extinguishing apparatus 11 and the pipe 42.
- the pipe 42 forms a flow path for spraying the fire extinguishing agent to each part in the vehicle when the fire extinguishing agent from the fire extinguishing apparatus 11 is pumped through the connection pipe 41.
- FIG. 3 shows a configuration of the BB cross section of the monorail vehicle 1 in FIG.
- the pipe 42 is installed along the side structure 22 and the end structure 24 standing at the end of the monorail vehicle 1 in the longitudinal direction.
- the pipe 42 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 51 at arbitrary locations. A fire extinguisher is jetted from the nozzle 51 in an emergency.
- the pipe 42 in the present embodiment is fixed in advance to the side ceiling panel 31 and the central ceiling panel 32, and is attached to the monorail vehicle 1 together with the side ceiling panel 31 and the central ceiling panel 32.
- the piping 42 is provided together with the side ceiling panel 31 and the central ceiling panel 32, thereby forming a closed flow path that makes a circuit around the inside of the monorail vehicle 1 in a substantially horizontal plane.
- the flow path formed by the pipe 42 is not limited to the illustrated flow path, and may be configured to form a plurality of closed flow paths, for example.
- the pipe 42 is provided in the side ceiling panel 31 and the central ceiling panel 32. However, the pipe 42 may be provided only in the central ceiling panel 32.
- FIG. 4 shows a CC front configuration of the side ceiling panel 31 in FIG.
- the side ceiling panel 31 includes a plurality of fixtures 61 that are discretely arranged, and includes a pipe 42 that is fixed by the fixtures 61.
- the two fixing devices 61 are arranged at the center and the end of the side ceiling panel 31, respectively. However, for example, only two may be arranged at the center. In this case, play can be given to the fixed position of the pipe 42.
- the side ceiling panel 31 is configured to include fixing portions 311 and 312 at both ends in the width direction (short direction).
- the fixing portion 311 is a fixing portion that fixes the side ceiling panel 31 to the upper end portion of the side structure 22.
- the fixing portion 312 is a fixing portion for connecting the side ceiling panel 31 to the support portion of the central ceiling panel 32.
- the side ceiling panel 31 is configured to include opening end portions 45 at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
- the reason for the configuration including the open end 45 is as follows. That is, the flexible joint 43 and the connection part 44 for connecting the pipes 42 are provided at the end of the pipe 42 fixed to the side ceiling panel 31.
- the side ceiling panel 31 including the pipe 42 is connected to the monorail. This is because the flexible joint 43 and the connecting portion 44 can be handled through the side ceiling panel 31 even after being fixed to the ceiling portion of the vehicle 1.
- the flexible joint 43 is a flexible joint.
- FIG. 5 shows a back surface configuration of the side ceiling panel 31 in FIG. 5 is a view when the side ceiling panel 31 is viewed from the seat 33.
