Abstract

This vehicle-door lining (10) is configured from a first panel (16) positioned on the rear side of a vehicle and a second panel (18) positioned on the front side of the vehicle, and a first engaging means (28) of the first panel (16) and a second engaging means (64) of the second panel (18) connect by engaging with one another. The first engaging means (28) has a projection (42) projecting into a recess (38), and an engaging part (40) extending toward the projection (42). The projection (42) is inserted into the interior of a hook section (66) of the second engaging means (64), and the tip of the engaging part (40) engages a leg section (68) of the hook section (66). As a result, the engagement between the projection (42) and the hook section (66) restricts relative displacement in the front-rear direction and height direction of the vehicle, while the engagement between the engaging part (40) and the hook section (66) restricts relative displacement in the widthwise direction of the vehicle.

Description

Mounting structure for vehicle door lining
The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a vehicle door lining used for a door of a vehicle such as an automobile.
For example, in a vehicle door used in a vehicle such as an automobile, decoration is enhanced by covering the interior side of a door panel made of metal with a door lining. The door lining includes, for example, an upper panel that is mounted above an opening / closing knob that opens and closes a vehicle door, and a lower panel that is provided below the upper panel and has an armrest. And the structure which connects with each other and covers the said door panel by engaging the 1st engaging part provided in the edge part of an upper panel, and the 2nd engaging part provided in the edge part of a lower panel It is said.
Such upper panel and lower panel need to be connected to the door panel in a state where relative displacement in the three directions of the vehicle front-rear direction, the width direction, and the height direction is regulated, for example.
For example, as described above, as an attachment structure that restricts relative displacement in three directions, there are three engagement means on the inner surface of the waist part constituting the door trim, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-226235. Each engaging means includes an upper locking body formed in a T-shaped cross section and a lower locking body formed below the upper locking body and formed in an L-shaped cross section. There is something. The engaging means in this mounting structure are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the waist portion, and the upper locking bodies are engaged with the locking holes of the waist garnish attached to the waist portion. On the other hand, the projecting piece formed at the lower end of the waist garnish is engaged with the inside of the lower locking body.
As a result, the waist portion and the waist garnish are restricted from relative displacement in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the door trim under the engagement action of the upper locking body and the locking hole, Are connected to each other in a state in which the relative displacement in the height direction is restricted under the engaging action of.
However, in the mounting structure described above, in the waist portion and the waist garnish, the first engagement portion (upper locking body and the locking hole) that regulates in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the door panel, and the height direction of the vehicle Second engaging portions (lower locking body and projecting piece portions) to be engaged are provided separately, and a plurality of locations are provided along the front-rear direction of the door trim. Therefore, the shape of the waist part and waist garnish which have the 1st engaging part and the 2nd engaging part becomes complicated, and an assembly property falls with it and a manufacturing cost will increase. .
Further, since the three engaging portions are engaged to connect the waist portion and the waist garnish, the assembling work of both becomes complicated.
A general object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for a vehicle door lining that can be easily connected with a simple configuration.

Between the lower end portion of the engagement piece 40 and the lower end portion of the concave portion 38, a first rib (holding projection) 46 is provided standing on the surface of the concave portion 38. The first rib 46 extends from the concave portion 38 to the second flat surface portion 36 and protrudes at a predetermined height with respect to the surface of the second flat surface portion 36. Note that the height of the first ribs 46 in the second plane portion 36 is formed to be substantially constant.
Further, on the back surface of the engagement piece 40, a second rib 48 extending to the back surface of the second flat surface portion 36 through the back surface of the top portion 32 is provided. The second rib 48 is formed so as to stand upright with respect to the engaging piece 40 and the base portion 26, and joins the engaging piece 40 and the second flat portion 36. The rigidity of the engagement piece 40 is improved by the second rib 48, and downward deformation (bending) of the engagement piece 40 starting from the joint portion with the recess 38 is prevented.
