Claims (8)
- 貫通孔が形成され、かつ外周面が円形に形成されていて、互いに間隔をあけて配置された複数の固定プレートと、貫通孔が形成されていて、隣り合う固定プレートの間に配置された可動プレートとを有する濾過体と、該濾過体を収容すると共に、液体を含む処理対象物が送り込まれる混和槽と、前記濾過体外に配置されていて、前記混和槽に送り込まれた処理対象物を撹拌する撹拌手段と、前記濾過体内を延びる軸と、該軸を回転駆動する駆動装置と、前記軸に固定され、又は該軸に一体に形成されていて、当該軸の中心軸線に対して偏心した偏心カムと、前記複数の可動プレートが前記偏心カムの偏心量を半径とした円運動を行うように、当該複数の可動プレートと前記偏心カムとを連結する連結手段と、前記可動プレートが前記固定プレートの外周面よりも該固定プレートの半径方向外方に突出していない複数の固定プレートの外周面部分に摺接しながら、前記軸と共に回転するように、該軸に固定支持されたクリーニング部材とを具備し、前記混和槽に送り込まれた処理対象物から分離された濾液を前記固定プレートと可動プレートとの間の濾液流入ギャップを通して前記濾過体内に流入させ、含液率の低下した処理対象物を前記混和槽の出口から流出させる処理対象物濃縮装置。
- 前記連結手段は、前記偏心カムの円形外周面に嵌合したリング状のすべり軸受と、該すべり軸受の円形外周面に嵌合した円形孔を備えた連結板と、前記複数の可動プレートを連結すると共に、前記連結板に連結された連結棒とを有し、前記偏心カムの円形外周面は、その全周に亘って、前記すべり軸受の円形内周面に摺動可能に嵌合している請求項1に記載の処理対象物濃縮装置。
- 前記連結手段は、前記偏心カムの円形外周面に嵌合したリング状のすべり軸受と、該すべり軸受の円形外周面に嵌合した円形孔を備えた連結板と、前記複数の可動プレートを連結すると共に、前記連結板に連結された連結棒とを有し、前記すべり軸受の円形外周面は、その全周に亘って、前記連結板に形成された円形孔の内周面に摺動可能に嵌合している請求項1に記載の処理対象物濃縮装置。
- 前記連結手段は、前記偏心カムの円形外周面に嵌合した円形孔を備えた連結板と、前記複数の可動プレートを連結すると共に、前記連結板に連結された連結棒とを有し、前記偏心カムの円形外周面は、その全周に亘って、前記連結板に形成された円形孔の内周面に摺動可能に嵌合している請求項1に記載の処理対象物濃縮装置。
- 前記偏心カムと連結板は、前記軸の長手方向に離間した複数の個所に設けられ、前記連結棒は、前記複数の連結板に連結されている請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の処理対象物濃縮装置。
- 前記固定プレートと可動プレートは、前記軸が1回転する間に、該可動プレートが、隣り合う固定プレートにおける環状部の間の隙間の全体を移動しながら円運動するように形成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の処理対象物濃縮装置。
- 前記固定プレートと前記可動プレートは共にリング状に形成され、該可動プレートの円形の貫通孔の中心軸線は前記偏心カムの中心軸線に一致し、前記固定プレートの円形の貫通孔の中心軸線は前記軸の中心軸線に一致していて、前記可動プレートの貫通孔の半径をa、該可動プレートの外周面の半径をA、前記固定プレートの貫通孔の半径をb、該固定プレートの外周面の半径をB、前記軸の中心軸線に対する前記偏心カムの中心軸線の偏心量をδとしたとき、a+δ≦Bで、かつA+δ≧bを満たすように、前記固定プレートと可動プレートが形成されている請求項6に記載の処理対象物濃縮装置。
- 前記可動プレートが前記軸の中心軸線のまわりに回転して、該可動プレートが他の部材に当接することを阻止すべく、円運動する可動プレートを案内するガイドを具備する請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の処理対象物濃縮装置。
