Definitions
- the present invention includes a sacroiliac joint belt that is wrapped around the sacroiliac joint of the pelvis, and a hip belt that wraps around the lower side of the buttocks while lifting the buttocks of the wearer or a waist back belt that is wrapped around the waist and back of the wearer Further, the present invention relates to a sacroiliac joint protection belt that corrects the pelvic forward tilt and has excellent hold performance for the pelvis.
- the pelvis is composed of a sacrum and a pair of iliac bones connected to the left and right sides.
- the sacroiliac joint is a pair of left and right joints between the sacrum and a pair of left and right iliac bones, located at the base of the spine and firmly connected by the surrounding ligaments, Movement is possible. In response to various movements of the human body in everyday life, the sacroiliac joint moves slightly to balance and support the spine from the root.
- sacroiliac joints When such sacroiliac joints are subjected to loads due to unnatural movements, such as working at the middle waist, the sacroiliac joints are subject to minor incompatibility such as loosening and twisting, and this causes the root of the spine to Deviation occurs in the position and inclination of the pelvis that are directly supported.
- Typical examples of such pelvic position and tilt deviation include an anomaly called “forward tilt” of the pelvis and an anomaly called “back tilt” of the pelvis.

Since a pair of tightening belts in the lumbar belt of Patent Document 3 is also provided so as to overlap with the belt-like main body portion in order to strengthen tightening of the belt-like main body portion, it is essentially wound around a single ring shape. . These sacroiliac joint protection belts are wound in a state of surrounding a pair of left and right iliacs around the waist for the purpose of tightening the sacroiliac joint.
- the belt for protecting the sacroiliac joint that is wound around the waist in a single ring shape is inferior in the holdability with respect to the pelvis.
- “holding property” with respect to the pelvis means not only simply tightening the sacroiliac joint with a belt for protecting the sacroiliac joint but also holding the entire pelvis at the same time. If the holdability is inferior, firstly, the pelvis cannot be prevented from tilting forward or backward due to the load on the sacroiliac joint, and secondly, for example, sitting or crouching Every time, the winding position of the belt tends to be displaced with respect to the pelvis. Further, the sacroiliac joint protecting belt wound around the waist in a single ring shape cannot be expected to sufficiently correct the forward and backward tilting of the pelvis that has already occurred.
