Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟,包括雾化器以及与雾化器连接的第一电极,第一电极内依次套设有绝缘环以及第二电极;雾化器内还设有雾化件,雾化件负极与第二电极实现电连接;雾化件正极与第一电极相连接。第二电极上贯通有通气孔。且雾化件负极是通过焊接的方式焊接于第二电极的端面的。这样的结构由于第二电极上的通气孔是沿轴向贯通的,因此,焊接雾化件的引线时,焊锡容易堵住通气孔。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述的焊锡很容易堵住通气孔的缺陷,提供一种能够保证吸烟时通气顺畅的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是构造一种电子烟,包括雾化器、以及插置于所述雾化器端部的第一电极以及第二电极,所述雾化器内还容置有用于将烟油雾化的雾化件,以及与所述雾化件电连接的第一引线以及第二引线,
所述第二电极具有伸入到所述雾化器内部的延伸部;所述第二引线与所述延伸部电性连接,所述第一引线与所述第一电极电性连接;所述延伸部侧面设有至少一第一通孔。
所述第二电极内部设有第一气道,所述第一通孔、所述第一气道以及所述雾化器内部相互连通形成用于供空气流通的通道。
该电子烟还包括绝缘环,所述第一电极向内凸设有与所述绝缘环外侧形状相适应的突起,所述突起套设于所述绝缘环的外侧,所述绝缘环套设于所述第二电极的外侧。
所述第二电极远离延伸部的一端轴向延伸形成凸缘,所述凸缘抵接于所述绝缘环远离所述延伸部的一端端部。
所述延伸部的端部套设有夹持件,所述第二引线夹持于所述延伸部与所述夹持件之间并与所述第二电极电性连接。

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过在第二电极上设置伸入到雾化器内部的延伸部;并在延伸部侧面设有至少一第一通孔。则可以在实现第二引线与延伸部电性连接的同时,还可以避免现有技术中的由于将第二引线焊接于第二电极上而使得焊锡堵住第二电极上贯通的气道的缺陷,本发明的电子烟在吸烟时,通气顺畅。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图8所示本发明构造一种电子烟,包括雾化器1、以及插置于雾化器1端部的第一电极2以及第二电极3,雾化器1内还容置有用于将烟油雾化的雾化件5,以及与雾化件5电连接的第一引线51以及第二引线52, 第二电极3具有伸入到雾化器1内部的延伸部31;第二引线52与延伸部31电性连接,第一引线51与第一电极2电性连接;延伸部31侧面设有至少一第一通孔32。
第二电极3内部设有第一气道35,第一通孔32、第一气道35以及雾化器1内部相互连通形成用于供空气流通的通道。
可以理解的是,第一引线51以及第二引线52为分别为由雾化件5引出的正极引线以及负极引线。
雾化件5包括发热丝或者超声波振荡器。
通过设置伸入到雾化器1内部的延伸部31,且在延伸部31的侧面设置至少一个第一通孔32,则可以不局限于用将第二引线52焊接到第二电极3上的方式,即使是通过焊接的方式将第二引线52焊接到第二电极3上也因在延伸部31侧面开设有用于通气的第一通孔32,故能够防止堵孔的现象。
第一电极2与第二电极3之间套设有绝缘环34,第一电极2向内凸设有与绝缘环34外侧形状相适应的突起21,突起21套设于绝缘环34的外侧,绝缘环34套设于第二电极3的外侧。可以理解的是,突起21与绝缘环34之间、第二电极3与绝缘环之间均是通过过盈配合的方式进行的连接。
第二电极3远离延伸部31的一端轴向延伸形成凸缘33,凸缘33抵接于绝缘环34远离延伸部31的一端端部。
第二引线52电连接于第二电极3上的方式有以下实施方式:
实施例一:
如图5、图6、图7、图8所示,延伸部31的端部套设有夹持件6,第二引线52夹持于延伸部31与夹持件6之间并与第二电极3电性连接。
延伸部31的端部轴向设有盲孔,夹持件6的轴向截面呈与盲孔相适应的'E'字型结构。或者是第一气道35贯穿第二电极3的两端,夹持件6的轴向贯穿有与第一气道35相连通的第二通孔;夹持件6的轴向截面呈 'E'字型结构,第二通孔轴向贯穿于'E'字形结构的中部(具体如图8所示)。
此时,第一引线51夹持于绝缘环34与第一电极2之间。夹持件6为硅胶件,或者由其他软质材料制成。可以理解的是,'E'型的夹持件6可以将第二引线52紧固在延伸部31上。夹持件6过盈配合地套设于延伸部31上。
可以理解的是,也可以将夹持件6设置呈轴向截面为'T'型的结构,或者是夹持件6的端面设置有与第一气道35相连通的第二通孔;轴向截面呈中间由第二通孔穿通的'T'型结构。
可以理解的是,夹持件6的形状可以是多变的,只要能实现通过夹持件6将第二引线52紧紧夹持于延伸部31的端部即可。
实施例二:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,第二引线52通过焊接的方式焊接于延伸部31上。
实施方式一:如图1、图2所示,延伸部31端面封闭,第二引线52焊接于延伸部31的端面。此时,由于将第二引线52焊接于延伸部31的端面,同时在延伸部31侧面设置第一通孔32,由于焊锡与第一通孔32距离较远,则不会存在堵孔的现象。优选的,此时第一通孔32的数量为两个。
实施方式二:如图3、图4所示第一气道35贯通第二电极3的两端,第二引线52焊接于延伸部31的侧面且与第一通孔32错开设置。由于第二引线52与第一通孔32错开设置则也不会存在堵孔的现象。
优选的,此时第一通孔32的数量为一个,此时由于第一气道35两端贯通,则可以保证在吸烟时通过第二电极3的气流量。
在实施例二的两个实施方式中,第一引线51均焊接于第一电极2上。
上述两个实施例中,第一通孔32的形状为圆形、椭圆形或者多边形。为了保证通气量,每个第一通孔32的面积范围为2 mm2~20 mm2。同时,第一气道35贯穿于第二电极3两端时,该第一气道35上轴向贯穿所形成的通孔的面积范围也为2 mm2~20mm2
延伸部31凸出于绝缘环34的距离为5mm~10mm。 使得第二电极3的延伸部31不至于因为伸入到雾化器1中的长度过长而使得第一引线51以及第二电极3误接触而短路。
综上,通过将第二电极3的伸入到雾化器1中的延伸部31的侧面设置第一通孔32,能够使第二引线52连接到第二电极3上的方式多样化,且能够使得在用焊接的方式将第二引线52连接到第二电极3上时防止堵孔的现象。

    所述第一引线(51)电性连接于所述第一电极(2);所述第二电极(3)具有伸入到所述雾化器(1)内部的延伸部(31),所述延伸部(31)侧面设有至少一用于供气流通过的第一通孔(32);所述第二引线(52)电性连接于所述延伸部(31)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二电极(3)内部设有第一气道(35),所述第一通孔(32)、所述第一气道(35)以及所述雾化器(1)内部相互连通形成用于供空气流通的通道。
