Description
本發明係關於一種水性毛髮洗淨劑。
毛髮洗淨劑之主要目的在於去除毛髮及頭皮之污垢,使其等保持清潔。為了獲得洗淨力較高之毛髮洗淨劑,自防止污垢之再附著之觀點而言,較佳為使用與毛髮及頭皮具有同種電荷之陰離子界面活性劑,尤其是陰離子部為硫酸基或磺酸基等強酸系陰離子之界面活性劑作為洗淨主劑。其中,烷基硫酸鹽或烷基醚硫酸鹽由於具有豐富的泡沫量及優異的去污性,因而最普遍地用作毛髮洗淨劑之主劑。
但另一方面,烷基硫酸鹽或烷基醚硫酸鹽在對頭皮之溫和性方面存在問題。於皮膚表面存在10~20層之角質層細胞承擔著將水分保持於皮膚內部,並且防守來自外部之刺激的重要作用,但上述烷基硫酸鹽或烷基醚硫酸鹽之滲透至角質層內使細胞膨潤,將細胞內部本來存在之胺基酸或脂質等天然保濕成分溶出至細胞外之性質較強。因此,若反覆利用以該等界面活性劑作為主劑之毛髮洗淨劑來洗髮,則存在由於頭皮之水分保持量降低因此皮膚乾燥,或者界面活性劑或來自外部之刺激物質變得容易滲入至皮膚內部,因而頭皮瘙癢的傾向。
作為賦予對頭皮之溫和性之手段,例如抑制角質層膨潤之手段,存在代替烷基醚硫酸鹽,而以胺基酸系陰離子界面活性劑作為主劑來製備毛髮洗淨劑的方法。一般而言,胺基酸系界面活性劑不易使角質層膨潤,且對皮膚具有溫和之性質,但另一方面,陰離子部大多為羧酸等弱酸,因此起泡性或去污性不充分,無法充分地滿足作為毛髮洗淨劑之基本性能。因此,為解決該課題,如專利文獻1所記載,提出有以陰離子部為磺酸基之烷醯基烷基牛磺酸鹽型陰離子界面活性劑作為主劑的洗淨劑組成物。然而,與烷基硫酸鹽或烷基醚硫酸鹽相比,其起泡性或泡沫量仍不充分,難以滿足作為毛髮洗淨劑之基本性能。
另外,作為使溫和性與起泡性兩者並存之嘗試,如專利文獻2所記載,提出有將烷基醚硫酸鹽等陰離子界面活性劑,與醇部分具有碳數為8~16之烷基,且每1分子具有10~45個乙氧基之聚乙氧化醇等非離子界面活性劑組合使用,並且組成物之pH為6.0~8.0的洗髮精組成物。又,作為同樣之嘗試,如專利文獻3所記載,提出有將烷基醚硫酸鹽等陰離子界面活性劑、與親水-親油性平衡值(HLB,hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value)至少為8之非離子界面活性劑組合使用的洗髮精組成物。
一般而言,眾所周知非離子界面活性劑之角質層膨潤性較小,且對皮膚具有溫和之性質,但其難以獲得適合於毛髮洗淨劑之豐富的泡沫量。於上述專利文獻2中,組成物中至少使用38重量%之非離子界面活性劑,於專利文獻3中,組成物中至少使用29重量%之非離子界面活性劑。於如此般調配相對大量之非離子界面活性劑之情況,無法獲得作為毛髮洗淨劑所必需之泡沫量,仍無法達成溫和性與起泡性兩者之並存。

本發明提供一種水性毛髮洗淨劑,其於起泡性、泡沫之順滑度、沖洗時之通順性方面優異,並且對頭皮溫和而頭皮較少瘙癢。
本發明者發現,藉由於以烷基硫酸鹽或烷基醚硫酸鹽作為主洗淨成分之水性毛髮洗淨劑中,少量混合具有特定鏈長之烷基的聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑,可獲得一種抑制角質層膨潤,且對頭皮之溫和性、與優異的起泡性兩者並存之毛髮洗淨劑。
即,根據本發明,可提供一種水性毛髮洗淨劑,其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及水:
(A)以下述通式(1)所表示之硫酸鹽型陰離子界面活性劑
R1O(CH2CH2O)nSO3M (1)
(上述通式(1)中,R1表示碳數為10~18之烷基或烯基,M表示來自鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、烷醇胺或鹼性胺基酸之陽離子,n以重量平均計表示0~5之數)
(B)以下述通式(2)所表示之聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑
R2O(CH2CH2O)mH (2)
(上述通式(2)中,R2表示碳數為18之直鏈或支鏈之烷基或者烯基,m以重量平均計表示6~10之數);且
(B)/((A)+(B))之重量比例為1~25%。
本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑於起泡性、泡沫之順滑度、沖洗時之通順性方面優異,並且對頭皮溫和而頭皮較少瘙癢。
本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑含有上述成分(A)、(B)及水。以下對各成分進行具體說明。
首先,對成分(A)進行說明。
於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中,成分(A)為以通式(1)所表示之烷基硫酸鹽或烷基醚硫酸鹽之硫酸鹽型陰離子界面活性劑。
(A)以下述通式(1)所表示之硫酸鹽型陰離子界面活性劑R1O(CH2CH2O)nSO3M (1)
(上述通式(1)中,R1表示碳數為10~18之烷基或烯基,M表示來自鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、烷醇胺或鹼性胺基酸之陽離子,n以重量平均計表示0~5之數)
