Abstract
La présente invention concerne une structure de moule de coulage de barrettes destinée à un accumulateur, qui permet d'assurer un apport de plomb fondu à une température uniforme en vue de mettre en oeuvre un soudage de barrettes stable pendant la formation des barrettes, et d'évacuer le plomb fondu recueilli par l'intermédiaire d'un bloc de canaux. La présente invention permet d'assurer un apport continu et à un niveau uniforme du plomb fondu, introduit dans une cavité de moule pour former une barrette, ce qui a pour effet de stabiliser la température et l'énergie calorique du plomb fondu, et permet de couler la barrette à une vitesse constante. Par conséquent, la texture entière de la barrette devient uniforme et les barrettes ne présentent pratiquement aucune différence de poids, ce qui permet d'améliorer la qualité marchande de l'accumulateur. De plus, la présente invention est très utile, car, comme le plomb fondu peut être recueilli, non pas au moyen du moule, mais par l'intermédiaire du bloc de canaux qui présente toujours un état de température élevée, il est superflu d'installer un dispositif chauffant séparé pour prévenir le durcissement du plomb fondu, et le moule ne nécessite pas d'espace séparé pour recueillir le plomb fondu, ce qui permet de réduire la taille du moule et facilite la fabrication de celui-ci.
