进一步地,所述横向折叠机组包括设置在机台上的引纸底刀辊、与引纸底刀辊相切的面刀辊、折叠主辊、分别与折叠主辊相切的第一折纸辊和第二折纸辊,其中,所述引纸底刀辊上设有两个分切底刀,所述面刀辊上设有两个分切面刀,所述第一折纸辊上设有第一折纸刀和第一气孔,所述第二折纸辊设有第二折纸刀和第二气孔。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,采用本发明所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备达到了如下技术效果:
(1)本发明通过在所述机台上设有依次衔接的纵向折叠机组、横向折叠机组和百花盘机组,纸幅依次张紧穿设在纵向折叠机组和横向折叠机组上,纸手帕沿宽度方向以“Z”字形折叠成三个折叠面,然后沿长度方向对折两次,折叠成四个折叠面,采用流水线生产,不仅生产效率高,速度快,也大大降低了生产成本;
(2)本发明通过对纵向折叠机组、横向折叠机组以及数片机的组件进行了微小改进,使其相互之间运作更加协调顺畅,工艺故障少,大大减少了人工程序,不仅提高了生产产量,而且生产出的纸巾质量也较好,压花清晰,折叠工整,残次损耗较低;
(3)使用本发明的设备生产出的纸张规格可调,具体来说,本新型所的包装袋的长棱范围为54至62毫米,宽棱为37至48毫米,高棱为17至19毫米。包装袋内的纸手帕宽度范围为161至182毫米,长度范围为149至187毫米,其产品更加小型美观、携带更加方便。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图12 所示,本发明实施例所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,包括设置在机台上依次衔接的纵向折叠机组1、横向折叠机组2 和百花盘5机组,纸幅3 依次张紧穿设在纵向折叠机组1 和横向折叠机组2 上。
请参照图1,所述纵向折叠机组1 包括第一牵引辊11、第二牵引辊12、第三牵引辊13、第一纵向折叠组件14以及第二纵向折叠组件15,其中,所述第一纵向折叠组件14 安装在所述第一牵引辊11和第二牵引辊12 之间,所述第二纵向折叠组件15 安装在所述第二牵引辊12和第三牵引辊13 之间。
所述第一纵向折叠组件包括第一折叠板和第二折叠板,所述第一折叠板上
设有第一斜边,所述第一折叠板与所述第二折叠板设有部分叠加区域,所述部分叠加区域留有供所述纸幅穿过的第一缝隙;
参照图2、图3、图4,所述第一纵向折叠组件14 包括第一折叠板141 和第二折叠板142,所述第一折叠板141 上设有第一斜边1411,所述第一折叠板141与所述第二折叠板142设有部分叠加区域,所述部分叠加区域留有供所述纸幅3穿过的第一缝隙4。
具体地,第一折叠板141 可以为直角梯形形状,第二折叠板142 可以为矩形形状,直角梯形的斜腰即为上述的第一斜边1411,通过第一折叠板141 的斜腰的顶点A 垂直向下做一线段,其长度刚好等于梯形的高,第二折叠板142 的第一边1421 与高重合,使所述第一折叠板141和所述第二折叠板142叠加的区域形状为一三角形。所述第二折叠板142 的纸幅3 引入端折弯形成第一导引板1422;第二纵向折叠组件15 包括第三折叠板和第四折叠板,其与第一纵向折叠组件14 的结构相同,在位置和方向上有所调整,以便使所述纸幅能够以“Z”字形折叠,在此不再详述。
如图10 所示,横向折叠机组2 包括设置在机台上的引纸底刀辊21、与引纸底刀辊21 相切的面刀辊22、折叠主辊23、分别与折叠主辊23 相切的第一折纸辊24 和第二折纸辊25,所述引纸底刀辊21 上设有两个分切底刀211,所述面刀辊22 上设有两个分切面刀221,所述第一折纸辊24 上设有第一折纸刀241 和第一气孔242,所述第二折纸辊25 设有第二折纸刀251和第二气孔252,抛纸辊26 与折叠主辊23 相切后固定安装在机台上。
纵向折叠时,如图1、图5、图6、图7 所示,纸幅3 在第一牵引辊11的作用下沿第一导引板1422 传输至第一纵向折叠组件14 的第一缝隙4 内,在此过程中,第一导引板1422 用于引导纸幅3 平滑的输送到第一纵向折叠组件14 的第一缝隙4 内,避免纸幅3 被损坏,或者因纸幅3 发生断裂,导致停产;在第一折叠板141 的第一斜边1411 的限制下,纸幅3 沿第二折叠板142 的第一边1421 折叠,随后纸幅3 输送至第二纵向折叠组件15 的第二缝隙内,按照上述原理,纸幅3 纵向方向的另一边被折叠,如图8A、图8B 所示,最终按照纸幅3 的宽度以“Z”字形沿宽度平均折叠成三个折叠面。具体地,本发明实施例的纸幅3 的宽度范围161 至182 毫米,那么相应地第一纵向折叠组件14 中第二折叠板142 的a 边的宽度范围为160至183 毫米, 第二纵向折叠组件15 中第四折叠板的b 边的宽度范围为52至62 毫米。优选地,a 边的宽度为182 毫米,b 边的宽度为61 毫米。