其中,尤其自迅速起泡與具有較高之洗淨力之觀點而言,較佳為上述通式(1)中之R1為碳數12~14之烷基,n以重量平均計表示1~2之數,M為銨或鈉之聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽。
成分(A)可單獨使用1種亦可併用2種以上,另外對於其含量,自起泡性、使用時之液性、沖洗時之通順性方面而言,較佳為於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中為1~25重量%,更佳為5~23重量%,特佳為8~20重量%。
其次,對成分(B)進行說明。
於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中,成分(B)為以通式(2)所表示之聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑。
(B)以下述通式(2)所表示之聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑R2O(CH2CH2O)mH (2)
(上述通式(2)中,R2表示碳數為18之直鏈或分枝烷基或者烯基,m以重量平均計表示6~10之數)
作為符合上述成分(B)之具有代表性之市售品,可舉出:Emalex 606(聚氧乙烯(6)硬脂醚,分子量為518,Nihon Emulsion製造)、Emulgen 306P(聚氧乙烯(6)硬脂醚,分子量為518,花王公司製造)、Emulgen 409P(聚氧乙烯(9)油醚,分子量為648,花王公司製造)等聚氧乙烯烷基醚型界面活性劑。
本發明者認為作為本發明之成分(B)的非離子界面活性劑會在角質層表面形成保護膜,其結果,具有抑制作為成分(A)的陰離子界面活性劑向角質層內部滲透之效果。為了表現出上述效果,較佳為作為成分(B)的非離子界面活性劑可高效率地吸附於角質層表面,並且其自身並不向角質層內部滲透。
為使成分(B)高效率地吸附於角質層表面,較佳為成分(B)具有1×10-6M左右以下之臨界微胞濃度(CMC,Critical Micelle Concentration)。CMC之值會隨著烷基鏈長增大而降低。自使對角質層之吸附性與毛髮洗淨劑之起泡性兩者並存之觀點而言,特佳為上述(2)式中之R2之碳數為18之聚氧乙烯硬脂醚。
又,為使成分(B)不向角質層內部滲透,較佳為成分(B)之分子量為500以上。較佳為上述(2)式中之m為6~10。進一步,m特佳為6。具體而言,可舉出聚氧乙烯(6)硬脂醚。
成分(B)可單獨使用1種亦可併用2種以上,另外,對於其含量,自對頭皮之溫和性、起泡性、沖洗時間之縮短、沖洗時之通順性方面而言,較佳為於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中為0.1~10重量%,更佳為0.5~7重量%,特佳為1~5重量%。
又,自使對頭皮之溫和性與優異之起泡性兩者並存之觀點而言,成分(A)、(B)較佳為(B)/((A)+(B))之重量比例為1/100~25/100(1~25%),其中更佳為3/100~23/100(3~23%),特佳為5/100~20/100(5~20%)。
為了進一步提高抑制頭皮之頭屑‧瘙癢‧瘡疹‧乾燥等之效果,本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑亦可進一步含有有機羧酸或抗炎劑。
作為有機羧酸,較佳為碳數2~6者,其中更佳為二羧酸(亦可具有羥基)及羥基單羧酸。具體而言,作為二羧酸,可舉出:丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、順丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、鄰苯二甲酸、乙二酸等。作為具有羥基之二羧酸,可舉出:蘋果酸、酒石酸等。又,作為羥基單羧酸,可舉出:羥基乙酸、乳酸、羥基丙烯酸、羥基丁酸、甘油酸、葡萄糖酸等。
該等有機羧酸中,較佳為羥基乙酸、乳酸、丙二酸、順丁烯二酸、蘋果酸。又,作為該等有機羧酸之鹽,可舉出:與鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、氨、有機胺化合物之鹽。
有機羧酸或其鹽可單獨使用1種亦可併用2種以上,另外,對於其含量,自賦予充分之頭皮改善效果方面而言,較佳為於水性毛髮洗淨劑中為0.1~5重量%,更佳為0.2~3重量%,特佳為0.5~2重量%。
自最大限度地發揮上述有機羧酸之頭皮症狀改善效果方面而言,較佳為本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑用水稀釋為20重量倍時之25℃之pH為1~5,其中較佳之pH為2~4.5,特佳之pH為3~4.5。
為了將組成物之pH調整為上述較佳範圍,可適當組合有機或無機之酸或者鹼性試劑,以適合的量來使用。作為有機酸,除了上述有機羧酸以外,亦可舉出:檸檬酸、麩胺酸。作為無機酸,可舉出:鹽酸、硫酸、磷酸等。作為鹼,可舉出:氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀等。
本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑無論pH之值如何,均於起泡性、泡沫之順滑度、沖洗時之順滑度方面優異,具有抑制角質層膨潤、抑制瘙癢之效果。進一步,於含有有機羧酸或其鹽,從而使稀釋為20重量倍時之25℃之pH為1~5之酸性之情況,可重新獲得中性洗淨劑無法獲得之抗頭屑效果。
