Abstract

 ワイヤハーネス(9)は、第一導電路(15)及び第二導電路(16)と、これら第一導電路(15)及び第二導電路(16)を一括して収容保護する外装部材(17)とを備える。外装部材(17)は、撓み可能な可撓管部(24)と、この可撓管部(24)よりも剛性の高いストレート管部(25)とを有する。ストレート管部(25)は、一方の長辺側壁部(28)及び他方の長辺側壁部(29)と、一方の短辺側壁部(30)及び他方の短辺側壁部(31)とを有する。一方の長辺側壁部(28)及び他方の長辺側壁部(29)には、それぞれ複数の凹部(32)が形成される。この凹部(32)は、一方の長辺側壁部(28)及び他方の長辺側壁部(29)の内面を第一導電路(15)及び第二導電路(16)に近づける凹み部分として形成される。

Description

ワイヤハーネス
 本発明は、導電路と外装部材とを含むワイヤハーネスに関する。
 従来のワイヤハーネスとしては、例えばハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車に搭載され高圧で駆動する機器間を電気的に接続するものが知られる。
 下記特許文献1に開示されたワイヤハーネスは、複数本の導電路と、この複数本の導電路を一括して収容する樹脂製のコルゲートチューブ及び樹脂製のプロテクタとを含んでいる。コルゲートチューブは、可撓性を有する蛇腹管形状に形成され、ワイヤハーネスの長手方向に複数本並んで設けられる。プロテクタは、経路規制を必要とする部分に配置される。また、プロテクタは、隣り合うコルゲートチューブ同士を連結する位置に設けられる。コルゲートチューブ及びプロテクタは、外装部材として用いられる。
 また、その他のハーネス保護部材として、形状保持性に優れた外装部材、いわゆる硬質ワイヤハーネス保護管も実用化されている。
日本国特開2010-51042号公報
 上記従来技術にあっては、外装部材内部の導電路が例えば走行時の振動により振れてしまう。この導電路の振れが長く続く場合には、外装部材内部において砂等の異物との摩擦により導電路の損傷や外装部材の穴あき等を引き起こしてしまうという問題点を有する。
 本発明は、上記した事情に鑑みてなされたもので、外装部材内部における導電路の振れを規制して車両取り付け後の損傷等を防止することが可能なワイヤハーネスを提供することを課題とする。
 前述した目的を達成するために、本発明に係るワイヤハーネスは、下記(1)~(5)を特徴としている。
(1) 導電路と、該導電路を覆う管体形状の外装部材とを含むワイヤハーネスにおいて、
 前記外装部材は、対になる一方の壁及び他方の壁が形成されたストレート管部を有し、該ストレート管部は、少なくとも前記一方の壁に、前記導電路に対し近づく凹部を有すること。
(2) 上記(1)のワイヤハーネスにおいて、前記外装部材は、車両床下を通り該車両床下の前後に跨る長さに形成され、
 前記ストレート管部は、前記車両床下に、前記一方の壁が地面に対向し、前記他方の壁が前記車両床下に対向するよう配置されること。
(3) 上記(1)又は(2)のワイヤハーネスにおいて、前記ストレート管部は、前記一方の壁及び前記他方の壁を支持する対称な一対の支持壁を有すること。
(4) 上記(1)乃至(3)の何れかのワイヤハーネスにおいて、前記凹部は、前記ストレート管部の全長にわたって、又は前記導電路の延在方向における一部に形成されること。
(5) 上記(1)乃至(4)の何れかのワイヤハーネスにおいて、少なくとも前記一方の壁は、前記凹部を複数有して断面凹凸状又は断面略波状に形成されること。
 上記(1)によれば、ストレート管部を有する外装部材であることから、ストレート管部にて撓みを規制することができる。また、凹部を有するストレート管部であることから、凹部にて導電路の振れを規制することもできる。
 尚、上記の規制するとは、振れない又は振れ量を小さくする、ことを意味するものとする。この他、本発明によれば、外装部材を樹脂製とする場合には、表面積を増やすことで成形時の冷却性を高めることもできる。
 上記(2)によれば、車両床下にストレート管部を配置することから、車両床下の位置での撓みを規制することができる。また、車両床下にストレート管部を配置するとともに、このストレート管部は凹部を有することから、車両床下の位置での導電路の振れを規制することもできる。
 上記(3)によれば、ストレート管部の一方の壁及び他方の壁を支持する支持壁を有することから、支持壁にてストレート管部の剛性を確保することができる。
 上記(4)によれば、ストレート管部の全長にわたって凹部を有することから、導電路の振れをストレート管部全体で規制することができる。又は、一部に凹部を有することから、導電路の振れを部分的に規制することができる。
 上記(5)によれば、少なくとも一方の壁の形状が断面凹凸状又は断面略波状であることから、この形状部分における剛性を高めることができる。具体的には、例えばストレート管部の全長にわたって(管軸方向に)剛性を高めることができる。
 本発明によれば、ストレート管部を有する外装部材であり、ストレート管部には導電路に対し近づく凹部を形成することから、外装部材の撓みや導電路の振れを規制して損傷等を防止することができるという効果を奏する。
 また、車両床下にストレート管部を配置することから、車両床下の位置での外装部材の撓みや導電路の振れを規制することができるという効果を奏する。すなわち、車両床下位置での損傷等を防止することができるという効果を奏する。
 また、支持壁を有するストレート管部であることから、支持壁にて剛性を確保することができるという効果を奏する。すなわち、外装部材の撓みを確実に規制することができるという効果を奏する。
