Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品的技术领域,具体涉及一种抗衰老精华及其制备方法,包括如下组份:水、有机溶剂、保湿剂、祛皱剂、抗氧化剂、酵母菌发酵溶胞产物滤液、疗伤绒毛花提取物、依克多因、防腐剂,本发明的抗衰老精华通过保湿、补水、美白、祛皱等多途径多角度进行面部护理,达到由内而外地减轻、改善、去除面部肌肤衰老特征,使面部肌肤保持年轻态,从而达到抗衰老效果。

本发明涉及化妆品的技术领域,具体涉及一种抗衰老精华及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于现代人们生活节奏快,以及受各种环境影响,人们的皮肤问题频发,例如干燥、暗淡无光泽及皱纹横生等问题,同时各类化妆品日渐成为日用品被人们滥用,进一步导致人们尤其是广大女性的面部肌肤的健康状况堪忧。精华水由于具有营养成分含量高、对皮肤刺激小、能调节肌肤细胞活性等特点,成为了广大女性视为皮肤基础护理的必需品。
然而市面上现有的精华水,其功能往往较为单一,仅具有保湿补水功效,无法满足广大女性希望青春永驻,延缓衰老的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有的精华水难以改善皮肤衰老特征的问题,本发明提供一种抗衰老精华及其制备方法,其能够保湿、抗皱、美白和抗氧化,多角度多途径修复皮肤的衰老特征。
第一方面,本发明提供一种抗衰老精华,包括按重量份数计的如下组份:
进一步地,所述保湿剂为甘油、甘油葡糖苷、1,2-己二醇、透明质酸钠、桂竹根茎提取物中的一种或两种以上的组合。
进一步地,所述保湿剂为甘油、甘油葡糖苷、1,2-己二醇、透明质酸钠、桂竹根茎提取物的组合;所述甘油的重量份数为25~30,所述甘油葡糖苷的重量份数为20~25,所述1,2-己二醇的重量份数为15~20,所述透明质酸钠的重量份数为15~18,所述桂竹根茎提取物的重量份数为5~7。
进一步地,所述保湿剂包括甘油、透明质酸钠及1,2-己二醇;所述甘油的重量份数为30~48份,所述透明质酸钠的重量份数为15~24份,所述1,2-己二醇的重量份数为5~8份。
进一步地,所述祛皱剂为羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐,棕榈酰三肽-5,苦参根提取物中的一种或两种以上的组合。
进一步地,所述祛皱剂为羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐,棕榈酰三肽-5,苦参根提取物的组合;
所述羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的重量份数为16~24份,所述二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐的重量份数为12~18份,所述棕榈酰三肽-5的重量份数为8~12份,所述苦参根提取物的重量份数为4~6份。
进一步地,所述抗氧化剂为羟基积雪草甙、燕麦肽、枸杞果提取物中的一种或两种以上的组合。
进一步地,所述抗氧化剂为羟基积雪草甙、燕麦肽、枸杞果提取物中的组合;所述羟基积雪草甙的重量份数为18~30份,所述燕麦肽的重量份数为9~15,所述枸杞果提取物的重量份数为3~5份。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮;所述有机溶剂为丁二醇与1,2-戊二醇的组合。
进一步地,还包括火棘果提取物,所述火棘果提取物的重量份数为5~10份。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种抗衰老精华的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将酵母菌发酵溶胞产物滤液、疗伤绒毛花提取物在水和有机溶剂的混合物中分散均匀,得混合物A;
S2.将抗氧化剂与依克多因加入水中,并加热至60-80℃,得混合溶液B;
S3.混合液B降温至40-50℃后加入混合物A,搅拌至分散均匀,然后加入保湿剂及祛皱剂搅拌均匀,得混合物C;
S4.混合物C降温至25-35℃后加入防腐剂,然后搅拌均匀,得所述抗衰老精华。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、酵母菌发酵溶胞产物滤液对皮肤具有非常出色的平衡油质、润白淡斑、抗衰、保湿及修复功能,效调节过剩的皮脂,令皮肤油水平衡,不泛油光,使得使用者面部看上去具有良好的气色;抑制酪氨酸酶活性,消除晦暗肤色,保持肌肤的正常弹性,使肌肤变得平顺、细致,抚平脸部滋生的小细纹;富含天然保湿因子,促使角质层能更有效保持水分,给予肌肤深度润泽,防止肌肤干燥,因此酵母菌发酵溶胞产物滤液能够通过良好的保湿补水效果使使皮肤内部保持健康状态,通过消除细纹及提亮肤色使得皮肤从外部看上去具有良好的气色及富有活力,从而达到由内至外地抗衰老效果;
2、通过添加疗伤绒毛花提取物,其具有护肤、缓解痉挛、解毒消肿等功效,促进面部受损肌肤愈合,从而能够修复受损的皮肤,防止皮肤因受损而促进衰老;
3、通过添加依克多因,其能够促进细胞的增殖、分化,同时遏制衰老基因的表达,从根本上改变皮肤细胞构成,延缓皮肤衰老;有效提升皮肤细胞的免疫防护能力,增加细胞修复能力,缓解皮肤所受的各种压力;
3、本发明抗氧化剂能够延缓皮肤氧化,从而使得皮肤保持年轻态,其中的羟基积雪草甙更能够美白祛斑,促进胶原蛋白合成,防止皱纹产生;燕麦肽有强烈抑制蛋白酶活性,具有抗氧化的作用的同时还有助渗透的作用,帮助皮肤更好的吸收其他有效成分;枸杞果提取物具有强大的抗氧化能力,同时其富含钙、钾、铁、锌、硒、维生素B和维生素C,还可以帮助防止氧化DNA,恢复受损的DNA;
4、本发明的祛皱剂能够富平皮肤皱纹,皱纹是皮肤衰老的最典型的表现,通过抚平皱纹,最大化地使皮肤呈现年轻态;而祛皱剂中的羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,能够诱导浅表皮层中GAGs黏多糖和PG蛋白多糖的生物合成,GAGs和PG缺失会导致皮肤含水量下降,防御能力降低;有效促进表皮-真皮紧密连接,将真皮层更好的固定,肌肤更强韧,有弹性;长期使用,有效改善脸颈部皱纹、细纹,促进受损组织再生;祛皱剂中的二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐可阻止乙酰胆碱的神经传导,达到放松肌肉的效果,从而改善动态性皱纹;祛皱剂中的棕榈酰三肽-5,其能够促进肌肤细胞生长,抑制氧自由基和羟基自由基,促进基质蛋白尤其是胶原蛋白的合成,同时还可能增加弹性蛋白、透明质酸、糖胺聚糖和纤维连接蛋白的生成。该类胜肽通过增加基质细胞活动促进胶原蛋白的合成,使得皮肤看起来更显弹性和年轻;苦参根提取物对胶原蛋白生产具有促进作用,对成纤维细胞的增殖也有促进作用;
5、保湿剂通过减少皮肤水分流失及保持肌肤富含水分而达到减少皱纹的目的,其中的甘油葡糖苷更是佼佼者,AQP3蛋白在皮肤上皮细胞的保水功能中发挥着重要作用,而甘油葡糖苷正是通过提高水通道蛋白AQP3的表达,为细胞深层补水。
综上,本发明中的抗衰老精华能够通过保湿、抗氧化、美白祛斑、减少皱纹产生及淡化细纹多种方式达到减少面部肌肤衰老特征的效果,进而达到抗衰老的功效。

