随着人们生活水平的提高, 洗衣机现已成为人们日常生活的主要家电之一, 洗衣机的洗 衣过程主要包括洗涤、 漂洗、 甩干几个阶段, 在洗涤阶段洗衣机进水和洗涤剂对衣物进行洗 涤, 进入漂洗阶段后为了漂净污渍和残留的洗涤剂, 需要进更多的水或执行更多的漂洗次数 对衣物进行漂洗, 这势必耗费大量的水资源, 即使是省水的滚筒洗衣机, 为了漂净衣物也需 要漂洗至少两次, 这一过程至少要消耗 30L以上的自来水。 有时衣物上的污渍较少或投放的 洗涤剂较少, 可能两次就漂洗干净了, 但由于用户选择了 3次漂洗, 势必也会造成水资源的 浪费, 比如 6Kg的全自动洗衣机一般两次漂洗水基本用水量在 100升左右。 如何在洗净衣服 的同时能够做到省水省电, 一直是消费者关注的焦点之一。 目前为止尚未有家用洗衣机配套使用的水净化及循环利用装置, 即便是所谓的带有节水 功能的洗衣机, 一般在洗衣机的侧位安装储水箱, 采用水泵进行注水和排水, 一般能够一次 注水, 漂洗 3次, 起到节水功能。 但洗涤后的水不能够保存, 同时使洗衣机本身结构复杂、 庞大, 不利于运输、 回收处理等。 由于体积、 结构以及灵活性等方面的限制, 影响了洗衣机 原有功能以及节水箱本身功能的充分发挥。在现有洗衣方式的基础上为了更好的节约水资源, 很多厂家投入了大量的研发。 现有洗衣机带有循环水功能, 其仅仅起到过滤线屑, 洗涤均匀或者添加加臭氧、 重金属 离子杀菌等作用。 无法改善耗水量, 且对洗净没有根本的提高。 洗衣水的循环利用, 经查阅相关专利文献, 如申请号为 200810072420. 5的"洗衣机循环 用水节水装置" , 是将洗衣水输入一个水筒内, 进行净化处理。 该发明对于第一遍的洗衣水 不进行净化直接排掉, 对于第二、 第三遍的漂洗用水进行净化处理之后, 要留待下次洗衣时 使用。 在上述技术中, "循环用水技术"是对漂洗水净化后使用, 该技术不能循环利用第一遍 洗衣水 (初洗水), 净化后的水也要留待下次洗衣使用, 不能在当次洗衣时使用。 有鉴于此特提出本发明。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种具有循环水处理功能的洗 衣机, 其利用絮凝过滤处理洗涤漂洗水。 本发明的另一目的在于提供该节水洗衣机的控制方法。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是: 一种具有循环水处理功能的 洗衣机, 包括盛水筒、 设于盛水筒内的洗衣结构及设于盛水筒下方的循环水处理装置, 所述 的循环水处理装置包括絮凝处理单元和过滤单元, 絮凝处理单元, 包括与盛水筒连通的絮凝容器和向絮凝容器内投放絮凝剂的絮凝剂投放 器, 由盛水筒排水至絮凝容器内絮凝处理; 过滤单元, 包括过滤容器和设于过滤容器内的过滤网, 过滤容器分别与絮凝容器和盛水 筒连通, 将絮凝容器内絮凝处理的水过滤后重新排入盛水筒内再次使用。 进一步的, 所述的循环水处理装置还包括将絮凝过滤处理水排入盛水筒循环使用的循环 水结构, 和工作结束将水排出到洗衣机外部的排水结构。 进一步的, 所述的絮凝容器下部和过滤容器下部通过通断控制结构控制两容器之间的连 通 /断开, 絮凝容器上部与盛水筒底部出水口通过导水管连通, 导水管上设有出水控制阀。 进一步的, 所述的絮凝容器和过滤容器独立并排设于盛水筒的下方, 之间通过连接管连 通, 连接管上设有截止阀控制两容器之间的连通 /断开; 或者, 过滤容器设于絮凝容器内部, 过滤容器与絮凝容器之间的腔室用于絮凝处理水, 过滤容器下部设有通口, 通口处设有控制 两容器之间连通 /断开的通断控制结构。 进一步的, 所述的絮凝容器底部设有向洗衣机外部排水的排水结构, 包括絮凝容器排水 口、 与排水口连通的排水管及排水阀。 进一步的, 所述的过滤容器设有将过滤水排入盛水筒的循环水结构, 包括过滤容器循环 出水口、 循环泵及循环管, 循环管与盛水筒连通, 所述的过滤网将过滤容器内部分割为两部 分, 第一部分与絮凝容器连通, 第二部分通过循环水结构与盛水筒连通。 进一步的, 所述的絮凝容器设于过滤容器的上方, 絮凝容器底部与过滤容器上部通过连 接管连通, 连接管上设有截止阀, 絮凝容器上部与盛水筒底部出水口通过导水管连通, 导水 管上设有出水控制阀。 