 また、凹部を長く又は部分的に形成することから、導電路の振れを所望の状態で規制することができるという効果を奏する。
 また、複数の凹部にて少なくとも一方の壁形状を断面凹凸状又は断面略波状にすることから、剛性を高めることができるという効果を奏する。

 ワイヤハーネスは、一又は複数本の導電路と、この導電路を収容保護する外装部材とを含んでいる。ワイヤハーネスは、車両床下を通る長尺なものであり、外装部材は、対になる一方の壁及び他方の壁が形成されたストレート管部を有する。このストレート管部は、少なくとも一方の壁に凹部を有し、凹部は導電路に対して近づくような形状に形成される。
 以下、図面を参照しながら実施例1を説明する。図1は本発明のワイヤハーネスの配索状態を示す模式図である。また、図2はワイヤハーネスの斜視図、図3は図2のA-A線断面図である。
 本実施例においては、ハイブリッド自動車(電気自動車や一般的な自動車であってもよいものとする)に配索されるワイヤハーネスに対し本発明を採用するものとする。
 図1において、ハイブリッド自動車1は、エンジン2及びモータユニット3の二つの動力源を有しており、これらの動力源の動力を組み合わせて駆動する。モータユニット3にはインバータユニット4を介してバッテリー5(電池パック)からの電力が供給される。エンジン2、モータユニット3、及びインバータユニット4は、本実施例において前輪近傍のエンジンルーム6に搭載される。また、バッテリー5は、後輪近傍の自動車後部7に搭載される(エンジンルーム6の後方に存在する自動車室内に搭載してもよい)。
 モータユニット3とインバータユニット4は、高圧のワイヤハーネス8により接続される。また、バッテリー5とインバータユニット4も高圧のワイヤハーネス9により接続される。ワイヤハーネス9は、この中間部10が車両床下11に配索される。また、ワイヤハーネス9は、車両床下11に沿って略平行に配索される。車両床下11は、公知のボディであるとともに所謂パネル部材であって、所定位置には貫通孔が形成される。この貫通孔には、ワイヤハーネス9が水密に挿通される。
 ワイヤハーネス9とバッテリー5は、このバッテリー5に設けられるジャンクションブロック12を介して接続される。ジャンクションブロック12には、ワイヤハーネス9の後端13が公知の方法で電気的に接続される。ワイヤハーネス9の前端14側は、インバータユニット4に対し公知の方法で電気的に接続される。
 モータユニット3は、モータ及びジェネレータとして機能する。また、インバータユニット4は、インバータ及びコンバータを含んでいる。モータユニット3は、シールドケースを含むモータアッセンブリとして形成されている。また、インバータユニット4もシールドケースを含むインバータアッセンブリとして形成されている。バッテリー5は、Ni-MH系やLi-ion系のものであって、モジュール化されている。尚、例えばキャパシタのような蓄電装置を使用することも可能であるものとする。バッテリー5は、ハイブリッド自動車1や電気自動車に使用可能であれば特に限定されないものとする。
 図2において、ワイヤハーネス9は、第一導電路15(導電路)及び第二導電路16(導電路)と、これら第一導電路15及び第二導電路16を一括して収容保護する外装部材17と、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の各端末にそれぞれ設けられるコネクタ(図示省略)と、外装部材17の外面に取り付けられる複数のクランプ(図示省略)及びグロメット等とを備える。
 図2及び図3において、第一導電路15は、高圧の導電路であって、二本の高圧回路18と、この二本の高圧回路18を覆うシールド部材19とを備えて構成される(一例であるものとする。更に外側にシースを設けてもよいものとする)。
 高圧回路18は、ここでは公知の高圧電線であって、導体20と、この導体20を被覆する絶縁体21とを備える。高圧回路18は、電気的な接続に必要な長さを有するように形成される。高圧回路18は、ワイヤハーネス9がインバータユニット4とバッテリー5(ジャンクションブロック12)とを電気的に接続する(図1参照)ために、長尺となっている。
 導体20は、銅や銅合金、或いはアルミニウムやアルミニウム合金により製造される。導体20に関しては、素線を撚り合わせてなる導体構造のものや、断面矩形又は丸形となる棒状の導体構造(例えば平角単心や丸単心となる導体構造であり、この場合、電線自体も棒状となる)のもののいずれであってもよい。以上のような導体20は、この外面に絶縁性の樹脂材料からなる絶縁体21が押出成形される。
 尚、高圧回路18として、本実施例では公知の高圧電線の構成を採用するが、この限りでないものとする。すなわち、公知のバスバーに絶縁体を設けて高圧回路としたもの等を採用してもよい。
 シールド部材19は、二本の高圧回路18を一括して覆う電磁シールド用の部材(電磁波対策用のシールド部材)であって、導電性を有する公知の金属箔や、この金属箔を含む部材が採用される。シールド部材19は、二本の高圧回路18の全長とほぼ同じ長さを有している。シールド部材19は、この端部が図示しない上記コネクタ(例えばシールドコネクタ)を介してインバータユニット4(図1参照)のシールドケース等(図示省略)に接続される。
 シールド部材19は、電磁波対策をすることが可能であれば、例えば多数の素線を筒状に編んでなる公知の編組を採用してもよい。
 第一導電路15以外としては、一又は複数本の公知のシールド電線が挙げられる。また、一本でプラス回路及びマイナス回路を同軸で有するように、或いは一本で三回路以上を同軸で有するように構成される高圧同軸複合導電路(図示省略)等も挙げられる。