The protrusion 42 is provided on the inner wall surface of the upper end portion of the recess 38 and the upper end portion of the through hole 44, and is formed in a rectangular cross section with a width dimension substantially the same as the width dimension of the engagement piece 40. Further, the tip of the protrusion 42 is formed in a tapered shape that gradually becomes narrower toward the engagement piece 40 side.
Further, the protrusion 42 is formed in the same plane as the first flat surface portion 34, and the engagement piece 40 is arranged offset to the back surface side of the first flat surface portion 34 with respect to the protrusion 42. That is, the protrusion 42 and the engagement piece 40 are formed so as to be in a straight line when viewed from the direction facing the first flat surface 34 and project in opposite directions, and are orthogonal to the direction facing the first plane portion 34. When viewed from the front-rear direction of the vehicle (in the direction of arrow X), the vehicle is offset by a predetermined distance.
On the other hand, a set of third ribs 50 that are continuous with both side walls of the through-hole 44 are formed on the back surface of the first flat portion 34. The third rib 50 is formed at a substantially constant height with respect to the back surface, and is formed in a straight line from the lower end portion of the through hole 44 to the vicinity of the upper end portion.
The boss storage part 30 is formed, for example, by being recessed in a semicircular cross section by a predetermined depth with respect to the surface of the second flat part 36, and a hole part 52 is formed at a substantially central part thereof.
The second panel 18 is formed, for example, in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness from a resin material, and has a second upper portion 54 adjacent to the first upper portion 22 in the first panel 16. A second connection portion 56 formed at the rear end of the portion 54 is connected to the first connection portion 24 above the knob storage portion 20 (in the direction of arrow Z2).
The second connection portion 56 is provided so as to cover the surface side of the first connection portion 24, and has a cross-sectionally curved top portion 58 that bulges most toward the vehicle interior side (in the direction of the arrow Y <b> 1), and the top portion 58. A first plane portion 60 formed on the upper side of the vehicle (in the direction of arrow Z2), a second plane portion 62 formed on the lower side of the vehicle (in the direction of arrow Z1) with respect to the top portion 58, and the first plane. Second engaging means 64 provided in the portion 60.
The first plane portion 60 and the second plane portion 62 are formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle with the top portion 58 therebetween, and the first and second plane portions 60 and 62 are formed in a substantially planar shape. The top portion 58, the first and second plane portions 60, 62 are formed in substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the top portion 32, the first and second plane portions 34, 36 in the first connection portion 24, and the second connection portion. When 56 is connected to the first connection portion 24, the surface of the second connection portion 56 is connected so as to be substantially flush with the surface of the first upper portion 22 of the first panel 16.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the second engagement means 64 is provided on the back surface of the second connection portion 56 and has a hook portion (engagement portion) having an L-shaped cross section protruding from the first plane portion 60. 66. The hook portion 66 includes a leg portion 68 erected substantially at a right angle with respect to the back surface, and a holding portion 70 that is bent with respect to the leg portion 68 and provided substantially parallel to the first flat surface portion 60. . The leg portion 68 is formed in a U-shaped cross section with the upper end portion side of the first plane portion 60 opened (see FIG. 7), and a plate-like holding portion 70 is provided so as to cover the end portion.
As shown in FIG. 5, the holding portion 70 is formed so as to be gradually thinner toward the upper end portion side of the first plane portion 60, so that the hook portion 66 is gradually opened toward the opening direction. Is formed to be wide.
In addition, a first support rib (holding protrusion) 72 is formed in the hook portion 66 at the center in the width direction that is the front-rear direction (arrow X direction) of the vehicle, and the first support rib 72 is a first flat portion. It protrudes at a constant height with respect to 60 and is formed in a straight line from a part of the leg portion 68 extending in the width direction toward the upper end portion of the first plane portion 60.
On the other hand, on the outside of the hook portion 66, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a fourth rib (regulating portion) 74 extending from a part of the leg portion 68 extending in the width direction toward the top portion 58. Is formed. The fourth rib 74 protrudes at a predetermined height with respect to the first flat portion 60 and is formed in a straight line with the first support rib 72 with the leg portion 68 therebetween.
