现有技术中利用紫外光进行封框胶固化时, 为了防止紫外光对显示器件 上的有机材料造成损伤, 需要对设置有机材料的区域进行保护, 一般都采用 掩模板进行遮挡, 但是不同型号的产品, 需要使用不同规格的掩模板, 对不 同型号的产品进行封装时, 就需要更换新的掩模板, 每次更换掩模板都需要 打开 UV固化的密封箱, 使得需要非常洁净的密封箱受到外部环境的污染, 造成工艺良品率下降, 并且 UV固化的密封箱需要真空环境, 每次更换完掩 模板则都需要对密封箱重新抽真空, 固化时间长。 发明内容

可选择地, 本发明实施例中, 还可设置一与光纤 3连接的控制部件 6, 通过控制部件 6控制光纤 3在垂直于封装基板 1所在平面的方向上移动, 以 调节光纤 3出光一端距离封装基板 1的高度, 使得光纤 3可将紫外光引导至 靠近封装基板上待固化封框胶位置处, 进一步提高固化效率。
在一个示例中, 所述控制部件 6和所述传动部件 4可以形成为一体。 进一步地, 本发明实施例的控制部件 6例如如图 4所示包括: 与每一光 纤 3对应设置的光感应器 61 ,以及与光感应器 61和光纤 3连接的控制器 62; 光感应器 61通过封装基板 1反射的光,感应并确定与其对应的光纤相对封装 基板 1的位置信息; 控制器 62通过光感应器 61确定的光纤 3相对封装基板 1的位置信息, ^据该位置信息控制光纤 3移动。
本发明实施例中通过传动部件 4引导光纤沿封框胶的预设位置走线, 能 够节省光纤的使用, 并通过控制部件 6控制光纤相对封装基板的高度, 进一 步提高固化效率。
第三实施例
本发明第三实施例提供一种封框胶固化装置, 该封框胶固化装置可具有 与第一实施例提供的封框胶固化装置基本上相同的构造, 除了光纤 3的数目 以及固定构件 5之外。 因此, 这里将省略相同部件的重复描述, 并且相同的 术语和相同的附图标记用于表示相同的部件。
根据本发明第三实施例的封框胶固化装置还可包括若干条光纤 3以及用 于固定该若干条光纤 3的出光端的固定构件 5。 该固定构件 5将所述若干条 光纤 3的出光端固定为具有一布局图案。
在一个示例中, 所述若干条光纤 3的出光端由所述固定构件 5固定为以
相同间距均匀设置, 如图 5所示。
在采用如图 5所示的若干条光纤 3的出光端的排布方式的情况下, 当需 要对封装基板 1上待固化封框胶 10进行固化时, 依照待固化封框胶 10的位 置, 控制与待固化封框胶位置相对应位置处的光纤传输紫外光, 并将紫外光 源部件发出的紫外光传输至该待固化封框胶 10的位置处。
在另一示例中, 如图 6所示, 所述若干条光纤 3的出光端的布局图案可 与封装基板上待固化封框胶的形状一致。待固化封框胶 10可能不止一个,则 固定构件 5将所述若干条光纤 3的出光端排布为与该多个待固化封框胶布线 一致, 如图 6所示,待固化封框胶 10—般为矩形形状, 图 6中所述若干条光 纤 3的出光端的布局图案设置为矩形,只是进行示意性说明,并不引以为限。 当同一封装基板上具有不同尺寸的多个封框胶矩形图案时, 可依据不同封框 胶矩形图案的尺寸, 选择与该基板上封框胶位置相对应的光纤传输紫外光, 同时进行多个图形的固化, 提高固化效率, 能够更为方便的对待固化封框胶 进行固化, 节省工艺时间。
可选择地, 本发明第三实施例中, 还可设置一与光纤 3连接的控制部件
6,如图 4所示,通过控制部件 6控制光纤 3在垂直于封装基板 1所在平面的 方向上垂直移动, 以调节光纤 3出光一端距离封装基板 1的高度, 使得光纤 3 可将紫外光引导至靠近封装基板上待固化封框胶位置处, 进一步提高固化 效率。
进一步可选择地, 本发明实施例中的控制部件 6例如包括: 与每一光纤
3对应设置的光感应器 61 , 以及与光感应器 61和光纤 3连接的控制器 62; 光感应器 61通过封装基板反射的光,感应并确定与其对应的光纤相对封装基 板 1的位置信息, 其中, 反射光为光感应器发射的光经光纤反射后得到的; 控制器 62通过光感应器 61确定的光纤 3相对封装基板 1的位置信息, 根据 实际情况控制光纤移动。
