Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括吸杆, 所述吸杆包括吸筒和设于吸筒内的用于产生烟雾的雾化器, 雾 化器包括通气管和加热组件, 通气管沿径向设有用于容置固定加热组件的通孔, 其特征在 于, 通气管上还开设有连通至通孔的、 用于装配加热组件的切口。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述切口的沿通气管的轴向剖开的截面呈斜 线形。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述切口的沿通气管的轴向剖开的截面呈钝 角折线形。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述切口的沿通气管的轴向剖开的截面呈直 角折线形。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述切口的拐角处形成有平滑的倒角。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述通气管为玻纤管、 棉纤管或软胶管。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述切口的宽度小于所述通孔的直径。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟还包括电源杆; 所述吸杆还包括 设于吸筒一端的吸嘴盖以及设于吸筒另一端、 用于与电源杆连接的第一连接器。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电源杆包括电源筒及设于电源筒内的电 源, 电源筒的一端设有与所述第一连接器匹配对接的第二连接器, 另一端设有开关模块及灯 帽组件。
10. 如权利要求 9 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接器和第二连接器均由外电极 环、 绝缘环和内电极依次嵌套组成。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器包括由储液件、 导液件和通气 管依次嵌套且两端密封组成的雾化腔, 加热组件设于雾化腔内; 其中, 雾化腔的两端分别由 吸嘴盖和外电极环密封。
12. 一种基于权利要求 1 至 10 中任一项所述电子烟的雾化器的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所 述方法包括:
装入步骤: 掰开通气管以张大切口, 并沿切口装入加热组件; 及
回位步骤: 松开通气管以使切口回位并容置固定加热组件。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述装入步骤之前还包括:
准备步骤: 在通气管上开设通孔并开设底部连通至通孔的切口。
