- 제8항에 있어서,상기 구동유닛은,상기 선루프의 개폐방향에 대해 나란하게 상기 차량에 설치되는 레일부재;상기 레일부재에 대해 상기 지지유닛을 구동시키되, 상기 가이드유닛과 연결되어 상기 레일부재에 대해 상기 지지유닛을 경사지게 이격되도록 안내함과 아울러 상기 지지유닛을 상기 레일부재 측으로 밀착시키도록 안내하는 구동부재;상기 레일부재를 따라 상기 구동부재가 가동되는 가동력을 제공하는 가동부재; 및상기 선루프의 개폐방향을 기준으로 상기 지지유닛의 전방에 설치되어 상기 레일부재를 따라 이동되는 구동슈;를 포함하는 선루프용 개폐장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 가이드유닛은,상기 구동부재에 경사지게 마련된 경사레일을 따라 이동되도록 상기 지지유닛에 마련되어, 상기 지지유닛이 상기 선루프의 폐쇄 및 경사 자세 사이에서 이동됨을 가이드하는 제1가이더;상기 선루프의 개폐방향을 기준으로 상기 제1가이더로부터 후방으로 이격된 위치에서 상기 구동부재로부터 돌출된 구동돌기와 맞물리도록 상기 지지유닛에 경사지게 마련되어, 상기 지지유닛이 상기 선루프의 폐쇄 및 개방 자세 사이에서 이동됨을 가이드하는 제2가이더;상기 선루프의 개폐방향을 기준으로 상기 지지유닛의 전방에 돌출 형성되어, 상기 구동부재가 상기 레일부재를 따라 상기 선루프의 전방으로 이동되는 범위를 간섭하는 제3가이더; 및상기 선루프의 개폐방향을 기준으로 상기 지지유닛의 후방에 돌출 형성되어, 상기 구동부재가 상기 레일부재를 따라 상기 선루프의 후방으로 이동되는 범위를 간섭함과 아울러 상기 지지유닛을 상기 구동부재의 이동력에 연동시키는 제4가이더;를 포함하는 선루프용 개폐장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 레일부재는, 상기 가동부재에 의해 상기 구동부재가 이동되는 제1구동레일 및, 상기 폐쇄 자세에서 상기 제4가이더가 삽입된 상태로 이동되는 제2구동레일이 마련되며,상기 제2구동레일에는 상기 제4가이더가 상기 레일부재의 내외를 출입 가능하도록 가이드홀이 형성되는 선루프용 개폐장치.