 第二導電路16は、ここでは公知の低圧電線(低圧の導電路)であって、導体22と、導体22を被覆する絶縁体23とを備える。第二導電路16は、電気的な接続に必要な長さを有している。
 外装部材17は、上記第一導電路15及び第二導電路16を覆う樹脂製の管体であって、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の挿通収容に必要な長さ、及び保護に必要な厚みを有している。外装部材17は、車両床下11(図1参照)を通りこの車両床下11の前後に跨る長尺なものとして形成される。尚、外装部材17は、後述する凹部32を有するのであれば、樹脂製に限らず金属製であってもよいものとする。
 外装部材17は、撓み可能な可撓管部24と、この可撓管部24よりも剛性の高いストレート管部25とを有して例えば図示の形状に形成される。具体的には、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の延在方向に可撓管部24とストレート管部25とを連続させるような形状に形成される。外装部材17は、可撓管部24とストレート管部25とをそれぞれ複数有し、これらを交互に配置して連続形成される。外装部材17は、可撓管部24を撓ませない状態でこの可撓管部24とストレート管部25とを直線状にするように樹脂成形される。
 可撓管部24は、車両取付形状(ワイヤハーネス配索先の形状、すなわち固定対象の形状)に合わせて配置形成される。具体的には、曲げの必要な区間に合わせて配置形成される。また、可撓管部24は、曲げに必要な長さを有するように形成される。この他、本実施例の可撓管部24は、断面略矩形状に形成される(一例であるものとする)。可撓管部24は、ワイヤハーネス9の製造後となる、梱包時や輸送時、車両への経路配索時(取り付け時)に、それぞれ所望の角度で撓ませることができるように形成される(図示省略)。
 可撓管部24は、撓ませて所望の曲げ形状にすることができるとともに、元の撓ませない形状に戻すこともできる。
 可撓管部24は、本実施例において蛇腹管形状に形成される(可撓性を有すれば形状は特に限定されないものとする)。具体的には、周方向の凹部26及び凸部27を有するとともに、これら凹部26及び凸部27が管軸方向(第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の延在方向)に交互に連続するように複数形成される。
 上記説明からも分かるように、可撓管部24の配置部分が恰もコルゲートチューブとなる形状に形成される。言い換えれば、部分的にコルゲートチューブを有する形状に形成される。外装部材17は、上記の如くコルゲートチューブの部分を有することから、「コルチューブ」や「部分形成コルゲートチューブ」などとも呼ぶ。
 一方、ストレート管部25は、ワイヤハーネス9の梱包時や輸送時、経路配索時に曲がらない部分として形成される(曲がらない部分とは、可撓性を積極的に持たせない部分という意味である)。また、ストレート管部25は、断面略矩形状のストレートチューブ形状に形成される(形状は一例であるものとする)。ストレート管部25は、上記車両取付形状に合わせた位置や長さに形成される。ストレート管部25は、上記の如くストレートチューブ形状(直管形状)に形成されることから、また、剛性を有すると言えることから、「直管部」や「剛性部」などとも呼ぶ。
 ストレート管部25は、一方の長辺側壁部28(一方の壁)及び他方の長辺側壁部29(他方の壁)と、一方の短辺側壁部30(支持壁)及び他方の短辺側壁部31(支持壁)とを有して図示の如く断面略矩形状に形成される(断面形状は一例であるものとする)。一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29は対称形状であり、対になるように配置形成される。また、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31も対称形状であり、対になるように配置形成される。
 一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29は、図3の断面状態で見ると水平方向にのびるように形成される。実際には、図3における上側(他方の長辺側壁部29の側)が車両床下11(図1参照)に対向するように、また、図3における下側(一方の長辺側壁部28の側)が地面に対向するように配置形成される。
 一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29には、それぞれ複数の凹部32が形成される。この凹部32は、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29の内面を第一導電路15及び第二導電路16に近づける凹み部分として形成される。凹部32は、凹み部分(凹み形状)であることから、底部33を有する。この底部33は、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の振れを規制する部分として形成される。なお、「規制する」とは、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16を振れないようにする、又は、仮に振れたとしても振れ量を小さくする、ことを意味する。