Further, a second support rib (holding protrusion) 76 is formed on the back surface of the first flat surface portion 60 with a predetermined distance from the hook portion 66 toward the front side of the vehicle (in the direction of the arrow X1). The support rib 76 protrudes by a predetermined height with respect to the back surface, extends in a straight line, and is formed substantially parallel to the fourth rib 74 and the first support rib 72.
When the second connection portion 56 of the second panel 18 is connected to the first connection portion 24 of the first panel 16, the base portion 26 abuts on the first and second support ribs 72 and 76. Is held (see FIG. 2). That is, the first and second support ribs 72 and 76 function as a holding unit that holds the first connection portion 24 and the second connection portion 56 in a state of being spaced apart by a predetermined distance.
Further, a cylindrical boss portion 78 protruding from the back surface is formed on the back surface of the second flat surface portion 62 in the second connection portion 56, and a fastening bolt (not shown) is screwed at the center of the boss portion 78. A screw hole 80 to be mated is formed. The boss portion 78 is accommodated in the boss accommodating portion 30 when the second connecting portion 56 and the first connecting portion 24 are connected, and is arranged so that the screw hole 80 faces the hole portion 52.
The vehicle door lining 10 according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention is basically configured as described above. Next, the first panel 16 and the first panel 16 constituting the vehicle door lining 10 are configured as described above. A case where the two panels 18 are connected will be described.
First, the first panel 16 is arranged on the vehicle rear side (arrow X2 direction) and the second panel 18 is on the vehicle front side (arrow X1 direction) with respect to the vehicle interior side of the door panel (not shown). The first connecting part 24 of the upper part 22 and the second connecting part 56 of the second upper part 54 are arranged in a straight line along the front-rear direction (arrow X direction) of the vehicle.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the second connecting portion 56 is arranged so as to cover the upper surface of the surface of the first connecting portion 24, and the upper end portion of the first flat surface portion 60 in the second connecting portion 56. Is moved closer to the upper end portion of the first connection portion 24, the hook portion 66 of the second connection portion 56 is inserted into the through hole 44, and the protrusion 42 is inserted into the hook portion 66.
At this time, since the projecting portion 42 is formed in a tapered shape that tapers toward the tip, it can be easily and reliably inserted into the hook portion 66. In addition, the holding portion 70 of the hook portion 66 is formed such that the opening gradually expands outward, and thus is more suitable when the protrusion 42 is inserted into the inside.
Then, with the protrusion 42 inserted into the hook portion 66, the lower end portion of the second panel 18 is brought closer to the lower end portion side of the first panel 16, so that the distal end portion of the engagement piece 40 is It is pressed by the hook portion 66 and slightly deformed, and is brought into contact with and engaged with the leg portion 68. At the same time, the boss part 78 is inserted into the boss storage part 30 and the screw hole 80 and the hole part 52 are arranged substantially coaxially.
As a result, the first and second panels 16 and 18 have the relative displacement in the vehicle front-rear direction (arrow X direction) by inserting the protrusion 42 into the hook portion 66, and the first and second panels 16 and 18. The relative displacement of the second panel 18 relative to the first panel 16 in the upward direction (arrow Z2 direction) is restricted. At the same time, the distal end of the engagement piece 40 is engaged with the leg portion 68 of the hook portion 66, so that the relative displacement of the second panel 18 relative to the first panel 16 in the downward direction (arrow Z1 direction), And it connects in the state by which the relative displacement to the width direction (arrow Y direction) of the said vehicle was controlled. At this time, the tip of the engagement piece 40 is restricted from being deformed to the second panel 18 side by the fourth rib 74 formed on the back surface of the second panel 18.
Specifically, the first support rib 72 and the second support rib 76 of the second panel 18 abut against the base portion 26 of the first panel 16 in the width direction of the vehicle, so that the second panel 18 is The relative displacement of the first panel 16 toward the first panel 16 is restricted. On the other hand, the distal end of the engagement piece 40 in the first panel 16 is engaged with the leg portion 68 of the hook portion 66, so that the second panel 18 is Relative displacement in the direction away from the first panel 16 (in the vehicle interior direction) is restricted.
