技术领域
本发明涉及一种大尺寸模组的外框结构, 尤其是指平板显示器的拼接式框体的结构。 背景技术
液晶电视越来越趋向大尺寸、 窄边框、 薄型化, 都对液晶模组及整机的设计提出了更高 的要求。 其中, 大尺寸 (如 75 " , 84" , 110 "等) 下, 模组框架结构和整机的外壳对模组框 架结构和整机的外壳通常不能够一体成型, 必须采用拼接的工艺; 常见的拼接方式有横拼和 斜拼, 拼接区域多为四角区域。
目前, 整机外观设计流行方式: 一是整机的前壳全包覆模组的前框, 整机外壳作为外观 件; 二是整机的前壳半包覆或不包覆模组前框, 模组的前框和整机的前壳两者都作为外观 件。 不论是模组前框的拼接还是整机前壳的拼接尺寸的尺寸公差精度要求非常高, 但由于加 工误差存在, 实际拼接的效果往往不如人意, 存在较大的缝隙, 严重影响外观效果。
发明内容
基于现有技术的不足本发明的主要目的在于提供一种无缝接合的平板显示器拼接式框 体, 可改善大尺寸液晶模组或整机的外观结构。
本发明提供了一种平板显示器的拼接式框体, 包括若干个拼接件, 所述若干个拼接件之 间相互组装而形成框体,所述若干个拼接件之间至少形成一缝隙,缝隙中填充有与拼接件之 间紧密连接的弹性件,所述弹性件与拼接件的交接处至少一侧设有背胶层,通过背胶层将弹 性件和拼接件无缝相接, 防止弹性件从中脱落, 通过弹性件自身弹性与拼接件过盈配合。
优选地, 所述拼接件设有卡扣件, 两两待组合的拼接件通过卡扣件相互扣合而拼接在一 起,所述缝隙限定于两卡扣件之间。所述卡扣件呈钩状,所述卡扣件由拼接件的端部延伸出。
优选地, 所述背胶层设于弹性件的上部或底部边缘或设于拼接件与弹性件相对的内侧表 面上。
优选地, 所述弹性件的外形选自 Z形、 T形、 S形或长条形中任意一种。
优选地,所述弹性件的形状与拼接件之间的缝隙形状相同,其尺寸大于所述缝隙的尺寸。 优选地, 所述拼接式框体为平板显示器的整机外壳或模组前框。

与现有技术相比, 本发明平板显示器的拼接式框体在拼接件之间的缝隙中填充有弹性 件, 通过弹性件的自身弹力与拼接件过盈配合, 并通过其端部增设有背胶层, 通过背胶层使 得弹性件更为稳固地组装在一起, 同时, 为了增添拼接式框体的整体美观性, 还可在弹性件 的外表面成型具有特定纹理效果的图案。 另外, 将拼接件相互交错成型 Z 形缝隙, 将弹性 件填充入 Z 形缝隙中, 可使得两相邻拼接件发生错位的空间减小, 同时, 进一步增强了拼 接的强度。解决了因加工误差的存在, 使得实际拼接时存在较大的缝隙的技术问题, 降低了 对拼接件的尺寸公差的控制要求, 使得工艺成型更容易。

参照图 1-图 2所示, 本发明提供了一种平板显示器的拼接式框体 100, 包括若干个拼接 件 10, 所述若干个拼接件 10之间相互组装而形成框体, 所述若干个拼接件 10之间至少形 成一缝隙 12, 缝隙 12中填充有与拼接件 10之间紧密连接的弹性件 20。 通过填充于缝隙 12 中的弹性件 20, 将拼接式框体 100无缝地拼接组装为一体, 既美观大方, 又使得整体组合 更为稳固。
参照图 2所示, 在本实施例中, 所述拼接件 10内设置有卡扣件 16, 两两待组合的拼接 件 10通过卡扣件 16相互扣合而拼接在一起, 由四组拼接件 10头尾相接组成长方形的拼接 式框体 100。 由于拼接件 10是卡扣组合的, 则在两两拼接件 10的卡扣件 16之间留有缝隙 12, 为了避免所述缝隙影响拼接式框体 100的整体美观, 在所述缝隙 12中填入弹性件 20, 所述弹性件 20的外表面与拼接件 10的外表面相平齐, 使之从外部看来, 整个拼接式框体 100的各个拼接处无缝接合, 既可以实现整体的美观大方, 同时可增强拼接式框体的整体强 度。 当然, 若干个拼接件 10之间亦可以采用其他方式组装在一起。
参照图 2所示,所述弹性件 20与拼接件 10的交接处至少一侧设有背胶层 14,通过背胶 层 14将弹性件 20和拼接件 10无缝相接。 所述背胶层 14可设于弹性件 20的上部或底部边 缘, 亦可以设于拼接件 10与弹性件 20相对的内侧表面上。 当弹性件 20被压入所述缝隙 12 中后,通过背胶层 14将弹性件 20和拼接件 10更紧密地组合在一起, 防止弹性件 20从中脱 落。
参照图 3和图 4所示, 所述卡扣件 16呈钩状, 其由拼接件 10的端部延伸出, 通过相互 匹配的卡扣件 16相互嵌套, 以将两个拼接件 10相互组合拼接在一起。 两拼接件 10之间的 缝隙 12 呈 "Z"形, 两者相互交错, 通过两者相互环扣可使得两者装配得更为紧密。 所述 弹性件 20填入缝隙 12中后, 在呈对位式连接, 使得两拼接件 10发生错位的空间减小, 同 时, 进一步增强了拼接的强度。 可以理解, 参照图 5和图 6所示, 弹性件 20可设置为任意 形状, 如 S形、 长条形、 T形等, 填充入拼接件 10之间的缝隙 12中, 使得各个拼接处无缝 接合。 可以理解, 弹性件 20可设置成各种形状, 以适配所述缝隙的形状。

1、 一种平板显示器的拼接式框体, 包括若干个拼接件和连接件, 所述连接件填充于拼接件之 间, 将两两拼接件无缝结合在一起。
、 根据权利要求 11所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述连接件为弹性件。
3、 根据权利要求 12所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述连接件与拼接件之间通过背 胶层黏结在一起。
、 根据权利要求 13所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述拼接件设有卡扣件, 两两待 组合的拼接件通过卡扣件相互扣合而拼接在一起, 所述缝隙限定于两卡扣件之间。
5、 根据权利要求 13所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述弹性件的形状与拼接件之间 的缝隙形状相同。
6、 根据权利要求 15所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述弹性件的尺寸大于所述缝隙 的尺寸。
、 根据权利要求 15所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述弹性件的外形选自 Z形、 T 形、 S形或长条形中任意一种。
、 根据权利要求 14所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述卡扣件呈钩状。
、 根据权利要求 18所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体, 其中: 所述卡扣件由拼接件的端部延伸 出。