作为另一种实施方式,如图9A、图9B 所示,纸幅3 沿其宽度按“Z”字形折叠成三个折叠面,第一次折叠纸幅3 宽度的1/4,第二次折叠纸幅3宽度的1/4,那么被折叠后的纸幅3 宽度为原来纸幅3 宽度的1/2。纸幅3 的宽度范围为161 至182 毫米,那么相应地第一纵向折叠组件14 中第二折叠板142 的a 边的宽度范围为为160 至183 毫米, 第二纵向折叠组件15 中第四折叠板的b 边的宽度范围为79 至92 毫米。优选地,a 边的宽度为182毫米,b 边的宽度为91 毫米。完成纵向折叠后,纸幅3 在第三牵引辊13 的作用下输送至横向折叠机组2。
如图10 所示,在横向折叠机组2 中,纸幅3 先被分切成预定要求的长度,然后将纸幅3 的长度对折成二分之一折,然后再对折成四分之一折。具体地,引纸底刀辊21 上装有两个分切底刀211,两个分切底刀211 之间的圆弧长长度为引纸底刀辊21 圆周长的一半,纸幅3 首先进入引纸底刀辊21,在引纸底刀辊21 与面刀辊22 的分切面刀221 之间被分切成段,分切长度等于两个分切底刀211 之间的圆弧长,即等于引纸底刀辊21 周长的二分之一。因为纸手帕的长度范围为149 至187 毫米,那么相应的两个分切底刀211 之间的圆弧长度范围也为148 至188 毫米,那么引纸底刀辊21 的圆周长范围为296 至376 毫米,那么引纸底刀辊21 的圆半径范围为46 至61 毫米。优选地,两个分切底刀211 之间的圆弧长度为186 毫米,相应地,引纸底刀辊的圆周长为372毫米,当采用单排生产线生产生产时,引纸底刀辊21 的圆半径优选为59.24毫米;当采用双排生产线时,所述引纸底刀辊21 的圆半径优选为88.85毫米,对应地对引纸底刀辊21的圆周长和分切底刀211之间的圆弧长度也做相应调整,在此不作详述。
经过分切后,纸幅3 将被切割成实际需要包装的尺寸并被吸附在折叠主辊23 上面,随折叠主辊23 一起沿顺时针方向运动,第一折纸辊24 上设有用于吸附纸幅3 头部的第一气孔242,还设有第一折纸刀241。如图10 所示,第一气孔242 与第一折纸刀241 之间的圆弧长理论值为纸幅3 长度的二分之一,此时不考虑第一气孔242 的开口大小,将第一气孔242 与第一折纸刀241 视为一个点,当纸幅3的头部与第一折纸辊24 的第一气孔242 接触瞬间,纸幅3 被吸附到了第一折纸辊24 上,随第一折纸辊24 沿逆时针方向运动,当纸幅3 被吸附在第一折纸辊24 上的长度等于纸幅3 总长度的一半后,第一气孔242 泄气,纸幅3 不被吸附且不随第一折纸辊24 运动,与纸幅3 的后一半折叠重合随折叠主辊23 沿顺时针方向运动。第一气孔242 与第一折纸刀241 之间的圆弧长度范围为69 至96 毫米,优选地,第一气孔242 与第一折纸刀241 之间的圆弧长度为92 毫米。
经过二分之一折叠后,纸幅3 被吸附在折叠主辊23 上面,随折叠主辊23 一起沿顺时针方向运动。第二折纸辊25 上设有用于吸附纸幅3 头部的第二气孔252,还有设有第二折纸刀251。第二气孔252 与第二折纸刀251 之间的圆弧长理论值为纸幅3 长度的四分之一,此时不考虑第二气孔252 的开口大小,将第二气孔252 与第二折纸刀251 视为一个点。当纸幅3 的头部与第二折纸辊25 的第二气孔252 接触瞬间,纸幅3 被吸附到了第二折纸辊25 上,随第二折纸辊25 沿逆时针方向运动,当纸幅3 被吸附在第二折纸辊25 上的长度等于纸幅3 总长度的四分之一后,第二气孔252 泄气,纸幅3 不被吸附且不随第二折纸辊25 运动,与纸幅3 的后四分之一折叠重合随折叠主辊23 沿顺时针方向运动。第二气孔252 与第二折纸刀251 之间的圆弧长度范围为34 至49 毫米,优选地,第二气孔252 与第二折纸刀251之间的圆弧长度为47 毫米。
经过四分之一折叠后,纸幅3 进入抛纸辊26 与折叠主辊23 之间被挤压,使折叠效果更佳。
经过横向折叠机组2 折叠后的纸幅3 被送入百花盘5 机组中,进行堆叠、包装。
如图11 所示,百花盘5 的槽口51 深度为37 至48 毫米,宽度为17 至19 毫米。优选地,百花盘5 的槽口51 深度为47 毫米,宽度为18 毫米,这样,纸幅3 经过折叠后形成的纸手帕在经过堆叠后形成的纸巾包6 刚好容纳在槽口51 内,尺寸得到限制和约束。