作為抗炎劑,可含有甘草次酸、甘草酸及其等之衍生物等抗炎劑,除此以外,亦可含有具有消炎功能之成分,例如:ε-胺基己酸、尿囊素、瓜甘菊薁磺酸鈉、d-樟腦、I-薄荷腦、尿素、吡哆醇二棕櫚酸酯、甘草亭酸硬脂酸酯、傳明酸、維生素A油、氫化可體松(hydrocortisone)、普賴蘇穠(prednisolone)、鹽酸吡哆醇、感光素301號、氧化鋅、乙酸氫化可體松等。作為甘草次酸或甘草酸之衍生物,可舉出:鈉鹽、鉀鹽等鹼金屬鹽或銨等之鹽類;甘油酯、硬脂基酯等酯類。具體而言,可舉出:甘草酸二鉀、甘草酸二鈉、甘草酸三鈉、甘草酸單銨、甘草次酸甘油酯、甘草次酸硬脂基酯等。
抗炎劑可單獨使用1種亦可併用2種以上,另外,對於其含量,較佳為於毛髮洗淨劑中為0.001~10重量%,其中較佳為含有0.005~5重量%,特佳為含有0.01~1重量%。
自其他方面而言,亦存在要求毛髮洗淨劑可更有效地防止頭皮之頭屑、瘙癢之情況。又,作為防止頭屑之1種手段,眾所周知對頭皮之固有菌進行殺菌可有效地防止頭屑,因而多於毛髮洗淨劑中調配抗菌劑。
因此,作為含有烷基醚硫酸鹽作為主洗淨成分,且併用抗菌劑之例,有如專利文獻4所記載之毛髮洗淨劑。已報告有藉由併用陰離子界面活性劑與抗菌劑,可獲得優異的洗淨性與抗頭屑性,但關於抑制瘙癢方面仍存在改善之餘地。
因而自上述觀點考慮,本發明藉由於以烷基硫酸鹽或烷基醚硫酸鹽作為洗淨主劑之毛髮洗淨劑中,併用特定之聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑及抗菌劑,而提供一種對頭皮之溫和性及起泡性優異,並且頭皮之頭屑防止效果與瘙癢抑制效果較高的水性毛髮洗淨劑。
作為上述抗菌劑(以下稱為「成分(C)」),可舉出:三氯沙、三氯卡班、吡羅克酮乙醇胺、硫代嘧啶氧鋅、二硫化硒、3-甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)苯酚、以通式(3)所表示之苯甲烴銨鹽或苯銨松寧鹽以及以通式(5)所表示之吡錠鎓鹽。
(式中,R5表示碳數為8~18之烷基或以(4)式所表示之基,Z-表示鹵素離子)
(式中,R6表示碳數為6~18之直鏈或支鏈之烷基,Z-表示鹵素離子)
為獲得充分之抗菌性,成分(C)於毛髮洗淨劑中較佳為調配0.1~4重量%,特佳為調配0.4~3重量%。
作為成分(C),較佳為硫代嘧啶氧鋅、吡羅克酮乙醇胺、通式(3)中R5為碳數12~16之烷基之苯甲烴銨鹽。特佳為硫代嘧啶氧鋅、吡羅克酮乙醇胺。
本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑無論pH之值如何,均於起泡性、泡沫之順滑度、沖洗時之順滑度方面優異,具有抑制角質層膨潤、抑制瘙癢之效果,但自硫代嘧啶氧鋅等抗菌劑之保存穩定性之觀點而言,用於毛髮時之pH(用水稀釋為20重量倍,25℃)較佳為5~8,該pH可利用通常使用之pH調整劑(酸、鹼)來進行調整。
為了進一步提高洗淨性能,本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中亦可含有成分(A)以外之陰離子界面活性劑、成分(B)以外之非離子界面活性劑或兩性界面活性劑。
作為成分(A)以外之陰離子界面活性劑,可使用硫酸系、磺酸系、羧酸系者。例如可舉出:磺基丁二酸伸烷基烷基苯基醚硫酸鹽、磺基丁二酸烷基酯鹽、聚氧伸烷基磺基丁二酸烷基酯鹽、烷磺酸鹽、高級脂肪酸鹽、烷基醚羧酸或其鹽等;其中較佳為烷基醚羧酸或其鹽。
作為成分(B)以外之非離子界面活性劑,可舉出:聚氧伸烷基山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧伸烷基山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧伸烷基甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧伸烷基脂肪酸酯、聚氧伸烷基烷基醚、聚氧伸烷基烷基苯基醚、聚氧伸烷基(硬化)蓖麻油、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚甘油烷基醚、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸烷醇醯胺、烷基糖苷、單烷基或單烯基甘油醚等。
該等中,較佳為聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯等聚氧伸烷基山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧伸烷基(C8~C20)脂肪酸酯等聚氧伸烷基脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油等聚氧伸烷基(硬化)蓖麻油、烷基糖苷。
又,脂肪酸烷醇醯胺亦適合,且可為單烷醇醯胺、二烷醇醯胺中之任一者,較佳為具有碳數為8~18、尤其是碳數為10~16之醯基者。又,較佳為含有碳數為2~3之羥烷基者,例如可舉出:油酸二乙醇醯胺、棕櫚仁油脂肪酸二乙醇醯胺、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇醯胺、月桂酸二乙醇醯胺、聚氧乙烯椰子油脂肪酸單乙醇醯胺、椰子油脂肪酸單乙醇醯胺、月桂酸異丙醇醯胺、月桂酸單乙醇醯胺等。
