而为了因应现代行动装置或各类显示装置等产品的窄边框趋势,现行的窄边框架构大多采用压缩边框部材厚度及组装空间等方式,但边框部材厚度亦有极限,而组装大多采用卡勾设计,卡勾设置则需要背框与外框的结构互相配合,无法有效减少边框宽度来符合窄边框的设计要求。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种能减少边框宽度的框架结构。
为达成上述目的,本申请提供一种框架结构,包含:背板,包括用以承载光学单元的本体部,及从该本体部延伸的至少一延伸部;及外框,包括与该背板结合的至少一结合段,及连接该结合段且环绕该光学单元的一侧墙段,其中,该结合段与该背板的该延伸部互相叠置结合,且该延伸部不伸置于该侧墙段与该光学单元之间。
本申请还提供一种包含该框架结构的背光模组及显示装置。
在一些实施例中,该背板的该本体部具有承载该光学单元的承载面,及与该承载面相对的背面,该背板的该延伸部从该本体部延伸而贴抵于该本体部的背面,该外框的该结合段从该侧墙段延伸并叠置于该背板的该延 伸部上。

在一些实施例中,从该本体部的一侧朝远离该光学单元的一侧弯折后再延伸,以形成该延伸部,该结合段环绕该背板,且与该背板及结构板共同形成容置空间,该结构板包括基部,及从该基部延伸并叠置于该延伸部的内侧的至少一结合部。
在一些实施例中,从该本体部的一侧朝远离该光学单元的一侧弯折后再延伸,以形成该延伸部,该结合段环绕该背板,且与该背板及盖板组件的玻璃背板共同形成容置空间,该盖板组件还具有将该玻璃背板结合于该延伸部的多个边条,每一边条包括基部,及从该基部延伸并叠置于该延伸部的内侧的结合部,该玻璃背板贴抵于该多个基部的背面。
在一些实施例中,该背板的该延伸部与该外框的该结合段黏合。
在一些实施例中,该背板的该延伸部具有第一穿孔,该外框的该结合段具有第二穿孔,该框架结构还包含穿过该第一穿孔与该第二穿孔的锁合单元。
在一些实施例中,该第一穿孔与该第二穿孔形成有内螺纹,该锁合单元包括螺合于该第一穿孔与该第二穿孔的螺合件。
在一些实施例中,该锁合单元包括至少结合于该背板的该第一穿孔的螺柱,及螺合于该螺柱的螺合件。
本申请的框架结构具有下列特点:可以将该背板与该外框的结合位置延伸至该背板与该外框的外侧或背侧,从而能够有效缩小边框的宽度,以符合窄边框的设计。

具体实施方式
有关本申请的相关申请专利特色与技术内容,在以下配合参考附图的较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。在进行详细说明前应注意的是,类似的元件用相同的编号来表示。
请参照图1~图2所示,其是本申请显示装置的第一较佳实施例,包含背板21、外框22、由该背板21与该外框22共同限位的光学单元23,及设置于该外框22上且位于该光学单元23的出光侧的显示面板24。
参阅图3及图4,该背板21包括用以承载该光学单元23的本体部211,及从该本体部211延伸的多个延伸部212,在本较佳实施例中,该背板21可以由金属材质所制成。
该外框22包括与该背板21的延伸部212结合的多个结合段221、连接所述结合段221且环绕该光学单元23的侧墙段222,及从该侧墙段222往该光学单元23的方向延伸的承载段223,在本较佳实施例中,该外框22可以由塑料材质(PVC)所制成。
该显示面板24设置于该外框22的该承载段223上,并可利用黏胶层25将该显示面板24固定于该承载段223上。因此,该显示面板24的边缘以外就没有外框,达到无边框的设计效果。可藉此提高显示占屏比,提升设计质感,合乎目前审美潮流,有助于提高顾客购买意愿。
在一实施例中,可以是适用于侧入式背光模组的光学单元,该光学单元23包括导光板231、设于该导光板231一侧的灯条(图未绘示),及叠置于该导光板231上的至少一光学膜片232,如图3所示。
在其他实施例中,也可以是适用于直下式背光模组的光学单元,该光学单元23包括阵列于基板上的多个发光单元,及叠置所述发光单元上方的至少一光学膜片232。
该背板21的该本体部211具有承载该光学单元23的承载面213,及与该承载面213相对的背面214,该背板21的所述延伸部212从该本体部211的一侧延伸并反折而贴抵于该本体部211的背面214,该外框22的该结合段221从该侧墙段222延伸,并叠置于该背板21的该延伸部212上。要进一步说明的是,该背板21与该外框22的结合方式,也可以利用黏胶直接黏合,也可以利用锁合的方式。
如图3及图4所示,该背板21的每一延伸部212具有至少一第一穿孔215,该外框22的每一结合段221具有至少一第二穿孔224,该框架结构还包含多个锁合单元26,每个锁合单元26穿过该第一穿孔215与该第二 穿孔224而将该背板21与该外框22锁合。于本实施例中,每一锁合单元26包括结合于该背板21的该第一穿孔215的螺柱261、螺合于该螺柱261的螺合件262,及设置于该螺合件262一端的头部263。
