如第 1图和第 2图所示, 本创作之扭扭车包括依次连接的主架组件、 前连 接管 3和摆动组件, 该主架组件包括两端分别安装两移动轮 53的后轮管 11、一 端固定于该后轮管 11中部的主架管 12, 由该后轮管 1 1与该主架管 12形成的 T 型结构安装有坐垫 6和靠背垫 7, 对应该主架组件上的 T型结构, 该坐垫 6底部 设有便于安装固定的 T型安装槽 62, 供该坐垫 6安装于主架组件上, 坐垫 6左 右两边分别设有扶手 61,该靠背垫 7与坐垫 6根据人体工学设计而吹塑成型的, 减轻了不少重量, 让用户使用更加方便, 而且还设置 PU防刮软垫, 避免了会对 儿童造成背部酸痛影响儿童的发育成长。 该靠背垫 7底部伸出两安装杆, 插入 该坐垫 6上相应设置的安装孔内, 方便靠背垫 7与坐垫 6能够随时安装或者拆 卸,该坐垫 6和靠背垫 7也可以是一体成型的, 主架组件采用后轮管 11与主架 管 12组成的 T型结构省去了不少管材的使用, 节省成本又减轻重量。
为了便于调节坐垫 6与脚踏管 41之间距离, 以满足不同人需要, 达到个性 化设计, 该前连接管 3与该摆动组件之间通过连接管元件固定连接, 该连接管 元件由一根或者多根连接管 2连接组成, 该连接管 2与该主架管 12之间、 多根 连接管件 2之间以及连接管 2与该前连接管 3之间分别通过插接机构固定连接, 该插接机构包括一管设有插接口 21以及能插入该插接口 21并通过螺丝 22固定 的另一管设有插接端, 还包括该两管件分别对应设有防止转动的两凹槽或两凸 如第 1图和第 2图所示, 该前连接管 3末端与连接管元件连接, 该前连接 管 3对应端与摆动组件组合连接, 具体是: 该摆动组件包括脚踏管 41、 一端固 定于该脚踏管 41中部而另一端安装有导向轮 43的摆动管 42,该摆动管 42为上 端固定于该脚踏管 41的弧形管, 前连接管 3端部设有 C型结构的固定件 31,而 该摆动管 42设有能活动容置于该固定件 31之凹槽内的轴承套管 44, 该轴承套 管 44通过内设的两个间隔设置的轴承 46和固定轴 32转动固定该固定件 31凹 槽内, 该脚踏管 41两端部设有扁平面 411, 并分别套有防滑套 45。
整体使用时, 让骑乘者乘坐于该坐垫 6上, 并使其脚踏抵于脚踏管 41, 而 双手则握持于坐垫 6上之扶手 61, 利用双脚左右踩踏摆动脚踏管 41, 同时带动 主架组件左右摆动, 进而使该扭扭车产生前进之作用, 由于扶手 61系固定于坐 垫 6两侧, 故身体不需前倾, 即可方便骑乘者手部握持且重心更易控制, 更可
符合人体工学, 故骑乘者可尽情摇摆该扭扭车前进, 不仅手部不容易与障碍物 发生碰撞, 较具安全。
如第 3图和第 4图所示, 该移动轮 53具有移动复位机构, 该移动复位机构 包括固定于该后轮管 11端部并呈 C型结构的固定座 56、 通过定位轴 51和轴承 52转动固定于该固定座 56上凹槽内的转动管 55以及一端固定于该转动管 55侧 部的摆臂 54, 该摆臂 54另一端安装有该移动轮 53, 该定位轴 51还穿套一能驱 动该转动管 55复位的扭簧 57,该移动复位机构可解决转弯半径过大或者转弯后 乱转乱飘移的隐患, 使转弯后该扭簧 57可驱动该转动管 55复位, 并带动该移 动轮 53回复在直线上行走, 大大提高用户安全性。
