Abstract
Description
先ず、本実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置が搭載される車両の全体構成について、図1を参照して説明する。ここに図1は、本実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置が搭載される車両の全体構成を示す概略図である。
次に、上述したモータジェネレータMGが実現し得る2つの特性について、図3から図6を参照して説明する。ここに図3は、特性A時のロータの構成を示す拡大断面図であり、図4は、特性B時のロータの構成を示す拡大断面図である。また図5は、特性Aとされたモータジェネレータにおけるトルクと回転数との関係を示すグラフであり、図6は、特性Bとされたモータジェネレータにおけるトルクと回転数との関係を示すグラフである。
次に、本実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の一例であるECU100の具体的な構成について、図7を参照して説明する。ここに図7は、本実施形態に係るECUの構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図7では、ECU100に含まれる要素のうち本実施形態に関係の深いもののみを図示し、その他については適宜図示を省略している。
MG特性切替異常判定部130は、本発明の「特性切替え異常判定手段」の一例であり、MG特性切替制御部120による特性切替え制御において異常が発生しているか否かを判定する。MG特性切替異常判定部130は、それぞれ異なる異常状態を判定するものとして論理矛盾判定部131及び切替不能判定部132を備えている。
以下では、複数の実施形態を挙げて本実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作について説明する。なお、以下では、本実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置が実行する全ての処理のうち、本実施形態に特有の処理について詳細に説明し、その他の一般的な処理については適宜説明を省略するものとする。
先ず、第1実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作について、図8を参照して説明する。ここに図8は、第1実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作を示すフローチャートである。なお、図8では、MG特性切替え異常判定部130が判定する論理矛盾異常及び切替え不能異常の2種類の異常のうち、論理矛盾異常をトリガとする処理について説明する。
次に、第2実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作について、図15を参照して説明する。ここに図15は、第2実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作を示すフローチャートである。
次に、第3実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作について、図16を参照して説明する。ここに図16は、第3実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作を示すフローチャートである。
次に、第4実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作について、図17から図21を参照して説明する。
次に、第5実施形態に係る車両用電動機の制御装置の動作について、図22を参照して説明する。ここに図22は、特性切替え制御におけるバッテリ電圧の昇圧制御を示すフローチャートである。

Claims (8)
- トルクの出力上限が相異なる複数の特性を実現可能な電動機を制御する車両用電動機の制御装置であって、
前記電動機の特性を、出力上限が第1所定トルクである第1特性、及び出力上限が前記第1所定トルクより小さい第2所定トルクである第2特性の少なくとも2特性間で切替える特性切替え手段と、
前記電動機の特性の切替えに異常が発生しているか否かを判定する特性切替え異常判定手段と、
前記電動機の特性の切替えに異常が発生していると判定された場合に、前記電動機の特性に応じたフェールセーフ処理を実行するフェールセーフ実行手段と
を備えることを特徴とする車両用電動機の制御装置。 - 前記特性切替え異常判定手段は、(i)直前の前記電動機の特性の切替えによって切替えられるべき特性と、現在の前記電動機の特性とが互いに異なる場合に、前記電動機の特性に論理矛盾が発生していると判定する論理矛盾判定手段と、(ii)前記電動機の特性の切替えが実行できない状態になっている場合に、前記電動機の特性は切替え不能であると判定する切替え不能判定手段とを有し、
前記フェールセーフ実行手段は、前記論理矛盾に基づく前記フェールセーフ処理における前記電動機の特性の切替え頻度を、前記切替え不能に基づく前記フェールセーフ処理における前記電動機の特性の切替え頻度よりも高くする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電動機の制御装置。 - 前記電動機は、該電動機が搭載される車両の内燃機関の回転数を制御可能に構成され、
前記フェールセーフ実行手段は、前記異常が発生していると判定された際の前記電動機の特性が前記第2特性である場合に、前記フェールセーフ処理として前記電動機の駆動力制限を実行可能であり、
前記駆動力制限では、前記内燃機関が駆動中である場合よりも、前記内燃機関が停止中である場合の方が大きく制限される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用電動機の制御装置。 - 前記フェールセーフ実行手段は、前記異常が発生していると判定された際の前記電動機の特性が前記第2特性であり、且つ前記内燃機関が駆動中である場合に、前記フェールセーフ処理として前記内燃機関の間欠停止を禁止することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用電動機の制御装置。
- 前記フェールセーフ実行手段は、前記フェールセーフ処理として前記電動機の特性の切替え要求を出力可能であり、
前記電動機の特性の切替え要求は、前記電動機が搭載される車両の始動時に出力される場合よりも、前記車両の始動後に出力される場合の方が高い頻度で出力される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電動機の制御装置。 - 前記フェールセーフ実行手段は、前記異常が発生していると判定された際の前記電動機の特性が前記第1特性であり、且つ前記電動機が搭載される車両が始動後である場合に、前記フェールセーフ処理として、前記電動機により回生された電力が蓄電される蓄電手段の昇圧制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電動機の制御装置。
- 前記フェールセーフ実行手段は、前記異常が発生していないと判定されており、前記電動機の特性が前記第2特性から前記第1特性へと切替えられる場合に、該切替えに先立って前記電動機により回生された電力が蓄電される蓄電手段の昇圧制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電動機の制御装置。
- 前記電動機が搭載される車両が停止する場合に、前記電動機の特性を前記第1特性に切替えるように前記特性切替え手段を制御する特性制御手段と、
前記特性制御手段による制御に応じて前記電動機の特性が前記第1特性に切り替わらない場合に、前記電動機の特性の切替えが失敗したフラグをたてるフラグ手段と
を備え、
前記特性切替え異常判定手段は、前記車両の再始動時に前記フラグがたっている場合、前記電動機の特性の切替えに異常が発生していると判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電動機の制御装置。
