Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及化妆品技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活品质的提高,消费者尤其是女性对肌肤护理的需求日益关注,周期性合理重复购买化妆品已经成为日常生活的必需。皮肤是对人体起到屏障保护作用的最外层组织。人体皮肤,尤其是面部皮肤会经常受到紫外线、风、雾霾等多种环境压力因素相关的皮肤受损,以及长期使用彩妆类化妆品而受到的伤害。这些伤害会造成肌肤受损发炎,严重的会导致皮肤松弛、粗糙和形成皱纹,进而还会使皮肤免疫功能下降。因此,人们对加速皮肤修护的化妆品的需求越来越旺盛。
而面膜是重要的面部皮肤护理品,也是最大的化妆品消费品种。目前市售的面膜琳琅满目,根据不同功效分为保湿、平衡油脂、美白、清洁、紧致、抗衰老、舒缓面膜等,但是大多数产品为了延长使用期限,均在其中添加有防腐剂。这样的设计虽然能延长保质期,但是防腐剂的使用对于一些敏感肌肤而言,会导致其皮肤敏感、红肿或发痒,而对于一些健康肌肤而言,虽然症状可能不严重,但同样会刺激肌肤,就使得面膜产品对肌肤不仅不能起到很好的修护的作用,反而还可能会加重对皮肤的负担,造成严重的肌肤问题。基于上述情况,制造一种不含防腐添加物且可以有效滋养修护肌肤的美容面膜成了人们的愿望。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜,此重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜具有不含防腐添加物且可以有效滋养修护肌肤的优点,能够多效修护皮肤。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,以简单便捷地制备此重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。
本申请解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一方面,本申请实施例提供一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜,由面膜基布和面膜效用物组成,面膜效用物包括如下原料:烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、胶原蛋白、甘草酸二钾、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物、蚕丝蛋白和水。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾和水混合,加热并搅拌溶解后,降温后,加入胶原蛋白、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物和蚕丝蛋白,混合均匀后,分散至无明显颗粒制成面膜液;
将面膜液喷射在面膜基布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀,再冻干,抽湿,封装,即得具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。

本申请通过将多种物质复配,利用胶原蛋白和蚕丝蛋白与皮肤的相容性和亲和力,能够舒缓和滋润肌肤,对皮肤屏障起到很好的修护功效,通过烟酰胺起到美白抗炎作用,又以甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸和透明质酸钠配合使用,起到柔软肌肤,保湿滋润的功效,再以甘草酸二钾起到抗炎稳定肌肤的功效,并通过雪莲花提取物和高山火绒草花/叶提取物起到抗老和抑菌消炎的功效,在美白抗老的基础上起到卓越的修护功效。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考具体实施例来详细说明本申请。
本申请实施例提供一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜,由面膜基布和面膜效用物组成,所述面膜效用物包括如下原料:烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、胶原蛋白、甘草酸二钾、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物、蚕丝蛋白和水。