Further, the first flat surface portion 34 of the first connection portion 24 is in contact with a first support rib 72 and a second support rib 76 provided on the back surface of the second connection portion 56, so that a predetermined interval with respect to the back surface. It is suitably held at a separated position, and rattling or the like is prevented.
In the above-described embodiment, the first engagement means 28 in the first panel 16 and the second engagement means 64 in the second panel 18 are engaged with each other, so that the front-rear direction of the vehicle (the arrow X direction). Although the configuration has been described in which the relative displacement in the three directions of the width direction (arrow Y direction) and the height direction (arrow Z direction) is simultaneously restricted at one location, it is not limited to this configuration. For example, the configuration of the first and second engagement means 28 and 64 is further simplified, and only in two directions of the front-rear direction (arrow X direction), the width direction (arrow Y direction), and the height direction (arrow Z direction). The relative displacement may be controlled simultaneously.
As described above, in the first embodiment, in the first and second panels 16 and 18 constituting the vehicle door lining 10, the protrusions 42 projecting downward from the first panel 16. And a first engagement means 28 having an engagement piece 40 formed so as to face the protrusion 42, while the second panel 18 includes the protrusion 42 and the engagement piece. A second engagement means 64 having 40 hook portions 66 to be engaged is provided. Then, when connecting the first connection portion 24 of the first panel 16 and the second connection portion 56 of the second panel 18, the protrusion 42 of the first engagement means 28 is inserted into the hook portion 66 and engaged. At the same time, by engaging the end portion of the engagement piece 40 with the leg portion 68 of the hook portion 66, relative displacement in the vehicle front-rear direction (arrow X direction), vehicle width direction (arrow Y direction) ) And the relative displacement in the height direction (arrow Z direction) of the vehicle can be simultaneously restricted at one location.
As a result, the first and second engaging means 28 and 64 are provided on the first and second panels 16 and 18 constituting the vehicle door lining 10 one by one, and the first panel 16 has a first structure. The 1 connection part 24 and the 2nd connection part 56 of the 2nd panel 18 can be assembled | attached easily and reliably.
Further, by connecting the first panel 16 and the second panel 18 to each other by the first and second engaging means 28 and 64, the vehicle front-rear direction (arrow X direction), the width direction (arrow Y direction), and The relative displacement in the three directions in the height direction (arrow Z direction) is reliably regulated at one place. Therefore, for example, the occurrence of rattling at the connection site due to manufacturing variation or the like is prevented, and the stability in the assembled state of the first and second panels 16 and 18 constituting the vehicle door lining 10 can be improved. .
Furthermore, in the prior art, the first and second panels 16, 18 provided in one place with respect to the engaging parts provided in the waist part and the waist garnish constituting the door trim at three places respectively. The second engaging means 28 and 64 can be joined to each other. Therefore, the structure of the first and second panels 16 and 18 can be simplified, and accordingly, the manufacturing cost and the size of the first and second panels 16 and 18 are reduced. be able to.
Furthermore, the protrusion 42 is formed in a tapered shape that gradually becomes narrower toward the tip side. Therefore, when connecting the 1st panel 16 and the 2nd panel 18, it becomes possible to insert the protrusion 42 easily in the inside of the hook part 66, and can aim at the improvement of an assembly | attachment property.
Furthermore, since the hook portion 66 is formed so that the tip of the holding portion 70 gradually becomes thinner toward the opening side, when the first panel 16 and the second panel 18 are connected, The protrusion 42 can be more easily inserted into the hook portion 66, and the assemblability can be further improved.
In addition, since the lower end portion of the engagement piece 40 is joined to the first connection portion 24 and is formed in a plate shape and extends linearly, the distal end side of the engagement piece 40 is difficult to be bent, and the rear side thereof. In addition, since the second rib 48 joined to the second flat surface portion 36 is provided, the bending of the engagement piece 40 is further preferably suppressed. As a result, by suppressing the bending (deformation) of the engagement piece 40, the engagement state of the engagement piece 40 with respect to the hook portion 66 is prevented from being released, and the engagement piece 40 and the hook portion are prevented from being released. It becomes possible to maintain the engagement state with 66 reliably.