單烷基甘油醚或單烯基甘油醚亦適合,作為烷基或烯基,較佳為碳數4~10、尤其是碳數8~10之直鏈或支鏈之烷基。具體而言,可舉出:正丁基、異丁基、正戊基、2-甲基丁基、異戊基、正己基、異己基、正庚基、正辛基、2-乙基己基、正癸基、異癸基等;特佳為2-乙基己基、異癸基。
作為兩性界面活性劑,可舉出甜菜鹼系界面活性劑等。其中,更佳為烷基二甲基胺基乙酸甜菜鹼、脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、烷基羥基磺基甜菜鹼,特佳為脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼。脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼較佳為含有碳數為8~18、尤其是碳數為10~16之醯基者,特佳為月桂醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、棕櫚仁油脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、椰子油脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼等。
該等界面活性劑可於水性毛髮洗淨劑中使用1種或亦可併用2種以上,於將本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑製成水性液狀洗淨劑之形態之情況,若與成分(A)、(B)一併使用脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、脂肪酸烷醇醯胺、單烷基甘油醚,則不僅起泡能力變得更良好,且亦可獲得適度之液性,因此特佳。
該等界面活性劑之含量於本發明之毛髮洗淨劑中為0.1~15重量%時,可獲得良好的增泡效果,故較佳。自以上之方面而言,該等界面活性劑之含量更佳為0.5~8重量%,特佳為1~6重量%之範圍。
於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中,為了提高沖洗時之通順性及乾燥後之成型效果,亦可進一步調配陽離子界面活性劑、陽離子化聚合物及聚矽氧類。
作為陽離子界面活性劑,例如可舉出:烷基三甲基銨鹽、烷氧基三甲基銨鹽、二烷基二甲基銨鹽、烷基二甲基胺鹽、烷氧基二甲基胺鹽、烷基醯胺二甲基胺鹽等。
(i)烷基三甲基銨鹽
例如可舉出以下述通式所表示者:
R11-N+(CH3)3X
(上述式中,R11表示碳數為12~22之烷基,X表示鹵素(氯或溴)離子)。
具體而言,可舉出:鯨蠟基三甲基氯化銨、硬脂基三甲基氯化銨、山萮基三甲基氯化銨等。

例如可舉出以下述通式所表示者:

作為上述(i)~(vi)以外之陽離子界面活性劑,可舉出:乙基硫酸羊毛脂脂肪酸胺基丙基乙基二甲基銨、乙基硫酸羊毛脂脂肪酸胺基乙基三乙基銨、乙基硫酸羊毛脂脂肪酸胺基丙基三乙基銨、甲基硫酸羊毛脂脂肪酸胺基乙基三甲基銨、甲基硫酸羊毛脂脂肪酸胺基丙基乙基二甲基銨、乙基硫酸異烷酸(C14~C20)胺基丙基乙基二甲基銨、乙基硫酸異烷酸(C18~C22)胺基丙基乙基二甲基銨、乙基硫酸異硬脂酸胺基丙基乙基二甲基銨、乙基硫酸異壬酸胺基丙基乙基二甲基銨、及烷基三甲基糖精銨等。
陽離子界面活性劑亦可併用2種以上,就自洗髮時至沖洗時之順滑度方面而言,其含量於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中較佳為0.01~10重量%,更佳為0.05~5重量%,特佳為0.1~2重量%。
其次,作為陽離子化聚合物,可舉出:陽離子化纖維素、陽離子化澱粉、陽離子化葫蘆巴膠、陽離子化瓜爾膠、陽離子化塔拉膠、陽離子化刺槐豆膠、陽離子化三仙膠、二烯丙基四級銨鹽/丙烯醯胺共聚合體、乙烯基三氯化咪唑啉鎓/乙烯基吡咯啶酮共聚合體、羥基乙基纖維素/二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨共聚合體、乙烯基吡咯啶酮/四級銨化甲基丙烯酸二甲基胺基乙酯共聚合體、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮/烷基胺基丙烯酸酯共聚合體、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮/烷基胺基丙烯酸酯/乙烯基己內醯胺共聚合體、乙烯基吡咯啶酮/甲基丙烯醯胺丙基氯化三甲基銨共聚合體、烷基丙烯醯胺/丙烯酸酯/烷基胺基烷基丙烯醯胺/聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯共聚合體、己二酸/二甲基胺基羥基丙基伸乙基三胺共聚合體(美國Sandoz公司,Cartaretin)、及日本專利特開昭53-139734號公報、日本專利特開昭60-36407號公報所記載之陽離子性聚合物等;特佳為陽離子化纖維素、陽離子化葫蘆巴膠、陽離子化瓜爾膠、陽離子化塔拉膠、陽離子化刺槐豆膠、二烯丙基四級銨鹽/丙烯醯胺共聚合體。
