図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和装置100の設置例を示す概略図である。図1に基づいて、空気調和装置100の設置例について説明する。この空気調和装置100は、冷媒(熱源側冷媒、熱媒体)を循環させる冷凍サイクル(冷媒循環回路A、熱媒体循環回路B)を利用することで各室内機が暖房運転又は冷房運転を自由に選択できるようになっている。図1では、複数台の室内機3を接続している空気調和装置100の全体を概略的に示している。なお、図1を含め、以下の図面では各構成部材の大きさの関係が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。また、図1及び後述の図において、同一の符号を付したものは、同一の又はこれに相当するものであり、これは明細書の全文において共通している。更に、明細書全文に表れている構成要素の形態は、あくまで例示であってこれらの記載に限定されるものではない。
室外機1には、圧縮機10と、四方弁等の第1冷媒流路切替装置11と、熱源側熱交換器12と、アキュムレーター19とが冷媒配管4で直列に接続されて搭載されている。また、室外機1には、冷媒用接続配管4a、冷媒用接続配管4b、逆止弁13a、逆止弁13b、逆止弁13c、及び、逆止弁13dが設けられている。冷媒用接続配管4a、冷媒用接続配管4b、逆止弁13a、逆止弁13b、逆止弁13c、及び、逆止弁13dを設けることで、室内機3の要求する運転が暖房又は冷房に関わらず、中継機2に流入させる熱源側冷媒の流れを一定方向にすることができる。
室内機3には、それぞれ利用側熱交換器35が搭載されている。この利用側熱交換器35は、熱媒体配管5によって中継機2の熱媒体流路切替装置32と熱媒体流路切替装置33とに接続するようになっている。この利用側熱交換器35は、図示省略のファン等の送風機から供給される空気と熱媒体との間で熱交換を行ない、室内空間7に供給するための暖房用空気又は冷房用空気を生成するものである。
中継機2には、2つ以上の熱媒体間熱交換器25(ここでは、熱媒体間熱交換器25a、熱媒体間熱交換器25bの2つ)と、2つの絞り装置26(26a、26b)と、2つの開閉装置(開閉装置27、開閉装置29)と、2つの第2冷媒流路切替装置28(28a、28b)と、2つの熱媒体搬送装置であるポンプ31(31a、31b)(以下ポンプ)と、4つの一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40(40a~40d)と、が搭載されている。
空気調和装置100が実行する各運転モードについて説明する。この空気調和装置100は、各室内機3からの指示に基づいて、その室内機3で暖房運転又は冷房運転が可能になっている。つまり、空気調和装置100は、室内機3の全部で同一運転をすることができると共に、室内機3のそれぞれで異なる運転をすることができるようになっている。
1.全暖房運転モード(駆動している室内機3の全てが暖房運転を実行するモード)
2.全冷房運転モード(駆動している室内機3の全てが冷房運転を実行するモード)
3.暖房主体運転モード(冷房暖房混在運転モードであって、冷房負荷よりも暖房負荷の方が大きいモード)
4.冷房主体運転モード(冷房暖房混在運転モードであって、暖房負荷よりも冷房負荷の方が大きいモード)
図3は、本発明の実施の形態の空気調和装置100の全暖房運転モード時における冷媒の流れを示す冷媒回路図である。この図3では、利用側熱交換器35a~利用側熱交換器35dの全部が暖房運転しており、全部で温熱負荷が発生している場合を例に全暖房運転モードについて説明する。図3では、太線で表された配管が熱源側冷媒の流れる配管を示している。また、図3では、熱源側冷媒の流れ方向を実線矢印で、熱媒体の流れ方向を破線矢印で示している。
低温・低圧の冷媒が圧縮機10によって圧縮され、高温・高圧のガス冷媒となって圧縮機10から吐出される。圧縮機10から吐出された高温・高圧のガス冷媒は、第1冷媒流路切替装置11を通り、冷媒用接続配管4a及び逆止弁13dを通過し、室外機1から流出する。室外機1から流出した高温・高圧のガス冷媒は、冷媒配管4を通って中継機2に流入する。
全暖房運転モードでは、熱媒体間熱交換器25a及び熱媒体間熱交換器25bの双方で熱源側冷媒の温熱が熱媒体に伝えられ、暖められた熱媒体がポンプ31a及びポンプ31bによって熱媒体配管5内を流動させられることになる。ポンプ31a及びポンプ31bで加圧された熱媒体は、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40により流路を切り替えられて利用側熱交換器35a~利用側熱交換器35dに流入する。このとき、熱媒体間熱交換器25a側を通過した熱媒体が暖房する室内機3の合計した暖房容量と、熱媒体間熱交換器25b側を通過した熱媒体が暖房する室内機3の合計した暖房容量とがおよそ半分ずつに分けられるように流路を切り替えることが望ましい。
図4は、空気調和装置100の全冷房運転モード時における冷媒の流れを示す冷媒回路図である。この図4では、利用側熱交換器35a~利用側熱交換器35dの全部が冷房運転しており、全部で冷熱負荷が発生している場合を例に全冷房運転モードについて説明する。なお、図4では熱源側冷媒の流れ方向を実線矢印で、熱媒体の流れ方向を破線矢印で示している。
