カチオン性界面活性剤は、毛髪化粧料に配合されるものであれば特に限定されず、1種単独で又は2種以上を適宜組み合わせて用いることができる。カチオン性界面活性剤としては、例えば、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウム塩、ジアルキルジメチルアンモニウム塩、アルキルアンモニウム塩、ベンザルコニウム塩、ベンゼトニウム塩、ピリジニウム塩、イミダゾリニウム塩、脂肪酸アミドアミン等が挙げられる。これらカチオン性界面活性剤の対イオンとしては、ハロゲンイオン、硫酸メチルイオン(CH3OSO3 -)、硫酸エチルイオン(CH3CH2OSO3 -)等が挙げられる。中でも、乳化安定性の点から、塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム、ステアリン酸ジメチルアミノプロピルアミドが好ましい。
高級アルコールは、毛髪化粧料に配合されるものであれば特に限定されず、1種単独で又は2種以上を適宜組み合わせて用いることができる。高級アルコールとしては、炭素数12~22のものが好ましく、18~22のものがより好ましい。例えば、ラウリルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコール、パルミチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、ヘキサデシルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール、ヘキシルドデカノール、オクチルドデカノール、セトステアリルアルコール等が挙げられる。中でも乳化安定性の点から、ステアリルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコールが好ましい。
水溶性高分子化合物としては、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、メチルヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、及びこれらの塩、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム等のセルロース系高分子化合物が好ましい。中でも乳化安定性の点から、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースが好ましい。
本発明の乳化系毛髪化粧料には、毛髪内部へのアミノ酸浸透効果、パサツキ抑制効果、乳化安定性の点から、(F)アミノ酸を含む脂肪酸エステル油を1種単独で又は2種以上を適宜組み合わせて配合することが好ましい。アミノ酸を含む脂肪酸エステル油としては、アミノ酸の毛髪内部への浸透量を増加させるという点から、アミノ酸誘導体が好ましく、例えば、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(フィトステリル・2-オクチルドデシル)、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(コレステリル・ベヘニル・オクチルドデシル)、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(コレステリル・オクチルドデシル)、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(フィトステリル・ベヘニル・2-オクチルドデシル)、N-ラウロイルサルコシンイソプロピル、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジオクチルドデシル等が挙げられる。中でも、毛髪内部へのアミノ酸浸透向上効果、パサツキ抑制向上効果の点から、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(フィトステリル・2-オクチルドデシル)、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(フィトステリル・ベヘニル・2-オクチルドデシル)が好ましい。