其中,该螺柱261形成有内螺纹,该螺合件262直接螺合于该螺柱261,而且该螺合件262的头部263同时可以压制该外框22的该结合段221上,以使该外框22的该结合段221能够确实且稳固的紧贴于该背板21的该延伸部212。除此之外,所述延伸部212反折的设计,可以增加所述螺合件262的锁附空间,并强化组装结构的稳定性。同时,所述延伸部212反折后形成导角,也具有引导该外框22组装的功效。而在某些实施例中,该第一穿孔215与该第二穿孔224可以形成有内螺纹,该螺合件262直接螺合于该第一穿孔215与该第二穿孔224上,不需要另外设置该螺柱261。
如图4所示,一般而言,显示装置可区分为能呈现画面的可视区P1,及从该可视区P1边缘至该显示装置最外侧的边框区P2。在本较佳实施例中,该背板21与该外框22的结合位置位于该背板21的背侧,因此本申请的显示装置的边框厚度仅由该外框22限定,藉由该背板21与该外框22的结合位置没有设置在该外框22与该光学单元23之间的避让手段,能够有效地缩小该边框区P2的宽度,从而达成窄边框的功效。
参阅图5及图6,为本申请显示装置的第二较佳实施例,包含背板31、外框32、由该背板31与该外框32共同限位的光学单元33,及设置于该外框32上且位于该光学单元33的出光侧的显示面板34。
该背板31包括用以承载该光学单元33的本体部311,及从该本体部311延伸的多个延伸部312。
该外框32包括与该背板31的延伸部312结合的多个结合段321、连接所述结合段321且环绕该光学单元33的侧墙段322,及从该侧墙段322往该光学单元33的方向延伸的承载段323。因为视角的关系,该延伸部312与该结合段321各自只显示一个。
该显示面板34设置于该外框32的该承载段323上,并可利用黏胶层35固定于该承载段323上。
在本较佳实施例中,该背板31的该延伸部312从该本体部311的边缘持续延伸,并且与该本体部311形成段差,从而使该延伸部312与该光学单元33之间形成间距D,该外框32的该结合段321叠置于该背板31的该延伸部312上。该背板31的每一延伸部312具有至少一第一穿孔313,该外框32的每一结合段321具有至少一第二穿孔324,该框架结构还包含多个锁合单元36,每个锁合单元36穿过该第一穿孔313与该第二穿孔324而将该背板31与该外框32锁合。
在本实施例中,每一锁合单元36包括结合于该背板31的该第一穿孔313的螺柱361、螺合于该螺柱361的螺合件362,及设置于该螺合件362一端的头部363。在本实施例中,因为由金属材质制成的该背板31的结构强度大于由塑料材质制成的该外框32的结构强度,所以,该螺柱361主要植入设置在结构强度较高的该背板31,以强化结合稳定性。其中,该螺柱361形成有内螺纹,该螺合件362直接螺合于该螺柱361,而且该螺合件362的头部363同时可以压制于该外框32的该结合段321上,以使该外框32的该结合段321能够确实且稳固的紧贴于该背板31的该延伸部312。
本较佳实施例利用该背板31的该延伸部312形成段差的设计,将该背板31与该外框32的结合位置设置在该背板31的背侧,使本申请显示装置的边框厚度仅由该外框32限定,藉由该背板31与该外框32的结合位置没有设置在该外框32与该光学单元33之间的避让手段,从而能达成窄边框的功效。除此之外,上述段差式设计,能够产生应力来提升该背板31的结构强度,同时可以增加该螺合件362的锁附空间,强化组装的稳定性。
参阅图7及图8,为本申请显示装置的第三较佳实施例,包含背板41、外框42、由该背板41与该外框42共同限位的光学单元43,及设置于该外框42上且位于该光学单元43的出光侧的显示面板44。
该背板41包括用以承载该光学单元43的本体部411,及从该本体部411延伸的多个延伸部412。
该外框42包括与该背板41的延伸部412结合的多个结合段421、连 接所述结合段421且环绕该光学单元43的侧墙段422,及从该侧墙段422往该光学单元43的方向延伸的承载段423。因为视角的关系,该延伸部412与该结合段421各自只显示一个。
该显示面板44设置于该外框42的该承载段423上,并可利用黏胶层45固定于该承载段423上。
在本较佳实施例中,该背板41的该延伸部412从该本体部411朝向与该本体部411的延伸方向不同的方向延伸,更详细地说,从该本体部411的一侧例如朝向远离光学单元43的一侧弯折后再延伸,该外框42的该结合段421从该侧墙段422延伸而叠置于该背板41的该延伸部412,再利用锁合单元46结合至该背板41的该延伸部412。
