Claims (9)
- 반응기(Reactor)의 전단에서 배기 덕트에 설치되어 배기가스가 유입되고, 유입된 배기가스가 상기 반응기 쪽으로 배출되도록 하는 엘보 덕트(10);상기 엘보 덕트(10)의 내부에 배치되어 배기가스의 일부를 유입시키고 배출되도록 하는 인너 파이프 유닛(20);상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)에 설치되어 상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)으로 유입된 배기가스를 가열하는 가열장치(60); 및상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)에 설치되고 배기가스의 흐름을 기준으로 상기 가열장치(60)의 후단 쪽에 배치되어 상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)의 내부에 환원제를 분사하는 노즐(70);를 포함하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엘보 덕트(10)는, 제1 메인 파이프(12)와 제2 메인 파이프(14)가 직각 또는 둔각으로 배치되어 연결되고,상기 제1, 제2 메인 파이프(12, 14)는 상기 배기 덕트의 크기보다 크게 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1 메인 파이프(12)의 내부에는 오리피스 유닛(40)을 더 포함하고,상기 오리피스 유닛(40)은 홀(42)이 형성되며,상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)의 배기가스 유입 쪽 단부는 상기 홀(42)의 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)에서 배기가스가 유입되는 쪽에 설치되는 밸브 유닛(30)을 더 포함하고,상기 밸브 유닛(30)의 개폐제어에 의해 상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)에 유입되는 배기가스 유량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)에서 배기가스가 배출되는 쪽에 설치되는 믹서 유닛(80)을 더 포함하고,상기 믹서 유닛(80)에 의해 환원제와 배기가스의 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 믹서 유닛(80)은 산화촉매(TiO2)가 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가열장치(60)의 작용에 의해 상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)에 유입된 배기가스가 섭씨 450 ~ 600도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 환원제는 요소 수용액이고, 상기 요소 수용액이 상기 인너 파이프 유닛(20)의 내부에서 암모니아(NH3)와 이소시안산(HNCO)으로 열분해 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엘보 덕트(10)에 유입되는 배기가스의 온도가 설정온도(t1)보다 높으면, 상기 가열장치(60)는 가동되지 않고, 상기 환원제가 상기 반응기 쪽을 향하게 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 촉매 환원장치의 환원제 열분해 시스템.