本发明第三实施例提供的封框胶固化装置, 通过在密封箱顶部设置若干 个光纤, 光纤排布方式灵活设置, 能够减少固化时间, 提高固化效率。
本发明上述实施例提供的封框胶固化装置, 利用光纤引导紫外光源部件 发出的紫外光至封装基板的设定位置处, 并在该设定位置处曝光, 使得紫外 光源部件发出的光不会散射到其他部位, 因而不需要单独设置掩模板进行遮
挡, 因而在封框胶固化装置中无需设置掩模板, 筒化了制作工艺, 并且避免 了更换掩模板带来的产品良率下降, 固化时间长的问题。
虽然上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方式, 对本发明作了详尽的描 述, 但在本发明基础上, 可以对之作一些修改或改进, 这对本领域技术人员 而言是显而易见的。 因此, 在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或 改进, 均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims
1、一种封框胶固化装置, 包括密封箱, 以及设置在所述密封箱内的紫外 光源部件和光纤, 所述光纤用于传送所述紫外光源部件发出的紫外光的至少 一部分至放置在密封箱内的基板上待固化封框胶的位置。
2、如权利要求 1所述的封框胶固化装置, 其中, 所述光纤连接到所述紫 外光源部件。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的封框胶固化装置,还包括设置在所述光纤与 所述紫外光源部件之间的开关部件, 所述开关部件用于控制是否将所述紫外 光源部件发出的光传输至所述光纤。
4、如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的封框胶固化装置,还包括设置在所 述紫外光源部件与所述光纤之间的光线汇集部件, 用于汇集所述紫外光源部 件发出的紫外光并传送到所述光纤上。
5、如权利要求 4所述的封框胶固化装置, 其中, 所述光线汇集部件为凸 透镜或凹面镜。
6、如权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的封框胶固化装置,还包括设置在所 述光纤的出光端的光线导出部件, 用于汇聚所述光纤输出的紫外光。
7、如权利要求 6所述的封框胶固化装置, 其中, 所述光线导出部件为凸 透镜或凹面镜。
8、如权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的封框胶固化装置,其中所述光纤的 数目为若干条, 该封框胶固化装置还包括一固定装置, 用于将所述若干条光 纤的出光端固定为具有第一布局图案。
9、如权利要求 8所述的封框胶固化装置,其中所述若干条光纤的出光端 的第一布局图案与所述基板上待固化的封框胶的图案一致。
10、 如权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的封框胶固化装置, 还包括一传动 部件, 用于带动所述光纤沿所述一路径移动, 该路径与所述基板上待固化的 封框胶的图案一致。
11、如权利要求 10所述的封框胶固化装置, 其中, 所述路径平行于所述 基板上待固化的封框胶所在平面。
12、如权利要求 1至 11中任一项所述的封框胶固化装置,还包括一控制
部件, 用于调节所述光纤的出光端距离所述封装基板的高度。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的封框胶固化装置, 其中, 所述控制部件包括: 与每一所述光纤对应设置的光感应器, 以及与所述光感应器和所述光纤连接 的控制器; 所述光感应器通过封装基板反射的光, 感应并确定所述光纤相对 所述封装基板的位置信息; 所述控制器通过所述光感应器确定的所述光纤位 置信息, 控制所述光纤移动。
