Abstract

La pièce profilée (4) comprend un segment d'étanchéité (6) tubulaire, le cas échéant cintré selon l'angle, qui est relié à un segment d'étanchéité tubulaire du cordon d'étanchéité (1) ou qui relie des segments d'étanchéité (5) tubulaires des cordons d'étanchéité (1). L'outil de formage comprend un élément formant noyau (7), servant à réaliser l'intérieur du segment d'étanchéité (6) tubulaire, qui peut être déplacé à travers un orifice (13) dans le segment d'étanchéité (6) tubulaire de la pièce profilée (4) pour le démoulage. Selon l'invention, l'élément formant noyau (7) peut être démonté pour le démoulage et déplacé sous forme de parties d'élément (8‑10) à travers l'orifice (13).