又,例如可使用下述市售品:Merquat 550(NALCO公司,丙烯醯胺與二烯丙基二甲基銨鹽之共聚合體;CTFA(Cosmetic,Toiletry,and Fragrance Association,化妝品、盥洗用品及香料協會)名為聚四級銨鹽-7(Polyquaternium-7))、Luviquat FC370(BASF公司,1-乙烯基-2-吡咯啶酮與1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑啉鎓鹽之共聚合體;CTFA名為聚四級銨鹽-16)、Gafquat 755N(ISP公司,1-乙烯基-2-吡咯啶酮與甲基丙烯酸二甲基胺基乙酯之共聚合體;CTFA名為聚四級銨鹽-11)、Ucare Polymer JR及Ucare Polymer LR系列(Amerchol公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與羥基乙基纖維素之反應物之鹽;CTFA名為聚四級銨鹽-10)、POIZ C-60H、POIZ C-80M、POIZ C-150L(花王公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與羥基乙基纖維素之反應物之鹽;CTFA名為聚四級銨鹽-10)、Jaguar系列(Rhodia公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與瓜爾膠之反應物之鹽)、Catinal CF-100(東邦化學工業公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與葫蘆巴膠之反應物之鹽)、Catinal CTR-100(東邦化學工業公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與塔拉膠之反應物之鹽)、Catinal CLB-100(東邦化學工業公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與刺槐豆膠之反應物之鹽)等。
該等陽離子化聚合物亦可併用2種以上,就自洗髮時至沖洗時之順滑度方面而言,其含量於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中較佳為0.01~3重量%,更佳為0.05~2重量%,特佳為0.1~1重量%。
作為聚矽氧類,例如可舉出以下所示者。
(1)二甲基聚矽氧烷
例如可舉出以下述通式(6)所表示者:(CH3)3Si-[(CH3)2SiO]d-Si(CH3)3 (6)
(上述式中,d表示3~2×104之數)。
二甲基聚矽氧烷於水性毛髮洗淨劑中係以分散粒子之形式而存在,對於分散粒子之平均粒徑,自乾燥後之成型效果與毛髮洗淨劑之保存穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為0.1~100μm,更佳為0.1~50μm,特佳為0.1~4μm,進而更佳為0.1~2μm。
二甲基聚矽氧烷乳液之平均粒徑係藉由雷射光散射法而測定之中徑,可藉由普通的使用雷射光散射之粒徑測定裝置,例如使用Coulter公司之LS-130而進行測定。
作為此種二甲基聚矽氧烷,例如可使用下述市售品:含有(6)式之d為300~6,500之二甲基聚矽氧烷油60重量%,且平均粒徑為0.8μm之Dow Corning Toray公司之「Silicone CF2450」,或者含有d為300~6,500之二甲基聚矽氧烷油75重量%,且平均粒徑為20μm之Dow Corning Toray公司之「Silicone CF2460」。
自提高洗髮時之泡沫觸感、乾燥後之觸感或光澤方面而言,上述二甲基聚矽氧烷於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中較佳為含有0.01~10重量%,更佳為0.05~6重量%,特佳為0.3~3重量%,最佳為0.5~2重量%。
(2)胺基改質聚矽氧
可使用各種胺基改質聚矽氧,特佳為平均分子量約為3000~100,000,且以胺基二甲聚矽氧烷(Amodimethicone)之名稱記載於CTFA詞典(美國,化妝品成分詞典(Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary))第9版,2002年,第1卷,第107頁中者。作為市售品,可舉出:SM 8704C(Dow Corning Toray公司)、DC 929(Dow Corning公司)、KT 1989(Momentive Performance Materials公司)、8500 Conditioning Agent、DOW CORNING TORAY SS-3588、DOW CORNING TORAY SILSTYLE 104(Dow Corning Toray公司)等。
(3)其他聚矽氧類
除上述以外,亦可舉出:聚醚改質聚矽氧、甲基苯基聚矽氧烷、脂肪酸改質聚矽氧、醇改質聚矽氧、烷氧基改質聚矽氧、環氧改質聚矽氧、氟改質聚矽氧、環狀聚矽氧、烷基改質聚矽氧等。
該等胺基改質聚矽氧及其他聚矽氧類亦可併用2種以上,就自洗髮時至沖洗時之順滑度方面而言,其含量於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中較佳為0.01~5重量%,更佳為0.05~2重量%,特佳為0.1~1重量%。
