Description

防爆轮胎
技术领域: 本发明涉及一种轮胎, 尤其涉及一种防爆轮胎。
背景技术: 防爆轮胎学名叫 "泄气保用轮胎" 。充气后的轮胎胎 壁是支撑车辆重量的主要部位, 特别是一些扁平比(扁平比是轮胎高 度与宽度的比)较大的轮胎, 胎壁非常 "肥厚" , "爆胎"严重时通 常会导致轮胎的瞬间崩开, 从而使轮胎瞬间失去支撑力, 导致车辆重 心立刻发生变化, 特别是前轮驱动车的前轮爆胎, 爆胎后瞬间的重心 转移会令车辆失控。 如果驾驶者没有爆胎后驾驶经验 (大多数人都没 有), 可能会做到错误的驾驶动作 (例如急刹车), 这将导致车辆无法 挽救的失控。 爆胎是非常严重的安全事故, 特别是在高速公路爆胎。 据统计, 国内高速公路 70%的意外交通事故是由爆胎引起的, 而时速 在 160公里以上发生爆胎死亡率接近 100%。 目前的防爆轮胎多是在 橡胶胎面的两恻加厚或增加支撑装置,一旦爆胎后,由于受力面很小, 压强很大, 导致支撑力不够, 不能起到很好的作用, 而且破坏了原有 轮胎的弹性, 导致减震性能下降。
发明内容: 针对上述现有技术的不足, 本发明提供了一种更安全 可靠的防爆轮胎。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 防爆轮胎, 包括安 全气囊、 触发传感器和保险开关; 安全气囊设置在轮胎和轮毂之间, 轮毂上设有凹槽, 安全气囊的触发装置设置在凹槽内, 触发传感器一 端伸入到轮胎内, 另一端与触发装置连接。保险开关设置在轮胎的充 气嘴上, 充气嘴上的正负极与触发装置连接。 优选的, 保险开关为充气嘴上的螺母。
优选的,安全气囊的上端设有保护盖,所述的保护盖为橡胶材质。 优选的, 轮毂的两恻设有防护板。
优选的, 所述的凹槽为三个, 均布在轮毂上, 三个触发装置的电 源为并联电路, 一旦有一个或两个失效, 剩下的触发装置还可以触发 安全气囊, 起到三保险的作用。
本发明的保险开关保证了安全气囊不会意外触发,设置的安全气 囊在车辆发生爆胎时, 可瞬间提供足够的支撑力, 保证行车安全。

具体实施方式:
如图 1和图 2所示: 防爆轮胎, 包括安全气囊 5、 触发传感器 3和保 险开关 8; 安全气囊 5设置在轮胎 2和轮毂 1之间, 轮毂 1上设有三个凹 槽 6, 均布在轮毂 1上。 安全气囊 5的触发装置设置在凹槽 6内, 触发传 感器 3—端伸入到轮胎 2内, 另一端与触发装置连接, 触发传感器 3的 高度为气压最低临界值处, 当气压突然减至值临界值时, 轮胎内壁即 接触到触发传感器 3, 从而触发触发装置, 安全气囊 5弹开, 给轮胎 2 提供临时气压, 保证车辆安全。 安全气囊 5折叠设置在轮毂 1上, 保证 不透气。 安全气囊的保险开关 8设置在轮胎的充气嘴 7上, 充气嘴 7上 的正负极在充气嘴螺纹的一半处且与触发装置连接。 安全气囊 5的上 端设有保护盖 4, 所述的保护盖 4为橡胶材质, 当发生爆胎时, 保护盖 4可保护安全气囊 5。充气嘴 7的两恻为电源的正负极, 保险开关 8为充 气嘴上的螺母, 当螺母向后旋的时候, 为断路状态; 当螺母向前旋的 时候, 为通路状态。 通过保险开关 8可控制触发装置, 需要使用防爆 功能时, 拧下保险开关。 不需要使用防爆功能时, 断开保险开关, 这 样可防止在普通颠簸路面上触发气囊。轮毂 1的两恻设有防护板 9, 即 轮毂 1的两恻加高, 防止扒胎时损坏安全气囊 5。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 防爆轮胎, 其特征在于: 包括安全气囊、 触发传感器和保险 开关; 安全气囊设置在轮胎和轮毂之间, 轮毂上设有凹槽, 安全气囊 的触发装置设置在凹槽内, 触发传感器一端伸入到轮胎内, 另一端与 触发装置连接, 保险开关设置在轮胎的充气嘴上, 充气嘴上的正负极 与触发装置连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的防爆轮胎, 其特征在于: 安全气囊的上 端设有保护盖, 所述的保护盖为橡胶材质。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的防爆轮胎, 其特征在于: 轮毂的两恻设 有防护板。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的防爆轮胎, 其特征在于: 所述的凹槽为 三个, 均布在轮毂上。
5、 如权利要求 1或 4所述的防爆轮胎, 其特征在于: 三个触发装 置的电源为并联电路。
