背景技术
随着城市生活压力大,节奏加快,气候环境变化,工作的高强度,加班、熬夜、疲劳、饮食不合理等等,都加重了皮肤的缺水状况。特别一些极端天气下,对皮肤造成的压力更大。皮肤缺水会导致干燥/发黄/暗淡无光泽,皮肤容易紧绷。严重后会造成皮肤松弛、皱纹等衰老现象。特别是眼周部分及鼻翼周围出现细纹,脂肪粒。现在的人们越来越注重个人保养和护理。肌肤拥有充足的水分,会使皮肤细嫩光滑,弹力满满。但目前市面上保湿补水产品种类繁多,质量参差不齐。面对这样的市场需求和产品现状,因此需要一款便于携带、使用方便、有效的肌肤保湿水的来满足这一需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保湿水及其制备方法,本发明配方精减合理,功能实用且有效,易吸收,同时本发明高效保湿水的制备方法简单,还能抗敏和舒缓镇定晒后肌肤的损伤。本发明的另一个目的是提出上述保湿水的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下设计方案:

作为在优选所述的透明质酸钠:透明质酸钠分子量为1000KDa,也可以在皮肤表层形成透气膜,锁住水分,紧致皮肤,它的百分比达到0.15%~0.3%。
作为优选所述的银耳多糖提取物以沸水抽提方法获取,有效物质含量达到20%,银耳多糖提取物百分比为4%~8%。
作为优选所述的马齿苋提取物采用溶剂提取和水解酶酶解提取,获得高纯度的有效物质成分,组合物中百分比为2%~5%。
作为优选所述的甘草酸二钾为白色粉末,其中甘草酸二钾质量分数大于98%,对日照引起的炎症和过敏肌肤有特效。
上述保湿水中,还可以包含0.26%~0.35%的防腐剂。
为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种制备上述保湿水的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将水、透明质酸钠、海藻糖硫酸酯钠等原料加入反应锅中,开启搅拌,加热至75℃~80℃,保温10~15分钟;
2)开冷却循环水,搅拌降温,待温度降至45℃~50℃时,将银耳提取物、马齿苋提取物、甘草酸二钾、甘氨酸等活性物成分加入反应锅中,最后再加入苯氧乙醇,搅拌溶解完全;
3)继续搅拌冷却至40℃以下,停止搅拌,结束。
银耳多糖分子具有极强的锁水保湿性能,发挥高效保湿护肤功能,清爽不黏腻,具有良好的吸水性能和极好的成膜性,赋予肌肤水润丝滑的感觉
甘草酸二钾和马齿苋提取物可以缓解镇定晒后或者极度缺水皮肤的干红肿痛症状,抗皮肤过敏、抗炎,还可以延缓皮肤衰老。

为验证本产品在保湿水进行性能测试,选择150名志愿者进行了有效性实验,150名志愿者为女性,健康人群,年龄在28-50岁之间,30人一组,随机分为5组,实验组1-3使用实施例3产品。对照组4-5不使用保湿补水产品。试验周期为2周,每天早晚使用一次所述保湿水,使用方法以喷雾瓶按压2-3次量,喷在脸部,轻拍面部区域,对每位使用者进行定期跟踪调查,采用皮肤测试仪(意大利Callegari Soft Plus)对皮肤水分、皮肤弹性、皮肤油脂量的检测,评估该产品对人体皮肤的改善功效,评测结果参见下表(每组测试结果取平均值)。
信息采集:分别记录各组志愿者实验开始时的各项皮肤参数的均值(D0),实验开始7天是的皮肤各项参数均值(D7),以及第14天时各项皮肤参数均值(D14),并计算其两个时间段(D7-D0;D14-D7)的皮肤各项参数均值的差值。

由上表数据显示,本发明保湿水可以有效改善皮肤水分含量、弹性值,且无任何过敏副作用。长期使用可有效改善皮肤的亚健康状态。
志愿者自我评价
显著改善:受试者皮肤水润紧致,柔嫩顺滑,毛孔缩小,满意度高。
轻微改善:受试者皮肤略有改善,无明显水分及弹性变化,满意度一般。
无改善:受试者皮肤无改善,粗糙、干燥,满意度低。
89%的受试者自述皮肤状况显著改善,9%受试者自述皮肤状况轻微改善,2%受试者自述皮肤状况无改善。
综上所述,该保湿水产品具有显著的保湿补水功效。
Claims (8)
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种保湿水,其特征在于所述的银耳多糖提取物多糖含量达到20%。活性物质质量分数大于90%。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种保湿水,其特征在于所述的透明质酸分子量为1000KDa,也可以在皮肤表层形成透气膜,锁住水分,紧致皮肤,它的百分比达到0.15%~0.3%。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种保湿水,其特征在于所述的马齿苋提取物采用溶剂提取和水解酶酶解提取,获得高纯度的有效物质成分,组合物中百分比为2%~5%。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种保湿水,其特征在于所述的甘草酸二钾为白色粉末,含量可达98%以上。
8.一种制备权利要求1~7任意一项权利要求所述的保湿水的方法。其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将水、透明质酸钠、海藻糖硫酸酯钠等原料加入反应锅中,开启搅拌,加热至75℃~80℃,保温10~15分钟;
2)开冷却循环水,搅拌降温,待温度降至45℃~50℃时,将银耳多糖提取物、马齿苋提取物、甘草酸二钾、甘氨酸等活性物成分加入反应锅中,最后再加入苯氧乙醇,搅拌溶解完全;
3)继续搅拌冷却至40℃以下,停止搅拌,结束。
