具体实施方式
如图 1和图 3所示, 本发明是这样来实现的, 人体重力聚散平衡床塾的结 构如图 5、 图 6、 图 7和图 8所示, 它包括面层弹力连接布 1、弹性支撑框架 2、 侧连接布 3、 填充区 4、 颗粒状填充物 5、 填充物料进出口 6、 下连接布 7、 足 部限位带 8、腿部限位带 9、臀部限位带 10和背部限位带 11, 其结构特点是两 弹性支撑框架 2的上表面均连接在上弹力连接布 1上, 两弹性支撑框架 2的下 表面均连接在下连接布 7上, 两弹性支撑框架 2的前侧和后侧均连接有侧连接 布 3,侧连接布 3上设有填充物料进出口 6,弹性支撑框架 2、上弹力连接布 1、 下连接布 7和侧连接布 3构成的空间为填充区 4, 填充区 4内为填充球颗粒状 填充物 5, 填充区 4设有并行排列的足部限位带 8、腿部限位带 9、臀部限位带 10和背部限位带 11, 如图 5所示; 足部限位带 8、 腿部限位带 9、 臀部限位带 10和背部限位带 11的上端和下端分别连接在上弹力连接布 1和下连接布 7上, 足部限位带 8、 腿部限位带 9、 臀部限位带 10和背部限位带 11的宽度均小于 填充区 4的宽度; 所述的颗粒状填充物 5为球形或卵形等可移动结构颗粒, 这 种结构使得颗粒状填充物 5可以能够快速滚动。
所述臀部限位带 10有两条, 它将臀部的支撑区域分割成两个, 以降低臀 部区域的颗粒状填充物 5的流动性, 增强支撑稳定性。
所述下连接布 7为复合的网状三明治布料, 以增加床塾表面的弹性。
如图 4所示,所述位于两弹性支撑框架 2的前、后两侧的侧连接布 3之一, 并紧靠足部限位带 8的一个侧连接布 3或由弹性支撑框架 2替代, 这种结构使 得床塾相邻三个方向都有弹性支撑框架, 以增强床塾的结构。
所述弹性支撑框架 2内填充物为聚氨酯海绵或中空棉等弹性材料; 如图 6 所示, 所述弹性支撑框架 2紧靠填充区 4的一侧设有用于隔离颗粒状填充物 5 的隔离侧立布 13。
为了提高床塾的适用性, 可以做成双人床塾结构, 其结构如下:
如图 2, 所述人体重力聚散平衡床塾垂直于各个限位带的方向设有至少一 个侧立的分割侧立布 12,它将填充区 4至少分割成两个相同的独立填充区,所 述分割侧立布 12的上端和下端分别连接面层弹力连接布 1和下连接布 Ί 通过 分割侧立布 12的分割, 可以将床塾做成独立承受双人的相同填充区。
本发明床塾的实施方式和工作原理是这样的, 弹性支撑框架 2是由聚氨酯 海绵或中空棉等柔性材料填充作为骨架, 颗粒状填充物 5是由聚苯乙烯(EPS ) 或聚丙烯 (EPP) 发泡而成; 在制作时, 通过面层弹力连接布 1、 下连接布 7、 侧连接布 3缝合固定好弹性支撑框架 2, 形成规则形状的床塾骨架, 然后从填 充物料进出口 6向填充区 4充入颗粒状填充物 5, 随着颗粒状填充物 5的不断 充入, 使得床塾成型; 在使用时, 随着人体压力和尺寸的不同, 填充区 4内的 颗粒状填充物 5发生移动, 由于人体各部位对床塾的压力不同, 颗粒状填充物 5就会根据不同的压力发生移动, 以自动适应人体外形和压力的平衡, 均匀和 缓了人体接触床塾的压强, 由于足部限位带 8、 腿部限位带 9、 臀部限位带 10 和背部限位带 11的结构设计,使得颗粒状填充物 5在足部限位带 8、腿部限位 带 9、 臀部限位带 10和背部限位带 11的相应区域移动, 足部限位带 8、 腿部 限位带 9、 臀部限位带 10和背部限位带 11对缓冲颗粒状填充物 5, 限制颗粒 状填充物大范围的不规则移动具有重要作用, 本发明利用人体重力作用, 使得 床塾内受力的填充物向重力空白区运动,在弹力面层和限位带的共同作用下改 变床塾形状, 一是分散人体受力较大部位的压力; 二是填充人体肩、 肘、 颈及 脊椎、 膝、 踝等部位空隙, 使人体受力均匀, 可以避免受力不均引起的身体疲 劳和损伤。 在人体与床塾之间建立了重力平衡关系, 解决了重力对人体受力部 位的压迫及不良体位引起肩、 颈、 腰椎、 膝、 踝等部位的劳损疼痛与寒冷引起 的睡眠不良等问题。 本发明改变了传统床塾概念, 睡眠不用枕头。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种人体重力聚散平衡床塾, 它包括面层弹力连接布、 弹性支撑框架、 侧连接布、填充区、颗粒状填充物、填充物料进出口、下连接布、足部限位带、 腿部限位带、 臀部限位带和背部限位带, 其特征在于, 弹性支撑框架的上表面 均连接在面层弹力连接布上, 弹性支撑框架的下表面均连接在下连接布上, 弹 性支撑框架的前侧和后侧均连接有侧连接布, 侧连接布上设有填充物料进出 口, 弹性支撑框架、 面层弹力连接布、 下连接布和侧连接布所构成的空间为填 充区, 填充区内为颗粒状填充物, 填充区设有并行排列的足部限位带、 腿部限 位带、 臀部限位带和背部限位带; 前述各部位的限位带的上端和下端均分别连 接在面层弹力连接布和下连接布上, 其宽度均小于填充区的宽度。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的人体重力聚散平衡床塾, 其特征在于, 所述的颗 粒状填充物为球形或卵形结构的可移动颗粒。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的人体重力聚散平衡床塾, 其特征在于, 所述臀部 限位带有两条。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的人体重力聚散平衡床塾, 其特征在于, 所述下连 接布为复合的网状三明治布料。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的人体重力聚散平衡床塾, 其特征在于, 所述位于 两弹性支撑框架一侧并紧靠足部限位带的一个侧连接布由弹性支撑框架替代。
6.根据权利要求 1或 5所述的人体重力聚散平衡床塾, 其特征在于, 所述 弹性支撑框架内填充物为聚氨酯海绵或中空棉的弹性材料, 所述弹性支撑框架 紧靠填充区的一侧设有用于隔离颗粒状填充物的隔离侧立布。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的人体重力聚散平衡床塾, 其特征在于, 在所述人 体重力聚散平衡床塾垂直于各个限位带的方向设有至少一个侧立的分割侧立 布, 所述分割侧立布将填充区至少分割成两个独立的填充区, 所述分割侧立布 的上端和下端分别连接面层弹力连接布和下连接布。
