将所述可接受量的去离子水和颜料搅拌分散均匀, 接着用离心法分离分 散液, 控制可逆温变颜料颗粒 1〜6微米, 得到可逆温变颜料分散液 (也可 以用可逆温变微胶囊) ; 将其余的去离子水, 防腐防霉剂, 分散剂, 保湿 润湿剂和黏度稳定剂混合搅拌后加入可逆温变颜料分散液 (或可逆温变微 胶囊) , 并在搅拌状态下加入剪切变稀黏度调节剂, 并随黏度的提高, 适 当提高搅拌速度, 搅拌混合得到所述混合物; 和 /或所述步骤(B ) 的后处 理步骤包括: 将步骤(A)得到的混合物进行脱泡, 得到所述可逆温变可擦 中性墨水。
以确保可逆温变可擦中性墨水稳定性高, 书写流畅, 产品批次差异小, 与笔头匹配性强。
实施例 2
一种可逆温变可擦中性墨水, 其包括如下步骤:
(a) 聚氨酯树脂包裹的可逆温变微胶囊 50重量份;
(b) 黄原胶、 瓜儿胶 5重量份;
(c) 氨水和尿素 1重量份;
(d) 乙二醇、 聚乙二醇 200 15重量份;
(c)防腐防霉剂 0.5重量份;
(f)去离子水 50重量份;
上述混合得到混合物; 上述组分的重量和占组分物总重量的 99%。 在 上述组合物中, 还可以含有 1%的其它助剂, 以可逆温变可擦中性墨水组合 物总重量计算, 所述助剂的种类和组成没有特别限制, 只要不对本发明的 发明目的产生限制即可。 其他同实施例 1。
实施例 3
一种可逆温变可擦中性墨水, 其包括如下步骤:
(a) 颗粒分散尺寸在 1~50微米的温变颜料 (温变颜料的温度范围为 -30 °C ~80°C ; 消色温度为 43 °C〜80°C, 返色温度为 -1 °C〜- 30°C ) 50重量份;
(b) 树胶、 丙烯酸乳液 5重量份;
(c) 三乙醇氨、 氨水和尿素 5重量份;
(d) 聚乙二醇 400、 聚乙二醇 600、 聚乙二醇 800 20重量份;
(c)防腐防霉剂 0.5重量份;
(f)去离子水 72.95重量份;
上述混合得到混合物; 上述组分的重量和占组分物总重量的 100%。 以 可逆温变可擦中性墨水组合物总重量计算, 所述助剂的种类和组成没有特 别限制, 只要不对本发明的发明目的产生限制即可。 其他同实施例 1。
实施例 4
一种可逆温变可擦中性墨水, 其包括如下步骤: (a) 颗粒分散尺寸在 1~50微米的温变颜料 (温变颜料的温度范围为 -30 °C ~80°C ; 消色温度为 43 °C〜80°C, 返色温度为 -1 °C〜- 30°C ) 35重量份;
(b) 改性聚多糖 4重量份;
(c) 尿素 3重量份;
(d) 山梨醇和木糖醇 9重量份;
(c)防腐防霉剂 0.1重量份;
(f)去离子水 37重量份;
上述混合得到混合物; 上述组分的重量和占组分物总重量的 95%。 在 上述组合物中, 还可以含有 5%的其它助剂, 以可逆温变可擦中性墨水组合 物总重量计算, 所述助剂的种类和组成没有特别限制, 只要不对本发明的 发明目的产生限制即可。 其他同实施例 1。
实施例 5
一种可逆温变可擦中性墨水, 其包括如下步骤:
(a) 颗粒分散尺寸在 1~50微米的温变颜料 (温变颜料的温度范围为 -30°C -80 °C ; 消色温度为 43 °C〜80°C, 返色温度为 -1 °C〜- 30°C ) 35重量份;
(b) 改性聚多糖 4重量份;
(d) 山梨醇和木糖醇 9重量份;
(c)防腐防霉剂 0.1重量份;
(f)去离子水 37重量份;
上述混合得到混合物; 上述组分的重量和占组分物总重量的 95%。 在 上述组合物中, 还可以含有 5%的其它助剂, 以可逆温变可擦中性墨水组合 物总重量计算, 所述助剂的种类和组成没有特别限制, 只要不对本发明的 发明目的产生限制即可。 其他同实施例 1。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种可逆温变可擦中性墨水组合物, 其特征在于: 其包括如下重 量份的组分:
(a)可逆温变颜料 30~50重量份;
(b)剪切变稀黏度调节剂 2~5重量份;
(c)黏度稳定剂 0~5重量份;
(d)保湿润湿剂 5~20重量份;
(e)防腐防霉剂 0.05~0.5重量份;
(f)去离子水 14.5~72.95重量份;
所述的 (a) ~ ( f) 组分的重量总和占组合物总重量的 95~100%。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的 (a)的可逆温变 颜料选自: 颗粒分散尺寸在 1~50微米的温变颜料或树脂包裹的可逆温变 微胶囊;
3、 如权利要求 2所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的温变颜料的温 度范围为 -30°C ~80°C ; 消色温度为 43 °C〜80°C, 返色温度为 -1 °C〜- 30°C。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的可逆温变微胶 囊的包裹的树脂选自丙烯酸树脂或聚氨酯树脂或蜜胺树脂。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的 (b)的剪切变稀 黏度调节剂为使墨水的剪切变稀的指数控制在 2.5~5的物质。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述剪切变稀黏度调 节剂选自: 魔芋胶、 黄原胶、 瓜儿胶、 树胶、 丙烯酸乳液和改性聚多糖中 的一种或多种组合。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的 (c)的黏度稳定 剂选自: 三乙醇氨、 氨水和尿素中的一种或几种组合。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的 (d)的保湿润湿 剂选自: 甘油、 乙二醇、 聚乙二醇 200、 聚乙二醇 400、 聚乙二醇 600、 聚 乙二醇 800、 山梨醇和木糖醇中的一种或多种组合。
9、 一种如权利要求 1 所述的组合物的制备方法, 其特征在于, 其包 括如下步骤: 将所述可接受量的去离子水和可逆温变颜料搅拌分散均匀, 接着用离心法分离分散液, 控制可逆温变颜料颗粒 1〜6微米, 得到可逆 温变颜料分散液或者可逆温变微胶囊; 将其余的去离子水, 防腐防霉剂, 分散剂, 保湿润湿剂和黏度稳定剂混合搅拌后加入可逆温变颜料分散液或 可逆温变微胶囊, 并在搅拌状态下加入剪切变稀黏度调节剂, 并随黏度的 提高, 适当提高搅拌速度, 搅拌混合得到所述混合物。
10、 一种如权利要求 1〜8 所述的组合物所制得的可逆温变可擦中性 墨水。
