Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种平板显示器的拼接式框体,包括若干个拼接件,所述若干个拼接件之间相互组装而形成框体,所述若干个拼接件之间至少形成一缝隙,缝隙中填充有与拼接件之间紧密连接的弹性件,通过所述弹性件使得整个框体无缝接合,弹性件的自身弹力与拼接件过盈配合,其端部增设有背胶层,通过背胶层使得弹性件更为稳固地组装在一起,同时,为了增添框体的整体美观性,还可在弹性件的外表面成型具有特定纹理效果的图案。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种大尺寸模组的外框结构,尤其是指平板显示器的拼接式框体的结构。
背景技术
液晶电视越来越趋向大尺寸、窄边框、薄型化,都对液晶模组及整机的设计提出了更高的要求。其中,大尺寸(如75”,84”,110”等)下,模组框架结构和整机的外壳对模组框架结构和整机的外壳通常不能够一体成型,必须采用拼接的工艺;常见的拼接方式有横拼和斜拼,拼接区域多为四角区域。
目前,整机外观设计流行方式:一是整机的前壳全包覆模组的前框,整机外壳作为外观件;二是整机的前壳半包覆或不包覆模组前框,模组的前框和整机的前壳两者都作为外观件。不论是模组前框的拼接还是整机前壳的拼接尺寸的尺寸公差精度要求非常高,但由于加工误差存在,实际拼接的效果往往不如人意,存在较大的缝隙,严重影响外观效果。
实用新型内容
基于现有技术的不足,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种无缝接合的平板显示器拼接式框体,可改善大尺寸液晶模组或整机的外观结构。
本实用新型提供了一种平板显示器的拼接式框体,包括若干个拼接件,所述若干个拼接件之间相互组装而形成框体,所述若干个拼接件之间至少形成一缝隙,缝隙中填充有与拼接件之间紧密连接的弹性件。
优选地,所述弹性件与拼接件的交接处至少一侧设有背胶层,通过背胶层将弹性件和拼接件无缝相接,防止弹性件从中脱落,通过弹性件自身弹性与拼接件过盈配合。
优选地,所述拼接件设有卡扣件,两两待组合的拼接件通过卡扣件相互扣合而拼接在一起,所述缝隙限定于两卡扣件之间。所述卡扣件呈钩状,所述卡扣件由拼接件的端部延伸出。
优选地,所述弹性件的外形选自Z形、T形、S形或长条形中任意一种。
优选地,所述弹性件的形状与拼接件之间的缝隙形状相同,其尺寸大于所述缝隙的尺寸。
优选地,所述拼接式框体为平板显示器的整机外壳或模组前框。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型平板显示器的拼接式框体在拼接件之间的缝隙中填充有弹性件,通过弹性件的自身弹力与拼接件过盈配合,并通过其端部增设有背胶层,通过背胶层使得弹性件更为稳固地组装在一起,同时,为了增添拼接式框体的整体美观性,还可在弹性件的外表面成型具有特定纹理效果的图案。另外,将拼接件相互交错成型Z形缝隙,将弹性件填充入Z形缝隙中,可使得两相邻拼接件发生错位的空间减小,同时,进一步增强了拼接的强度。解决了因加工误差的存在,使得实际拼接时存在较大的缝隙的技术问题,降低了对拼接件的尺寸公差的控制要求,使得工艺成型更容易。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种平板显示器的拼接式框体100,包括若干个拼接件10,所述若干个拼接件10之间相互组装而形成框体,所述若干个拼接件10之间至少形成一缝隙12,缝隙12中填充有与拼接件10之间紧密连接的弹性件20。通过填充于缝隙12中的弹性件20,将拼接式框体100无缝地拼接组装为一体,既美观大方,又使得整体组合更为稳固。
参照图2所示,在本实施例中,所述拼接件10内设置有卡扣件16,两两待组合的拼接件10通过卡扣件16相互扣合而拼接在一起,由四组拼接件10头尾相接组成长方形的拼接式框体100。由于拼接件10是卡扣组合的,则在两两拼接件10的卡扣件16之间留有缝隙12,为了避免所述缝隙影响拼接式框体100的整体美观,在所述缝隙12中填入弹性件20,所述弹性件20的外表面与拼接件10的外表面相平齐,使之从外部看来,整个拼接式框体100的各个拼接处无缝接合,既可以实现整体的美观大方,同时可增强拼接式框体的整体强度。当然,若干个拼接件10之间亦可以采用其他方式组装在一起。