本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑亦可進一步含有:含乙二醇單脂肪酸酯、乙二醇二脂肪酸酯、乙二醇單烷基醚或乙二醇二烷基醚之珠光劑。
作為乙二醇單脂肪酸酯,可舉出:乙二醇單硬脂酸酯、乙二醇單山萮酸酯等;作為乙二醇二脂肪酸酯,可舉出:乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙二醇二山萮酸酯等。作為乙二醇單烷基醚,可舉出:乙二醇單硬脂醚等;作為乙二醇二烷基醚,可舉出:乙二醇二硬脂醚等。
該等亦可併用2種以上,另外,對於其含量,自提高毛髮洗淨劑之保存穩定性及提高起泡時、沖洗時之順滑度以及提高毛髮洗淨劑之穩定性方面而言,較佳為於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中為0.1~10重量%,更佳為0.5~5重量%,特佳為1~4重量%。
又,於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中,作為其他調整劑,可含有油劑。作為油劑,可舉出:角鯊烯、角鯊烷、液體鏈烷烴、液體異鏈烷烴、環烷烴等烴油;蓖麻油、可可油、貂油、鱷梨油、橄欖油、葵花籽油、山茶油等甘油酯類;蜂蠟、鯨蠟、羊毛脂、巴西棕櫚蠟等蠟;鯨蠟醇、油醇、硬脂醇、異硬脂醇、2-辛基十二烷醇、丙三醇、肉豆蔻醇、山萮醇、鯨蠟硬脂醇等高級醇;棕櫚酸異丙酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、月桂酸己酯、乳酸鯨蠟酯、丙二醇單硬脂酸酯、油醇油酸酯、2-乙基己酸十六烷基酯、異壬酸異壬酯、異壬酸十三烷基酯等酯油;癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、油酸、椰子油脂肪酸、異硬脂酸、異棕櫚酸等高級脂肪酸;及其他異硬脂基甘油醚、聚氧丙烯丁醚等。該等中,較佳為高級脂肪酸、高級醇、甘油酯,特佳為月桂酸、肉豆蔻醇、鯨蠟醇、硬脂醇、葵花籽油、山茶油等。該等油劑可單獨使用1種或亦併用2種以上,其含量於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中較佳為0.1~2重量%,更佳為0.2~1.5重量%,特佳為0.3~1重量%。
本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中亦可含有黏度調整劑。作為黏度調整劑,可舉出:羥基乙基纖維素、甲基纖維素、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、異戊二醇、乙醇、苄醇、苄氧基乙醇、苯氧基乙醇、黏土礦物、鹽類(氯化鈉、氯化銨、檸檬酸鈉等)等;其中較佳為苄醇、乙醇、聚丙二醇、氯化鈉及檸檬酸鈉。黏度調整劑亦可併用2種以上,另外,對於其使用量,自泡沫量、泡沫品質方面而言,較佳為於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中為0.01~5重量%,更佳為0.05~4重量%,特佳為0.1~3重量%。
於本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑中,除了上述成分以外,亦可根據目的而適當調配通常用於毛髮洗淨劑之成分。作為此種成分,例如可舉出:防腐劑;螯合劑;山梨糖醇、泛醇等保濕劑;染料、顏料等著色劑;桉樹之極性溶劑萃取物、自具有珍珠層之貝殼或珍珠獲取之蛋白質或其水解物、蜂蜜、蜂王漿、自絲綢獲取之蛋白質或其水解物、自豆科植物之種子獲取之含蛋白之萃取物、亞洲蔘萃取物、米胚芽萃取物、墨角藻萃取物、蘆薈萃取物、月桃葉萃取物、綠藻萃取物等萃取物類;氧化鈦等珠光劑;香料;紫外線吸收劑;抗氧化劑;其他在ENCYCLOPEDIA OF SHAMPOO INGREDIENTS(Hunting,Anthony L. L.著,1983年發行,MICELLE PRESS)中所記載之成分等。
本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑之形態可適當選擇液狀、膠體狀等,較佳為使用水或低級醇作為介質,特佳為使用水作為介質之液狀者。
製備表1所示之水性毛髮洗淨劑,藉由以下評價方法而進行評價。將其結果示於表1。再者,pH係用水稀釋為20重量倍時之25℃之值。
(1)起泡之速度
使用日本專利特開平10-73584號公報中所記載之裝置,並藉由該公報之實施例中所記載之方法而進行評價。
亦即,圖1係如下所述之起泡性能評價裝置,其包括:收容應用洗淨劑的對象物(毛髮1)之容器10;與毛髮1接觸之突起物21、22;對容器10內起泡之泡沫進行計量之計量器50;蓋在容器10上,將容器10內起泡之泡沫導出至計量器50之蓋20;及驅動容器10,以使收容於容器10中之毛髮1與突起物21、22間滑動之馬達30。用等量之水將毛髮1潤濕,自注入孔25注入評價樣品1.5 mL與包含羊毛脂之模型皮脂0.3 mL,測定起泡量,根據泡沫量達到250 mL為止之時間進行評價。
再者,作為毛髮1,係使用將長度為90 mm之毛髮30 g栽植於直徑約為160 mm之圓板而成者。容器10使用直徑為160 mm、高度為20 mm之圓筒狀者,蓋20使用具有3個直徑為15 mm、高度為12 mm之圓柱狀的突起物作為第1突起物21,且具有9個縱長為10 mm、橫長為2 mm、高度為12 mm之突起物作為第2突起物22者。又,將藉由馬達之容器10之轉速設定為每分鐘70轉。
