Abstract
Description
即ち、本発明は、(1)1-(1-エチル-4-(3-(2-メトキシエトキシ)-2-メチル-4-(メチルスルホニル)ベンゾイル)-1H-ピラゾール-5-イルオキシ)エチル メチル カーボネート(以下、化合物Aと略す)又はその塩及び(2)フェンクロラゾール-エチル、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル、クロキントセット-メキシル及びシプロスルファミドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物(以下、化合物Bと略す)を含有する除草組成物に関する。また本発明は、化合物Aの除草有効量と化合物Bの薬害軽減上の有効量とを、望ましくない植物又はそれが生育する場所に施用し、望ましくない植物を防除する方法に関する。また本発明は、化合物Aの有用植物に対する安全性を化合物Bにより向上させる方法、言い換えれば、化合物Aの有用植物に対する望ましくない作用を化合物Bにより軽減する方法に関する。
本発明においては、化合物A又はその塩を施用した後に化合物Bを施用することができ、また、化合物Bを施用した後に化合物A又はその塩を施用することもできる。
本発明において施用とは、望ましくない植物の発生前と発生後のいずれの時期に行ってもよい。
化合物Aの塩としては、農業上許容されるものであればあらゆるものが含まれる。塩の具体例としては、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩のようなアルカリ金属塩;マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩のようなアルカリ土類金属塩;ジメチルアミン塩、トリエチルアミン塩のようなアミン塩;塩酸塩、過塩素酸塩、硫酸塩、硝酸塩のような無機酸塩;酢酸塩、メタンスルホン酸塩のような有機酸塩などが挙げられる。

また、トウモロコシやコムギなどの作物、チモシーなどの牧草を栽培する場面においては、生育抑制が起こると、作物や牧草の収量に悪影響を及ぼすことになる。本発明の除草組成物は、トウモロコシやコムギのような有用作物、チモシーなどの牧草の栽培において、望ましくない作用を引き起こすことなく、或いは望ましくない作用を有意に低減しつつ、有害雑草を防除するために有効に使用される。

31.(3)の他の除草性化合物が2,4-D、2,4-Dエチル、ジカンバ、クロピラリド、リニュロン、アトラジン、ターブチラジン、ブロモキシニルオクタノエート、ピリデート、ベンタゾンナトリウム、カルフェントラゾンエチル、スルコトリオン、メソトリオン、リムスルフロン、ニコスルフロン、プロスルフロン、ハロスルフロンメチル、チフェンスルフロンメチル、グリホサートカリウム、グリホサートアンモニウム、グルホシネートアンモニウム、ペンディメタリン、アラクロール、S-メトラクロール、ペトキサマイド、アセトクロール、フルフェナセット、ピロキサスルフォン、ピノキサデンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である、前記5の除草組成物。
32.(3)の他の除草性化合物がニコスルフロンである、前記5の除草組成物。
33.(3)の他の除草性化合物が2,4-D、2,4-Dエチル、ジカンバ、クロピラリド、リニュロン、アトラジン、ターブチラジン、ブロモキシニルオクタノエート、ピリデート、ベンタゾンナトリウム、カルフェントラゾンエチル、スルコトリオン、メソトリオン、リムスルフロン、ニコスルフロン、プロスルフロン、ハロスルフロンメチル、チフェンスルフロンメチル、グリホサートカリウム、グリホサートアンモニウム、グルホシネートアンモニウム、ペンディメタリン、アラクロール、S-メトラクロール、ペトキサマイド、アセトクロール、フルフェナセット、ピロキサスルフォン、ピノキサデンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である、前記12の方法。