烟酰胺:烟酰胺在抑制黑色素沉着、美白和抗炎等方面有很好的疗效。烟酰胺可以减少已经生成、沉淀的黑色素,阻隔其向表层细胞的转移;烟酰胺还能极大减少因老化或外界侵害造成的皱纹、毛孔变大等皮肤问题,减少自由基对皮肤的伤害,起到预防老化、修护皮肤和减少面部暗沉的作用。此外烟酰胺还具有促进头发毛囊血液循环、维持肌肤含水量、抗糖化等作用。
甘油:甘油分子中含有三个-OH,与水分子形成氢键,将水束缚住,起到良好的吸湿保湿作用,并对人体皮肤及毛发有明显的滋润作用,可增加化妆品中其它组分的溶解性,给皮肤角质层补充水分,调节肌肤生理作用,保持肌肤健康,并提高使用感。
四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸:能在高温、严塞、干旱、极端pH值、高压、高盐、高辐射等条件下对细胞有良好的保护作用,其还具有增强皮肤免疫力、修护紫外线损伤、保持皮肤锁水能力及抗衰抗皱的作用,在医药上还用于治疗特异性皮炎等疾病。
透明质酸钠:是一种高分子量的直链多糖,广泛分布于动物和人体结缔组织中,具有较好的渗透性和良好的生物相容性,能增加皮肤角质层的水分,与传统保湿剂相比具有更高的保湿效果,还可以渗透到真皮层,调节皮肤新陈代谢,从而起到增加皮肤弹性、抗皱防皱的美容保健作用。
胶原蛋白:其具有优异的生物相容性和多功能性,其在皮肤表面可形成湿润性闭合环境,隔离保护创面,增加皮肤含水量锁住水分,有效修护表皮屏障,提高皮肤免疫能力。
甘草酸二钾:功效主要表现为抗炎、抗过敏作用。可以保湿肌肤,减少皮肤刺激和敏感,降低果酸对皮肤的刺激;还可通过加速皮肤对其他活性成分的吸收而增效,可用于预防皮炎、止痒、协助美白、调节皮脂、缓解皮肤干燥等。
雪莲花提取物:其是从雪莲花中提取的纯天然产物,能够清除体内自由基,有效延缓肌肤衰老,同时可以帮助肌肤吸收和锁住水分,长效保湿,避免肌肤干燥粗糙。
高山火绒草花/叶提取物:对弹性蛋白酶活性具有抑制作用,对内皮蛋白的生成具有促进作用,可减缓弹性蛋白的降解,可维持皮肤弹性,可用于抗皱化妆品;对一些细菌有一定的抑制作用,具有抗菌消炎的作用。
蚕丝蛋白:其具有很好的渗透性,容易被人体吸收,可以调节皮肤湿度,其还具有很好的防紫外线作用,抑制黑色素的生成,促进新陈代谢,加快老废角质的代谢,有助于皮肤养护。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述面膜效用物包括如下重量百分比的原料:烟酰胺1~3%、甘油3~6%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.3~0.8%、透明质酸钠0.1~0.2%、胶原蛋白0.4~0.8%、甘草酸二钾0.5~1.5%、雪莲花提取物0.5~1.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物0.5~1.5%、蚕丝蛋白0.3~0.8%,水余量。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述面膜效用物包括如下重量百分比的原料:烟酰胺2%、甘油5%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.4%、透明质酸钠0.15%、胶原蛋白0.8%、甘草酸二钾1%、雪莲花提取物0.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物1%、蚕丝蛋白0.3%,水余量。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述胶原蛋白具体为重组胶原蛋白。优选的,胶原蛋白具体为重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白。选用重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白对人体亲和性高,且对人体无致敏性和毒性,十分安全。
本申请实施例还提供一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾和水混合,加热并搅拌溶解后,降温后,加入胶原蛋白、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物和蚕丝蛋白,混合均匀后,分散至无明显颗粒制成面膜液;
将面膜液喷射在面膜基布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀,再冻干,抽湿,封装,即得具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。

在本申请的一些实施例中,上述具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜在使用时,开袋后配合纯净水润湿后使用,优选的,每片面膜的清水添加量为20mL。
以下结合实施例对本申请的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
面膜效用物包括如下重量百分比的原料:烟酰胺5%、甘油2%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.5%、透明质酸钠0.1%、胶原蛋白0.8%、甘草酸二钾1.5%、雪莲花提取物0.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物1.5%、蚕丝蛋白0.3%,水余量。
将烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾和水混合,加热至58℃,搅拌溶解后,降温至38℃,加入胶原蛋白、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物和蚕丝蛋白,混合均匀后,分散至无明显颗粒制成面膜液;
将面膜液喷射在面膜基布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀,再在-40℃下冻干,抽湿,封装,即得具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。
实施例2
一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
面膜效用物包括如下重量百分比的原料:烟酰胺1%、甘油3%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.3%、透明质酸钠0.1%、胶原蛋白0.4%、甘草酸二钾0.5%、雪莲花提取物0.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物0.5%、蚕丝蛋白0.3%,水余量。
将烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾和水混合,加热至58℃,搅拌溶解后,降温至38℃,加入胶原蛋白、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物和蚕丝蛋白,混合均匀后,分散至无明显颗粒制成面膜液;
将面膜液喷射在面膜基布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀,再在-40℃下冻干,抽湿,封装,即得具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。
实施例3
一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
面膜效用物包括如下重量百分比的原料:烟酰胺2%、甘油5%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.4%、透明质酸钠0.15%、胶原蛋白0.8%、甘草酸二钾1%、雪莲花提取物0.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物1%、蚕丝蛋白0.3%,水余量。
将烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾和水混合,加热至60℃,搅拌溶解后,降温至40℃,加入胶原蛋白、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物和蚕丝蛋白,混合均匀后,分散至无明显颗粒制成面膜液;
将面膜液喷射在面膜基布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀,再在-100℃下冻干,抽湿,封装,即得具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。
实施例4
一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
面膜效用物包括如下重量百分比的原料:烟酰胺3%、甘油6%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.8%、透明质酸钠0.2%、胶原蛋白0.8%、甘草酸二钾1.5%、雪莲花提取物1.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物1.5%、蚕丝蛋白0.8%,水余量。
将烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾和水混合,加热至63℃,搅拌溶解后,降温至43℃,加入胶原蛋白、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物和蚕丝蛋白,混合均匀后,分散至无明显颗粒制成面膜液;
将面膜液喷射在面膜基布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀,再在-200℃下冻干,抽湿,封装,即得具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。
实验例
一、皮肤测试
邀请20位手臂内侧皮肤健康无创伤的志愿受试者,将志愿受试者随机分为4组,分别对实施例1~4制备的面膜刺激性进行测试。取面膜成品,将每片面膜用20mL纯净水浸润后,提取面膜液,洗净受试皮肤部位后,于每名受试者左臂内侧皮肤表面均匀涂敷0.5g面膜液样品,以右臂的相同部位作为空白对照,12h后用温水洗净,对比观察受试部位有无红肿、起疹等不良现象,连续测试3天。
实验结果:连续3天,4组志愿受试者受试部位均未出现无红肿、起疹等不良现象,这说明本申请制备的面膜对人体温和无刺激。
二、修护效果测试
邀请80位志愿受试者(年龄25~45岁,性别不限,医美术后皮肤敏感、泛红、面部粗糙、起皮的人群),随机分为2组,1组受试者每天晚洁面后,前面7天每天晚上临休息前20分钟使用实施例3制备的面膜产品,7天后每3天使用一次该面膜;2组组受试者每天晚洁面后,前面7天每天晚上临休息前20分钟使用人源活力胶原冻干面膜(备案号:苏G妆网备字2022000027),7天后每3天使用一次该面膜。为期28天,通过问卷调查方式,由测试者自评产品的修护效果,修护效果评价包括使用后保湿效果、使用后皮肤滋润度、使用后皮肤泛红改善、使用后皮肤更柔软、使用后皮肤更细腻、使用后皮肤更嫩滑、使用后淡化细纹效果和使用后舒缓干燥紧绷效果。志愿者通过评分方式评价效果,评分包括1-5分,1分表示非常不认同,2分表示比较不认同,3分表示效果一般,4分表示比较认同,5分表示十分认同,收集4-5分的评价所占的百分比,结果见表1。