低温・低圧の冷媒が圧縮機10によって圧縮され、高温・高圧のガス冷媒となって圧縮機10から吐出される。圧縮機10から吐出された高温・高圧のガス冷媒は、第1冷媒流路切替装置11を通り、熱源側熱交換器12に流入する。熱源側熱交換器12に流入した冷媒は、外気との熱交換を行い、高温高圧の液又は二相冷媒となり、熱源側熱交換器12から流出する。熱源側熱交換器12から流出した冷媒は、逆止弁13aを通過した後、室外機1から流出する。室外機1から流出した高温・高圧の液又は二相冷媒は、冷媒配管4を通って中継機2に流入する。
全冷房運転モードでは、熱媒体間熱交換器25a及び熱媒体間熱交換器25bの双方で熱源側冷媒へ熱媒体の冷熱が伝えられ、冷却された熱媒体がポンプ31a及びポンプ31bによって熱媒体配管5内を流動させられることになる。ポンプ31a及びポンプ31bによって加圧された熱媒体は、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40により流路を切り替えられて利用側熱交換器35a~利用側熱交換器35dに流入する。このとき、熱媒体間熱交換器25a側を通過した熱媒体が冷房する室内機3の合計した冷房容量と、熱媒体間熱交換器25b側を通過した熱媒体が冷房する室内機3の合計した冷房容量とがおよそ半分ずつに分けられるように流路を切り替えることが望ましい。
以下、利用側熱交換器35のうちの何れかで温熱負荷が発生し、利用側熱交換器35のうちの残りで冷熱負荷が発生している場合である混在運転のうち、暖房主体運転モードについて説明する。
暖房主体運転モードでは、熱媒体間熱交換器25bで熱源側冷媒の温熱が熱媒体に伝えられ、暖められた熱媒体がポンプ31bによって熱媒体配管5内を流動させられることになる。また、暖房主体運転モードでは、熱媒体間熱交換器25aで熱源側冷媒の冷熱が熱媒体に伝えられ、冷やされた熱媒体がポンプ31aによって熱媒体配管5内を流動させられることになる。ポンプ31bで加圧されて流出した、暖められた熱媒体は、温熱負荷が発生している利用側熱交換器35に一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40を介して流入する。一方、ポンプ31aで加圧されて流出した、冷やされた熱媒体は、冷熱負荷が発生している利用側熱交換器35に一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40を介して流入する。
以下、利用側熱交換器35のうちの何れかで温熱負荷が発生し、利用側熱交換器35のうちの残りで冷熱負荷が発生している場合である混在運転のうち、冷房主体運転モードについて説明する。
次に、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の具体的な構造について説明する。
図7は、図1の中継機2に設けられた一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の説明図である。図7(a)は、4つの一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40(40a~40d)を示しており、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40と熱媒体間熱交換器25及び室内機3のそれぞれとの接続構成の概念斜視図である。図7(b)は、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の縦断面図を示している。また、図8は、図7の弁体44の構成を示す概念図である。
1.室内機3を熱媒体間熱交換器25a側に接続する場合
2.室内機3を熱媒体間熱交換器25b側に接続する場合
3.室内機3を熱媒体循環回路Bから切り離す場合
図9は、図1の中継機2に設けられた一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40を熱媒体間熱交換器25a側へ切り替えた状態における一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の弁体44の回転停止位置及び熱媒体の流れの説明図である。図9(a)は、4つの一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40a~40dを示しており、図9(b)には、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の縦断面図を示している。なお、図9において熱媒体の流れ方向を実線矢印で示している。
図10は、図1の中継機2に設けられた一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40を熱媒体間熱交換器25b側へ切り替えた状態における一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の回転停止位置及び熱媒体の流れの説明図である。図10(a)は、4つの一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40a~40dを示しており、図10(b)には、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の縦断面図を示している。なお、図10において熱媒体の流れ方向を実線矢印で示している。
運転を停止している室内機3に対しては、熱媒体が搬送されないようにし、利用側熱交換器35で熱媒体と室内空気との熱交換が行われないようにする必要がある。このため、一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40により室内機3を熱媒体循環回路Bから切り離すようにしている。以下、室内機3を熱媒体循環回路Bから切り離す場合の一体化熱媒体流路切替装置40の動作について説明する。