 一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29は、複数の凹部32を有することにより、図示のような断面凹凸状(又は断面略波状)となる形状に形成される。断面凹凸状となる形状は、上記管軸の直交方向(図3を断面状態で見た時の後述する垂直方向)に撓み難く、曲げ難くすることができるという利点を有する。
 尚、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29に凹部32を複数形成すると、スペース34が複数生じることになる。本実施例のスペース34は、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16が落ち込まないような大きさに形成されるものとする。
 複数の凹部32は、ストレート管部25の全長にわたって形成される。尚、特に限定するものでないが、複数の凹部32は、少なくとも一方の長辺側壁部28に形成されるものとする。また、一方の長辺側壁部28に形成される凹部32と、他方の長辺側壁部29に形成される凹部32の位置は、図示の如く同位置でなくてもよい。すなわち、一方の長辺側壁部28と他方の長辺側壁部29とを見た時に、千鳥状となる位置に複数の凹部32を配置形成してもよい。
 一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31は、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29を支持する部分であって、図3の断面状態で見ると垂直方向にのびるように形成される。一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31は、重力方向(自重方向)にのびるように配置形成される。
 一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31は、それぞれ外側へ膨らむ若干湾曲した形状に形成される(湾曲形状の他には、十分な支持力を確保できる限り、例えば「く」字状となる形状も有効であるものとする)。このような一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31は、例えば地面側からの外力に対しストレート管部25を強くすることができるように形成される。
 一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29と、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31との連続部分には、エッジ部分35が形成される。このエッジ部分35は、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31を、上記の如く外側へ膨らむ若干湾曲した形状にする場合に有効である。すなわち、上記支持力を高めて(剛性を高めて)ストレート管部25を強くすることに関し寄与することができるという利点を有する。また、エッジ部分35に連続するように一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29に平面部36を形成することも有効である。
 尚、図3中の二点差線PLをパーティングライン、矢印Q、Rを型割方向とすると、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31は、この形状が抜き勾配の付いた離型性の良い形状であることが分かる。離型性が良ければ、成形時間を短縮することができるのは勿論である。
 例えば上記離型性を考えない場合には、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31を上記管軸の直交方向(上記垂直方向)に沿って真っ直ぐに形成してもよい。
 複数のストレート管部25のうち、車両床下11(図1参照)に取り付けされるものは長尺に形成される。長尺に形成されたストレート管部25は、例えばリーンホースに沿わせるように取り付けられる。
 上記構成及び構造において、ワイヤハーネス9は次のようにして製造される(図示省略)。すなわち、ワイヤハーネス9は、全体が略直線状に樹脂成形された外装部材17の一端から他端へと第一導電路15及び第二導電路16を挿通することにより製造される。また、ワイヤハーネス9は、外装部材17の外面所定位置にクランプやグロメットやブーツ等を取り付けることにより製造される。さらに、ワイヤハーネス9は、コネクタを第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の各端末部分に設けることにより製造される。
 上記の如く製造された後は、所定の可撓管部24を折り畳むようにして曲げを施すと、ワイヤハーネス9の梱包が完了する。梱包状態のワイヤハーネス9はコンパクトであり、このようなコンパクトな状態で車両組み付け現場まで輸送される。
 車両組み付け現場では、ワイヤハーネス9は、車両床下11(図1参照)に対応する長尺な部分から車両に取り付けられる。ワイヤハーネス9は、車両床下11に対応する長尺な部分に外装部材17のストレート管部25が配置されることから、撓みを抑えた状態で取り付けられる。この時、ワイヤハーネス9は作業性良く取り付けられる。ワイヤハーネス9の車両床下11に対応する長尺な部分がクランプ等で固定された後には、外装部材17における可撓管部24の部分を撓ませつつ(曲げつつ)残りの部分が取り付けられる。取り付けに係る一連の作業が完了すると、ワイヤハーネス9は所望の経路で配索された状態になる。