参照图2所示,所述弹性件20与拼接件10的交接处至少一侧设有背胶层14,通过背胶层14将弹性件20和拼接件10无缝相接。所述背胶层14可设于弹性件20的上部或底部边缘,亦可以设于拼接件10与弹性件20相对的内侧表面上。当弹性件20被压入所述缝隙12中后,通过背胶层14将弹性件20和拼接件10更紧密地组合在一起,防止弹性件20从中脱落。
参照图3和图4所示,所述卡扣件16呈钩状,其由拼接件10的端部延伸出,通过相互匹配的卡扣件16相互嵌套,以将两个拼接件10相互组合拼接在一起。两拼接件10之间的缝隙12呈“Z”形,两者相互交错,通过两者相互环扣可使得两者装配得更为紧密。所述弹性件20填入缝隙12中后,在呈对位式连接,使得两拼接件10发生错位的空间减小,同时,进一步增强了拼接的强度。可以理解,参照图5和图6所示,弹性件20可设置为任意形状,如S形、长条形、T形等,填充入拼接件10之间的缝隙12中,使得各个拼接处无缝接合。可以理解,弹性件20可设置成各种形状,以适配所述缝隙的形状。
在本实用新型中,所述弹性件20为热塑性树脂或硅胶中任选一种。所述弹性件20的形状与拼接件10之间的缝隙形状相同,其尺寸大于所述缝隙12的尺寸。这样,使得弹性件20与拼接件10之间过盈配合,两者配合更为紧密。
为了使得弹性件20的表面更具有美观性,可在所述弹性件20上成型有图案或花纹。
在本实用新型中,所述拼接式框体100为显示器面板外壳或其他大尺寸的拼接外壳,为平板显示器的整机外壳或模组前框。
所述平板显示器的拼接式面板将两两拼接件组装好后,再将弹性件20通过施加一定压力插入缝隙12中,使得弹性件20的外表面和拼接件10的外表面相齐平,由于弹性件20的尺寸略大于缝隙的尺寸,则插入后靠弹性件20的弹性与拼接件10之间过盈配合,这样,拼接面板100的整体外观上无缝接合,并通过弹性件20或拼接件10相对面上的背胶层14将两者更为紧密地组合在一起,防止弹性件20从中脱落;另外,还通过拉丝、抛光、镀色等表面美化处理技术,使得弹性件20的外表面具有艺术化的纹理图案,增添了整体拼接面板的美观性。解决了因加工误差的存在,使得实际拼接时存在较大的缝隙的技术问题,降低了对拼接件的尺寸公差的控制要求,使得工艺成型更容易。
Claims (9)
1.一种平板显示器的拼接式框体,包括若干个拼接件,所述若干个拼接件之间相互组装而形成框体,其特征在于:所述若干个拼接件之间至少形成一缝隙,缝隙中填充有与拼接件之间紧密连接的弹性件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述弹性件与拼接件的交接处至少一侧设有背胶层,通过背胶层将弹性件和拼接件无缝相接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述拼接件设有卡扣件,两两待组合的拼接件通过卡扣件相互扣合而拼接在一起,所述缝隙限定于两卡扣件之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述卡扣件呈钩状。
5.根据权利要求3所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述卡扣件由拼接件的端部延伸出。
6.根据权利要求3所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述弹性件的形状与拼接件之间的缝隙形状相同。
7.根据权利要求6所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述弹性件的尺寸大于所述缝隙的尺寸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述弹性件的外形选自Z形、T形、S形或长条形中任意一种。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的平板显示器的拼接式框体,其特征在于:所述拼接式框体为平板显示器的整机外壳或模组前框。