本発明で用いられるアニオン性界面活性剤は、頭皮や毛髪の洗浄用として用いられるものであれば特に限定されず、1種単独で又は2種以上を適宜組み合わせて用いることができる。アニオン性界面活性剤としては、アルキルスルホン酸塩、アルキル硫酸塩、アシル化アミノ酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、N-アシル-N-メチルタウリン塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩、高級脂肪酸エステルスルホン酸塩、アルキルエーテル酢酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル酢酸塩、脂肪酸石ケン、アルキルリン酸エステル塩、N-ラウロイルグルタミン酸塩、N-パルミトイルグルタミン酸塩、N-ラウロイル-N-エチルグリシン塩、N-ラウロイルサルコシン塩、N-ミリストイル-β-アラニン塩等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩(AES)が好ましく、塩としては、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム、アルカノールアミン又は塩基性アミノ酸が例示され、泡量、低温安定性の点から、ナトリウム、カリウム等のアルカリ金属が好ましく、特に、ナトリウムがより好ましい。ベタツキのなさ、頭頂部のふんわり感の点から、ポリオキシエチレン(E.O.)の平均付加モル数が1~5が好ましく、1~3のポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩がより好ましい。具体的には、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(2E.O.)、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(3E.O.)が好ましい。
下記表に示す組成の乳化系毛髪化粧料(実施例4~5はヘアトリートメント、その他の実施例及び比較例はヘアコンディショナー)(pH3.8)、シャンプー組成物(pH4.5~9)を常法に基づき調製し、以下の評価を行った。使用順序は、実施例57~65以外は、シャンプー組成物→乳化系毛髪化粧料であり、実施例57~65は、乳化系毛髪化粧料→シャンプー組成物である。
<方法>
(1)ダメージ毛束の作製方法
ダメージ毛束として、個人毛髪(10g,15cm)にパーマ処理1回、ブリーチ処理2回を施した。
(i)パーマ処理:個人毛髪(10g,15cm)にパーマ剤1剤を10g塗布し、室温で15分放置した。毛束を水洗した後、パーマ剤2剤10gを塗布し、室温で10分放置した。最後に27%ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(2E.O.)1gで洗浄、水洗後室温にて風乾した。
(ii)ブリーチ処理:パーマ処理毛髪(10g,15cm)にブリーチ剤1剤2.5g、2剤7.5g混合液を塗布し、室温で15分放置した。その後、27%ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(2E.O.)1gで洗浄、水洗後室温にて風乾した後、再度ブリーチ処理を施した。
使用した毛髪処理剤は以下の通りである。
i.ブリーチ(イリヤコスメティックス製)
1剤:ビビッド ホイップ ハイブリーチ ファインシルキーパウダー
2剤:ビビッド ホイップ ハイブリーチ オキシジェントクリーム
ii.パーマ(日本ロレアル株式会社製)
1剤:デュルシア トニカ AHA パーマネントウェーブ エクストラ 特にかかりにくい髪に
2剤:デュルシア トニカ AHA パーマネントウェーブ エクストラ 特にかかりにくい髪に
iii.シャンプー(ライオン製)
植物物語シャンプー さっぱりさらさらヨーロピアンブレンド(アニオン界面活性剤:ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(2E.O.)15.0質量%)
i.シャンプー組成物→乳化系毛髪化粧料の順に使用する場合
ダメージ毛束(15cm)を温水で30秒濡らした後、10gの毛髪に対しシャンプー1gを均一塗布し、1回/秒の速さで60回くし通しを行い、1回/2秒の速さで25回くし通しをしながらすすいだ。その後、乳化系毛髪化粧料1gを均一塗布し、1回/秒の速さで60回くし通しを行った後、1分間静置した。静置後、1回/2秒の速さで20回くし通しをしながらすすいだ後、乾燥させた。この作業を7回繰り返した毛束を毛髪試料とした。
ii.乳化系毛髪化粧料→シャンプー組成物の順に処理をする場合
ダメージ毛束(15cm)を30秒間温水で濡らし、10gの毛髪に対し乳化系毛髪化粧料1gを塗布し、1回1秒の速さで60回くし通しを行った後、1分間静置し、1回2秒の速さで20回くし通しをしながらすすいだ。その後、シャンプー1gを塗布し、1回1秒の速さで60回くし通しを行い、1回2秒の速さで25回くし通しをしながらすすぎ、乾燥させた。この作業を7回繰り返した毛束を毛髪試料とした。
i.毛髪試料を秤量後、2mL振とう破砕チューブに毛髪試料とジルコニアビーズ(直径5mm×2個、直径3mm×4個)を入れ、メタノール500μLを加えて、振とう破砕(1,500rpm、5分間、Shake Master neo;bms社)を行った。破砕後、水200μLとクロロホルム500μLとを加えて、ボルテックスミキサーで30秒間攪拌し、卓上遠心分離機で1分間遠心分離を行った(液液抽出操作)。上層(水・メタノール層)を1.5mLエッペンドルフチューブに回収した後、残りの下層(クロロホルム層)に水200μLを加えて、上記の液液抽出操作を2回繰り返した。回収した水層にメタノールを400μL加えて、45℃、減圧下で溶媒留去した。残渣を水100μLに再溶解し、フィルターろ過(φ0.45μL,水系)した溶液を試料溶液とした。

グラジエント:
0分以上15分未満:移動相A;100体積%、移動相B;0体積%
15分以上20分未満:移動相A;100~0体積%まで減少、移動相B;0~100体積%まで増大
20分以上30分未満:移動相A;0体積%、移動相B;100体積%
30分以上50分未満:移動相A;100体積%、移動相B;0体積%
流量:0.4mL/min
オーブン温度:40℃
注入量:10μL
iii.MS条件
装置:SHIMADZU LCMS2020
イオン化:ESI positive
検出器電圧:1.2kV
脱溶媒温度:250℃
ネブライザーガス:1.5L/min
ヒートブロック温度:450℃
ドライイングガス:15L/min
検出:SIM(L-ヒスチジン;m/z 156.1,L-アルギニン;m/z 175.1)
上記方法にて各3サンプル定量を行い、平均値を算出した。評価は平均値を用いて行った。
5:内部に浸透したL-ヒスチジン、L-アルギニンの合計が1mgの毛髪当たり45ng以上
4:内部に浸透したL-ヒスチジン、L-アルギニンの合計が1mgの毛髪当たり20ng以上45ng未満
3:内部に浸透したL-ヒスチジン、L-アルギニンの合計が1mgの毛髪当たり10ng以上20ng未満
2:内部に浸透したL-ヒスチジン、L-アルギニンの合計が1mgの毛髪当たり5ng以上10ng未満
1:内部に浸透したL-ヒスチジン、L-アルギニンの合計が1mgの毛髪当たり5ng未満
<方法>
40~60才の女性パネラー30名について、実使用評価を行った。評価は、予洗いした後、シャンプーでの洗髪後もしくは洗髪前に、実施例及び比較例の乳化系毛髪化粧料を通常使用量頭髪に塗布し、すすぎを行い、通常通りの洗髪活動を行った。各実施例・比較例を3日間使用した後の、パサツキのなさ、頭頂部のふんわり感について、以下の評価基準に従い評価を行った。
<評価基準>
5:良好と答えた者が30名中25名以上30名以下
4:良好と答えた者が30名中19名以上24名以下
3:良好と答えた者が30名中10名以上18名以下
2:良好と答えた者が30名中1名以上9名以下
1:良好と答えた者が30名中0名
(1)乳化安定性(実使用)
<方法>
容量200gの楕円型正立及び倒立容器(口内径6mm)に、試料200gを充填した。正立及び倒立容器は1ヶ月間の実使用評価を行い、以下の評価基準に従い評価を行った。なお、正立の容器とは、吐出口を上にした状態で保管するもので、使用時に吐出口を下に向け、製剤を出すタイプの容器であり、倒立の容器とは、吐出口を下にした状態で保管するもので、使用時に吐出口を下に向け、製剤を出すタイプの容器である。倒立の容器では、容器をスクイズした際に製剤中に空気が入りやすく、正立容器と比較して乳化系組成においては不安定である場合がある。
<評価基準>
◎:正立及び倒立ボトルで離水しない
○:正立ボトルで離水しない
×:いずれの容器でも離水する
<方法>
容量50mLのガラスバイアルに、試料40mLを充填した。-20℃保存と室温保存を一日おきに繰り返し、以下の評点に従い評価を行った。
<評価基準>
◎:5回の繰り返しで離水しない
○:3回~4回の繰り返しで離水しない
×:2回以下の繰り返しで離水する

- (A)カチオン性界面活性剤、(B)高級アルコール、(C)L-ヒスチジン、(D)L-アルギニン、及び(E)水溶性高分子化合物0.1~0.5質量%を含有し、上記(C),(D)成分の配合量及び質量比が、
(C)0.01~0.5質量%
(D)0.01~0.5質量%
(C)+(D)=0.05~0.6質量%、(C)/(D)=0.2~5
である、乳化系毛髪化粧料。 - さらに、(F)アミノ酸を含む脂肪酸エステル油を含有する請求項1記載の乳化系毛髪化粧料。
- シャンプー組成物前に使用する、プレシャンプー型である請求項1又は2記載の乳化系毛髪化粧料。