一种抗衰老精华,包括按重量份数计的如下组份:

上述祛皱剂为羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐,棕榈酰三肽-5,苦参根提取物的组合;所述羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的重量份数为20份,所述二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐的重量份数为15份,所述棕榈酰三肽-5的重量份数为10份,所述苦参根提取物的重量份数为5份。

上述保湿精华水的制备方法,与实施例1的不同之处在于未添加酵母菌发酵溶胞产物滤液及祛皱剂,其余步骤都相同。
性能检测试验
招募70名20-60岁性别随机的志愿者,将以上所有志愿者随机分为七组,每组10人,第一组使用现有产品,该现有产品是于市面上购买的精华水,第二组到第六组分别使用实施例1至5的精华,第七组使用对比例的保湿精华水。每天早晚使用2次,连续使用14天。将每人14天前和14天后的面部状态用德国CK公司生产的皮肤皱纹测量仪SV600进行检测记录,然后进行对比,检测结果对比如表1所示:

所述羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的重量份数为16~24份,所述二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐的重量份数为12~18份,所述棕榈酰三肽-5的重量份数为8~12份,所述苦参根提取物的重量份数为4~6份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老精华,其特征在于:
所述抗氧化剂为羟基积雪草甙、燕麦肽、枸杞果提取物中的一种或两种以上的组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗衰老精华,其特征在于:
所述抗氧化剂为羟基积雪草甙、燕麦肽、枸杞果提取物的组合;
所述羟基积雪草甙的重量份数为18~30份,所述燕麦肽的重量份数为9~15,所述枸杞果提取物的重量份数为3~5份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老精华,其特征在于:
所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮;所述有机溶剂为丁二醇与1,2-戊二醇的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老精华,其特征在于:
还包括火棘果提取物,所述火棘果提取物的重量份数为5~10份。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的抗衰老精华的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.将酵母菌发酵溶胞产物滤液、疗伤绒毛花提取物在水和有机溶剂的混合物中分散均匀,得混合物A;
S2.将抗氧化剂与依克多因加入水中,并加热至60-80℃,得混合溶液B;
S3.混合液B降温至40-50℃后加入混合物A,搅拌至分散均匀,然后加入保湿剂及祛皱剂搅拌均匀,得混合物C;
S4.混合物C降温至25-35℃后加入防腐剂,然后搅拌均匀,得所述抗衰老精华。