Furthermore, the 4th rib 74 which protruded with respect to the back surface of the 1st plane part 60 is provided in the outer side of the hook part 66, and when the 1st panel 16 and the 2nd panel 18 are connected, the said 4th rib 74 is provided. Is provided at a position above the tip of the engagement piece 40. For this reason, even if the tip of the engagement piece 40 is pressed upward (on the second panel 18 side) for some reason, the displacement is regulated by the tip contacting the fourth rib 74. The engagement state between the tip of the combined piece 40 and the hook portion 66 is not released, and the connection state between the first panel 16 and the second panel 18 by the engagement piece 40 and the hook portion 66 is ensured and Maintained stably.
Furthermore, the first support rib 72 and the second support rib 76 are protruded from the back surface of the first flat portion 60 of the second panel 18, and the first rib 46 is protruded from the surface of the top portion 32 of the first panel 16. Accordingly, when the second connection portion 56 of the second panel 18 is connected to the first connection portion 24 of the first panel 16 so as to overlap with each other, the first support rib 72 and the second support rib 76 are connected to the first connection portion. The first rib 46 abuts against the back surface of the second connection portion 56 at the same time. As a result, the first connection portion 24 and the second connection portion 56 are stably held in a state where they are separated from each other by a predetermined distance, and the first panel 16 and the second panel 18 can be stably connected without rattling. It becomes possible.
Next, a vehicle door lining 100 according to a second embodiment is shown in FIGS. The same components as those of the vehicle door lining 10 according to the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 8, the vehicle door lining 100 according to the second embodiment includes, for example, a first panel 104 that constitutes an upper side (in the direction of arrow Z2) of the armrest 102 in the vehicle door, It consists of the 2nd panel 106 which is provided under the 1 panel 104 and comprises the lower part side of the said armrest 102 (arrow Z1 direction).
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 12, the first panel 104 is made of, for example, a plate body having a curved cross section having a predetermined thickness made of a resin material, and at the lower end of the first panel 104, First engaging means 108 connected to the second panel 106 is provided.
The first engagement means 108 is a substantially rectangular base portion (protrusion portion) 110 protruding downward (in the direction of arrow Z1) from the lower end portion of the first panel 104, and an engagement provided at the center of the base portion 110. And a piece 112.
The base portion 110 is formed in a thin plate shape, for example, and a pair of arm portions 114 a and 114 b extending downward from the lower end portion of the first panel 104 and the arm portion 114 a joined to the first panel 104. , 114b, and a joining portion 116 that joins the lower ends of each of them, and a slit 118 is provided between the arm portions 114a, 114b and the engaging piece 112.
The pair of arm portions 114a and 114b are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance along the width direction of the base portion 110, which is the vehicle front-rear direction (arrow X1 and X2 directions), and ribs 120 are provided on the back surface 104b side. . The rib 120 protrudes by a predetermined height so as to be substantially orthogonal to the back surfaces of the arm portions 114a and 114b, and upwards (in the direction of the arrow Z2) from the approximate center in the length direction of the arm portions 114a and 114b. It extends to the vicinity of the lower end of the first panel 104. Further, the rib 120 is formed so that its height is rapidly lowered in the vicinity of the substantially central portion of the arm portions 114a and 114b.
In other words, the rib 120 is not provided on the lower end side from the center along the length direction of the arm portions 114a and 114b.
The joining portion 116 is formed substantially parallel to the lower end portion of the first panel 104, and an engagement piece 112 protruding upward (in the direction of arrow Z2) is provided on the inner edge portion on the first panel 104 side. In addition, the lower end of the joint portion 116 has a first tapered surface 122 that gradually decreases in thickness toward the tip. The first tapered surface 122 is formed so as to face the surface 104 a side of the first panel 104.