进一步的, 所述的过滤容器底部设有向洗衣机外部排水的排水结构和将过滤水排入盛水 筒的循环水结构, 所述的过滤网将过滤容器内部分割为两部分, 第一部分分别与连接管和排 水结构连通, 第二部分通过循环水结构与盛水筒连通。 进一步的, 所述的絮凝处理单元还包括絮凝搅拌结构, 主要由搅拌电机、 搅拌轴及搅拌 叶轮组成, 搅拌电机设于絮凝容器的外部, 搅拌轴自搅拌电机延伸至絮凝容器的内部, 搅拌 叶轮设于絮凝容器内部搅拌轴上。 进一步的, 所述的过滤网为筒状结构, 可旋转地设于过滤容器内, 一端通过清洗电机驱 动连接, 另一端通过旋转接头将过滤水排出至盛水筒内。 本发明所述洗衣机的控制方法为, 洗涤结束, 排水至循环水处理装置, 依次通过絮凝处 理单元进行絮凝处理、 过滤单元进行过滤处理, 再排入盛水筒漂洗, 循环上述水处理过程至 漂洗结束, 将水排入循环水处理装置进行絮凝处理单元和过滤单元清洗, 最后排出。 进一步的, 本发明洗衣机还包括洗涤剂自动投放装置, 洗涤剂自动投放装置为现有技术, 优选为利用进水负压抽取洗涤剂投放的结构; 本发明所述的絮凝剂投放器为自动投放结构, 根据洗涤水量和洗涤 /漂洗水的浑浊度,每次絮凝处理时自动投放对应比例的絮凝剂;优选的, 絮凝剂为片状, 可采用现有片状洗涤剂的自动投放结构。 进一步的, 本发明根据洗涤后检测的洗涤水浑浊度, 判断是否需要进行絮凝处理, 当浑 浊度较高, 则可以直接完全排出, 重新进清水漂洗, 第一次漂洗后再絮凝循环用水漂洗; 或 者根据浑浊度的范围, 排出一定比例的洗涤水, 然后进自来水降低浑浊度, 再絮凝循环用水 漂洗。 采用上述技术方案后, 本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、洗涤结束后盛水筒内的水是干净的清水, 衣服不存在洗衣粉残留或者漂洗不干净的问 题, 有利于用户身体的健康;
2、本发明只需要一次进水就可以完成整个洗涤过程, 在不影响洗涤效率的同时最大限度 的节约水资源;
3、由于洗涤后排出洗衣机的水基本不含有洗衣粉或洗涤剂,因此能够减少对环境的污染。 附图说明
图 1和图 2是本发明实施例一所述洗衣机的结构示意图; 图 3和图 4是本发明实施例二所述洗衣机的结构示意图; 图 5和图 6是本发明实施例三所述洗衣机的结构示意图; 图 7是本发明实施例四和实施例五所述洗衣机的结构示意图; 图 8是本发明实施例五所述洗衣机的结构示意图; 具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。 如图 1至图 8所示, 本发明所述的洗衣机, 上部为现有的洗衣机结构, 下部设有循环水 处理装置, 洗衣机包括外壳 1、 设于外壳 1内的外筒 2、 设于外筒 2内的内筒 3、 门体 4、 控 制面板 5、进水系统 6及驱动电机 7, 外筒 2底部和上部分别通过阻尼器 8和悬挂弹簧 9与外 壳框架连接, 进水系统 6包括进水结构和洗涤剂自动投放装置。 所述的外筒 2为盛水筒, 设 于外筒内的内筒 3为洗衣结构。 本发明所述的循环水处理装置包括絮凝处理单元和过滤单元, 其中, 絮凝处理单元, 包 括与外筒 2连通的絮凝容器 10和向絮凝容器 10内投放絮凝剂的絮凝剂投放器 11, 由外筒 2 排水至絮凝容器 10内絮凝处理; 过滤单元, 包括过滤容器 12和设于过滤容器 12内的过滤网 13, 过滤容器 12分别与絮凝容器 10和外筒 2连通, 将絮凝容器 10内絮凝处理的水过滤后重 新排入外筒 2内再次使用。 进一步的, 所述的循环水处理装置还包括将絮凝过滤处理水排入外筒 2循环使用的循环 水结构, 和工作结束将水排出到洗衣机外部的排水结构。 进行一定的絮凝和过滤循环次数完 成最后漂洗后外筒内干净的清水排至循环水处理装置用来重新清洗絮凝容器和过滤网, 然后 将清洗后的水排出。 实施例一