请参阅图9所示,其为本较佳实施例的其中一实施态样,该外框42的该结合段421远离该侧墙段422的一侧朝该本体部411的方向弯折后再延伸且环绕该背板41,以形成板体424,该板体424与该背板41共同形成容置空间S。藉此,该容置空间S可用以收纳如:屏幕主板、驱动电路主板、电源电路及逻辑板(TCON)等显示装置所需电控元件,且该外框42同时可以直接作为该显示装置的外观件,从而达成大幅减少整体显示装置体积的功效,另外,也可以减少额外加装外观件的组装时间,藉以达到减少零件数量、减少零件组装时间,降低成本等技术效果。
在本实施例中,该背板41的每一延伸部412具有至少一第一穿孔413,该外框42的每一结合段421具有至少一第二穿孔425,每一个锁合单元46穿过该第一穿孔413与该第二穿孔425而将该背板41与该外框42锁合。其中,该结合段421相对于每一个第二穿孔425处可以凹设形成凹槽;另一方面,每一锁合单元46包含结合于该第一穿孔413的螺柱461、螺合于该螺柱461的螺合件462,及设置于该螺合件462一端的头部463,该螺柱461形成有内螺纹,该螺合件462直接螺合于该螺柱461,而且该螺合件462的头部463可沉入隐藏至该凹槽内,并同时可以压制于该结合段421上,以使该结合段421能够确实且稳固的紧贴于该延伸部412,并同时具有提升显示装置外观美化设计的功效。
请参阅图10所示,其为本较佳实施例的另一实施态样,该外框42的 该结合段421可以与该延伸部412互相叠置结合且环绕该背板41。在本实施态样中,该显示装置还可以包含结构板5,该结构板5包括基部51,及从该基部51延伸并叠置于该延伸部412的内侧的至少一结合部52。在本实施态样中,该结构板5可以由金属材质所制成,该结构板5与该背板41共同形成容置空间S,可用以防止外部电气干扰,从而达成减少讯号干扰的功效,并且减少了习知技术中为了阻绝外部电气干扰所采用的额外加装外盖的设计。
该背板41的该延伸部412,与该结构板5的该结合部52的结合方式可以为黏合或通过上述锁合单元46进行螺合。具体而言,当采用螺接方式进行结合时,该结构板5的每一结合部52具有与该第一穿孔413相对应的至少一第三穿孔53。每一个锁合单元46利用其螺柱461分别依序穿过该延伸部412的第一穿孔413,以及该结合部52的第三穿孔53,再以该螺合件462直接穿过相对应的该结合段421的第二穿孔425而螺合于该螺柱461内,以将该结构板5的该结合部52、该背板41的该延伸部412及该外框42的该结合段421螺合固定,使该结构板5与该背板41及该结合段421共同形成该容置空间S。藉此,该容置空间S可用以收纳如:屏幕主板、驱动电路主板、电源电路及逻辑板(TCON)等显示装置所需电控元件,且该外框42同时可以直接作为该显示装置的外观件,从而达成大幅减少整体显示装置体积的功效。
请参阅图11a~图11b所示,其为本较佳实施例的再一实施态样,该外框42的该结合段421可以与该延伸部412互相叠置结合且环绕该背板41。在本实施态样中,该显示装置还可以包含盖板组件6,该盖板组件6具有玻璃背板61,及将该玻璃背板61结合于该延伸部412的多个边条62。每一边条62包括基部621,及从该基部621延伸并叠置于该延伸部412的内侧的结合部622。请参阅图11b,在本实施态样中,该边条62可以为L形边条,而且为了方便显示L形边条,图11b还另外省略了该背板41与该玻璃背板61。其中,该玻璃背板61贴抵于该多个基部621的背面,可以达到提升显示装置外观美化的功效。
该背板41的该延伸部412,与该边条62的该结合部622的结合方式 可以为黏合或通过上述锁合单元46进行螺合。具体而言,当采用螺接方式进行结合时,每一边条62的该结合部622具有与该第一穿孔413相对应的至少一第三穿孔623,每个锁合单元46利用其螺柱461分别依序穿过该延伸部412,以及该结合部622的第三穿孔623,再以该螺合件462直接穿过相对应的该结合段421而螺合于该螺柱461内,以将该多个边条的结合部622、该背板41的该延伸部412及该外框42的该结合段421螺合固定,使该玻璃背板61与该背板41及该结合段421共同形成容置空间S。藉此,该容置空间S可用以收纳如:屏幕主板、驱动电路主板、电源电路及逻辑板(TCON)等显示装置所需电控元件,且该外框42同时可以直接作为该显示装置的外观件,从而达成大幅减少整体显示装置体积的功效。再者,如图4、图6、图8-图11所示的该结合段221、321、421,皆是无外凸的设计,使得整体显示装置是呈现方正无浮凸的外观,对于室内装潢而言,设计兼容性较高,不易显得突兀。
在另一些实施例中,如图12及图13所示,该背板41的该延伸部412从该本体部411的一侧持续朝向与该本体部411的延伸方向相同的方向延伸,该外框42的该结合段421从该侧墙段422的一侧弯折延伸而叠置于该背板41的该延伸部412。