評價基準如下所述。

(2)起泡時之順滑感
用40℃之溫水輕柔地洗滌長度為25 cm、寬度為5.5 cm、重為10 g之人毛髮束後,去除多餘之水分,使用0.5 g之毛髮洗淨劑充分起泡約30秒。此時,以下述5個等級基準,對順滑感進行官能評價。評價由5人進行,求出其平均值。將平均值為4.0以上之情況表示為「◎」,3.2~3.9之情況表示為「○」,2.5~3.1之情況表示為「△」,2.4以下之情況表示為「×」。

(3)沖洗時之順滑感
用40℃之溫水輕柔地洗滌長度為25 cm、寬度為5.5 cm、重為10 g之人毛髮束後,去除多餘之水分,使用0.5 g之毛髮洗淨劑充分起泡約30秒。其後,一面用流速為2 L/min之40℃之熱水洗滌附有泡沫之毛髮束,一面以下述5個等級基準對順滑感進行官能評價。評價由5人進行,求出其平均值。將平均值4.0以上之情況表示為「◎」,3.2~3.9之情況表示為「○」,2.5~3.1之情況表示為「△」,2.4以下之情況表示為「×」。

(4)角質層膨潤性
用乙醇將人腳後跟部消毒後,削取角質層,準備經充分乾燥之角質層粉末。將該經乾燥之角質層粉末20 mg裝入於直徑為5 mm之核磁共振(NMR,Nuclear Magnetic Resonance)用測定管中後,注入用離子交換水稀釋20重量倍之毛髮洗淨劑溶液0.8 mL,測定靜置2小時之時之高度。再者,評價基準係將於角質層粉末20 mg中添加離子交換水0.8 mL時之高度設為100%時之相對數值,數值越大,表示角質層膨潤程度越高。再者,評價基準如下所述。

(5)瘙癢抑制效果
讓10名男性官能檢查員使用各洗淨劑1個月,1天清洗1次頭髮。使用1個月後,對洗髮後之頭皮瘙癢進行5個等級評價,10人之平均值為平均4.0以上之情況表示為「◎」,3.2~3.9之情況表示為「○」,2.5~3.1之情況表示為「△」,2.4以下之情況表示為「×」。

根據表1,實施例A1~A8之組成物於起泡性、泡沫之順滑度、沖洗時之順滑度方面優異,並且抑制角質層膨潤之效果較高,並具有抑制頭皮瘙癢之效果。
(評價方法A2)
使用實施例A2及比較例A6之配方,使「成分(A)、及成分(B)或成分(B')」中之「成分(B)或成分(B')」(即,(B或B')/((A)+(B或B')))之重量%之值變化而評價角質層膨潤性。
用乙醇對人腳後跟部進行消毒後,削取角質層,而準備經充分乾燥之角質層粉末。將該經乾燥之角質層粉末20mg裝入於直徑為5mm之NMR用測定管中,然後注入用離子交換水將界面活性劑濃度調整為30mM之毛髮洗淨劑溶液0.8mL並加以混合後,測定靜置2小時之時之高度。再者,評價基準係將於角質層粉末20mg中添加離子交換水0.8mL時之高度設為100%時之相對數值。評價結果如下所示。
根據表2,即便與利用比較例A6之配方之水性毛髮洗淨劑相比,利用實施例A2之配方之水性毛髮洗淨劑減少相當於成分(B)之聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑之量,亦可抑制角質層膨潤。自表1所示之結果可知,成分(B)之量越少則起泡速度越優異,因此,藉由使用如實施例中所用之特定的聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑,可獲得由於可抑制角質層膨潤因而對頭皮之溫和性優異,且由於可減少成分(B)之量因而於起泡性方面優異之水性毛髮洗淨劑。
製備表3所示之毛髮洗淨劑,利用以下評價方法進行評價。將其結果示於表3。再者,pH為用水稀釋為20重量倍時之25℃之值。
對於(1)起泡之速度、(2)起泡時之順滑感、(3)沖洗時之順滑感、(4)角質層膨潤性、(5)瘙癢抑制效果,利用與實施例A1~A8及比較例A1~A13(表1)同樣之方法進行評價。對於(6)抗頭屑性利用以下之方法進行評價。
(6)抗頭屑性
讓10名男性官能檢查員使用各洗淨劑1個月,1天洗淨1次頭髮。最後一次洗髮後,不洗髮而生活2天,然後再次進行2次使用相同的洗淨劑組成物3 g之洗髮,將該2次之全部洗髮液回收。使用50尼龍網,對所回收之洗髮液總量進行過濾,將不需要的垃圾、毛髮去除。使用預先測定過重量之255尼龍網(100×100 μm),對濾液總量進行過濾。使該尼龍網於室溫風乾約48小時後,將其重量增加量作為頭屑重量。

根據表3可確認,實施例A9~A14之組成物無論有無調配有機羧酸或pH如何,均於起泡性、泡沫及沖洗時之順滑度方面優異,並且具有抑制角質層之膨潤性從而抑制頭皮瘙癢之效果,但藉由調配有機羧酸使pH為5以下,可進一步獲得抗頭屑效果。
以下揭示使用本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑之配方例。
實施例A15、A16之毛髮洗淨劑於迅速起泡、泡沫及沖洗時之通順性方面優異,並且具有抑制角質層膨潤,對皮膚溫和,並抑制頭皮瘙癢之效果。進一步,其抗頭屑效果亦較高。
製備表4所示之水性毛髮洗淨劑,利用以下評價方法進行評價。將其結果示於表4。再者,pH為用水稀釋為20重量倍時之25℃之值。