 以上、図1ないし図3を参照しながら説明してきたように、本発明の実施形態に係るワイヤハーネス9は、導電路である第一導電路15及び第二導電路16と、この第一導電路15及び第二導電路16を覆う外装部材17とを含んで構成され、外装部材17に関しては、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の延在方向に可撓管部24とストレート管部25とを連続させた構造のものが採用される。ストレート管部25にあっては、剛性を有するとともに一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29に凹部32を複数有することから、内部空間を狭めて第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の振れを規制することができる。従って、損傷等を防止することができる。
 また、ワイヤハーネス9は、車両床下11にストレート管部25を配置することから、車両床下11の位置での外装部材17の撓みや第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の振れを規制することができ、以て損傷等を防止することができる。
 また、ワイヤハーネス9は、支持壁としての一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31を有することから、剛性を確保して外装部材17の撓みを確実に規制することができる。尚、外装部材17の撓み規制に関し、上記の断面凹凸状(又は断面略波状)の形状も有効になるのは勿論である。
 以下、図面を参照しながら実施例2を説明する。図4は変形例としてのワイヤハーネスの斜視図である。尚、上記実施例1と基本的に同じ構成部材には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
 図4において、外装部材17は、実施例1と同様に、撓み可能な可撓管部24と、この可撓管部24よりも剛性の高いストレート管部25とを有する。ストレート管部25は、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29と、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31とを有する。
 一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29には、それぞれ複数の凹部32が形成される。複数の凹部32は、本実施例において部分的に配置形成される。すなわち、実施例1のようなストレート管部25の全長にわたってではなく、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の延在方向に対し部分的に配置形成される。複数の凹部32は、第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の振れを規制したい位置に配置形成される(A-A線断面図は図3と同じになるものとする)。
 実施例2の外装部材17も撓みや第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の振れを規制して損傷等を防止することができるのは勿論である。
 以下、図面を参照しながら実施例3を説明する。図5は変形例としてのワイヤハーネスの断面図である。尚、上記実施例1、2と基本的に同じ構成部材には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
 図5において、実施例3の外装部材17は、実施例1、2と同様にストレート管部25を有する。このストレート管部25は、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29に凹部32が一つずつ形成される。凹部32は、幅広に形成される。本実施例のストレート管部25は、凹部32により断面形状が略H状となるような矩形状に形成される。
 実施例3の外装部材17も撓みや第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の振れを規制して損傷等を防止することができるのは勿論である。
 以下、図面を参照しながら実施例4を説明する。図6は変形例としてのワイヤハーネスの断面図である。尚、上記実施例1~3と基本的に同じ構成部材には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
 図6において、実施例4の外装部材17は、実施例1~3と同様にストレート管部25を有する。このストレート管部25は、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29と、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31とを有する。一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29には、それぞれ複数の凹部32が形成される。本実施例の一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29は、曲面の多い複数の凹部32により実施例1よりも断面波状となる波板形状に形成される。
 尚、一方の短辺側壁部30及び他方の短辺側壁部31は、実施例1と同様であり、それぞれ外側へ膨らむ若干湾曲した形状に形成される。この他、エッジ部分35や平面部36も同様に形成される。
 実施例4の外装部材17も撓みや第一導電路15及び第二導電路16の振れを規制して損傷等を防止することができるのは勿論である。
