Abstract

Sistema de levitação magnética para porta ou janela deslizante (1a, 1b, 2) que compreende, pelo menos, módulo móvel (4) para a parte inferior da porta ou janela deslizante (1a, 1b, 2) que compreende um ou mais ímanes permanentes; vários módulos fixos (5) para a parte inferior do aro da porta ou janela deslizante (1a, 1b, 2), que compreende um ou mais eletroímanes para produzir um campo magnético variável repulsivo do campo magnético dos referidos ímanes do módulo móvel. Tem como vantagens eliminar o atrito, desgaste mecânico e ruído associados ao deslizamento, quando desativado permite uma maior estanqueidade ao ar e à água e isolamento térmico e acústico, permite o fecho ou o bloqueio eletromagnético da porta ou janela aumentando a segurança, e sendo um sistema modular permite a sua operação e construção simples e menos dispendiosas.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÕES MODIFICADAS Recebidas pela Secretaria Internacional no dia 22 de Outubro de 2014 (22.10.2014)
1. Sistema de levitação magnética para porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2), compreendendo:
pelo menos um módulo móvel (4), o qual está integrado na parte inferior da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2) e o qual compreende um ou mais imanes permanentes (9a, 9b e 12a);
- vários módulos fixos (5), os quais estão integrados na parte inferior do aro da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2), os quais compreendem cada um dos mesmos um ou mais eletroímanes (13) que produzem um campo magnético variável repulsivo do campo magnético dos referidos imanes (9a, 9b e 12a) do módulo móvel (4);
- pelo menos um sensor de afastamento (6) entre os módulos fixo e móvel, inserido em cada módulo fixo (5);
- vários conectores eléctricos (7, 8) para acoplamento dos diferentes módulos; - ura sistema de interface de potência (B)
- pelo menos um sistema eletrónico de controlo (C);
- um sistema de controlo de potência (D);
caracterizado por o referido sistema eletrónico de controlo (C) estar configurado para, em função da informação fornecida pelos sensores de afastamento (6), manter um afastamento predefínido entre a porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2) e o aro da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2) através do controlo da potência fornecida aos referidos eletroímanes (13), estando o referido afastamento predefínido compreendido entre 1 e 10 mm.
2 - Sistema de acordo com a reivindicação n.° 1, caracterizado por o sistema eletrónico de controlo (C) estar configurado para desativar os eletroímanes (13) quando não for necessária a movimentação da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2) ou quando for pretendido o bloqueio do deslizamento da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2).
3 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações n.° 1 e 2, caracterizado por o sistema eletrónico de controlo (C) estar configurado para apenas ativar os eletroímanes (13) quando da sobreposição entre o módulo fixo (5) e o módulo móvel (4).
4 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações n.° 1 a 3, caracterizado por o sistema eletrónico de controlo (C) estar configurado para ativar os eletroímanes (13) do módulo fixo (5) com a polaridade inversa à da repulsão do módulo móvel (4) quando for pretendido o bloqueio do deslizamento da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2).
FOLHA MODIFICADA (ARTIGO 19) 5 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por o módulo móvel (4) apresentar um perfil em V invertido truncado e o módulo fixo (5) apresentar um perfil em V truncado.
6 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por o módulo fixo (5) compreender adicionalmente um ou mais imanes permanentes (9c e
12b) cujo campo magnético está orientado em repulsão do campo magnético dos imanes do módulo móvel (4).
7 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por os imanes (9a, 9b e 12a) do módulo móvel (4) estarem dispostos em duas linhas paralelas laterais ao longo da parte inferior da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2) e com a mesma direção magnética.
8 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por os eletroímanes (13), ou eletroímanes (13) e imanes (9c e 12b), do módulo fixo (5) estarem dispostos em duas linhas paralelas laterais ao longo da parte inferior do aro da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2) e com a mesma direção magnética.
9 - Sistema de acordo com a reivindicação n.° 8, caracterizado por, das duas referidas linhas do módulo fixo (5), uma ser de eletroímanes (13) e a outra ser de imanes (9c e 12b).
10 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações n.° 8 e 9, caracterizado por os pólos magnéticos das referidas linhas do módulo fixo (5), para repulsão do módulo móvel (4), estarem dispostos com um ângulo interior em relação à vertical da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2).
11 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações n.° 7 a 10, caracterizado por os pólos magnéticos das referidas linhas do módulo móvel (4), para repulsão do módulo fixo (5), estarem dispostos num ângulo exterior em direção à vertical da porta ou janela deslizante (la, lb, 2).
12 - Sistema de acordo com as reivindicações n.° 10 e 11, caracterizado por o referido ângulo variar entre 30° e 60° relativamente ao eixo horizontal, em particular, ser de 45°.
13 - Sistema de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por compreender vários módulos fixos (5) e/ou vários módulos móveis (4)·
14 - Sistema de acordo com a reivindicação n.° 13, caracterizado por os referidos módulos (4, 5) estarem interligados por uma rede de dados.