在本较佳实施例中,该背板41与该外框42的结合位置位于该背板41的背侧或外侧,使本申请显示装置的边框厚度仅由该外框42限定,藉由该背板41与该外框42的结合位置没有设置在该外框42与该光学单元43之间的避让手段,从而能达成窄边框的功效。除此之外,本较佳实施例更适合安装在嵌入式设备或是作为车载设备使用,所述延伸部412与所述结合段421可以作为与嵌入式设备或是车载设备结合的位置而被遮蔽。
承上所述,本申请的显示装置采用多种不同的方式来将该背板与该外框的结合位置延伸至该背板与该外框的外侧或背侧,从而能够有效缩小边框的宽度,以符合窄边框的设计,确实能达成本申请的目的。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种框架结构,包含:
    背板,包括用以承载光学单元的本体部,及从该本体部延伸的至少一延伸部;及
    外框,包括与该背板结合的至少一结合段,及连接该结合段且环绕该光学单元的侧墙段,其中,该结合段与该背板的该延伸部互相叠置结合,且该延伸部不伸置于该侧墙段与该光学单元之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的框架结构,其中,该背板的该本体部具有承载该光学单元的承载面,及与该承载面相对的背面,该背板的该延伸部从该本体部延伸而贴抵于该本体部的背面,该外框的该结合段从该侧墙段延伸并叠置于该背板的该延伸部上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的框架结构,其中,该背板的该延伸部从该本体部的边缘持续延伸,并且与该本体部形成段差,该延伸部与该光学单元之间形成间距,该外框的该结合段叠置于该背板的该延伸部上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的框架结构,其中,该背板的该延伸部从该本体部朝向与该本体部的延伸方向相同的方向延伸,该外框的该结合段从该侧墙段延伸而叠置于该背板的该延伸部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的框架结构,其中,该背板的该延伸部从该本体部朝向与该本体部的延伸方向不同的方向延伸,该外框的该结合段从该侧墙段延伸而叠置于该背板的该延伸部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的框架结构,其中,从该本体部的一侧朝远离该光学单元的一侧弯折后再延伸,以形成该延伸部,该结合段远离该侧墙段的一侧朝该本体部的方向弯折后再延伸且环绕该背板,以形成板体,该板体与该背板共同形成容置空间。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的框架结构,其中,从该本体部的一侧朝远离该光学单元的一侧弯折后再延伸,以形成该延伸部,该结合段环绕该背板,且与该背板及结构板共同形成容置空间,该结构板包括基部,及从该基部延伸并叠置于该延伸部的内侧的至少一结合部。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的框架结构,其中,从该本体部的一侧朝远离该光学单元的一侧弯折后再延伸,以形成该延伸部,该结合段环绕该背板,且与该背板及盖板组件的玻璃背板共同形成容置空间,该盖板组件还具有将该玻璃背板结合于该延伸部的多个边条,每一边条包括基部,及从该基部延伸并叠置于该延伸部的内侧的结合部,该玻璃背板贴抵于该多个基部的背面。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的框架结构,其中,该背板的该延伸部与该外框的该结合段黏合。
  10. 如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的框架结构,其中,该背板的该延伸部具有第一穿孔,该外框的该结合段具有第二穿孔,该框架结构还包含穿过该第一穿孔与该第二穿孔的锁合单元。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的框架结构,其中,该第一穿孔与该第二穿孔形成有内螺纹,该锁合单元包括螺合于该第一穿孔与该第二穿孔的螺合件。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的框架结构,其中,该锁合单元包括至少结合于该背板的该第一穿孔的螺柱,及螺合于该螺柱的螺合件。
  13. 一种背光模组,包含:如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的框架结构,及设置于该框架结构上的光学单元。
  14. 一种显示装置,包含:如权利要求13所述的背光模组,及位于该背光模组的出光侧的显示面板,其中,外框包括从侧墙段延伸的承载段,该显示面板设置于该外框的该承载段上。