 以下、図面を参照しながら実施例5を説明する。図7(a)、(b)は変形例としてのワイヤハーネスの断面図である。尚、上記実施例1と基本的に同じ構成部材には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
 実施例5のワイヤハーネス9は、高圧の導電路である第一導電路15と、この第一導電路15を収容保護する外装部材17と、第一導電路15の端末に設けられるコネクタ(図示省略)と、外装部材17の外面に取り付けられる複数のクランプ(図示省略)及びグロメット等とを備えて構成される。実施例5のワイヤハーネス9は、実施例1の第二導電路16(図3参照)を構成に含まない分、外装部材17が幅狭に形成される。
 図7(a)において、実施例5の外装部材17は、ストレート管部25を有する。このストレート管部25は、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29に凹部32が一つずつ形成される。本実施例のストレート管部25は、凹部32により断面形状が略H状となるような矩形状に形成される。
 尚、図7(b)に示す如く断面円形のストレート管部25をベースにして凹部32を形成してもよいものとする。すなわち、断面円形のストレート管部25は、一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29を有し、この一方の長辺側壁部28及び他方の長辺側壁部29には、凹部32が一つずつ形成される。
 ストレート管部25のベースとなる断面形状は、上記矩形状や円形状の他に、長円形状、楕円形状等も挙げられるものとする。
 実施例5の外装部材17も撓みや第一導電路15の振れを規制して損傷等を防止することができるのは勿論である。
 ここで、上述した本発明に係るワイヤハーネスの実施形態の特徴をそれぞれ以下[1]~[5]に簡潔に纏めて列記する。
 [1] 導電路(15、16)と、該導電路(15、16)を覆う管体形状の外装部材(17)とを含むワイヤハーネス(9)において、
 前記外装部材(17)は、対になる一方の壁(28)及び他方の壁(29)が形成されたストレート管部(25)を有し、該ストレート管部(25)は、少なくとも前記一方の壁(28)に、前記導電路(15、16)に対し近づく凹部(32)を有する
 ワイヤハーネス(9)。
 [2] 前記外装部材(17)は、車両床下(11)を通り該車両床下(11)の前後に跨る長さに形成され、
 前記ストレート管部(25)は、前記車両床下(11)に、前記一方の壁(28)が地面に対向し、前記他方の壁(29)が前記車両床下(11)に対向するよう配置される
 上記[1]に記載のワイヤハーネス(9)。
 [3] 前記ストレート管部(25)は、前記一方の壁(28)及び前記他方の壁(29)を支持する対称な一対の支持壁(30、31)を有する
 上記[1]又は[2]に記載のワイヤハーネス(9)。
 [4] 前記凹部(32)は、前記ストレート管部(25)の全長にわたって、又は前記導電路(15、16)の延在方向における一部に形成される
 上記[1]乃至[3]の何れかに記載のワイヤハーネス(9)。
 [5] 少なくとも前記一方の壁(28)は、前記凹部(32)を複数有して断面凹凸状又は断面略波状に形成される
 上記[1]乃至[4]の何れかに記載のワイヤハーネス(9)。
 本発明を詳細にまた特定の実施態様を参照して説明したが、本発明の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく様々な変更や修正を加えることができることは当業者にとって明らかである。
 本出願は、2013年6月20日出願の日本特許出願(特願2013-129287)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
 本発明によれば、外装部材内部における導電路の振れを規制して車両取り付け後の損傷等を防止することが可能なワイヤハーネスを提供できるという効果を奏する。この効果を奏する本発明は、導電路と外装部材とを含むワイヤハーネスに関して有用である。

Claims (5)

  1.  導電路と、該導電路を覆う管体形状の外装部材とを含むワイヤハーネスにおいて、
     前記外装部材は、対になる一方の壁及び他方の壁が形成されたストレート管部を有し、該ストレート管部は、少なくとも前記一方の壁に、前記導電路に対し近づく凹部を有する
     ワイヤハーネス。
  2.  前記外装部材は、車両床下を通り該車両床下の前後に跨る長さに形成され、
     前記ストレート管部は、前記車両床下に、前記一方の壁が地面に対向し、前記他方の壁が前記車両床下に対向するよう配置される
     請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  3.  前記ストレート管部は、前記一方の壁及び前記他方の壁を支持する対称な一対の支持壁を有する
     請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  4.  前記凹部は、前記ストレート管部の全長にわたって、又は前記導電路の延在方向における一部に形成される
     請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  5.  少なくとも前記一方の壁は、前記凹部を複数有して断面凹凸状又は断面略波状に形成される
     請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のワイヤハーネス。