如图 1和图 2所示, 本实施例所述的絮凝容器 10和过滤容器 12左右并排设于外筒 2的 下方, 所述的絮凝容器 10下部和过滤容器 12下部之间通过连接管 14连通, 连接管 14上设 有截止阀 15控制两容器之间的连通 /断开。絮凝容器 10上部与外筒 2底部出水口通过导水管 16连通, 导水管 16上设有出水控制阀 17。所述的絮凝容器 10底部设有向洗衣机外部排水的 排水结构, 包括絮凝容器排水口、 与排水口连通的排水管 18及排水阀 19。 进一步的, 所述的过滤容器 12设有将过滤水排入外筒 2的循环水结构, 包括过滤容器循 环出水口、 循环泵 20及循环管 21, 循环管 21与外筒 2连通, 所述的过滤网 13将过滤容器 12内部分割为两部分, 第一部分通过连接管 14与絮凝容器 10连通, 第二部分通过循环水结 构与外筒 2连通。 实施例二
如图 3和图 4所示, 本实施例与实施例一的区别在于: 所述的过滤容器 12设于絮凝容器 10内部, 过滤容器 12与絮凝容器 10之间的腔室用于絮凝处理水, 过滤容器 12下部设有通 口, 通口处设有控制两容器之间连通 /断开的通断控制结构 22。 实施例三
如图 5和图 6所示, 本实施例所述的絮凝容器 10设于过滤容器 12的上方, 絮凝容器 10 底部与过滤容器 12上部通过连接管 14连通, 连接管 14上设有截止阀 15, 絮凝容器 10上部 与外筒 2底部出水口通过导水管 16连通, 导水管 16上设有出水控制阀 17。 所述的过滤容器 12底部设有向洗衣机外部排水的排水结构和将过滤水排入外筒 2的循环 水结构, 所述的过滤网 13将过滤容器 12内部分割为两部分, 第一部分分别与连接管 14和排 水结构连通, 第二部分通过循环水结构与外筒 2连通。 实施例四 如图 7所示, 本实施例在上述实施例的基础上进一步的改进: 所述的絮凝处理单元还包 括絮凝搅拌结构, 主要由搅拌电机 23、 搅拌轴 24及搅拌叶轮 25组成, 搅拌电机 23设于絮 凝容器 10的外部, 搅拌轴 24自搅拌电机 23延伸至絮凝容器 10的内部, 搅拌叶轮 25设于絮 凝容器 10内部搅拌轴 24上。 实施例五 如图 7和图 8所示, 本实施例在上述实施例的基础上进一步的改进: 所述的过滤网 13为 筒状结构, 可旋转地设于过滤容器 12内, 一端通过清洗电机 26驱动连接, 另一端通过旋转 接头 27将过滤水排出至外筒 2内。 实施例六 本发明所述洗衣机的控制方法为, 洗涤结束, 排水至循环水处理装置, 依次通过絮凝处 理单元进行絮凝处理、 过滤单元进行过滤处理, 再排入外筒 2漂洗, 循环上述水处理过程至 漂洗结束, 将水排入循环水处理装置进行絮凝处理单元和过滤单元清洗, 最后排出。 具体的为: 洗涤 选定好需要的洗涤程序并选定絮凝处理功能后, 按下启动按键, 洗衣机进水到设定的进 水量, 电机带动内筒转动, 开始洗涤。 絮凝
洗涤结束后, 出水控制阀打开, 将污浊的洗涤水排入到絮凝容器内。 主控板根据设定的 程序通过絮凝剂投放器往絮凝容器内添加一定量的絮凝物, 经过静置一段时间后, 絮凝物会 将絮凝容器内的污垢凝结成大颗粒漂浮在容器内, 底部则是处理后的干净的清水。
过滤
絮凝结束后, 截止阀 /通断控制结构打开, 絮凝容器内的清水会流入到过滤容器内, 过滤 容器内的过滤网会把絮凝物及污垢阻挡在网外, 而清水则会被底部的循环泵重新打入外筒 2 内继续用来漂洗。 循环
重复上述絮凝和过滤过程 1-3次, 直到浊度传感器检测到外筒 2内的洗涤水已经变得干 净, 停止。 或者, 根据实验的数据, 进行固定次数的循环也能达到较好的效果。 清洗及排水
循环处理水结束后, 将外筒 2内的水再次排入到絮凝容器内, 同时打开截止阀 /通断控制 结构将部分水进入到过滤容器内清洗过滤网, 最后打开排水阀将絮凝的污物、 过滤网上的污 物、 线屑和水一起排出到洗衣机外,
实施例七 本发明根据洗涤后检测的洗涤水浑浊度, 判断是否需要进行絮凝处理, 当浑浊度较高, 则可以直接完全排出, 重新进清水漂洗, 第一次漂洗后再絮凝循环用水漂洗; 或者根据浑浊 度的范围, 排出一定比例的洗涤水, 然后进自来水降低浑浊度, 再絮凝循环用水漂洗。 本发明洗衣机还包括洗涤剂自动投放装置, 洗涤剂自动投放装置为现有技术, 优选为利 用进水负压抽取洗涤剂投放的结构; 本发明所述的絮凝剂投放器为自动投放结构, 根据洗涤 水量和洗涤 /漂洗水的浑浊度, 每次絮凝处理时自动投放对应比例的絮凝剂; 优选的, 絮凝剂 为片状, 可采用现有片状洗涤剂的自动投放结构。