Claims (9)
- 圧縮機、熱源側熱交換器、複数の絞り装置、及び、複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の冷媒側流路を冷媒配管で接続して熱源側冷媒を循環させる冷媒循環回路と、
複数のポンプ、複数の利用側熱交換器、及び、前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の熱媒体側流路を熱媒体配管で接続して熱媒体を循環させる複数の熱媒体循環回路と、
前記複数の利用側熱交換器のそれぞれに対応して複数ずつ設けられ、前記利用側熱交換器を前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の何れかに接続して熱媒体の流路を切り替える熱媒体流路切替装置と備え、
前記複数の利用側熱交換器が個別に前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の何れかに接続されて暖房運転又は冷房運転が可能な空気調和装置であって、
前記複数の利用側熱交換器のそれぞれ毎に、複数の前記熱媒体流路切替装置の全部又は一部を一体化した一体化熱媒体流路切替装置を有し、前記一体化熱媒体流路切替装置を一つの駆動装置で駆動するようにした
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記一体化熱媒体流路切替装置は、
前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器のそれぞれ毎に設けられ、前記熱媒体熱交換器と前記複数の利用側熱交換器の何れかとの間の流路となる一対の熱媒体搬送主管と、
複数の前記一対の熱媒体搬送主管に交差する弁室を有するボディと、
軸状を成し、前記弁室に軸回転可能に配置された弁体とを備え、
前記弁体は、
前記弁体の回転停止位置に応じて複数の前記一対の熱媒体搬送主管の何れかに連通する一対の選択側開口と、
前記利用側熱交換器の入口側に接続される室内機側入口開口と、
前記一対の選択側開口が複数の前記一対の熱媒体搬送主管のそれぞれに連通した状態で前記利用側熱交換器の出口側に連通する複数の室内機側出口開口と
を有し、
前記弁体内には、
前記一対の選択側開口の一方と前記室内機側入口開口とを連通する往き流路と、
前記複数の室内機側出口開口のそれぞれと前記一対の選択側開口の他方とを接続する複数の戻り選択流路と
が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記一対の選択側開口及び前記複数の室内機側出口開口は、前記弁体の外周面に設けられ、
前記室内機側入口開口が前記弁体の軸方向の端部に設けられており、
前記往き流路と前記複数の戻り選択流路との間に断熱壁を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記弁体は、回転停止位置に応じて、前記一対の選択側開口と前記一対の熱媒体搬送主管との連通面積が変化して前記利用側熱交換器に流れる熱媒体の流量を調整する流量調整機能を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記弁体は、前記一対の選択側開口が複数の前記一対の熱媒体搬送主管の何れにも連通しない回転停止位置に停止して前記利用側熱交換器を前記熱媒体循環回路から切り離す機能を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2~請求項4の何れか一項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の全てが凝縮器として作用する全暖房運転モードと、
前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の全てが蒸発器として作用する全冷房運転モードと、
前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の一部が凝縮器として作用し、前記複数の熱媒体間熱交換器の他の一部が蒸発器として作用する冷房暖房混在運転モードと、を備え、
冷房暖房混在運転モードでは、前記利用側熱交換器が冷房から暖房へ、又は、前記暖房から冷房へ切り替わる際、運転が切り替わる前記利用側熱交換器に対応する前記駆動装置が駆動して熱媒体の流路を切り替える
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項5の何れか一項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記熱源側冷媒は、単一冷媒、擬似共沸混合冷媒、非共沸混合冷媒、自然冷媒を含む二相変化を伴う冷媒、超臨界となる冷媒、の何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項6の何れか一項に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記熱媒体は、不凍液、水、不凍液と水との混合液、水と防食効果を有する添加剤との混合液、の何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項7の何れか一項に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記駆動装置はステッピングモータであることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項8の何れか一項に記載の空気調和装置。