・イソキサジフェン-エチル:イソキサジフェン-エチル(Santa Cruz Biotechnology, inc.製)を含有する水和剤
・メフェンピル-ジエチル:メフェンピル-ジエチル(Santa Cruz Biotechnology, inc.製)を含有する水和剤
・クロキントセット-メキシル:クロキントセット-メキシル(和光純薬株式会社製)を含有する水和剤
・シプロスルファミド:シプロスルファミド(シグマ アルドリッチ ジャパン合同会社製)を含有する水和剤
・ブロモキシニル-オクタノエート:CERTROL B(Bayer CropScience AG製)
・ピリデート:Pyridate 600EC(Belchim Crop Protection製)
1/1,000,000haポットに畑作土壌をつめ、コムギ(Triticum aestivum L.)の種子を播種した。コムギが2.3-2.5葉期に達したとき、所定量の化合物A、フェンクロラゾール-エチル、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル、クロキントセット-メキシル又はシプロスルファミドを、0.5容量%の展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions, LLC.製)を含む水(300L/ha相当)に希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、7日目にコムギの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査した生育抑制率(%)を第1表に示す。
生育抑制率(%)=0(無処理区同等)~100(完全枯殺)の抑草率(%)
1/1,000,000haポットに畑作土壌をつめ、コムギ(Triticum aestivum L.)の種子を播種した。コムギが2.0-2.2葉期に達したとき、所定量の化合物A、他の除草性化合物、メフェンピル-ジエチル又はクロキントセット-メキシルを、0.25容量%の展着剤(商品名:Activator 90、Loveland Products, Inc.製)を含む水(300L/ha相当)に希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、7日目にコムギに発症した白化症状を肉眼で観察調査した結果を第2表に示す。
白化症状(程度)=0(無処理区同等)~5.0(完全白化)
1/1,000,000haポットに畑作土壌をつめ、ペレニアルライグラス(Lolium perenne L.)の種子を播種した。ペレニアルライグラスが1.7-2.2葉期に達したとき、所定量の化合物A、フェンクロラゾール-エチル、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル又はクロキントセット-メキシルを、0.5容量%の展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions, LLC.製)を含む水(300L/ha相当)に希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、6日目にペレニアルライグラスに発症した白化症状を、前記試験例2と同様に評価した。結果を第3表に示す。
1/1,000,000haポットに畑作土壌をつめ、チモシー(Phleum pratense L.)の種子を播種した。チモシーが1.6-2.0葉期に達したとき、所定量の化合物A、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル又はクロキントセット-メキシルを、0.5容量%の展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions, LLC.製)を含む水(300L/ha相当)に希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、6日目にチモシーの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査し、生育抑制率(%)を前記試験例1と同様に評価した。結果を第4表に示す。
1/1,000,000haポットに畑作土壌をつめ、ベントグラス(Agrostis stolonifera L.)のターフを張り付けた。ベントグラスが2mm丈に達したとき、所定量の化合物A、メフェンピル-ジエチル又はクロキントセット-メキシルを、0.5容量%の展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions, LLC.製)を含む水(300L/ha相当)に希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、24日目にベントグラスの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査し、生育抑制率(%)を前記試験例1と同様に評価した。結果を第5表に示す。
1/1,000,000haポットに畑作土壌をつめ、ケンタッキーブルーグラス(Poa pratensis L.)の種子を播種した。ケンタッキーブルーグラスが2葉期に達したとき、所定量の化合物A、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル、又はクロキントセット-メキシルを、0.5容量%の展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions, LLC.製)を含む水(300L/ha相当)に希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、7日目にケンタッキーブルーグラスに発症した白化症状を、前記試験例2と同様に評価した。結果を第6表に示す。
なお、2013年6月27日に出願された日本特許出願2013-134466号の明細書、特許請求の範囲及び要約書の全内容をここに引用し、本発明の明細書の開示として、取り入れるものである。
Claims (14)
- (1)1-(1-エチル-4-(3-(2-メトキシエトキシ)-2-メチル-4-(メチルスルホニル)ベンゾイル)-1H-ピラゾール-5-イルオキシ)エチル メチル カーボネート又はその塩及び(2)フェンクロラゾール-エチル、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル、クロキントセット-メキシル及びシプロスルファミドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物を含有する除草組成物。
- 更に(3)他の除草性化合物を含有する、請求項1に記載の除草組成物。
- (1)1-(1-エチル-4-(3-(2-メトキシエトキシ)-2-メチル-4-(メチルスルホニル)ベンゾイル)-1H-ピラゾール-5-イルオキシ)エチル メチル カーボネート又はその塩の除草有効量と、(2)フェンクロラゾール-エチル、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル、クロキントセット-メキシル及びシプロスルファミドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物の薬害軽減上の有効量とを、望ましくない植物又はそれが生育する場所に施用し、望ましくない植物を防除する方法。
- 更に、(3)他の除草性化合物の除草有効量を施用する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- (1)1-(1-エチル-4-(3-(2-メトキシエトキシ)-2-メチル-4-(メチルスルホニル)ベンゾイル)-1H-ピラゾール-5-イルオキシ)エチル メチル カーボネート又はその塩の有用植物に対する安全性を、(2)フェンクロラゾール-エチル、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル、クロキントセット-メキシル及びシプロスルファミドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物により向上させる方法。
- (1)1-(1-エチル-4-(3-(2-メトキシエトキシ)-2-メチル-4-(メチルスルホニル)ベンゾイル)-1H-ピラゾール-5-イルオキシ)エチル メチル カーボネート又はその塩の有用植物に対する望ましくない作用を、(2)フェンクロラゾール-エチル、イソキサジフェン-エチル、メフェンピル-ジエチル、クロキントセット-メキシル及びシプロスルファミドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物により軽減する方法。
- 成分(1)と成分(2)とを、重量比で1:0.05~1:2の割合で含有する、請求項1に記載の除草組成物。
- 成分(1)と成分(2)とを、重量比で1:0.05~1:2の割合で含有する、ケンタッキーブルーグラス、ペレニアルライグラス及びベントグラスからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の寒地型芝用、コムギ用、トウモロコシ用、或いはチモシー用として使用する、請求項1に記載の除草組成物。
- 成分(1)と成分(2)とを、重量比で1:0.05~1:2の割合で含有する、ケンタッキーブルーグラス、ペレニアルライグラス及びベントグラスからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の寒地型芝用として使用する、請求項1に記載の除草組成物。
- 成分(1)と成分(2)とを、重量比で1:0.05~1:2の割合で含有する、コムギ用又はトウモロコシ用として使用する、請求項1に記載の除草組成物。
- 成分(1)を1ヘクタールあたり5~150g、成分(2)を1ヘクタールあたり0.25~300g施用し、望ましくない植物を防除する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 成分(1)を1ヘクタールあたり5~150g、成分(2)を1ヘクタールあたり0.25~300g施用し、ケンタッキーブルーグラス、ペレニアルライグラス及びベントグラスからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の寒地型芝、コムギ、トウモロコシ、或いはチモシーの栽培又はその生育管理における望ましくない植物を防除する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 成分(1)を1ヘクタールあたり5~150g、成分(2)を1ヘクタールあたり0.25~300g施用し、ケンタッキーブルーグラス、ペレニアルライグラス及びベントグラスからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の寒地型芝、コムギ、トウモロコシ、或いはチモシーに対する安全性を向上させる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 成分(1)を1ヘクタールあたり5~150g、成分(2)を1ヘクタールあたり0.25~300g施用し、ケンタッキーブルーグラス、ペレニアルライグラス及びベントグラスからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の寒地型芝、コムギ、トウモロコシ、或いはチモシーに対する望ましくない作用を軽減する、請求項6に記載の方法。
