Abstract

La présente invention concerne une structure de moule de coulage de barrettes destinée à un accumulateur, qui permet d'assurer un apport de plomb fondu à une température uniforme en vue de mettre en oeuvre un soudage de barrettes stable pendant la formation des barrettes, et d'évacuer le plomb fondu recueilli par l'intermédiaire d'un bloc de canaux. La présente invention permet d'assurer un apport continu et à un niveau uniforme du plomb fondu, introduit dans une cavité de moule pour former une barrette, ce qui a pour effet de stabiliser la température et l'énergie calorique du plomb fondu, et permet de couler la barrette à une vitesse constante. Par conséquent, la texture entière de la barrette devient uniforme et les barrettes ne présentent pratiquement aucune différence de poids, ce qui permet d'améliorer la qualité marchande de l'accumulateur.
