多功能芦荟胶的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
A按重量百分比称取各组分备用;
B将芦荟冻干粉用适量的水溶解, 待用;
C高分子透明质酸钠、 寡聚透明质酸钠、 去离子水、 尿囊素、 D-泛 醇、 甜菜碱、 β-葡聚糖、 卡波姆分别投入乳化锅中, 抽真空, 以 3 0转 /分一 5 0转 /分,混合搅拌, 同时加热至 70Ό温度后, 控制加热, 继 续搅拌直至完全溶解后, 冷却至温度 50°C, 加入 B步骤所述产品及马 齿苋提取物, 抽真空, 以 30转 /分搅拌, 继续冷却到温度下降到 45°C 以下;
D将 1,3-丁二醇、 薄荷脑、 防腐剂、 香精混合均匀并溶解后投入乳 化锅, 搅拌 5分钟, 直至完全溶解并混合均匀;
E加入浓度为 5%的碱液, 搅拌冷却至 40 °C以下;
F出料。
实施例一- 按 10公斤多功能芦荟胶成品称取各种成分:
芦荟冻干粉 10克、马齿苋提取物 100克、高分子透明质酸钠 1 0克、 寡聚透明质酸钠 5克、 尿囊素 15克、 D-泛醇 5 0克、 甜菜碱 100克、 β-
葡聚糖 1 0克、 1,3-丁二醇 500克、卡波姆 6 0克、 甲基异噻唑啉酮 1克、 碘代丙炔基氨甲酸丁酯 5克、 5 %氢氧化钾溶液 500克、 去离子水 8624 克备用; 首先将高分子透明质酸钠、 寡聚透明质酸钠、 去离子水、 尿囊 素、 D-泛醇、 甜菜碱、 β-葡聚糖、 卡波姆分别投入乳化锅中, 抽真空, 以 3 0转 /分一 5 0转 /分,混合搅拌, 同时加热至 70°C温度后, 控制 加热, 继续搅拌直至完全溶解后, 冷却至温度 50°C, 加入 B步骤所述 产品及马齿苋提取物, 抽真空, 以 30转 /分搅拌, 继续冷却到温度下 降到 45°C以下; 再将 1,3-丁二醇、 薄荷脑、 防腐剂、 香精混合均匀并溶 解后投入乳化锅, 搅拌 5分钟, 直至完全溶解并混合均匀; 然后加入浓 度为 5%的碱液, 搅拌冷却至 40°C以下; 出料。
实施例二:
按 10公斤多功能芦荟胶成品称取各种成分:
芦荟冻干粉 40克、 马齿苋提取物 200克、 高分子透明质酸钠 5克、 寡聚透明质酸钠 20克、尿囊素 10克、 D-泛醇 5 0克、甜菜碱 100克、 β- 葡聚糖 1 0克、 1 ,3-丁二醇 500克、 薄荷脑 1克、 卡波姆 120克、 甲基异 噻唑啉酮 1 克、 碘代丙炔基氨甲酸丁酯 5克、 5 %氢氧化钾溶液 1000 克、 去离子水 7763 克备用; 首先将高分子透明质酸钠、 寡聚透明质酸 钠、 去离子水、 尿囊素、 D-泛醇、 甜菜碱、 β-葡聚糖、 卡波姆分别投入 乳化锅中, 抽真空, 以 3 Q转 /分一 5 Q转 /分,混合搅拌, 同时加热至 70°C温度后, 控制加热, 继续搅拌直至完全溶解后, 冷却至温度 50°C ,
加入 B步骤所述产品及马齿苋提取物, 抽真空, 以 30转 /分搅拌, 继 续冷却到温度下降到 45°C以下; 再将 1,3-丁二醇、 薄荷脑、 防腐剂、 香 精混合均匀并溶解后投入乳化锅, 搅拌 5分钟, 直至完全溶解并混合均 匀; 然后加入浓度为 5%的碱液, 搅拌冷却至 40°C以下; 出料。
实施例三:
按 10公斤多功能芦荟胶成品称取各种成分:
芦荟冻干粉 5 0克、马齿苋提取物 100克、寡聚透明质酸钠 50克、 尿囊素 2 0克、 D-泛醇 300克甜菜碱、 300克、 β-葡聚糖 1 0克、 1,3-丁 二醇 300克、 卡波姆 130克、 甲基异噻唑啉酮 1克、 碘代丙炔基氨甲酸 丁酯 5克、 香精 5克、 5 %氢氧化钾溶液 1100克、 去离子水 7635克备 用; 首先将高分子透明质酸钠、 寡聚透明质酸钠、 去离子水、 尿囊素、 D-泛醇、 甜菜碱、 β-葡聚糖、 卡波姆分别投入乳化锅中, 抽真空, 以 3 0转 /分一 5 0转 /分,混合搅拌, 同时加热至 70°C温度后, 控制加热, 继续搅拌直至完全溶解后, 冷却至温度 50°C, 加入 B步骤所述产品及 马齿苋提取物,抽真空, 以 30转 /分搅拌,继续冷却到温度下降到 45°C 以下; 再将 1,3-丁二醇、 薄荷脑、 防腐剂、 香精混合均匀并溶解后投入 乳化锅, 搅拌 5分钟, 直至完全溶解并混合均匀; 然后加入浓度为 5% 的碱液, 搅拌冷却至 40°C以下; 出料。