The engaging piece 112 is formed in, for example, a substantially rectangular shape and plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and its lower end is joined to the joining portion 116 of the base portion 110, and the tip portion that is the upper end is the first end. The panel 104 extends to a position spaced apart from the lower end of the panel 104 by a predetermined distance. That is, the engagement piece 112 is joined to the joining portion 116 in the base portion 110 only at the lower end portion, and has a cantilever structure in which the upper side can be bent by a predetermined angle with the support portion as a fulcrum.
Further, a protrusion 124 that gradually bulges from the lower end portion toward the upper end portion is formed on the surface side of the engagement piece 112. For example, the protrusion 124 is formed in a substantially triangular cross section when viewed from the width direction of the first panel 104, and its upper end portion is formed to be the thickest, and the upper end portion extends in the extending direction of the engagement piece 112. It is formed in a substantially orthogonal plane (see FIGS. 11 and 12).
On the other hand, the second panel 106 is made of, for example, a flat plate body having a predetermined thickness made of a resin material, and the upper end portion of the second panel 106 is substantially the same as the extending direction of the second panel 106. A seat 126 that is orthogonal and extends with a predetermined width toward the back surface 106b is formed, and second engagement means 128 that is connected to the first panel 104 is provided.
The seat 126 extends substantially horizontally along the width direction of the second panel 106 in the vehicle front-rear direction (arrows X1 and X2), and the end on the back 106b side is upward (arrows). A wall portion 130 is formed substantially upright in the direction (Z2). And when the 1st panel 104 is connected to the 2nd panel 106 at the seat part 126, the lower end part contacts and is hold | maintained (refer FIG. 11).
The second engagement means 128 includes an engagement hole 132 formed so as to penetrate a part of the seat 126 at the upper end portion of the second panel 106, and a connection wall formed so as to face the engagement hole 132. 134, the engagement hole 132 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long along the vehicle front-rear direction (arrow X1, X2 direction) of the second panel 106, and the seat 126 is formed in the engagement hole 132. The part provided with is formed wider than other parts. That is, the seat portion 126 is formed wide so that only a portion where the engagement hole 132 is provided protrudes to the back side.
The engagement hole 132 is formed with a width dimension and a thickness dimension into which the base portion 110 of the first engagement means 108 can be inserted, and is gradually lowered downward on the inner wall surface on the second panel 106 side. The second tapered surface 136 is inclined so as to be wider. Further, a claw portion 138 with which the protrusion 124 of the first panel 104 is engaged is formed at a portion on the back surface 106 b side of the second panel 106 with respect to the second tapered surface 136.
The connecting wall 134 is provided above the engagement hole 132 and on the back surface 106b side of the second panel 106, and is formed in a straight line along the front-rear direction (arrow X1, X2 direction) of the vehicle. Then, both end portions of the connecting wall 134 are connected to the end portions of the wall portion 130, respectively. In other words, the connecting wall 134 is formed so as to be offset from the end of the wall 130 divided by the engagement hole 132 by a predetermined distance on the back surface 106b side, and at the same height, the wall It is formed substantially parallel to the portion 130.
The vehicle door lining 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is basically configured as described above. Next, the first panel 104 and the first panel 104 constituting the vehicle door lining 100 are the same as those described above. A case where the two panels 106 are connected will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 12, the first panel 104 is upward (in the direction of arrow Z2) with respect to the vehicle interior side of the door panel (not shown), and the second panel 106 is downward (with respect to the first panel 104). For example, with the second panel 106 fixed to the door panel, the lower end of the first panel 104 is brought closer to the upper end of the second panel 106, The first engagement means 108 is inserted into the engagement hole 132 in the second engagement means 128.
