本专利申请要求 2013年 4月 19 日申请的, 申请号为 201320238936.9, 名称为 "一 种轮胎举升架" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 在此将其全文引入作为参考。 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种举升架, 尤其是一种轮胎举升架, 属于起重机具技术领域。 背景技术
农用千斤顶 (俗称农夫顶)是一种应用广泛的简易起重机具, 其具体结构可以参见申 请号为 00216946. 0以及 201120153382. 3的中国专利申请。
这种起重机具虽然简单实用, 具有较强的举升能力, 但当用于起升通过起升轮胎而是 升起车辆时, 由于无法形成稳定的支撑着力点, 因此使用受限。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于: 针对上述现有技术存在的局限性, 通过在农用千斤顶基础上 进行配套设计, 提出一种可以通过起升轮胎而使车辆或其它重物升起的轮胎举升架, 从而 为车辆的保养维修等带来方便。
为了达到以上目的, 本实用新型轮胎举升架的基本技术方案为: 包括两立柱之间安装 农用千斤顶的龙门支架, 所述龙门支架的下端与 U字形的底撑固连, 所述底撑上固连朝后 延伸的辅助支撑, 所述龙门支架的两立柱上分别装有导向臂, 所述导向臂装有分别与立柱 前、 后面贴合的两导向轮, 且下端与担在农用千斤顶升降托钩上的横梁固定连接; 所述横 梁的两端分别朝下延伸出左、 右垂向柱, 所述左、 右垂向柱的下端分别朝前延伸出轮胎承 担杆。
使用时,轮胎承担杆随农用千斤顶升降托钩降至最低,驱车使轮胎进入两承担杆之间, 接着操作农用千斤顶起升杠杆, 即可通过托钩上的横梁带动承担杆升起轮胎。 本实用新型 结构合理, 赋予农用千斤顶新的功能, 操作使用方便, 稳定可靠。 附图说明

实施例一
本实施例的轮胎举升架如图 1所示, 包括两立柱 21之间安装农用千斤顶 1的龙门支 架 2。 该龙门支架 1的下端与 U字形的底撑 3通过紧固件固连。 底撑 1的横撑上固连朝后 延伸的一对辅助支撑 4。 龙门支架 1的两立柱 21上分别装有两夹板 51组成的导向臂 5 , 导向臂 5的两端装有分别与立柱 21前、 后面贴合的两导向轮 52、 53 , 且其下端与担在农 用千斤顶 1升降托钩 11上的横梁 6 固定连接。 横梁 6的两端分别固连朝下延伸的左、 右 方管垂向柱 7 , 左、 右方管垂向柱 7的下端分别朝前延伸出圆管轮胎承担杆 8。
为了便于移动, U字形底撑 3的前端和辅助支撑 4的后端分别装有滚轮 9。
使用时, 轮胎承担杆 8降至与底撑 3齐平的最低位置, 驱车使轮胎进入两承担杆 8之 间后, 操作农用千斤顶 1的起升杠杆 12 , 即可通过托钩 11上的横梁 6带动承担杆 8升起 轮胎。 当一对轮胎举升架分别承担车辆的两个车轮配合使用时,可以轻易将车身一端升起, 从而方便维护保养。
实施例二
本实施例的轮胎举升架如图 2所示, 其基本结构与实施例一相同, 不同之处在于承担 杆 8上通过紧固件固定安装托板 10。 托板 10的结构如图 3所示, 底面具有套装于承担杆 的套环 101以及用于定位的卡档 102。 这样, 可以起升放置于托板上的重物, 从而使轮胎 举升架具有更为广泛的用途。

Claims
1. 一种轮胎举升架, 其特征在于: 包括两立柱之间安装农用千斤顶的龙门支架, 所述 龙门支架的下端与 u字形的底撑固连, 所述底撑上固连朝后延伸的辅助支撑, 所述龙门支 架的两立柱上分别装有导向臂, 所述导向臂装有分别与立柱前、 后面贴合的两导向轮, 且 下端与担在农用千斤顶升降托钩上的横梁固定连接; 所述横梁的两端分别朝下延伸出左、 右垂向柱, 所述左、 右垂向柱的下端分别朝前延伸出轮胎承担杆。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的轮胎举升架, 其特征在于: 所述 U字形底撑的前端和辅助 支撑的后端分别装有滚轮。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的轮胎举升架, 其特征在于: 所述承担杆上固定安装托板。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的轮胎举升架, 其特征在于: 所述托板底面具有套装于承担 杆的套环以及用于定位的卡档。
