- 유입구가 형성되며 유체의 흐름을 안내하는 유체 가이드 부재가 형성된 카트리지 상판;유출구가 형성되며 상기 유체 가이드 부재와 간격을 두고 위치하는 또 다른 유체 가이드 부재가 형성된 카트리지 하판;상기 카트리지 상판과 하판 사이에 배치되어 유체가이드 부재에 의해 안내되는 유체를 가온하는 히터;상기 유체가이드 부재의 외측으로 위치하여 가온된 유체에서 발생하는 에어버블이 대기로 배출되도록 하는 에어필터;상기 카트리지 상하판 유체흐름통로 상에 제공되어 양압상태에서는 유체의 흐름을 정상적으로 유지하고, 카트리지 내부에 음압이 발생하면 유체의 이동통로를 차단하는 수단이 제공되며,상기 유체의 이동통로를 차단하는 수단은,상기 카트리지 상판에 형성되며 상기 유체 가이드 부재를 통하여 유입되는 유체가 지나는 연장부;상기 카트리지 상판의 연장부에 형성되어 상기 유체가 통과할 수 있는 유출통로 및 상기 유출통로로부터 나오는 유체를 배출하는 배출통로, 상기 유출통로와 상기 배출통로의 외측면에 밀착 제공되는 필름부재;상기 카트리지 하판에 형성되며 상기 유체 가이드 부재를 통하여 유입되는 유체가 지나는 연장부;상기 카트리지 하판의 연장부에 형성되며 상기 배출통로와 연통하면서 상기 유출구와 연통하는 영역을 포함하는 유체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 수단을 구비한 의료용 가온장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 유체흐름 차단수단은 상기 카트리지 상판과 상기 카트리지 하판 양측에 설치되는 유체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 수단을 구비한 의료용 가온장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 에어필터 외측으로는 구멍이 다수개 형성된 커버가 결합되는 유체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 수단을 구비한 의료용 가온장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 필름부재는 구멍이 뚫려진 고정부재에 의해 상기 연장부에 결합되는 유체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 수단을 구비한 의료용 가온장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,유체의 흐름을 안내하는 상기 유체 가이드 부재의 마지막 가이드 부재는 절개되어 통로를 형성하고 있는 유체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 수단을 구비한 의료용 가온장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 필름부재는 열가소성 수지 계열 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 수단을 구비한 의료용 가온장치.