When the base portion 110 and the engagement piece 112 of the first engagement means 108 are inserted into the engagement hole 132, the first tapered surface 122 of the base portion 110 is formed on the inner wall surface of the engagement hole 132. Further, it is inserted into the second taper surface 136 while being in contact with the second taper surface 136, and further, the surface of the claw portion 138 is inserted while being guided by the second taper surface 136. At this time, the engaging piece 112 is inserted while being bent by being elastically deformed toward the back side under the contact action with the second tapered surface 136. In addition, since the engagement piece 112 is not provided with the rib 120 to the lower end portion thereof, it can be suitably elastically deformed and bent.
The base portion 110 and the engaging piece 112 are all inserted into the engaging hole 132, so that the pressing force to the engaging piece 112 by the second tapered surface 136 is eliminated, and the engaging piece 112 is elastic. By returning to the second panel 106 side by force, the upper end portion of the protrusion 124 is engaged with the claw portion 138. Thereby, the first engagement means 108 is restricted from moving upward (in the direction of arrow Z2) with respect to the engagement hole 132, and the base portion 110 of the first engagement means 108 is Movement in the front-rear direction (arrow X1, X2 direction) is restricted.
At this time, the first engaging means 108 is inserted into the second engaging means 128 so that the lower end portion of the first panel 104 is on the surface 106a side with respect to the wall portion 130 of the second panel 106, and The engagement hole 132 is covered with the lower end of the first panel 104 and is not visible from the outside (see FIGS. 8 and 11).
As a result, the first and second panels 104 and 106 are relative to each other in the vehicle front-rear direction (arrow X1, X2 direction) by inserting the base portion 110 and the engagement piece 112 into the engagement hole 132. And the relative displacement of the first panel 104 relative to the second panel 106 in the upward direction (in the direction of the arrow Z2) is restricted.
As described above, in the second embodiment, in the first and second panels 104 and 106 constituting the vehicle door lining 100, the lower end portion of the first panel 104 is downward (in the direction of arrow Z1). A first engaging means 108 having a base portion 110 projecting toward the base portion and an engaging piece 112 provided inside the base portion 110 is provided, while an upper end portion of the second panel 106 is A second engaging means 128 that is engaged with the first engaging means 108 is provided on the seat 126 that extends substantially horizontally.
Then, when the base portion 110 and the engagement piece 112 of the first engagement means 108 are inserted into the engagement hole 132 of the second engagement means 128, the contact with the second tapered surface 136 of the engagement hole 132. By suitably bending and elastically deforming the engagement piece 112 under the action, the protrusion 124 of the engagement piece 112 is in a state where the engagement piece 112 is completely inserted into the engagement hole 132. The first panel 104 and the second panel 106 can be reliably connected by returning to a predetermined position by the elastic force and engaging with the claw portion 138.
That is, the thickness dimension of the base portion 110 and the engagement piece 112 constituting the first engagement means 108 is reduced at the engagement position between the first panel 104 and the second panel 106, and the base portion 110 is By fixing the length of the provided rib 120 to a substantially central portion along the height direction of the base portion 110, flexibility on the lower end side of the base portion 110 can be enhanced. Therefore, when the first and second panels 104 and 106 are connected, the claw portion 138 of the second panel 106 can enter between the lower end portion of the first panel 104 and the engagement piece 112. Further, the stepped shape generated at the joint portion between the first panel 104 and the second panel 106 can be suppressed, and the quality of the vehicle door lining 100 can be improved.
In other words, when the first and second panels 104 and 106 are connected, the claw portion 138 of the second engagement means 128 is disposed inside the first engagement means 108, thereby It is possible to suppress a protrusion margin of the second panel 106 to the outside with respect to the surface 104a.
The first tapered surface 122 is formed at the lower end of the base portion 110 constituting the first engaging means 108, while the second tapered surface is formed on the inner wall surface of the engaging hole 132 constituting the second engaging means 128. By forming 136, it is possible to improve insertability when the base portion 110 is inserted into the engagement hole 132, and to smoothly engage the base portion 110 in contact with the second tapered surface 136. Since it can guide to the inside of the hole 132, the connection work of the 1st panel 104 and the 2nd panel 106 can be performed much more easily.
It should be noted that the mounting structure of the vehicle door lining according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various configurations can be adopted without departing from the gist of the present invention.
