  • the present invention relates to a battery state determination device that determines whether or not a micro short circuit has occurred in a secondary battery.
  • Patent Document 1 discloses a method for comparing the battery voltage with a predetermined value when the discharge depth of the assembled battery is 0 to 60% as a method for detecting an abnormal state based on the voltage of the secondary battery.
  • This method is intended to detect abnormalities such as battery drainage, and the voltage is measured for each block obtained by dividing the assembled battery into a plurality of blocks in a state where the discharge depth of the assembled battery is 0 to 60%. . And when this voltage becomes below a predetermined value, it determines with it being abnormal.

For example, when the secondary battery whose voltage is determined to be a normal value by the above-described method is subjected to another inspection, a minute short circuit may occur. Description
