发明内容
本发明提供了一种干挂墙板结构,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种干挂墙板结构,它包括:
复合面板,包括支撑板和卡扣,该卡扣连接在该支撑板的背面;
龙骨架,包括龙骨及用于调节该龙骨相对墙面靠近或远离移动的调节器,该调节器连接墙面与该龙骨;

请参照图4,其绘示了另一种卡扣的立体示意图。该卡扣12a包括连接在一起的一固定片124和一弹性片125。该固定片124呈L形状。该弹性片125的一端与该固定片124连接,该固定片124可将该弹性片125的一端压靠在该支撑板11上。该弹性片125的另一端向内弯折形成突部1251。该弹性片125与该支撑板11围成底部开口的收容槽14a。
请参照图5,该龙骨架20包括一龙骨21及若干用于调节该龙骨21相对墙面靠近或远离移动的调节器22。所述这些调节器22间隔设置在该龙骨21上。调节器22包括一螺杆221、螺纹连接在该螺杆221上的一第一螺母222、一第二螺母223和一第三螺母224。
请参照图5和图6,该螺杆221的一端插入到墙面内,该第一螺母222压靠在墙面上,将该螺杆221牢固地锁定在墙面上。利用激光标线仪器30来定位该第二螺母223的位置,使得所有的龙骨架20上的第二螺母223竖直对齐。将龙骨21挂在该螺杆221上,该螺杆221的另一端插入以该龙骨21内,旋上第三螺母224,该第二螺母223与该第三螺母224夹持住该龙骨21,该第三螺母224位于该龙骨21内部。由于所有的龙骨架20上的第二螺母223竖直对齐,因此能够保证所有的龙骨21竖直对齐。
请参照图7,该复合面板10挂置在该龙骨架20上,该卡扣12挂接在该龙骨21上,该龙骨21收容在该收容槽14(或者是收容槽14a)中。该调节螺栓13与该龙骨21的顶面抵接。旋转该调节螺栓13,使该复合面板10达到水平状态。所述复合面板10与墙面之间有15-50 mm的间隙50,所述空隙50内可填设有隔音材料或隔热材料或阻燃材料,水管、电线也可以布置在所述间隙50内。为了使相邻的各个复合面板10能够更加平整地排列在一起,该支撑板11的侧边设有供卡条40插入的凹槽112。该卡条40的两端分别插入到两个相邻的支撑板11的凹槽112内,从而使相邻的两个支撑板11竖直对齐。
请参照图8,也可以是:该支撑板11的一侧边凸设有凸榫113,该支撑板11上与该侧边相对的另一侧边凹设有插槽114,该插槽114对应该凸榫113设置。相邻的两个支撑板11中,其中一个支撑板11的凸榫113可以插入到另一个支撑板11的插槽114中,从而使相邻的两个支撑板11竖直对齐。
请参照图9,其绘示了另一种复合面板的示意图。所述复合面板10a与复合面板10的不同之处在于:复合面板10a还包括一表面装饰层15,所述表面装饰层15粘接在该支撑板11的外表面上。所述表面装饰层15是瓷砖或大理石。一般建材瓷砖或大理石加工工艺有限,厚度均有±1mm或更大的误差,无法满足干挂表面精度要求;所述复合面板10a以表面装饰层15为基准,加工支撑板板11背面,精度提高到±0.1mm。
请参照图10,其绘示了又一种复合面板的示意图。所述复合面板10b与复合面板10a的不同之处在于:所述表面装饰层15b是木皮或布或皮革或大端板。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明通过该调节器调节该龙骨的位置,然后将该复合面板挂置在该龙骨架上,使该卡扣挂接在该龙骨上,能够快速地完成墙板的施工过程,减少现场作业时间,相比传统作业方式,工序少,效率提到2-3倍。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于,它包括:
    复合面板,包括支撑板和卡扣,该卡扣连接在该支撑板的背面;
    龙骨架,包括龙骨及用于调节该龙骨相对墙面靠近或远离移动的调节器,该调节器连接墙面与该龙骨;
    该卡扣挂接在该龙骨上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:该调节器包括螺杆、螺纹连接在该螺杆上的第一螺母、第二螺母和第三螺母,该螺杆的一端插入到墙面内,该螺杆的另一端插入到该龙骨内,该第一螺母压靠在墙面上,该第二螺母与该第三螺母夹持住该龙骨。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:该卡扣包括固定部、连接部及挂接部,该连接部连接该固定部与该挂接部,该固定部与该支撑板连接,该连接部、该挂接部、该支撑板围成底部开口的收容槽,该龙骨收容在该收容槽内,该挂接部的外表面包覆有弹性套。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:该卡扣包括连接在一起的固定片和弹性片,该固定片将该弹性片的一端压靠在该支撑板上,该弹性片的另一端向内弯折形成突部,该弹性片与该支撑板围成底部开口的收容槽,该龙骨收容在该收容槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3或4所述一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:该复合面板还包括调节螺栓,该调节螺栓螺接在该卡扣上并与该龙骨的顶面抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:该支撑板的背面设有网状分布的卡板,所述卡板包括若干平行间隔设置的横向凸筋、纵向凸筋,所述横向凸筋与该支撑板的上边缘平行,相邻两横向凸筋之间的距离是所述支撑板侧边长度的15%-40%;所述纵向凸筋与该支撑板的侧边平行,相邻两纵向凸筋之间的距离是所述支撑板上边缘长度的15%-40%。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:该支撑板的侧边设有供卡条插入的凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:该支撑板的一侧边凸设有凸榫,该支撑板上与该侧边相对的另一侧边凹设有插槽,该插槽对应该凸榫设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:所述复合面板还包括表面装饰层,所述表面装饰层设置在该支撑板的外表面上,所述表面装饰层是瓷砖或大理石或木皮或布或皮革,所述支撑板是中纤板或胶合板或刨花板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干挂墙板结构,其特征在于:所述复合面板与墙面之间有15-50 mm的间隙。