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换, 且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实 施例进行描述, 并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定, 在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下, 本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变化和改进, 均属于本发明的保护范 围。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 包括盛水筒、 设于盛水筒内的洗衣结构及设于 盛水筒下方的循环水处理装置, 其特征在于: 所述的循环水处理装置包括絮凝处理单元和 过滤单元,
絮凝处理单元, 包括与盛水筒连通的絮凝容器和向絮凝容器内投放絮凝剂的絮凝剂投 放器, 由盛水筒排水至絮凝容器内絮凝处理;
过滤单元, 包括过滤容器和设于过滤容器内的过滤网, 过滤容器分别与絮凝容器和盛 水筒连通, 将絮凝容器内絮凝处理的水过滤后重新排入盛水筒内再次使用。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述的循 环水处理装置还包括将絮凝过滤处理水排入盛水筒循环使用的循环水结构, 和工作结束将 水排出到洗衣机外部的排水结构。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述的絮 凝容器下部和过滤容器下部通过通断控制结构控制两容器之间的连通 /断开, 絮凝容器上部 与盛水筒底部出水口通过导水管连通, 导水管上设有出水控制阀。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述的絮 凝容器底部设有向洗衣机外部排水的排水结构, 包括絮凝容器棑水口、 与排水口连通的排 水管及排水阀。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述的过 滤容器设有将过滤水排入盛水筒的循环水结构, 包括过滤容器循环出水口、 循环泵及循环 管, 循环管与盛水筒连通, 所述的过滤网将过滤容器内部分割为两部分, 第一部分与絮凝 容器连通, 第二部分通过循环水结构与盛水筒连通。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述的絮 凝容器设于过滤容器的上方, 絮凝容器底部与过滤容器上部通过连接管连通, 连接管上设 有截止阀, 絮凝容器上部与盛水筒底部出水口通过导水管连通, 导水管上设有出水控制阀。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述的过 滤容器底部设有向洗衣机外部排水的排水结构和将过滤水棑入盛水筒的循环水结构, 所述 的过滤网将过滤容器内部分割为两部分, 第一部分分别与连接管和排水结构连通, 第二部 分通过循环水结构与盛水筒连通。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7任一所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所 述的絮凝处理单元还包括絮凝搅拌结构, 主要由搅拌电机、 搅拌轴及搅拌叶轮组成, 搅拌 电机设于絮凝容器的外部, 搅拌轴自搅拌电机延伸至絮凝容器的内部, 搅拌叶轮设于絮凝 容器内部搅拌轴上。
9、 根据权利要求 1-7任一所述的一种具有循环水处理功能的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所 述的过滤网为筒状结构, 可旋转地设于过滤容器内, 一端通过清洗电机驱动连接, 另一端 通过旋转接头将过滤水排出至盛水筒内。
10 种如权利要求 1-9任一所述洗衣机的控制方法, 其特征在于: 洗涤结束, 棑水 至循环水处理装置, 依次通过絮凝处理单元进行絮凝处理、 过滤单元进行过滤处理, 再排 入盛水筒漂洗, 循环上述水处理过程至漂洗结束, 将水排入循环水处理装置进行絮凝处理 单元和过滤单元清洗, 最后排出。