如图12 所示,本发明通过在所述机台上设有依次衔接的纵向折叠机组1、横向折叠机组2 和百花盘5 机组,纸幅3 依次张紧穿设在纵向折叠机组1 和横向折叠机组2 上,流水线生产,不仅生产效率高,速度快,降低了生产成本,而且生产的纸张规格可调,产品携带方便,更加小巧精美。并通过对纵向折叠机组、横向折叠机组以及数片机的组件和产品规格进行微小改进,使其相互之间运作更加协调顺畅,工艺故障少,不仅提高了生产产量,而且生产出的纸巾质量也较好,折叠工整,残次损耗较低。
值得注意的是,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非因此限定本发明的专利保护范围,本发明还可以对上述各种零部件的结构进行等效的改进。故凡运用本发明的说明书及图示内容所作的等效结构变化,或直接或间接运用于其他相关技术领域均同理皆包含在本发明所涵盖的范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种纸手帕折叠加工设备,包括设置在机台上依次衔接的至少一个纵向折叠机组、至少一个横向折叠机组以及百花盘机组,纸幅依次张紧穿设在所述纵向折叠机组和横向折叠机组上,其中,所述纵向折叠机组包括至少两个牵引辊,在牵引辊之间设有纵向折叠组件,其特征在于:
    所述纵向折叠组件包括两个折叠板,其中一个折叠板上设有一斜边,所述两个折叠板之间设有部分叠加区域,所述部分叠加区域留有供纸幅穿过的缝隙,纸幅在所述斜边的限制下沿另一折叠板的一边折叠。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于:所述牵引辊包括第一牵引辊、第二牵引辊、第三牵引辊及两个纵向折叠组件,所述第一纵向折叠组件设置在第一牵引辊和第二牵引辊之间,所述第二纵向折叠组件设置在第二牵引辊和第三牵引辊之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于:所述第一纵向折叠组件包括第一折叠板和第二折叠板,所述第一折叠板上设有第一斜边,所述第一折叠板与所述第二折叠板设有部分叠加区域,所述部分叠加区域留有供所述纸幅穿过的第一缝隙;
    所述第二纵向折叠组件包括第三折叠板和第四折叠板,所述第三折叠板上设有第二斜边,所述第三折叠板与所述第四折叠板设有部分叠加区域,所述部分叠加区域留有供所述纸幅穿过的第二缝隙。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述第一折叠板和第三折叠板为直角梯形形状,所述第二折叠板和第四折叠板为矩形形状,所述第一斜边和第二斜边为直角梯形的斜腰,沿所述斜腰的顶点垂直向下做一线段,使所述线段长度等于梯形的高,所述第二折叠板和第四折叠板的一边与所述线段刚好重合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述另一折叠板上设置有用于纸幅引入的导引板,所述导引板与所述另一折叠板之间呈一定角度。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述第二折叠板的宽度为160至183毫米,优选为182毫米;所述第四折叠板的宽度为52至62毫米或者79至92毫米,优选为61毫米或91毫米。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述横向折叠机组包括设置在机台上的引纸底刀辊、与引纸底刀辊相切的面刀辊、折叠主辊、分别与折叠主辊相切的第一折纸辊和第二折纸辊,其中,所述引纸底刀辊上设有两个分切底刀,所述面刀辊上设有两个分切面刀,所述第一折纸辊上设有第一折纸刀和第一气孔,所述第二折纸辊设有第二折纸刀和第二气孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述机台上还设有与折叠主辊相切的抛纸辊,所述抛纸辊与所述折叠主辊对经过四分之一折叠后的纸幅进行挤压。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述两个分切底刀之间的圆弧长度为所述引纸底刀辊圆周长的一半。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述分切底刀之间的圆弧长度为148至188 毫米,优选为186毫米;所述引纸底刀辊的圆周长为296至376毫米,优选为372毫米;所述引纸底刀辊的圆半径为46至61毫米,优选为59.24毫米;所述第一气孔与第一折纸刀之间的圆弧长度为69至96毫米,优选为92毫米;所述第二气孔与第二折纸刀之间的圆弧长度为34至49毫米,优选为47毫米。
  11. 如权利要求1 所述的纸手帕折叠加工设备,其特征在于,所述百花盘的槽口深度为37至48毫米,优选为47毫米;宽度为17至19毫米,优选为18毫米。