总之, 本发明所述的三个实施例只是本发明保护范围内的三个任 意数据的具体实施例, 最后得到的产品性质稳定、 兼容性良好, 凝胶组
织细腻均匀、 无异物、 符合规定香气, 即使在高温和低温的条件下也不 会出现分层现象; 另外, 经测试本发明所述产品其 PH值、 细菌含量以 及重金属含量等各项指标均符合护肤品的质量要求; 任何其它以性质相 同的等同替代物代替各组分的类似配方都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 多功能芦荟胶, 按重量百分比, 包括以下各组分:
芦荟冻干粉 0.10〜1.50%、 马齿苋提取物 0.00%〜10.00%、 高分子透 明质酸钠 0.00%〜1.00%、 寡聚透明质酸钠 0.00%〜1.00%、 尿囊素 0.00%~0.40%, D-泛醇 0.00%〜5.00%、 甜菜碱 0.00%〜5.00%、 β-葡聚糖 0.10%~3.00% 、 1,3- 丁 二 醇 1.00%〜15.00% 、 薄 荷 脑 0.00%~1.00%、 卡波姆 0.10%〜2.00%、 香精 0.00°/ο-0.30%、 防腐剂 0.00%〜0.30%、 碱液 0.10%〜10.00%、 去离子水 10.00%~90.00%。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多功能芦荟胶, 其特征在于所述寡聚透 明质酸钠是由酶切法制得的分子量为 3000〜10000的低分子量的透明质 酸钠。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多功能芦荟胶, 其特征在于所述甜菜碱 为化妆品级或药用级的甜菜碱。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多功能芦荟胶, 其特征在于所述防腐剂 是甲基异噻唑啉酮及碘代丙炔基氨甲酸丁酯中的一种或两种混合。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多功能芦荟胶, 其特征在于所述碱液是 氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠溶液中的一种。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多功能芦荟胶, 其特征在于所述碱液是 浓度为 5%的氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠溶液中的一种。
7、 多功能芦荟胶的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
A按重量百分比称取各组分备用;
B将芦荟冻干粉用适量的水溶解, 待用;
C高分子透明质酸钠、 寡聚透明质酸钠、 去离子水、 尿囊素、 D-泛 醇、 甜菜碱、 β-葡聚糖、 卡波姆分别投入乳化锅中, 抽真空, 以 3 0转 /分一 5 0转 /分,混合搅拌, 同时加热至 70°C温度后, 控制加热, 继 续搅拌直至完全溶解后, 冷却至温度 50°C, 加入 B步骤所述产品及马 齿苋提取物, 抽真空, 以 30转 /分搅拌, 继续冷却到温度下降到 45°C 以下;
D将 1,3-丁二醇、 薄荷脑、 防腐剂、 香精混合均匀并溶解后投入乳 化锅, 搅拌 5分钟, 直至完全溶解并混合均匀;
E加入浓度为 5%的碱液, 搅拌冷却至 40°C以下;
F出料。