如第 1图和第 2图所示, 该坐垫 6与主架组件之间设有刹车机构, 该刹车 机构包括安装于坐垫 6扶手 61的刹车手柄 83、 用于刹车的刹车片 81以及连接 刹车手柄 83与刹车片 81的刹车线 82。该刹车片 81为内藏式刹车片提高行驶中 或者转弯时的制动能力, 也能避免使用中不慎夹手的隐患。 其中, 摆臂 54上靠 近移动轮表面的地方设有安装块, 刹车片 81通过长轴安装于摆片 54与移动轮 表面之间, 刹车片 81能围绕该长轴作一定幅度的来回转动, 刹车线 82穿过安 装块连接刹车片 81的上端, 刹车片 81上端与安装块之间设有弹簧。 没拉上刹 车手柄 82时, 刹车片 81保持与移动轮不接触; 当拉上刹车手柄时, 刹车手柄 83拉扯刹车线 82, 刹车片 81下端与移动轮接触, 对车轮进行制动。 该刹车机 构设于坐垫 6与主架组件的右手边。
综上所述, 本创作提供一较佳可行之扭扭车, 爰依法提呈新型专利之申请; 本创作之技术内容及技术特点巳揭示如上, 然而熟悉本项技术之人士仍可能基 于本创作之揭示而作各种不背离本案创作精神之替换及修饰。 因此, 本创作之 保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示者, 而应包括各种不背离本创作之替换及修饰, 并为以下之申请专利范围所涵盖。
Claims
1、 一种扭扭车, 包括依次连接的主架组件、 前连接管和摆动组件, 其中: 该主架组件具有后轮管以及一端固定于该后轮管中部的主架管, 该后轮管 与该主架管形成的 τ型结构上并安装有坐垫, 且该后轮管两端分别安装有两移 动轮;
该摆动组件具有脚踏管以及摆动管, 该摆动管一端固定于该脚踏管中部而 另一端安装有导向轮, 而该摆动管并设有一轴承套管, 该轴承套管二端并设置 有轴承;
该前连接管一端与该摆动管转动固定, 而另一端与该主架管对应端部相互 固定连接, 且该前连接管端部设有 c型结构的固定件, 可供容置该轴承套管及 其二端之轴承, 另有一固定轴可将该轴承套管及其二端之轴承转动固定于该固 定件内。
2、 如请求项 1所述之扭扭车, 其中, 该后轮管与该移动轮间设有移动复位 机构, 该移动复位机构包括呈 C型结构的固定座、 扭簧、 转动管以及一端固定 于该转动管侧部的摆臂, 该固定座系连接固定于该后轮管两端, 该摆臂另端则 连接该移动轮, 该转动管二端设置有轴承, 并有一定位轴可将该转动管及其二 端之轴承转动固定于该固定座内, 该扭簧则穿设于该定位轴得以驱动该转动管 复位。
3、 如请求项 1或 2所述之扭扭车, 其中, 该坐垫二外侧并设置有扶手。
4、 如请求项 3所述之扭扭车, 其中, 该扭扭车进一歩设有刹车机构, 该刹 车机构具有刹车手柄、 刹车片以及连接该刹车手柄与刹车片的刹车线, 该刹车 手柄系于该扶手下方, 而该刹车片则相对靠近于其中一移动轮。
5、 如请求项 1或 2所述之扭扭车, 其中, 该前连接管与该摆动组件之间通 过连接管元件固定连接, 该连接管元件由一根或者多根连接管连接组成, 该连 接管与该主架管之间、 多根连接管件之间以及连接管与该前连接管之间分别通 过插接机构固定连接。
6、 如请求项 5所述之扭扭车, 其中, 该插接机构设有复数插接口以及插入 该些插接口之固定件。
7、 如请求项 1或 2所述之扭扭车, 其中, 该摆动管为上端固定于该脚踏管 的弧形管。
8、 如请求项 1或 2所述之扭扭车, 其中, 该脚踏管两端分别设有扁平面, 并分别套有防滑套。
9、 如请求项 1或 2所述之扭扭车, 其中, 对应该主架组件上的 T型结 该坐垫底部设有便于固定的 T型安装槽。
10、 如请求项 1或 2所之扭扭车, 其中, 该坐垫一侧并设有背靠垫。
11、 如请求项 10所之扭扭车, 其中, 该坐垫与该背靠垫一体形成。