讓10名男性官能檢查員使用各洗淨劑1個月,1天洗淨1次頭髮。最後一次洗髮後,不洗髮而生活2天,然後再次進行2次使用相同的洗淨劑組成物3 g之洗髮,將該2次之全部洗髮液回收。使用50尼龍網,對所回收之洗髮液總量進行過濾,將不需要的垃圾、毛髮去除。使用預先測定過重量之255尼龍網(100×100 μm),對濾液總量進行過濾。使該尼龍網於室溫風乾約48小時後,將其重量增加量作為頭屑重量。求出10人之頭屑重量之平均值,並根據以下基準來表示。
◎:頭屑重量≦30 mg
○:30 mg<頭屑重量≦40 mg
△:40 mg<頭屑重量≦50 mg
×:50 mg<頭屑重量
(3)角質層膨潤性
用乙醇對人腳後跟部進行消毒後,削取角質層,而準備經充分乾燥之角質層粉末。將該經乾燥之角質層粉末20 mg裝入於直徑為5 mm之NMR用測定管中後,注入用離子交換水稀釋為20重量倍之毛髮洗淨劑溶液0.8 mL,測定靜置2小時之時之高度。再者,評價基準係將於角質層粉末20 mg中添加離子交換水0.8 mL時之高度設為100%時之相對數值,數值越大,表示角質層膨潤程度越高。再者,評價基準如下所述。
◎:未滿110%
○:110%以上且未滿120%
△:120%以上且未滿125%
×:125%以上
(4)瘙癢抑制效果
讓10名男性官能檢查員使用各洗淨劑1個月,1天洗淨1次頭髮。使用1個月後,對洗髮後之頭皮瘙癢進行5個等級評價,將10人之平均值為平均4.0以上之情況表示為「◎」,3.2~3.9之情況表示為「○」,2.5~3.1之情況表示為「△」,2.4以下之情況表示為「×」。

*1月桂醚(1)硫酸銨:C12:C14=75:25重量%比(花王公司製造之Emal 125A,活性濃度為25%)
*2月桂醚(2)硫酸鈉:C12:C14=75:25重量%比(花王公司製造之Emal 227,活性濃度為27%)
*3陽離子化纖維素:「POIZ C-80M」,花王公司製造
*4用作pH調整劑
*5於比較例中,使用成分(A)或成分(A')、成分(B)或成分(B')之值進行計算。
根據表4,實施例B1~B5之組成物於起泡性、抗頭屑性方面優異,並且抑制角質層膨潤之效果較高,具有抑制頭皮瘙癢之效果。
使用實施例B1及比較例B6之配方,使「成分(A)、及成分(B)或成分(B')」中之「成分(B)或成分(B')」(即,(B或B')/((A)十(B或B')))之重量%之值變化而評價角質層膨潤性。
用乙醇對人腳後跟部進行消毒後,削取角質層,而準備經充分乾燥之角質層粉末。將該經乾燥之角質層粉末20 mg裝入於直徑為5 mm之NMR用測定管中,然後注入用離子交換水將界面活性劑濃度調整為30 mM之毛髮洗淨劑溶液0.8 mL並加以混合後,測定靜置2小時之時之高度。再者,評價基準係將於角質層粉末20 mg中添加離子交換水0.8 mL時之高度設為100%時之相對數值。將評價結果示於以下。
根據表5,即便與利用比較例B6之配方之水性毛髮洗淨劑相比,利用實施例B1之配方之水性毛髮洗淨劑減少相當於成分(B)之聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑之量,亦可抑制角質層膨潤。自表4所示之結果可知成分(B)之量越少則起泡速度越優異,因此,藉由使用如實施例中所用之特定的聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑,可獲得由於可抑制角質層膨潤因而對頭皮之溫和性優異,且由於可減少成分(B)之量因而於起泡性方面優異之水性毛髮洗淨劑。
以下揭示使用本發明之水性毛髮洗淨劑之配方例。
(實施例B6)洗髮精
實施例B6之毛髮洗淨劑於起泡性及抗頭屑性方面優異,並且具有抑制角質層膨潤,從而抑制頭皮瘙癢之效果。

Claims (4)
- 一種水性毛髮洗淨劑,其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及水:(A)以下述通式(1)所表示之硫酸鹽型陰離子界面活性劑R1O(CH2CH2O)nSO3M (1)(上述通式(1)中,R1表示碳數為10~18之烷基或烯基,M表示來自鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、烷醇胺或鹼性胺基酸之陽離子,n以重量平均計表示0~5之數)(B)以下述構造式(2)所表示之聚氧乙烯烷基醚型非離子界面活性劑R2O(CH2CH2O)mH (2)(上述通式(2)中,R2表示碳數為18之直鏈或分枝烷基或者烯基,m以重量平均計表示6~10之數);且(B)/((A)+(B))之重量比例為1~25%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之水性毛髮洗淨劑,其含有有機羧酸及/或其鹽,用水稀釋為20重量倍時之25℃之pH為1~5。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之水性毛髮洗淨劑,其含有0.001~10重量%之至少一種抗炎劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之水性毛髮洗淨劑,其進一步含有(C)自三氯沙、三氯卡班、吡羅克酮乙醇胺、硫代嘧啶氧鋅、二硫化硒、3-甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)苯酚、以通式(3)所表示之苯甲烴銨鹽或苯銨松寧鹽、以及以通式(5)所表示之吡 錠鎓鹽中選擇之抗菌劑0.1~4重量%:
