- the tray standby unit 258 is provided with an information communication terminal 259 capable of information communication with the storage medium 44 attached to the tray 40. Therefore, the communication between the information communication terminal 259 and the storage medium 44 allows the host controller 20 to grasp the identification information given to the tray 40 that has reached the tray standby unit 258, and associate the prescription with the identification information. it can.
- the receiving opening 254 and the discharging opening 256 are each opened to a position sufficiently higher than the height of the tray 40. Therefore, if the receiving opening 254 and the discharge opening 256 remain open when the medicine box is put into the tray 40 waiting in the tray standby unit 258 from the medicine dispensing outlet 180, the openings 254 and 256 are passed through these openings. There is a concern that the medicine box will pop out of the tray 40. Therefore, in this modified example, as shown in FIG. 18, the receiving openings 254 and the discharge openings 256 are closed at the timing when the medicine box is inserted into the tray 40 from the medicine dispensing outlet 180, and the shutters 260 and 262 are opened after the medicine box is inserted. Is provided. Accordingly, the medicine box can be prevented from jumping out from the receiving opening 254 and the discharging opening 256 without hindering the supply and discharging of the tray 40 in the tray standby unit 258.
- the lifter 252 provided in the tray sorting apparatus 250 described above will be described in more detail.
- the lifter 252 has a pair of claw members 270 and 270 provided along the left and right side surfaces of the tray sorting device 250, and supports the edge 40 a of the tray 40 from below by these members.
- the tray 40 can be supported substantially horizontally.
- a moving mechanism (not shown) for moving the claw members 270 and 270 upward is provided. Therefore, by moving the pair of claw members 270 and 270 supporting the tray 40 from both sides upward, the tray 40 can be moved upward while maintaining substantially horizontal.
- the claw member 270 is supported so as to be rotatable about the support shaft 270a.
- the claw member 270 is always urged by a spring or the like (not shown) so that the tip 270b protrudes from the side surface of the tray sorting device 250 toward the space (tray placement space 250a) where the tray 40 is placed.
- the claw member 270 is in a state where the base end portion 270c is in contact with the inner side surface of the tray distribution device 250 at all times, that is, in a state where the claw member 270 is substantially horizontal and protrudes toward the tray arrangement space 250a.
- the claw member 270 When the tray 40 arranged in the tray standby unit 258 is lifted by the tray sorting apparatus 250, the claw member 270 is lowered with the claw member 270 substantially horizontal and the leading end 270b protruding toward the tray arrangement space 250a. Let Thereby, the claw member 270 first comes into contact with the edge 40a of the tray 40 from above. Thereafter, when the claw member 270 is further lowered, the claw member 270 rotates around the support shaft 270a and is pushed up by the edge 40a of the tray 40 as shown in FIG. When the claw member 270 is further lowered to the lower position beyond the edge 40a of the tray 40 in this state, the claw member 270 is brought into the original substantially horizontal posture by the urging force acting on the claw member 270. As a result, the edge 40a of the tray 40 is supported by the claw member 270 from below.
- the claw member 270 has a shape in which the base end portion 270c does not protrude toward the tray arrangement space 250a even when pushed up as shown in FIG. As a result, even if the medicine box protrudes outward from the edge 40a of the tray 40, the claw member 270 does not interfere with the edge 40a of the tray 40, and the tray 40 can be reliably lifted.
- the above-described drug dispensing system 10 has a tray storage device 300 (container container storage) that enables the trays 40 sent from the medicine box dispensing device 30 side to be sequentially stacked and stored at the delivery window 60 for the complete prescription.
- a device may be provided (see FIG. 21).
- the tray storage device 300 is provided with a tray reaching portion 304 provided so as to be continuous with the terminal end portion of the transport device 80 via a receiving port 302 provided on a side surface.
- the tray storage device 300 is provided with a lifter 306 having the same configuration as the lifter 252 of the tray sorting device 250 described above, and the tray 40 that has reached the tray arrival unit 304 can be sequentially lifted upward and stored. it can.
- the tray reaching unit 304 is provided with an information communication terminal 308 capable of information communication with the storage medium 44 attached to the tray 40. Therefore, the communication between the storage medium 44 and the information communication terminal 308 makes it possible to accurately grasp which prescription the tray 40 that has reached the tray arrival unit 304 is.
- the tray storage device 300 is arranged between two adjacent delivery windows 60 and 60 provided for the complete prescription (between the delivery windows 60a and 60b and between the delivery windows 60i and 60j in the example of FIG. 2). It can be shared at the delivery windows 60 and 60. That is, the tray storage device 300 is released toward both delivery windows 60 and 60, and the tray 40 stored in a stacked state can be taken out from either delivery window 60 or 60 side. Yes.
- a notification device 310 for each storage position of each tray 40 stacked in the vertical direction, a notification device 310 is provided for notifying the situation relating to the tray 40 stored in that position. ing.
- a light emitting device such as a light emitting diode (LED) is used as the notification device 310, and the situation regarding the tray 40 can be distinguished and notified according to the light emission state.
- the notification device 310 is instructed to take out the tray 40 by blinking in green, and the prescription relating to the tray 40 is divided and prescribed by turning on in green. Notification is made that the other tray 40 is waiting.
- the notification device 310 can be lit red to notify that the tray 40 is to be removed because the prescription is unknown. Specifically, even if the tray 40 has been stored in the tray storage device 300, a medicine box or the like that is different from the prescription is put into the tray 40 that has been once extracted from the tray storage device 300 and returned. There is a possibility. In such a case, if no warning is issued as it is, there is a possibility that a medicine box or the like that is thrown in later will be delivered by mistake. Therefore, in the tray storage device 300, when it is assumed that the tray 40 is once extracted from the tray storage device 300 and then returned after performing some kind of treatment, the notification device 310 is lit in red. Is going to give a warning.
- the tray 40 is extracted from the tray storage device 300 on the condition that the time until the tray 40 is once extracted from the tray storage device 300 and then returned is a predetermined time (for example, 3 seconds) or longer.
- the notification device 310 is turned on in red because there is a possibility that it was returned after some kind of treatment was performed.
- the condition for notifying by the notification device 310 that the predetermined time has elapsed after the tray 40 is extracted is that the tray 40 is safely placed in the tray storage device 300 as soon as it is noticed that the tray 40 is misplaced. This is for avoiding notification that the tray 40 has been extracted until it is clear that the tray 40 has been returned.
- the notification device 310 is provided on both sides (both delivery gateways 60 and 60 side) for each storage position, and is capable of reporting information about the tray 40 in association with each delivery gateway 60 and 60. Specifically, in the case of the tray 40 containing medicine boxes to be delivered on the delivery window 60a side, the notification device 310 on the delivery window 60a side blinks in green, but the other delivery window 60b side adjacent to the delivery window 60a side. In the notification device 310, the notification device 310 is not turned on. Thereby, it is possible to intuitively and surely grasp which tray 40 stored in which tray storage apparatus 300 contains the medicine box to be delivered at which delivery window 60, 60. . Therefore, one tray storage device 300 can handle two windows.
- the medicine collecting unit 128 includes a main conveyor 330 and an elevating conveyor 332 provided so as to be adjacent to the main conveyor 330. Further, a conveyance shutter 334 is provided between the main conveyor 330 and the elevating conveyor 332. By opening the transport shutter 334, the medicine box can be moved from the main conveyor 330 side to the lifting conveyor 332 side.
- the main conveyor 330 is a conveyor on which a medicine box paid out from the storage / dispensing device 120 is mounted and driven in a substantially horizontal direction.
- the elevating conveyor 332 is a conveyor provided at a position adjacent to the downstream side with respect to the main conveyor 330, and is capable of elevating in a state where a medicine box is mounted. Therefore, after raising the lifting conveyor 332 that has received the medicine box, the conveying surface of the lifting conveyor 332 is driven, so that the installation position of the main conveyor 330 is used for dispensing the medicine box from the medicine box dispensing device 30 to the tray 40.
- the medicine box can be dispensed from the medicine dispensing outlet 180 provided above. In other words, the medicine boxes dispensed from the storage / dispensing device 120 are collected on the elevating conveyor 332 by the main conveyor 330 and then can be dispensed from the elevating conveyor 332 toward the tray 40 at a stretch.
- the lifting conveyor 332 is not present at a position adjacent to the main conveyor 330, that is, the lifting conveyor 332 is present at the rising position. In this case, if the main conveyor 330 is driven without any consideration, a medicine box delivery failure to the lifting conveyor 332 occurs. On the other hand, if the operation of the main conveyor 330 is completely stopped until the elevating conveyor 332 reaches the lowered position, a time loss is generated accordingly.
- the lifting / lowering conveyor 332 is in the raised position when the medicine box is paid out from the storage / dispensing device 120 to the main conveyor 330, the medicine box is transported to the vicinity of the transport shutter 334 in advance (the medicine box). Integration operation). Thereafter, when the elevating conveyor 332 is ready, that is, when the elevating conveyor 332 reaches the lowered position, the main conveyor 330 is temporarily stopped, and after the conveyance shutter 334 is opened, normal chemical conveyance is started.
- the load acting on the transport shutter 334 is reduced by operating the transport surface of the main conveyor 330 at a slower speed than during normal medicine box transport. Specifically, for example, the conveyance speed is reduced to about 1/2 to 1/3 of the normal conveyance.
- movement is started from the dispensing start time of the medicine box in the accommodation / dispensing device 120. Thereby, even if a plurality of medicine boxes are paid out from the lower one of the medicine passages 122 constituting the storage / dispensing device 120, a phenomenon in which the medicine boxes are stacked in one place on the main conveyor 330 is avoided. be able to.
- the medicine boxes are delivered from the main conveyor 330 to the elevating conveyor 332 by operating the main conveyor 330 at a normal conveyance speed.
- the driving time of the main conveyor 330 at this time can be shortened according to the time (the required accumulation time ts) for operating the main conveyor 330 for the medicine box stacking operation. That is, when the operation time of the main conveyor 330 required for delivering the medicine box to the lifting conveyor 332 in the normal state without the medicine box accumulation operation is the normal time T1, the medicine box accumulation operation is performed.
- the operation time of the main conveyor 330 (the time required for accumulation T2) required for delivering the medicine box to the elevating conveyor 332 is shorter than the normal required time T1.
- the medicine dispensing system 10 can include the medicine collecting unit 128 including the main conveyor 330 and the elevating conveyor 332 provided so as to be adjacent to the main conveyor 330.
- the medicine collecting unit 128 including the main conveyor 330 and the elevating conveyor 332 provided so as to be adjacent to the main conveyor 330.
- the medicine boxes transferred to the elevating conveyor 332 are arranged in series in the transport direction, the number of medicine boxes that can be mounted on the elevating conveyor 332 becomes extremely limited. Therefore, it is desirable that the medicine boxes mounted on the lifting conveyor 332 be randomly arranged.
- the main conveyor 330 is stopped and the conveying surface of the lifting conveyor 332 is set upstream (the main conveyor 330 side) and By performing the reciprocating operation to the downstream side, it is possible to randomly arrange the medicine boxes on the lifting conveyor 332. Further, a step or an inclination is provided at the boundary between the main conveyor 330 and the elevating conveyor 332, or a curtain or the like that hits the medicine box is hung at the boundary between the main conveyor 330 and the elevating conveyor 332 or in the middle of the conveying direction of the elevating conveyor 332 By lowering, etc., it becomes possible to arrange medicine boxes even more randomly.
- a divided prescription (hereinafter also referred to as “tray divided prescription”) in which a medicine box for one prescription is divided into a plurality of trays 40 according to the capacity of the tray 40 can be implemented.
- the main conveyor 330 and the lifting conveyor 332 are provided as the medicine collecting means 128 as described above, the amount of medicine boxes that can be mounted on the transporting surface of the lifting conveyor 332 is calculated as a reference, and is necessary. Accordingly, a division prescription (hereinafter also referred to as “conveyor division prescription”) that is divided into a plurality of times and activated by the lifting conveyor 332 can be carried out.
- the number of payouts by the elevating conveyor 332 reaches a predetermined number (for example, 2 times), and the total volume of the medicine boxes put into the single tray 40 It is desirable to replace the tray 40 on the condition that either of the above satisfies a predetermined ratio (for example, 1/4) with respect to the volume of the tray 40 is satisfied.
- the payout by the elevating conveyor 332 has not reached twice while the tray 40 is replaced every time the payout by the elevating conveyor 332 is performed twice. Even if it is (that is, the first time), the tray 40 is replaced when the total volume of the medicine boxes put in the tray 40 exceeds 1/4 of the volume of the tray 40. Accordingly, the tray 40 is replaced more than necessary even when there is an excess space in the conveyor division prescription, and the operation of collecting the medicine boxes put in each tray 40 is prevented from occurring. Inconveniences such as overflowing medicine boxes from 40 can be prevented.

That is, in step 5-9, the number of times of division and conveyance by the elevating conveyor 332 is increased by one. Further, a process for setting the total area At to 0 is performed. That is, the total area At is reset in order to derive the mounting condition on the lifting conveyor 332 related to the newly increased division number. Thereafter, in step 5-10, it is confirmed whether or not the conveyor division number Nb is larger than 2. If the conveyor division number Nb is greater than 2, the control flow proceeds to step 5-11 described in detail later. If the conveyor division number Nb is 2 or less, the control flow proceeds to step 5-4. .
- step 5-4 the total volume Vt is obtained by adding the volume of the i-th medicine box (Vt + box volume (i) ) Is updated. That is, a calculation process for deriving the total volume when it is assumed that the i-th medicine box is mounted on the lifting conveyor 332 is performed. Thereafter, in step 5-5, it is confirmed whether or not the total volume Vt when the i-th medicine box is added exceeds the upper limit of volume.
- the control flow proceeds to step 5-6, which will be described in detail later, and if it exceeds the upper limit of the volume, the control flow proceeds to step 5-11.
- step 5-6 the conveyor division number Nb (i) and the tray division number Ns (i) for the i-th medicine box are respectively divided into conveyors.
- the number Nb and the tray division number Ns are set.
- step 5-7 processing is performed to increase the medicine box number i by 1.

Specifically, when it is determined in step 7-9 that the patient has come to the delivery window 60 to pick up the medicine, the notification device provided in the storage container retention shelf 500 based on a command from the host controller 20 It is possible to notify which arrangement unit 514 the tray 40 is prepared using 518.
- the notification device 518 is directly operated by a command from the host control device 20, it is assumed that a plurality of notification devices 518 are operated, resulting in confusion.
- the notification device 518 is activated. The location of the delivery tray 40 can be notified accurately using the notification device 518 without causing the confusion as described above.
- the notification device 518 for example, where the delivery tray 40 is present in the storage container retention shelf 500 may be notified by the window terminal 90 provided in the delivery window 60.
- Step 7-11 it is confirmed at the delivery window 60 that the medicine has been delivered to the patient. Specifically, when delivering a medicine to a patient, information (delivery completion information) that the person in charge of the desk has completed delivery of the medicine is inputted via the window terminal 90. The delivery completion information is transmitted from the window terminal 90 to the host control device 20. By receiving delivery completion information, the host controller 20 grasps that delivery of the medicine has been completed for this prescription. When it is confirmed that the medicine has been delivered to the patient, a series of flows is completed.
- the container storage shelf 70 is occupied by the patient's tray 40 even if there is a patient who does not come to receive the medicine for a long time after completion of the dispensing by providing the container container shelf 500. It is possible to prevent the storage container storage shelf 70 from being used effectively. Thereby, the delivery work in the delivery window 60 can be made even smoother.
- the payout note 540 includes a title 540a, a window number 540b of the delivery window 60, a patient name 540c, a gender / age 540d, a medical department 540e, a mark 540f indicating the medical department 540e, various comments 540g, a bar code 540h.
- the information such as the position 540i of the medicine shelf 50, the medicine name 540j, the dispensed quantity 540k, the standard amount 540l, the dosage method 540m, the dosage name 540n, the prescription amount 540o (single dose), and the like can be printed.
- the prescription from which the medical department 540e differs is contained, it is preferable to distinguish and describe so that the content of prescription can be understood for every medical department.
- the payout note 540 is divided into upper and lower areas by broken lines, and the medical department 540e is made different for each area.
- a mark schematically representing the hand is displayed as the corresponding medicine name. It is attached next to.
- Examples of drugs that require attention include the drugs prepared by the person in charge of dispensing from the drug shelf 50 as well as missing drugs, children and the elderly at the delivery counter 60, etc. Drugs that must be instructed, drugs that need to be stored in a specific environment such as a cold place, and the like are assumed.
- Step 8-1 When a cancel prescription occurs, first, in step 8-1, the predecessor data regarding the prescription related to the cancel prescription is specified by searching from a large number of prescription data processed by the host controller 20 in the drug dispensing system 10. . When the specification of the prescription data is completed, the control flow proceeds to step 8-2.
- Step 8-2 it is confirmed whether or not dispensing by the medicine box dispensing device 30 has been started for dispensing related to the cancellation prescription.
- the control flow proceeds to step 8-3, and if started, the control flow proceeds to step 8-4.
- Step 8-3 In step 8-3, a command is issued from the host control device 20 to the control terminal 22 of the medicine box dispensing device 30 so that the medicine box dispensing device 30 does not dispense the canceled prescription. Thereby, the dispensing about the cancellation prescription in the medicine box dispensing device 30 is stopped.
- Step 8-4 After dispensing by the medicine box dispensing device 30, at the time when the tray 40 is placed on the storage container storage shelf 70, it is notified that the tray 40 contains the medicine related to the cancellation prescription. .
- the notification that the tray 40 is related to the cancellation prescription can be performed by various methods, but may be an appropriate method such as a method of notification by the notification device 78.
- the dispensing by the medicine box dispensing device 30 can be canceled as much as possible to contribute to speeding up the dispensing operation. Even if it is impossible or difficult to cancel the dispensing by the medicine box dispensing device 30, it is possible to clearly communicate to the operator that the prescription is canceled and to process it appropriately.
- ⁇ Modification for improving the prescription rate In the drug dispensing system 10, generally, the ratio of the prescriptions (complete prescriptions) that can collect all of the prescriptions that are only dispensed by the medicine box dispensing device 30 out of all the prescriptions that perform the dispensing operation ( The higher the prescription rate, the more efficient the dispensing operation. Therefore, in order to improve the complete prescription rate, statistical data on the type and quantity of drugs used for prescription over a predetermined period (for example, one month) is derived, and medicine box dispensing is based on this statistical data It is preferable to adjust the type and quantity of the medicine prepared in the device 30.
- a tray 40 for a prescription (incomplete prescription) in which a part of the medicine to be dispensed by the medicine box dispensing apparatus 30 cannot be prepared by dispensing by the medicine box dispensing apparatus 30 is used.
- the lifter 252 is used for storage.
- the tray 40 relating to the prescription (complete prescription) in which all medicines to be dispensed can be collected by the medicine box dispensing device 30 is transferred from the tray distribution device 250 to the tray storage device 300 and stored.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the tray sorting apparatus 250 may store not only the incomplete prescription tray 40 but also the complete prescription tray 40.
- the operator distinguishes whether the tray 40 stored in the tray sorting apparatus 250 is related to an incomplete prescription or a complete prescription. There is a possibility that it cannot be done instantly. In order to cope with such a problem, it is desirable to be able to easily specify whether the tray 40 stored in the tray sorting apparatus 250 is a prescription related to a complete prescription or an incomplete prescription.
- the display form of the display unit 272 provided in the tray sorting apparatus 250 can be clearly different depending on, for example, whether the prescription is a complete prescription or an incomplete prescription.
- a method of clearly indicating the complete prescription and incomplete prescription a method of inverting the display color according to the complete prescription and incomplete prescription, or a combination of these methods should be adopted. Is possible. Thus, even when both the incomplete prescription and the complete prescription tray 40 are handled by the tray distribution device 250, the operator can smoothly perform the dispensing operation without being confused.
- the medicine box dispensing device 30 described above has a function of collecting medicines prepared in one or a plurality of medicine passages 122 selected from the plurality of medicine passages 122 provided in the storage / dispensing device 120. . Further, when the medicine box dispensing device 30 is provided with a medicine collection function, it is preferable that the medicine passage 122 for collecting medicine can be designated by the passage number assigned to each medicine passage 122. In addition, for a medicine that is frequently prescribed, an operation in which a plurality of medicine passages 122 are assigned to a single kind of medicine in order to prepare a large number of medicines in the storage / dispensing device 120 can be considered.
- the configuration is such that the drug passage 122 for collecting the drug can be designated by the passage number or the like, a single type of drug is prepared across the plurality of drug passages 122. In this case, it is necessary to designate the drug passages 122 one by one, and the work efficiency is not good.
- the medicine passage 122 for collecting the medicine is designated by the passage number or the like.
- the medicine to be collected can be designated by the name and code number, and the medicine prepared in each medicine passage 122 related to the designated medicine can be collected.
- the medicine box dispensing apparatus 30 As the medicine boxes handled in the medicine dispensing system 10 and the medicine box dispensing apparatus 30 described above, various shapes and cases other than a rectangular parallelepiped or a cubic box can be adopted. Specifically, it can be a cylindrical bottle. Further, the medicine box is not necessarily made of paper, and may be made of resin or the like.
- the medicine box dispensing device 30 may be capable of being loaded by the loading device 130 with respect to all the drug passages 122 constituting the container dispensing device 120, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the container is dispensed.
- a medicine box may be prepared manually. Specifically, for example, a medicine box may be manually prepared in the medicine passage 122 assigned to the medicine box made of a resin bottle or the like.
- the medicine dispensing apparatus 30 there is a possibility that prescription data may be input so as to prescribe a prescribed number or more of the same type of medicine boxes.
- the medicine box dispensing apparatus 30 decreases at a stretch, and there is a possibility that the replenishment of the inventory or the like must be performed frequently. . Therefore, for a prescription in which a quantity (package quantity) packaged in advance in a delivery state from a supplier or the like is prescribed, and a medicine box of the same type must be dispensed more than the package quantity, the medicine box dispensing apparatus 30 It is also possible to perform processing such as separately preparing and dispensing from the medicine shelf 50 etc.
- the drug dispensing system of the present invention can be suitably used in hospitals and pharmacies that dispense a large amount of prescriptions.

Abstract