观察表1,可以看出本申请制备的面膜对于多种肌肤问题均有很好的修护效果,且其在保湿、滋润皮肤、改善皮肤泛红、柔软皮肤、细腻皮肤、嫩滑皮肤、淡化细纹效果和舒缓皮肤干燥紧绷上均有很好的效果,能够有效的呵护敏感肌肤和对皮肤屏障进行有效修护。
并对上述志愿者在在使用后一个月进行回访测试,分别就皮肤角质层水分含量、经皮水分流失量和皮肤红区分值进行检测,结果如表2所示。

综合对比,可以看出,1组的修护滋养效果更佳,这说明本申请制备的面膜具有很优越的修护肌肤的功效。
综上所述,本申请通过将多种物质复配,利用胶原蛋白和蚕丝蛋白与皮肤的相容性和亲和力,能够深舒缓和滋润肌肤,更能够对皮肤屏障起到很好的修护功效,通过烟酰胺起到美白抗炎作用,又以甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸和透明质酸钠配合使用,起到柔软肌肤,保湿滋润的功效,再以甘草酸二钾起到抗炎稳定肌肤的功效,并通过雪莲花提取物和高山火绒草花/叶提取物起到抗老和抑菌消炎的功效,在美白抗老的基础上起到卓越的修护功效。

1.一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜效用物由如下重量百分比的原料制成:烟酰胺1~3%、甘油3~6%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.3~0.8%、透明质酸钠0.1~0.2%、重组胶原蛋白0.4~0.8%、甘草酸二钾0.5~1.5%、雪莲花提取物0.5~1.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物0.5~1.5%、蚕丝蛋白0.3~0.8%,水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜效用物由如下重量百分比的原料制成:烟酰胺2%、甘油5%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.4%、透明质酸钠0.15%、重组胶原蛋白0.8%、甘草酸二钾1%、雪莲花提取物0.5%、高山火绒草花/叶提取物1%、蚕丝蛋白0.3%,水余量。
3.如权利要求1~2任意一项所述的一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将烟酰胺、甘油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾和水混合,加热并搅拌溶解后,降温后,加入重组胶原蛋白、雪莲花提取物、高山火绒草花/叶提取物和蚕丝蛋白,混合均匀后,分散至无明显颗粒制成面膜液;
将面膜液喷射在面膜基布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀,再冻干,抽湿,封装,即得具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加热温度为58~63℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述降温至38~43℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有修护功效的重组胶原蛋白冻干面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冻干温度为-200℃~-40℃。
